Novi at Jordan Valley Station Apartments

100% recommended. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, safe to walk in, and great for families. I’ve been living here for over six months and my experience has been excellent. On the few occasions I needed maintenance, Jerry Santana responded quickly and with great patience. The office team is always kind and helpful.

I have lived here for just under a year, and I wanted to give my honest opinion about this complex because I know how important reviews are when looking for a place to call home. The good!: 1. The apartment layout is amazing, we live in a 710 sq ft 1 bedroom, and it is so spacious for the most part. I live with my boyfriend, and we have a great living room that we can eat in, the kitchen has enough space to cook in, which we love. 2. The package delivery system: This complex uses something called fetch, which basically the way it works is your package goes to some warehouse in salt lake city, and it then gets delivered through a delivery service later in the day. There is a downside to that, which is that you don't get your packages as quickly as you normally would. It also has always worked out in my favor that its always been delivered to the correct door and I've never had my package stolen. 3. The parking: We love the parking situation here, we get to park in the parking garage, (which is shared with the UTA station) and the door that we go through is SO CLOSE to our front door, we love it. The only downside to that is that there is sometimes homeless people that are sitting in the stairwells, but I have never had my car stolen or broken into, like some people have said. 4. The location: Some people thing that this part of West Jordan is considered "sketchy" but honestly I feel generally pretty safe and I like the location of the complex. It is close to a lot of stuff and it is tucked away in a corner that makes it easy to get in and out of. The bad: 1. The maintenance: Everyone has a different experience for sure, so take this with a grain of salt because this is just my experience and it doesn't mean it is everyone's. At the beginning of our time here, (May or so) we went to change the lightbulb in our ceiling fan, and when we took the glass cover off, it just snapped in half right in my boyfriend's hands. So we went to ask if they had a replacement, and they told us they should, and that we should submit a work order. So we did, only nobody ever came to replace it. This wasn't that big a deal so we didn't push, which is on us, but it didn't get replaced until this month (March). Our bigger maintenance issue was the fridge. It stopped being very cold a few months ago, so bad that our perishables were molding so fast, and our freezer only kept things a little cold, not frozen, so our meat was always soft and ice cream always melted. We sent in a work order, and an email, and they said it was an "emergency" and they would send someone later that day. Nobody ever came. So my boyfriend sent another email, they apologized, and said they'd sent someone at noon. Nobody came. So, because we were very upset, we sent a not so nice email, to which they finally responded and sent someone. That maintenance person came, and was in our apartment for all of 2 minutes. He checked he freezer and the fridge, stared at it for a minute, and left. The note he left said that a box was in the way of the filter, and so he moved it. That's all he did. Which OBVIOUSLY was not the problem because we had this problem long before we got that box and it was in the fridge too, not just the freezer. So after another email, and weeks later, they FINALLY got us a replacement fridge. 2. The phone system: I can't even tell you how many times I have called the complex during their advertised open hours and not been answered, or ever receiving a call back. Seriously so many times I called and got sent to voicemail. Not a dealbreaker, but not a great look either. 3. The space: While the layout is great, and the space in the kitchen and living room are great, for two people living together in a 1 bed, there is NO storage space and the closet is TINY! There is also not much bathroom space. 4. They also don't let you change apartments from a 1 bed to a BIGGER 1bed. Only up to a 2bed or down to a studio. A little annoying because I don't totally get that, but whatever. Overall a nice place to live, just with some minor flaws.

I absolutely LOVE NOVI!! All the staff I have had Interaction with have been amazing, especially Able. They were so helpful with the application process, explaining everything, and making the application and move in process a breeze. I would 100% recommend moving to this nice, quiet, beautiful community!

Excellent building: every time I call they respond quickly, repairs are done fast, and the management team is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Everyone is so nice! The entire apartment is oddly painted the same color and the finish is matte throughout. How am I supposed to clean any marks?? I love our little fourth floor corner apartment, it’s so quiet - everything is really well insulated. The maintenance guys came quickly and got our few minor problems sorted. Overall a nice place.

We have been living at Novi for a month now, and it has been a very pleasant experience. From day one, the office staff has been friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The community is clean, peaceful, and well-organized. I would especially like to highlight the technician Jerry: he is quick and efficient, but also takes the time to explain each process with patience and kindness, which gives us confidence and peace of mind. It’s very reassuring to know that any issue in the apartment is resolved promptly and with a smile. I definitely recommend Novi to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

My husband and I have been living here for a year now, and we love it! The apartment itself is modern—my favorite part is the large kitchen with plenty of storage. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and well-designed. Novi offers more amenities than any other complex I’ve lived in. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful you could ask for! They assist me anytime I need help or have questions, and they take every concern seriously, working diligently to find a resolution. I would recommend Novi to anyone looking for a place to live!

I cannot express in words what an absolutely fantastic partner the Novi apartment community and manager Roman Daniels is to our company (Addtech Controls). Providing services to a multifamily residential property is hectic, but his maintenance and management team make that incredibly easy with their very specific requests and attention to detail. A five star review does not seem to do this property justice, but that’s as high as it goes.

I have not lived here for about a year but I just wanted to shoutout Abel at the front office! I had a package delivered here by accident and I figured there was no hope in finding it. I called the office and luckily he answered and went out of his way to go look in the mailroom for me. It wasn’t there unfortunately but then he said he would ask the mailman if they had it. No luck the first day, but then I got a call back and he reached out to the resident and they were able to get it to him! Then he called me and I got it, just before Christmas too. So thank you so much Abel for going out of your way to help me out, you deserve a raise!

I really enjoy living at Novi at Jordan Valley Station! The community is so quiet, and the neighbors are genuinely kind. I especially love the community events that the Ambassadors organize—they really bring everyone together and make it feel like home. Sarah is fantastic and truly makes this place even better with her warmth and care. Highly recommend!

Awesome little place with some really nice amenities and easily one of the kindest management teams I have ever worked with! They really busted their butts to help with the typical issues a tenant will face and are super understanding when things are tough. I’m going to miss living here

Today my family and I went and toured at Novi. Abel was awesome and toured us and showed us all the key areas that were important to us. He was super friendly and answered all of our questions. We are choosing between here and somewhere else and Abel made it a tough decision!

So far I love this place. It is convenient to everywhere I want to go. It is dog friendly with no weight limit (I have a big dog!). It has recycling!!! It has elevators and abundant parking in the parking garages. The amenities are fantastic! The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are both huge with so much storage. Best of all the leasing staff are super friendly and the maintenance folks are just so nice, competent, and very thorough. No place is perfect, but this place comes close!

We’ve lived here going on 7 years! Which is crazy! Bert & LeRoy are amazing maintenance guys! It’s almost like they’re telepathic when you put in a request they’re at your door ready to fix it! & they do it the right way! I have nothing bad to say about any of the maintenance crew- but Bert is definitely one of the reasons we’ve been here so long! You can tell he cares! Roman & Anna are an amazing team at the office! Can’t forget Abel either! Any complaints or comments about the community they will listen & actually look into it. Since Roman has been here, he’s updated the fobs, painted the walls, changed the flooring, painted the fencing, just to name a few things. You can tell they care & they want to make it the best experience they can. If you’re looking at Novi, I recommend giving them a chance. They’ll def do everything they can to make it the best living experience they can for you!

I like the building a lot. I just started to live here but it seems pretty good organized community thru the management and the app it’s really helpful for every single thing you need to do.

I lived at Novi for almost 3 years. It was the cleanest apartment I’ve moved into. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. I never had any major problems, but the maintenance staff always went above and beyond to remedy any situation in a timely manner. It’s super convenient being right on the Trax line and the parking garage is unbeatable!

I love Novi the staff is so nice and helpful. Don’t listen to the bad reviews these people go above and beyond to help you anything out of there control is not their fault. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are amazing. There’s also so much parking to go around

Honestly the best rental I've lived in. The staff is phenomenal. I haven't had any concerns go unchecked. The neighbors are quiet. Complex is well maintained and amenities are worthwhile!

Novi is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs. They are quick to attend to any problems that arise (in my experiences). The grounds and facilities could be cleaner, but they aren't the worst that I've seen. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and the covered parking garage. Furthermore, the apartment complex is located ridiculously close to Jordan Landing shopping center and Jordan Valley UTA Station. You'll find just about everything you need without leaving West Jordan.
