Recently, we had a situation come up during our lease transfer process, and I really appreciated how it was handled. The team was responsive, communicative, and ultimately worked with us to reach a positive resolution. It’s always reassuring to see a management team, even on the regional level, that takes the time to listen and follow through. I also want to give a special shoutout to Carly and Stacy in the leasing office—they have been fantastic to work with. They've always been professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We appreciate the support and are happy to continue calling this community home.

    Nice Admin Office staff and really great facility. Price was better than I'd anticipated, with some good bonus incentives. Lots of friendly residents I bumped into on my own as well. Though the walls have some bumps too, from all the folks moving in I assume, haha.

    Carly was incredible! She gave my boyfriend and me a tour and was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to help us find the best apartment at the best price, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about her job and about her customers. We also had the chance to meet the rest of the staff, and everyone was amazing—so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The whole vibe at Park at City Center was warm and inviting, and we can’t wait to move in. We are so grateful for Carly and absolutely recommend this community, especially booking a tour with her! 💛

    Overall a very clean, quiet and safe community. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and the grounds are well kept. I would suggest this community to anyone looking for gated parking garage that will accommodate full size trucks (not lifted). This community is conveniently located near shopping, food establishments all within a short walking distance.

    I love this property. Not only are the Leasing Agents amazing, times 10, the property is absolutely stunning, beautiful, and well taken care of. When you walk into the lobby of the Leasing Office, that alone makes you feel like you’re at home, and you’ve not even entered your own apartment home….yet. The amenities are second to none, the epitome of amenities, if you will; jaw dropping as compared to other apartment properties. The best thing about this property, however, are the Leasing Agents, which I met two of them. One walked me through the property, explaining and pointing out everything, not skipping a beat. Lydia, the second Leasing Agent, was genuinely kind and they were both on their “A” game, being accepting and welcoming of their guest, me. There’s not a question they cannot answer, and answer with purposeful passion. This property deserves 10 stars and if I had that option for this review, I would have absolutely given it 10 stars. Thank you, Ivoga and Lydia, for allowing your true passion of your career and your passion of Park at City Center Apartments shine. It doesn’t get any more real than that. 🙏😁🫶

    Nearly perfect! Inside section of apartments are closed off from outside sounds such as cars on the freeway. Amenities are gorgeous and generous, plus unit has the largest kitchen and bathtub I've seen in an apartment ever. Pet friendly, friendly community, great new home.

    The apartments and staff are great. Although I may not sign a lease today (decided to move out of state) I'd totally live here if I ever moved back to Utah. The first floor has amazing 12 ft ceilings, and the rooms are very elegant. Gym, pool, and community rooms also are great.

    I had toured a number of appointment complexes and had been disappointed. On my way home late in the afternoon I drove past the Park at city center and I dropped in without an appointment. I met Lydia who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and friendly. She listened to what I was looking for and then took me on a tour.     Parking

    Lived here for my four years of dental school. Some of these reviews made me anxious even while I lived here, so thought I'd contribute in hopes of making potential new residents feel more at ease. - Management: Great. I can't really say anything bad about them. I only wish they would allow motorcycles to be parked in the garage corners in order to free up outside spots. Some residents cover up their bikes and take up those outside spots during the colder months. Since those spaces belong to the city, it's out of the apartment's hands. Bikes were allowed in the garage previously. But I understand the corners aren't a perfect solution. - Fees/ $$: No surprise fees- everything I was charged was agreed upon in the lease agreement. Working with them throughout move out was easy- I was even refunded a portion of my security deposit. - Apartment itself: Great. No major issues throughout my four years. Don't think I ever even submitted a work order. Walls are not so paper thin as in other apartments. However, if you live in the interior of the apartment complex as I did, noise does echo from activity in the courtyard. No one's fault, just the way they design these complexes nowadays I guess. Regardless, there's a guard that kicks everyone out at 10pm each day of the week. - Residents: The full spectrum. Some are the most neighborly and friendly, others completely inconsiderate, weird, and/or plain dumb. Someone slammed into the garage entrance door the day immediately after it was fixed, for example. There was a resident who routinely let his dog relieve itself on the balcony. I digress. Overall, PCC was a great. Really, my only complaints are against other residents- but every apt has those. I would definitely recommend living here though. Try and stay along the exterior of the building if you can, but the interior is not so bad- I did it for four years.
