I walked in on Saturday for a tour without scheduling an appointment. Eileen was the only one in the office and was already helping another customer. At one point there were over six people waiting, yet she remained calm and professional the entire time. She made sure everyone felt welcomed and acknowledged even while juggling multiple people at once. She clearly had her hands full, but her professionalism and ability to handle the pressure stood out. I wanted to take a moment to recognize her because that level of service often goes unnoticed.

I've been a resident for just over 3 months now and here's my honest assessment of living here at Liberty Landing: I love this place! It's a great quiet community that is conveniently located by Jordan Landing so most of your shopping, restaurants, and other needs are very close. The units are practical and great for the cost considering you're finding installed appliances, a covered spot or 1-car garage, and wifi provided which is hard to find altogether for a good cost. Everything is in great shape and if there are any issues their maintenance is very prompt and quick to fix any issues. The management staff is fantastic too! They respond quickly to texts and emails for any requests or issues that come up and quickly reach out if there are any you need to be aware of. They are super friendly in person too! They put on events for the residents, which I haven't been able to make yet because of work, but I love that they make that effort to outreach to residents. The only things I would say that are challenges to keep in mind would be parking if you have more than one vehicle. Open spots get taken up quickly, especially during the evenings and weekends. But even then the street curb parking isn't too far and availability can change day by day. The other is that you're right next to South Valley Regional Airport, so most of the noise during the night comes from helicopters as it's a different approach from the runway. But if you're an aviation enthusiast like me it's fantastic because you get to see all sorts of aircraft take off and land across the street.

Liberty Landing Apartments is a fantastic place to live! The location is super convenient close to everything you need. The maintenance team does a great job keeping the property well-maintained and looking great. Eileen in the office is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Plus, the units are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great Management they really do care about their tenants! The Property is very well kept and very pretty. Townhomes are well kept and they are very good about your maintenance requests!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the Liberty Landing leasing office because, from our first visit to moving into our new home, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. The office staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional, but Ms. Eileen deserves a special mention. She's simply amazing. She's kind, incredibly organized, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled with care. She greets you with a friendly, familiar face in the office; she's always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The maintenance team has also been very good. Whenever we've needed something, they've arrived quickly, handled the problem, and always with a professional and respectful attitude. It's a great comfort to know that everything here is followed up and resolved.

From the moment we walked into the Liberty Landing office until we signed our contract, we experienced the most helpful, friendly, and attentive service from Ms. Eileen that we've ever received at any other property. She greeted my family and me with a genuine smile, showed us the entire model home, and then helped us through the rigorous approval process until move-in. She is professional and hardworking, always there in the office for anything we needed before, during, and even after we moved in. We needed a few things in our home checked, and just to make sure we had what we needed, Eileen was there to make sure everything was perfect. I should also add that the entire office staff is helpful and willing to address any request. I was very fortunate to have met Eileen at the office, she gave me the peace of mind and the tranquility that I needed at that time with the search for a place to live, and I love knowing that my family and I can go to the office and we will be taken care of in the best way because she truly cares about the residents, so if you are looking for a place to live come here, I recommend it.

The process to apply and get approved and set up was quick and smooth, probably the easiest I have ever had. The complex is nice and well kept and the townhouse itself is in great condition. The staff has always been very friendly and quick to answer if I needed anything at all getting settled.

I have absolutely loved living at Liberty Landing! From the moment we moved in, Eileen on the management team has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The community is well-maintained, with clean common areas, beautiful landscaping, and great amenities that make it more enjoyable. The apartments themselves are spacious and well taken care of. I appreciate the quiet and safe environment, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Plus, the location is unbeatable—close to shopping, dining, and everything I need.

I’ve enjoyed living at Liberty Landing for the past 6+ years. Location was everything for me when I returned to the SLC valley. Easy access to several banks, groceries stores, post office, restaurants, movies, and shopping at Jordan Landing Mall; I walk to all mentioned. The management and maintenance have been attentive to client needs in a timely manner with a positive attitude; no job too big or small. I appreciate Liberty Landing being well maintained to keep our community looking good, and take pride in coming home.

Our experience has been great! We have lived here for a year in a one bedroom apt, we just signed a lease for our 2nd year in a 2 bedroom apt, Cassy, Jessica and the manager have been very nice and were very helpful with the transition. Aldo and the other maintenance personnel have always been very respectful and good at doing a quick repair when we have needed something done at the apartment. This place is located in a nice neighborhood, close to a shopping place and with access to Bangerter. Thank you Liberty Landing Apartment for making this place our home!

I like to live at Liberty Landing, it’s in a good location near to stores, restaurant’s and many places, also the maintenance guy’s and the office are awesome! Good place to live!

This is a very good community to live in and the management is awesome and they have known the struggles that I've gone through and they are always there to help and work with me and the maintenance is awesome every time I've had an issue they have always been right there to help me

I signed my fourth year lease this year at Liberty Landing. I LOVE living here. If I have a problem, they are very prompt in addressing it. Not that I’ve had many problems, just a couple of minor things. It’s a safe place, well lit, great management, the office staff are all so nice and the maintenance guys are too. It is a lovely, well-maintained community. I’m very blessed to have found this place. If you’re looking for your next place to live, give Liberty Landing your consideration. You will not be disappointed!! It really is a great place to live.

I've been a resident here for 3 months now. The managers at Liberty Landing are always present and attentive to the residents needs. Love the community events they put on in the clubhouse. The approval and move-in process was very smooth.

We live in Liberty Landing for more than 2 years, and we're very satisfied because is a safe and clean place. When you need a service they are fast to answer you and even more fast to solve the issue. If you are looking for a good place to live, it's an excellent option.

The apartments are excellent and the staff that work in the offices and in the maintenance area, all of them are very efficient and always solve whatever is needed and the response is very fast!

We really love living here. We've been here 3 years and only plan to leave when we're done with school and ready to buy a house. The management team cares for us, and of we have any issues the maitance team is quick to fix it. Our complex is clean, and safe. My neighbors are lovely to. No real noise issues. For town home/apartment living liberty landing has been the best.

I have been a resident going on 6 years now . I have overall I have been very happy and impressed with my home here ! It has changed this last year a little bit but it’s still a good place to live whether you are single or family. The office staff are friendly and the maintenance people are friendly and very good at keeping things in working order and up to date . I really enjoy the access to a swimming pool, great for family activities.

We’ve been living in this apartment complex for almost 4 years in January. Established my family here, moved from 1 bedroom townhome to 2 bedroom townhome and for that almost 4 years, we always have the best experiences from the staffs at the leasing office up to the maintenance guys. They have always been so helpful, professional and just always happy to help. If I could only give more than 5 stars, I would because I know we live in the best apartment complex. They always maintain the property, keeping it clean all the time, there’s security patrol during the night and also the most exciting is that you guys do events for tenants especially kids! During Easter and Halloween! Thank you Liberty Landing!

My husband I lived here for a little over a year. We've been in quite a few apartments, but never had such a great experience as we did here. Professional and friendly management, quiet neighbors, affordable prices for the kind of apartment you're getting.. we felt safe and at ease our entire time. We bought a house so we just moved out, but I'm truly going to miss living here. Thank you Liberty Landing and staff for being so good to us.

Ian and Melissa were very great to work with. The apartment was nice, clean and ready on our move-in date. The maintenance team also does a great job here. The grounds and community are very well kept and clean!

I lived here for 2 1/2 years and loved it!! Melissa was always very responsive to any concerns I had and was professional and kind. I didn’t realize just how good things were here until I moved somewhere else and I’m regretting it big time. Hoping to come back to Liberty Landing soon. It’s home.

I've been a resident of Liberty Landing for 6 years now. I've truly enjoyed my stay and plan on staying for quite some time. The property manager, Melissa, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She consistently displays a professional, courteous, and kind disposition; all characteristics that have a significant and meaningful impact to someone who cant, or chooses not to own their own home. Ian has been a great addition as well. And Rudy, the Maintenace Wizard, who has been here as long as I can remember, is as good as they get! From a logistical standpoint, the area is perfect! Jordan Landing is literally right there, while the actual buildings are tucked away just enough to not feel or experience any potential madness from Jordan Landing. Bangerter highway is close and getting to the 2-15 is painless. Thanks to the Liberty Landing Team!!

I lived at Liberty Landing for a year. It is a beautiful and quite community that is well maintained with friendly staff. The apartment is very clean and spacious and beautiful with plenty of room. I never had an issue with ants or mice in my unit. The rent is also reasonable. Melissa and Ian are very professional and courteous. They called my name every time right way when they saw me. I had a couple of repairs in the unit which were taken care of by their maintenance right away. I lived in Sandy for a year and half before I moved in at Liberty Landing. I wish that I moved in earlier. The quality cost ratio is much better at Liberty Landing. I rent for over 10 years at different places and this is the best place that I have ever lived. I highly recommend this place!

I've been living in Liberty landing since it opened love it here what a move out of here no probably will stay here for a little longer Justin Paul the management near the maintenance are the bomb great customer service great personality all around just great would recommend this apartment to any of my friends
