They pull the toilets out once a month to put cameras down the toilet hole, a lot of bugs, my a/c was leaking out the closet (didn't know you could have an a/c in the closet) and very hard to keep floors clean when their is big gaps in the base board. But the office staff/maintenance are very humble and helpful people.

Martha and Danica have been amazing I have been here for 5 months. I love the leasing staff they are great, building is always clean inside and outside, staff is very welcoming, maintenance is great with responding to maintenance requests and all leasing staff are always very helpful.

Great apartments I feel like I'm finally living in a small home which is really nice. Management is friendly and easy to work with from day 1 to move in. I recommend this place.

Danica and Martha have been awesome to work with, they are very acommodating and are quick to fix any issues I may have! I just signed my second lease here. The apartment itself is very spacious you are not going to find that easily, I have a huge closet in my master bedroom, and the countertops/cabinets are super pretty. Oh forgot to mention the quickness and friendliness of the maint. guys here you guys rock!

I have very mixed feelings about my experience living here! Management is super awesome and always willing to listen and handle concerns, they have really improved their communication and planning of events over the past few months (shout out to whoever started the newsletters they are amazinggg) But, there are still some consistent concerns that I have had, specifically around cleanliness of the apartment complex itself, the stairwells and other areas of the apartment aren’t cleaned regularly as well as some of the walls (and they need a good clean!) if these things were cleaned more often I would have nothing negative to say at all, besides the fact that we don’t use the valet trash but still have to pay for it, but honestly that’s not too huge of a deal :)

Great location, with easy access to TRAX. 5th floor has great views & amenities are worthwhile. Property Manager is responsive & helpful.

I have had an outstanding experience living at this community. The management team, as well as the staff, have consistently provided exceptional and efficient service, always addressing my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their dedication has truly made a difference in my living experience. It is because of this excellent service that I chose to renew my lease once again, and I am confident I will continue to do so in the future. I’ve lived in quite a few places over the years, and I can confidently say this apartment complex has been the best experience I’ve ever had. From day one, everything has exceeded my expectations — from the professionalism of the staff to the comfort and quality of the apartment itself. The management team is incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and thoroughly, often within the same day. It’s such a relief to live somewhere that actually follows through and takes pride in their property. The apartment itself is spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I love the layout, the natural light, and how quiet it is — even though it’s in a convenient, central location. Amenities are always clean and accessible. If you’re looking for a place to live that combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, this is it. I couldn’t recommend it more!

We have loved living at Momentum Apartments! The staff is great, Danica especially! She is always so helpful and goes out of her way to make sure we are having the best experience. We love the living area and the newly renovated style of the apartments. So happy we decided to move here!

The front Desk team is the best! They treat me and my dog Aiko with a huge amount of respect and love! Super flexible on rent especially when you communicate everything with them. They’re super understanding. I noticed some reviews here say they “never mentioned” the attorney part of rent but it was clearly stated in the Lease and something you have to sign off that you understand that. We were also put through that situation but they were helpful and even now i still live there with my girlfriend and dog! They were also super quick to fix the issues the apartment faced a couple weeks back! Super affordable and most of all the community here is like a family. Values I know anyone can appreciate 🔥

Checked it out and it has a beautiful layout, More than friendly staff that was helpful on the phone in person and gave so much detail. Apartments amenities are so lovely, I would recommend to check them out if you can!

The manager here is super amazing made everything really easy for me and my partner. Honestly sooo happy living here. The whole staff is amazing. i really want to thank them for being so great with us and our paw babies! High recommended!

My wife and I have been living here for almost a month and we absolutely love it!! The leasing agents are incredibly kind and we have become great friends!! We have loved every minute and we are so excited to stay here for the remainder of our lease and may even renew! Love it!! Definitely stay here!!

I'm writing this review now that I have been living at Momentum since January and feel like I can write it fair and honestly. I am really happy that I chose this property out of all the different places in the greater South Jordan area (Draper, Sandy, West Jordan, Daybreak). I study from home a lot during the day, and see a lot of the neighborhood and meeting other residents in the building and don't have any complaints. I moved out here from California (by way of the military) for nursing school (#Roseman), and was very surprised by some of the cost of living prices, especially the rent. I am used to inflated costs, but was not impressed with the majority of the properties that I toured, as they were older, did not have all the amenities I wanted and needed, too far away from school, and/or didn't have the level of security I was comfortable with. I truly did not feel that these other properties were worth the cost, and was not willing to compromise on my "needs list". If you are looking for a safe, secure, community-oriented location with great amenities (pool, CLEAN gym, communal areas for work-from-home or study space), Momentum is definitely worth the price. Yes, it is a bit on the expensive side, but I am happy to pay to live in a brand new unit, and feel at-home while I'm out here for school. I don't feel that the utility prices are extreme - I know what extreme and upside down cost-of-living looks like, and this is not it, not by a long shot. Lastly, our front office staff is AMAZING! The girls are incredibly friendly, very helpful if I have a question or an issue. I have always received timely responses with work orders or emails. I'm not really sure why they have any negative reviews in regards to their professionalism or responsiveness. They have held sensitive mail for me and sent me a text to let me know they have it safe in the office. They also put a lot of thought and effort into organizing events for residents: game nights, dog Valentine's day, movie day, Earth Day flower planting etc. I consider them to be my friends, not just "the girls" as my dog lovingly knows them as! The walls of the apartments are not paper thin, I do hear some noise when people are in the hot tub or lounging in the courtyard when all my windows and balcony door are open. The way the building is designed it has a bit of an echo effect, but I have never heard my neighbors between walls. Maybe I have gotten lucky with respectful and considerate apartment neighbors, but I have only heard one loud neighbor who didn't realize what time it was and there is an echo effect in the courtyard. There is still some construction going on, but it's not limiting use of the amenities by any means. The hot tub has been closed for maintenance the past week or so after the last rain storm, but anyone who has ever owned a pool/hot tub knows that pool pumps/circuits can have issues after big storms. Garbage and recycling are fully functional, and our new valet is actually a resident here, and the service has drastically improved! Garbage and recycling rooms are fully functional and clean - at least on my floor. Now that the building is nearly done with construction, the issues listed in other reviews have been corrected/finished. I'm really looking forward to the warmer months and spend some time in the 3 different outside spaces we have when I'm school or clinicals! #roseman #nursingschool #liveatmomentum

All the girls in the front are amazing! Always willing to stop and help with anything or give information, for people new in town this is amazing service! The apartments are super clean and amazing closets, all of the amenities feel like in staying in a high end hotel every day, highly recommend ! !

Momentum has been amazing! It’s a hip place to live and I can’t say enough about the people who work there from the leasing department to even the maintenance department. Customer Service is excellent.
