    5 stars for sure! We have family close by and are looking for a place to call home. Our visit to Diamond Fork was fabulous! First impressions are everything and the first thing we noticed was how clean and manicured the complex was, didn't even see a piece of trash in the parking lot! We were shown an apartment by Mary who was so delightful and courteous to us. Mary explained the whole process to us with expertise. She knows her stuff!! I was so impressed with the joy and atmosphere with all the employees that we had contact with. Thank goodness they are pet friendly and have the playground for when the grandkids visit. I think we have found a place to call home at Diamond Fork!

    I have lived here a few years and had to deal with a couple of different managers. Mary was recently hired as the manager. Mary has done an amazing job. I had a few issues to deal with and Mary addressed the issues and was great to work with. Thank you Mary for helping me.

    very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath apartments., also pet friendly... the manager Luis is fast to respond to any needs you may have.. if their not at the office, leave a message. and your number, for him to respond to the residents have a website they can use for maintenance requests....and online rent payments. summer landscaping is professionaly done, winter months are handled by diamond fork maintenance... only 12 apartments per building, which means 2 apts per floor on each side.. which is nice.. and a wood chipped, playground for kids..

    Maintenance

    Very nice apartments. We moved here from CA 5 months ago and Luis got us in right away. Clean, nice views, nice grass, quiet enough, and Luis is super responsive and very easy to work with. He worked hard and got us in right away. My fridge had a leak and he got us a brand new one within a couple days. Apartment is clean, bright, and open. New paint and carpet. Every maintenance call is responded to right away. Beautiful location, professional and friendly staff, very happy here. -Lisa
