    We love living here and our apartment is beautiful, BUT we got locked out today because our key pad does not work and maintenance would not come and help us unlock our door. We had to call a lock smith and they are so pricey. I’m just not currently understanding why I pay 2000+ in rent.

    The new office staff you have are very nice and helpful. I can see a difference in the upkeep of the property. They are a little noisy as you can hear all the neighbors but we are fortunate that the people in our building are very nice.

A few minor details such as paint splatter, dust in corners/light fixtures, and glue residue on fridge. Trenna/Corbin are great though and very friendly. On-site maintenance acts fast.     I highly recommend ICON 9700. The complex is located in a predominately residential area and is quiet. The apartments are clean and reasonably spacious. The management was always friendly and responsive. The complex is situated in an ideal location. There are shopping centers with a Home Depot, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc., within reasonable walking distance. Major shopping areas are only about 3 miles away. There is a park practically across the street with a jogging track. Dimple Dell Park, a huge, beautiful area for walking, jogging, biking and horseback riding, is within comfortable walking distance. For skiers, you are within 20 miles of 4 top-rated ski resorts (Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird and Alta) and within about an hour of several others (Sundance, Park City, Deer Valley, Powder Mountain and Snowbasin). There are numerous groomed cross-country skiing places within reasonable driving distance, including Solitude, Sundance, Mountain Dell, White Pine and Soldier Hollow. For hikers, you are within easy driving distance to trailheads in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and Millcreek Canyon. Basically, ICON 9700 is a great place to live.
