    Awesome staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is very nice and helpful as well. I love our apartment and have been here for 2 years now. Only complaint is that it feels like there are too many apartments and not enough parking spaces. There is probably around 150 apartments, but it seems like there is only half of that for parking spots. Considering there is many people that have more than one car/vehicle it makes parking after work hours impossible. Thank you Four Seasons but please give us a solution to the parking problem.

    We recently moved to US, and this is our first home here. We had a very nice experience with the leasing team. The have been extremely cooperative from the day one. The maintenance team here is super awesome with a quick turnaround time. It is a lovely place with a calm and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbors are really helpful and with many kids around, so my daughter is truly enjoying the stay here.

Dakota is so great to work with and I think things are better since Wasatch Premier Communities took over the property. - The maintenance team is fast and pleasant. - LOVE that they allow dogs. There are dogs everywhere! <3 - One of the best-priced apartments in the state. I'm hard-pressed to find anything that balances space and cost like these guys do. - The new resident portal makes paying rent and communicating or setting up maintenance requests a snap!

    Update: We’ve now lived here for 3 years, I still enjoy my time here it’s a really nice area. Jack and Jacob are always rockstars and take care of maintenance requests quick and are so friendly! They love our dogs and my cat! They truly care and that’s what matters. I also had a package recently stolen from my front porch, which is odd for the area and being on the 3rd floor and it’s never happened before. Even my neighbor had been here 10 years and never had an issue with one stolen. But our property manager Enrique was really nice to do everything he could for us and was as helpful as he could be. Thank you four seasons I really appreciate you all and everything you do to make my home the best it can be! :) Jack and Jacob in maintenance are always super awesome! They’re so nice and are always fast at fixing any issues we have in our apartment. The apartment complex is pretty great, it has its minor issues like the parking isn’t super great and some people aren’t great at cleaning up after their pets but otherwise I haven’t had any issues living here.

    We enjoyed our time living here! We were here for a year and really didn’t have any issues. We moved because they were raising our rent. It was already on the high end, but raising it even more was a no-go for us. We had a relatively small deposit upon moving in, and only had to pay about $20 when we moved out. The maintenance team is wonderful. They are quick to get over to your apartment to fix things, and they are super friendly. I always got a wave whenever I passed them around the complex. The pool and hot tub are nice during the warmer months. One complaint I had was that there were a lot of pets that pooped on the lawn, and it wasn’t picked up by the owners. We have a child, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting her play on the lawn with the risk of animal poop being there. Despite signs telling owners to pick up after their pets, it was still an issue. I felt the people in the office were friendly and available to help answer questions/concerns. They were sometimes tough to get a hold of via phone or email, so taking a trip down to the office was sometimes necessary.

    Noise

    The maintenance team is outstanding. They are so friendly and quick to get the job done! The train and trax at night isn’t as loud as some other users have described but it does get annoying sometimes. Lots of children in the complex so it’s fairly family friendly but can be loud during summer days.

    There was an issue with the Dishwasher. I put in a maintenance request and within three hours they were there. They took time to find the problem, fix it, explain to me what had went wrong and they wished me a good day and left. They were tidy and so kind. I’m blown away with the staff here. I’ve always hated apartment living but the staff here makes it feel like home. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

    I have lived here for the past 3 years. I have had my few maintenance issues fixed fast and correctly. The office staff has always been pleasant. The only reason I've moved recently was because I got married and purchased a house. There were no issues with hidden fees or dishonesty with the complex.     I had an issue with my bathroom faucet created a service request.. Maintenance came quickly and resolved my issue with ease.. I was so impressed with how clean they left the work area when they finished up.. I wish I could do more than 5 stars. Love it here.
