⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about Arcadia Apartments in Sandy, Utah. From start to finish, my experience was absolutely amazing. Enoch, Teesh and The rest of the processing team, went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were able to get into our new apartment. They were patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who live here, not just filling units. Thanks to their effort and kindness, what could’ve been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience. If you’re looking for a place to call home with a management team that truly looks out for you, I highly recommend Arcadia Apartments!

Had a great tour today and was very impressed with the staff! So friendly and very informative. The building is very nice and clean. I can truly see myself living here! Thank you for your time and I will be submitting my application soon.

Put in a maintenance request and it was fixed pretty promptly, very nice people in the office and I haven’t had any issues living here!

I’ve just moved into Arcadia and I love being here, it’s definitely home 🏡! The process to move in was made a lot easier due to a staff that kindly made sure everything was in order so I was able to be here. My one bedroom is beautiful , clean, cozy and has every Amenity needed… I’m sitting on my deck right now enjoying the sunshine and feeling happy I made this move here☀️:)

Arcadia apartments is a beautiful place to live, the apartments themselves are a good size and spacious for the cost of rent with a nice open floor plan. The apartments are very beautiful with gorgeous counter tops, nice appliances, high ceilings, everything you could want in a place to live. The lighting is wonderful, rooms are always so bright because of the quality of the lights themselves and the big windows in every room with an exterior wall. The management team is also wonderful, they try to have the best relationship possible with their residents while also paying close attention to their work. They work hard for the best living quality possible for their residents, taking their jobs very seriously and always trying to fix things in a timely manner.

morgan was so helpful, definitely gave us in-depth details about apartments and helped us look for what we wanted/could afford.

Personally I love the service and deeply appreciate the communication on what is going on with the apartments.

Arcadia has been so helpful and on top of the maintenance. Thank you guys for all your hard work and making this a nice home for us.

My partner and I are first time renters and we were looking to move out ASAP. We found Arcadia and we cannot wait to move in after being approved. Morgan has been so helpful and patient and had made this experience extremely easy! The property is very nice and quiet, and very pet friendly.

This place is great! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind! Whenever I have an inquiry, I get the answers quickly! The apartments are stunning!!! The maintenance staff stay on top of everything, and keep the snow shoveled up! I seriously couldn't be more pleased!

The office staff was incredibly amazing

The location of the building was very accesible, the price of our unit was affordable, the floor plan of the apartment was well designed, and the people from management was effective and responsive at the time of any maintenance claim. Because all of this we can say we had a pleasant year living in this place.

This property is better the best property i have toured. I am looking around for some apartments and saw this property since it is pretty close to my work. Every time i go in there, they always are so welcoming. Morgan has helped me so much. She has helped me find the best floor plan for me and helps me understand the expectations and the payments. She is also very understanding if on my decision if i chose to move in or not. Bianca and Justin are always so very welcoming when i go in there. Always greets me and makes my day better. Although, the property can be very gross because of some of the residents, the management and everyone in the office really does try their best to help keep the property clean and really has done a good job! I do love this place🤍

Awesome help from Athziri! She is amazing!!! Very nice apartments. Overall the help and apartments were amazing! Would definitely recommend. The back of the apartments has a lot of dog poop like every where, which is the tenants so wish they did better lol but that was the only issue .

I’ve lived here two years and there’s not much to complain about. The hallways are always quiet and I never hear my neighbors. Maintenance always comes within 24 hours of requesting them!! Front office is very friendly!
