I have lived here for 5 years. I love it! Any and all maintenance is taken care of quickly. The office management and maintenance crew are great! They are easy to talk to and seem to genuinely care about the residents. All the amenities are well taken care of and the grounds well kept year round. I enjoy how pet friendly this complex is. The dog parks are so convenient. The apartments themselves are awesome. The floor plans are spacious and the walk in closet is huge! A couple of years ago my son did some damage to a fence while playing with some friends. I was approached about the incident with such kindness and understanding. Seriously, the management here is has been so friendly and fair. I have always felt at home here. UPDATE: Moving day is quickly approaching. 10 years at Windmill Cove. (Don't judge 😂) It has been a great 10 years! I stand by my original review. I am sad to be leaving, but, am excited to move on to the next chapter.

We lived at Windmill Cove from 2017-2018, it was one of our favorite places to live. All the staff was very friendly and always addressed concerns promptly. No issues with being charged anything after move out (we transferred to a sister property). Maintenance was on top of everything. We loved the amenities, especially the pool. Not sure if April is still there, but she was super sweet and great to deal with. When people are looking for a place to rent I still tell them to check this place out.

I give Windmill Cove Apartments a 5 Star Review! I've been living here for 13 months with no problems. We are expecting, and we needed to get transferred to a bigger apartment, and with the help of a great staff Leah, she was able to help us with all our needs. Anytime we need anything the office staff is a call away! Great staff by the way. I honestly recommend this place as this was our first apartment when moving into Utah. Great area with everything nearby. Thank you, Windmill Cove, for making it feel save for my family!

We’ve been living here for about 6 months now and we love it! My husband and I love the quiet and safe neighborhood. When we first moved in (a week before our wedding) the ladies in the office helped out so much to make sure we felt comfortable. They answered every question and made it so easy for us. There’s lots of dogs but not only does management keep the whole lot clean and stocked on dog bags, the tenants are very good about picking up after their doggos. Anytime we need management or a handy man, they’re on it and punctual. The surrounding neighborhood is so great! Filled with stores and restaurants. Everything is at a walking distance, we love to lime scooter everywhere. 10/10 with really hard to find prices, I recommend to whoever is looking.

Windmill Cove has been my home since 2004, I was 9 years old. I am now 27 and my happiest years have been spent here and ALL staff of all the years have been loving, available, and attentive! This complex has a special charm you won't find anywhere else. I love this apartment complex and highly recommend it!

I love this place! A year ago I was desperate to find a place and the office management was so great that in 2 days I had everything ready for me to move in. They are really so nice and always willing to help.

I have lived here three years And I love it! The manager April is the best and is caring and accommodating and when something needs fixed it’s done right away!! Best apartments I’ve lived in hands down.

We have lived here for 8 years and would not want to live anywhere else. We have had nothing but positive experiences. Maintenance is fabulous and prompt. They fix things in a timely manner or replace it with new equipment if needed. The property is clean and safe. Office staff is always super friendly and helpful. I can honestly say on multiple occasions staff (both office and maintenence) have gone way above and beyond to help my family or to fix a situation. Rent prices are extremely reasonable. Triton Investments has done a great job making sure they have fantastic staff at this apartment complex. I would highly recommend Windmill Cove apartments to anyone.

After moving across country, I was super stressed with searching for a convenient, safe and comfortable place to live. I visited multiple complexes and left disappointed each time. All of that changed when I came to windmill cove. I have felt so welcomed, so safe, and settled in so nicely. Windmill cove has become our home and there’s no place like home! Clean, friendly, fun amenities, and a covered parking spot! Super close to the mall and restaurants. Thank you windmill cove for giving us our new home!

My wife and I have lived here since 2018 and have had little to no issues. The community is nice a lot of friendly people children playing on both playgrounds in the afternoons (reminds me of when I would play with the other kids when I was little and lived in a apartment community). The community is pet friendly as well the only downside to this is a lot of the other tenants do not clean up after their animals but maintenance is good about taking care of their negligence. The front office staff are super friendly and when ever I've had an issue they've had quick resolve.

I have been living here for almost 3 years and love it. I have never had an issue with getting anything fixed in our apartment even when we our boiler went out over the weekend we had it fixed the same day no problem. Office staff is very welcoming and helpful with any concerns or questions. I would prefer if the pool be open year round but that's no real issue. Despite being near the 15 freeway and stadium is really calm and quiet. Neighbors are friend and respectful of everyone. As someone who moved from california and was not sure of where to settle, Sandy- Windmill Cove was a great choice. Windmill Cove is in a great location near shopping malls, grocery store, everything you would need is with in a short distance.

We love living here at windmill cove apartments. We lived here the last couple years or so and the management and everyone have been so helpful in getting what we need done. Would I recommend this place, yes I would.

We have lived here for 3 months now and enjoy the atmosphere and all the friendly people we pass on the way in and out. The staff has been kind and we really appreciate it!

We just resigned our lease. The neighborhood is great. The management is good and easy to work with. The only thing I will say is that the air ducts were super filled with dust when we moved in but with regular cleaning it isn’t a problem anymore. They respect our boundaries when it comes to entering our home and help arrange payments for rent when in need. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Honestly I adore these apartments. I'm so thankful to have found a place with a close knit community of people! My children made fast friends, the playgrounds and dog parks all provide great places for them to play and run free for a few hours a day. Not to mention management tends to be on top of things quickly, making sure nothing goes unanswered or unfixed. A beautiful and clean complex to call home. We are so happy to call Windmill Cove home.

I've only lived here for like 3 months so far but the staff is super friendly, the neighborhood is nice and quiet for the most part, the property and units are well maintained and clean, and if you have pets, the community here is great for that! Pretty good dog park on premises, doggy bag dispensers and disposal throughout the property, and other pet owners are pretty friendly! Kinda wish more people would get on nextdoor tho...

I had an overall very positive experience living here. The apartments are well maintained, and any maintenance request we submitted was complete within 24 hours. Staff was easy to contact and work with. The rent was the cheapest we found for comparable size (not to say it's cheap by any means. Sandy is relatively expensive), and they weren't lower quality. The amenities are well taken care of. The only complaint I have is after we moved out, they tried to charge us a "cleaning fee" even though the place was spotless. After I disputed it with pictures (which I highly recommend taking prior to move out), they refunded me the cleaning fee, so I can't complain too much about that. Overall, it's as nice and as cheap of a place as you'll find in the area.

Love living here. People are nice keep to themselves. The office is very friendly and maintenance is awesome they get things taken care of immediately. They keep the grounds nice and clean, people pick up after their pets and keep things clean.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns have been answered in a timely matter. The property is kept clean and upcoming events are posted well in advance.

Have lived here for a few years and I really enjoy it. There are no breed restrictions on pets, which is a bonus. Whenever we have had an issue we have contacted the front office and it is same day come and fix the problem if they are able to. There are have been very few problems with the complex. It is on the pricey side of things but they keep the grounds maintained and have recently replace the playground equipment at the two small parks within the complex and at this moment are redoing the pool and hot tub. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are just a bit pricey but you do get a lot of things for the price and again they are great about repairs and helping when you need help.

Windmill cove management and maintenance is amazing! They are always super nice, and quick to respond to everything. We love our apartment there and all the neighbors are nice. The only down side is lots of people have dogs and don't pick up their poop.

I really love how the office staff at Windmill are quick to respond. To whatever it may be, a question about renter's insurance, to a parking question, to maintenance, they are quick to respond and help their tenants out! It has been really nice and stress-free to live here!

Living at Windmill Cove is the best! I never leave a review unless their is a really good reason! I love the apartment, the complex is completely pet friendly and I enjoy the look of my apartment. You all need to know that management at Windmill Cove is the best. My dad suffered a heart Attack on Saturday. He is finally home and recovering. Management found out and personally gave flowers to my dad and shared their concern and care for him. What management complex does this? It was kindness that I know we will never forget. These are the apartments you want to move into because you’re not just a tenant! Thank you so much!

I haven't lived here in a while but wanted to write a review anyways. The staff is great, they were always super friendly and once you get to know them they are easy to work with. I needed to find a place quickly and was able to sign a lease the same day. I did have the neighbor from hell downstairs but that isn't their fault. I would recommend if you have children or pets to live on the first floor. I had a larger companion animal and my neighbor would beat my floor (her ceiling) with a broom even if he was just walking. She complained so much that I received a lovely letter on my door from the front desk staff about it. She often parked in my parking spot and swore at me as she moved out. What a lovely woman. Once she moved we had no problems. The people above us made a lot of noise but thats what you get in an apartment complex. I will say that you can hear your neighbors quite a bit. I could hear my neighbors next door talking (at a normal level), and could hear my upstairs neighbor peeing in the morning. Fun! All in all its a safe place, lots of kids for your kids to play with and they are pet friendly.

Great Staff! Anytime there is a repair to be done, it will get done withing 24 hours. They also do fun events for the residents, like having Santa come by, or having a mothers day treat. They also do a drawing for those who pay their rent on time. Overall, they are great!

Great location! Freeway, shopping and entertainment close by. Staff and maintenance are very helpful.

I appreciate that they have events to get to know the management better and meet the neighbors.

We suddenly needed to find housing and had to book an apartment site unseen. We lucked out with Windmill Cove. The office staff is amazing and very friendly. We had a few things with the apartment that needed to be fixed or worked through and they were great to fix what was needed promptly. They are working on renovating all units, so definitely request one that has been.

My wife and I have lived in multiple apartments and windmill cove is our favorite. We feel welcome and at home here. The management is great and on top of everything. This is the place to be if you want luxury living at an affordable price.

I have lived at Windmill Cove for almost 5 years. In my opinion the property manager now is much more friendly and easier to work with than the previous one. Maintenance has always been prompt, and if anything didn’t turn out as expected, they would return quickly to take care of it. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. As far as rent goes, you cannot beat it for the area and size of the apartment. Even the upgraded units are still quite a bit cheaper than nearby apartments that are also smaller. My family feels safe here and we have no complaints.

Great place to live. The apartments are older but they are still in great shape. All of my maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. The office staff is really easy going. The appliances could be upgraded to something more modern but that is beside the point. One of the only apartment complexes where I have considered renewing my lease at.

This place is great. Centrally located near movie theatre, mall, restaurants and other entertainment. The apartments are a good size and they have great rates. With such amenities like a pool and spa, gym, tennis court, and small dog park you can't beat it. The staff is very helpful and easy to would with.

I just signed my lease for my second year living in Windmill Cover and I highly recommend it. The apartments are nothing fancy, but we have never had any problems and the only time we ever had to call maintenance was when we first moved in. Other than that, no issues. The apartments are priced pretty fairly, and things like pet rent and renter's insurance are comparable to other complexes. There aren't hidden fees or anything like that. Management is really nice and has always been helpful when I needed it. Sometimes if they are understaffed the office closes early, which can be a little frustrating if you want to pick up a package after work or something, but it's not a huge deal and doesn't happen super often. The complex is kept really nice and clean and the maintenance guys always salt the sidewalks and shovel really soon after it snows. There's a little dog park that is nice, and there's a dog bath in the laundry room which is SOgreat. I hate having to bathe my dog in the bathtub, so it's nice to have a free dog bath in the complex. The people who live here are also generally pretty quiet and respectful. There aren't a lot of super young people, mostly young families and older couples, so it's pretty calm. There are a lot of dogs, and some people don't pick up their dog's poop, but I think the maintenance people do, because it usually doesn't sit around for a long time.
