    I recently came down to take a tour with Kaylie and I can’t tell you how beautiful this place is it’s got amazing views with store access that you can literally walk to and the views are incredible I could sit out there all day by the lake very very pretty

    We have been living at the Pearl townhomes for a year and a half and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The maintenance guys are great and always come within a day of any request submitted. However, there are a lot of additional fees that make no sense to me - concierge trash for example. There are dumpsters in the center of the buildings, easily reachable. Maybe it makes sense for the apartments but not the townhomes. The door locks are digital but hardly ever work right. The batteries run down super quick. We got locked out one very cold night when we first got here and had no way of getting back in. But the view of the lake is fantastic and so nice to walk on the paths right outside our door. We will miss the peaceful surroundings.

    I've really enjoyed living at The Pearl - it's at a great location, friendly neighbors, and really responsive staff all around. Raul and Brando from the maintenance team are especially great to work with as they're always looking after the property, super friendly, and quick to respond to any issues that might come up.

    This place is top notch. It's certainly giving exquisite. The grounds are well maintained everything is super clean. The views from the lake are stunning. The grocery store is within walking distance. I recommend the maintenance guy Brando, he is really helpful, skilled, and professional.

    So far, I can’t speak highly enough about the Pearl! When my wife and I started to look at this location, we were still living in Maryland. It can be complicated to move across the country but Jamie made the whole process so easy! Her communication was top tier; she was responsive, thorough and detailed whether communicating through email or phone. Moving across the country required lots of planning but our move into the Pearl was the best easiest part. When we arrived at our new townhome, we were immediately blown away by the location. We live right next to the lake and it’s beautiful! There are nearby restaurants and a Harmons that is walking distance. AMAZING! The townhome itself was in great condition and you can tell it was made very well. In our previous apartment, the walls weren’t as insulated which made our dog super anxious so he would just hide under the best most of the day. Upon completing our move in inspection, we had a few small issues that needed to be corrected. Our (new) fridge wasn’t cooling and we were missing a cable for the Smart Hub thing. Maintenance came the very next day and took care of everything. Brando was helpful, thorough and made sure that I was satisfied with the repairs. I’m very impressed with the first month with these guys!

    Lived here for a year in a town home and LOVED it. It was quiet, peaceful lake living. The staff at the Pearl have always been professional, kind and willing to help. Their maintenance staff, in particular Brando, is phenomenal. He proactively ensured that anything he did maintenance related, was safe for my young child. He also showed up on time for everything he helped with - we LOVE a quick and responsive maintenance team!

    We love our townhome here in Daybreak! We have lived here a full year now and just signed another 14 month lease to stay. With a backyard such as Daybreak and the proximity to the airport, groceries, shopping, etc., it just doesn’t get better than this. Well, it would get better with access to the pools in our community, but that has been an ongoing pursuit for a while it seems (which is why I gave 4 stars). The office staff are professional, attentive, and very friendly, and we love the maintenance team as well, which we fortunately haven’t needed too much help from. I appreciate when they do community events for holidays and such, but I do wish we can do a bit more to build up a community vibe :) thank you, thePEARL, for providing our lovely living for now and more!

    Nice apartments that are right on the water in daybreak. Located right next to the harmons as well. There are a lot of added additional fees on top of rent. You definitely get a lot more for your money in other areas of daybreak. But it is nice to have a location right on the water. Nicole in the office is very nice and helpful.
