The Beckstead

I have lived here at the Beckstead for a few years now I have been so grateful to be here. I am thankful for the office staff. I am grateful for maintenance they always go above and beyond they respond quickly when things need to be fixed. I love how quiet and peaceful and safe it is here with it being locked. They always have activities and bingo is a favorite of mine. They celebrate birthday’s and much more. The patio is so peaceful. The garden is always so beautiful. The amenities are 5 stars.

Colton and Michelle are amazing. Colton helped turn things on before I moved so everything would be good to go. Every question patiently answered time and again. Beautiful facility with an incredible staff. I'm happy to be home at the Beckstead!

I love the Beckstead community! Every resident and staff I came in contact with treated me with a warm smile and genuine interaction! Highly recommend living there! Primary Home Health was able to provide a clinic cleaning ears and clipping toenails.

I had a great experience with the management at this apartment complex. They are professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about residents. They handle any and all questions quickly and efficiently! It was also very clean, organized, and welcoming! I would highly recommend!

I moved into the community the day they opened May 1, 2015. I have seen many changes. Our current management staff is the BEST. They go the extra mile to keep the residents happy. We all know there are corporate rules they must follow and always helps the residents understands why. Michelle and Ava always greet you with a smile and go the extra mile to work through every day with a positive end. Larry and Scott due a great job taking care of sll maintenence issues quickly. The community is run well and we are blessed to have such a great place to live.

I live here at The Beacksted for one year and I plan to renew for the next several years. If I could, this place is one of the best places I’ve ever lived the people. We are family here. The office, , Larry, Scott, Eva and Michelle. They’re awesome. This place is well worth. Every minute here I am so happy here I feel right at homeWere happy to have everything. Love it here ! Have lived here for 3 years and the management and maintenance crew are fantastic ! There is an indoor pool and hottub with water aerobics classes, lovely Clubhouse,lots of activities per the Activities Committee. The are 1,2 bedroom apartments, some with accommodations for handicapped. The atmosphere and people are uplifting

We have enjoyed being at the Beckstead apts. It is convenient to access the area and services we need. The staff does a good job of operating and maintaining the facility. Friendly residents become like family. The activities are fun, nice variety conducted regularly. You can do as much or as little as you choose. Great to live here!

Larry arrived within a couple of hours of Submitting the work order. He solved the problem and was very personable! I have lived here for 9 years. I love the warm homey atmosphere. It’s a great place to live!

We have lived here going on 10 years. I have only spectacular things to say about this lovely property. It always feels super secure and very clean, and everyone on the staff are wonderful. The front office staff is very responsive, friendly and professional. We're always well informed about upcoming changes, new promotions, opportunities etc. and well in advance. They go above and beyond to be sensitive to needs, and helpful to our neighbors. The maintenance staff is excellent and very responsive. Not only my own experience but in talking to lots of friends here, the comments are always of appreciation for all maintenance does to keep things running smoothly and safely. I never hear anything but praise! The Activities Committee is a BIG part of the charm and comradery here. There's something every day/week for residents to do, like water aerobics, games, painting, book club, movie night, charity, gardening (summer) along with monthly brunch and themed dinners & more. We love living at The Beckstead and consider it a true home.

I love living at the Beckstead. I've lived here for nine years. The management is helpful and friendly. Whenever I need information or help with anything, they take me right into the office to discuss it. Whenever I go to the office they stop everything to assist me. And the maintenance staff are unbelievably fast, helpful, get the job done and are so friendly. Whenever I've had something break down or a lightbulb go out - they are right there - usually the same day to fix it. Wonderful people and we live in a very beautiful building.

I have had only wonderful, positive experiences with the management and maintenance teams at The Beckstead. I had several maintenance issues at my apartment yesterday, and Scott worked for as long as needed to resolve all issues. I was grateful. In the past, Larry has also worked hard to make sure repairs were completed correctly so that everything in my apartment works well. The management team of Michelle and Sky work closely with residents and the Activities Committee to make living at The Beckstead an enjoyable, comfortable, safe experience. They are both open to suggestions from residents that are often implemented while maintaining friendly, kind and professional service. I love living at The Beckstead!

The Beckstead is one of a kind! As soon as you step inside, you know you want to live here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They have all kinds of different activities to do daily. They have an incredible indoor pool and hot tub and the clubhouse is huge! They also have a library, puzzle room, the list goes on! The group of residents that live there look happy and say hello when passing. Definitely worth checking out and considering.

The best 55+ Community in South Jordan! The Beckstead has the most active senior community with yoga, swim aerobics, painting classes, afternoon card games, and a puzzle room. I want to retire here. :)

Comunidad agradable y súper tranquila. Conseguí el aviso en una página de internet con una nota “de que habían unidades seleccionadas para personas jóvenes”, me encantó el lugar desde la primera vez que vine, Michelle es encantadora y siempre estuvo disponible para responder mis preguntas, la ubicación es perfecta y no hay mucho tráfico, queda cerca de muchos lugares de interés. El lugar se mantiene siempre limpio, cerrado y seguro. Los vecinos son agradables. Mi apartamento no es nuevo y tuve problemas con las conexiones de internet. Pero se resolvieron. El lugar no tiene instalaciones lujosas pero si cubre las necesidades básicas y todo funciona. Tiene lugares para compartir en casa piso y actividades cada semana. Las veces que puse solicitudes para mantenimiento todo lo resolvieron.

Lots of fun activities and a nice clubhouse for get togethers. A gym with basic workout equipment and a good pool. Friendly residents and pet friendly.

The office South is very knowledgeable and quick to answer. The community are beautiful and clean

Been living here since June 2022 and I've loved the stay. The place is wonderfully spacious, quiet residents that have a nice community feel and often have events and games planned for everyone to meet up and have fun. Or you can simply keep to yourself and enjoy living in a very safe community. Prices are fair for the housing market and the apartments (at least mine) are very spacious and clean. Maintenance is always fast to solve your problems and they're even pet friendly!

I was looking for a 1 bed/bath for myself and my dog and had heard about The Beckstead from a co-worker. Called to make an appt for a showing and was very pleasantly surprised. Beckstead’s staff were kind, informative, and very interested in what my specific wants and needs were. Beckstead was clean, beautiful grounds and the few tenants I met all seemed happy and had great things to say about the place.

Any problems we have had have been resolved swiftly and satisfactorily. Front office staff is always happy to answer questions and help with any needs we've had.

The Apartments are great and well laid out, with Balconies. The Location is good for shopping access and South Jordan City is a nice community. The Amenities cannot be beat, like the Clubhouse with Indoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub year round.. The ease of access to the building with elevators and stairways. The Staff are very helpful and always respond to any residents concerns. There are Activities all the time with other residents on a regular basis. The Grounds are well kept and nice. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!

Scott is the BEST property manager and person on the planet! He is so helpful and kind and so willing to help my husband and I. My only regret is that we didn’t move in sooner.

I have lived at Legacy Cottages of South Jordan for about two and a half years. It has been an amazing place to live. I had never lived in an apartment before so I was a little hesitant. However, I now love it. The management is fantastic. They provide a friendly, caring atmosphere I appreciate the maintenance men who are friendly, helpful and prompt in taking care of my repairs. They always leave my apartment better than they find it. The pool and spa are maintained nicely and The exercise room is so nice. Especially since I don’t have to go anywhere. The clubhouse has been a place of hours of games once a week and bingo once a week. We even get prizes! All in all I would highly recommend this to those over 55 and over people looking to move to a great place.

I have lived here almost a year, I was so reluctant to move here it meant selling my house and moving forty miles.away. I have met so many friends. so many activities... I have never looked back. Scott and Cricket are the managers and they are always available to help. Maintenance is such a perk. I don"t have to maintain anything.. Send a request and he is here within a day.

Lived here for over four years and tolerated the first two years as the manager at the time had a negative approach. Suddenly, the management changed for the better which our voices are now heard, activities are highly supported and lots of other perks. Now have the incentive to become more involved with the community.

We have lived at legacy for 4 years. we have loved every minute it. the staff has always been kind to us and has gone out of there way to help us. the many activities are enjoyable and engaging. we plan to be here for a long time.

My husband and I have been living in this apartment complex for a year and a half and love it! We moved from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. The office made the transition amazing easy!!! We are both under 55! So if this is your case don’t hesitate to call and ask if they have some apartment available! They have an inside pool, and a hot tub open all year, a gym and a club house that has a lot of different activities each night (bingo, art...) You will love it here!!!!

This is a really nice place to stay. The managers are awesome, they will help you with everything you need. Quiet place, with indoor pool and a nice clubhouse. Not a single complain during the time we have been living here! Every time that we needed a maintenance done in the unit it was completed with in a day! It is an amazing place!!! The current management is great. They are so easy to work with in answering all questions and meeting any requests I may have. The overall cleanness and appearance of the apartment complex is good. They offer so many more amenities than previous management. JOB WELL DONE!! Only one thing that is not particularly great; that is the increase in our yearly lease payments. For us seniors the increase amounts are becoming too much to fit our budgets.

Legacy is a very well run property with a relaxed atmosphere. Responsible maintenance and safety are obvious concerns of the management at this pleasant looking and friendly place.

As a vendor and friend of Legacy Cottages, it is one of my favorite places to visit. Always peaceful and serene. The back courtyard makes it a sanctuary to visit to clear the mind, even just walking around the property is a sight of its own. Staff and Manager Cricket, always greet me with a smile and offer nothing but genuine kindness from the door. I would highly recommend legacy and what it has to offer. All staff is friendly and knows everyone's name which makes it feel like a second home. All staff always takes the time to listen and lend an ear with friendly conversation. Very comforting place to be.

We have lived at Legacy Cottages of South Jordan for 3 years. We feel safe and secure here. We enjoy the community feel and the activities planned for and with the residents. We are grateful for the on site management and the relationships they have with the residents. We plan to be here for awhile to come

I toured this apartment community for my dad a couple of weeks ago. It is beautiful, fairly priced, and the staff was very friendly. The apartments are spacious, and open concept, which I like. I hope it works out to have my father move here.

Scott is one of the nicest person I've ever met. He made my move-in so smooth and painless. Definitely recommend this place.

Just had emergency situation with our hot water heater today & the response from management was tremendous. Thanks to the manager Cricket, her assistant Scott, who got the contractor out immediately, & head of maintenance Mike. Legacy Cottages is an awesome and amazing place to live. The staff has so much love for their residents that it’s heart warming. I would have my parents live at Legacy Cottages if they were still here.

I've lived here for 2+ years and it's great! The apartments are very nice and the location is fantastic. The residents are friendly, the buildings are maintained beautifully, and Cricket, Scott, and Mike are extremely helpful and welcoming. I looked around very carefully to find a place that I could call home. Legacy cottages of South Jordan was my final choice because they had everything I was looking for. The people are wonderful and caring, the apartments are fantastic, the amenities are wonderful. The cherry on top is that the management, Cricket and Scott, go above and beyond because they genuinely care!

We have lived here for over two years and have loved our experience. We’ve had minimal issues and they have been resolved. The management has always been very kind and welcoming to us and we love the community here.

Legacy Cottages is the place to be! We were just looking at apartments for my brother, who happens to be blind. People were so friendly and we were just looking at this place. My brother felt so comfortable and immediately a part of this community that he rented his apartment on the spot. The management is very caring and helpful! The maintenance crew is is friendly and right on top of things. People who live in Legacy are friendly, helpful, inclusive and fun!
