    I came to hunters pointe to find my home. Super quick and super easy process. I made a simple phone call to tour, answered by their wonderful Leasing Agent, EmmaLee. She was super helpful, informative & personable. Setting up an appointment with my busy unpredictable schedule was super easy with their transparency & flexibility. When I arrived on site, I drove the property, overall of rate it a 10/10 for presentation, grounds cleanliness and accessibility. It’s seconds away from the highway, lots of shopping & they even have detached garages! Something that’s a bit hard to come across. Touring the property was super nice. I was looking into a 1 bedroom, Good sized rooms, conveniently built floor plan with a Good sized kitchen. This Property, Staff, & Unit checked all of my boxes but 1..I have to much stuff and not enough storage. That’s more on me than them. Overall 10/10 i would highly recommend living here.

    I had a great experience staying at the Falls! The management team is very friendly and helpful. Silvia and Jennifer do an excellent job managing the property. I truly appreciate the accommodations they have provided for me. I also don’t want to forget to mention the maintenance team—they are amazing. Whenever I had an issue, Marco and his team were quick and responsive, especially after hours. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very appreciative!

    Stayed at Hunters for 2 years and it was overall a good experience. Great location!! There were a few hiccups along the way, but what I appreciated most was that management is always willing to work with you under any circumstance and they are very understanding.     This is my first apartment with my boyfriend and so far, we love it! Super nice staff and Rev (Thomas) has been an amazing maintenance worker! He’s always funny and very approachable! He’s more than happy to fix whatever we need and he’s judgment free. He takes a lot of pride in his work. There’s some issues like parking and music playing all hours of the night but it seems like that’s starting to die down around 12 am - 1 am. Other than that, we love it here!! Plus it’s update, not old and ran down.

    I lived there for almost 4 years and went through a management change. The units themselves are great. Insulation is well, especially on the second or third floor, as heat rises in the winter and you can leave your thermostat off if you like the temperature in the low 70s. Neighbors are quiet and respectful for the most part. I lived on the second floor and had a noisy upstairs neighbor for the past 2 years but before that it was very quiet. There has been an issue recently with the availability of maintenance staff, I had to wait a couple of weeks to get a sink unclogged, but that issue could be fixed by now and it was only recent. Management was communicative of this issue to all residents. The few times I've dealt with maintenance have been great. There are dogs and cats allowed as pets and, this may be biased because I don't own a dog, but some residents have an issue cleaning up after their dogs. Management is again aware of this and does periodically send out notices to remind residents. I accidentally had a package delivered to the main office and they left a notice in my mailbox to collect it from them rather than immediately return to sender. I'm not sure if this is a policy or just a one-off but if it's a policy it's a great one. The move out costs are reasonable. I had an issue with my gas and management, while having no obligation to, resolved it for me. I do have an issue with the required media package, however. When I first moved in, it included Internet and cable. Once management changed they increased the price and then dropped cable. They charge about $120 a month for 500MB/s. For that price, without cable, I would expect gigabit speeds. Handicap accessibility is an issue as some residents park on the handicap ramps. I have not raised this issue to management however I don't believe the cars are being towed because the same people keep parking there. Overall I would recommend living here. It's a great location and conveniently right off the freeway. Rent is very reasonable for the area and the market. While these apartments are not listed as luxorious I did have an updated unit and I loved living there. I only left because of a career relocation. I hope my honest review is helpful to those looking for somewhere to live.

    Safety

    I have liked the place so far, there were some complaints about the new management at first but I think they have been great! My biggest worry is security, I have heard of thefts of cars and packages a lot and I would feel a lot safer if the complex had security cameras.

    Parking

    Like living in the apartments, nice and few problems, however the amount of times I’m stuck in my carport spot because various workers (mail vans, or maintenance vehicles) because they park directly behind carport spots blocking multiple vehicles from leaving has been ridiculous, I bet my spot is blocked at least once every couple of weeks and probably more.

    Maintenance

    This community meets all the needs, I really like the pool design, and the location is honestly great. I have shopping right across, but also it's inside the area enough that there isn't much road noise. I think you would love the area, their management is always way quick with requests too! Keep it up Kim and her office people there.
