Lookout Pointe

We've been here for over 3 years now, (with our dog). Life on the benches is great! Easy, immediate access to trails. A nice community pool, excellent views, decent amenities. Management and maintenance are always kind, responsive, and fitting in meaningful improvements.

We really love living right on the mountain and the maintenance is awesome.. They are very attentive; they quickly resolve any concerns you have about your apartment. The people from the office are really nice , if you have pets here is a good place to live too they have a area where you can let you dog and play .. and big area greeen and nice and a pool for when is hot outside l been living in this place for about almost 3 months l can tell is a good place to live if you looking for a place to live you should definity come and take a look ;)

Neighbors, maintenence, and office helpful. Apartment itself is very nice but not too flashy. A few bumps over almost 6 years of my living here... just wish it had a way in and out that is not so steep and a laundry/ community room/ gym on my floor with a restroom. Some of the kindest people in the world.

Current office staff, Jenson and Maddy are great, and have made a real effort to listen to concerns and make needed changes.

Living in a welcoming community can truly enhance one's quality of life. A friendly and efficient staff contributes greatly to a positive atmosphere. These positive interactions create a sense of belonging and happiness. I love living here at Lookout Point with their amazing views of the valley below.

I love this place thank you guys for getting me in here it's taking a lot off my mind. It's so peaceful and quiet. I recommend this place to everybody. I'm so thankful for our management they are awesome. Do such a good job and help as soon as they can

I love living here at Lookout Pointe Apartments! Maddy and Jenson are very on top of things in the office, and the maintenance team Jedd and Jason are quick with repairs. The views are amazing, apartments are cute & it’s very reasonably priced in today’s market.

I have been living at Lookout Pointe for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and satisfied. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, addressing any issues within hours. The amenities are top-notch, including a beautiful swimming pool and a cozy lounge area overlooking Utah lake which is perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming, making it an ideal place for families, professionals, and students alike. Overall, Lookout Pointe offers an exceptional living experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home. Five stars all the way!

We loved living right on the mountain and the maintenance was so amazing! There were some errors made with our lease renewal when we lived here so just make sure you read everything carefully and add up what you are being charged. However ever since Jensen started working there things have been going so smoothly! He is very very nice and so helpful! He has helped us with everything we needed, advocated for us to corporate and really made a difference in our experience! I would recommend staying here if you like great views and access to trails!

I've lived in these apartments 21 years and I just wanted to say that I'm finally thankful to AMC for giving us the property manager that we deserve! Jenson is absolutely on point with making this place a respectable, clean and positive place to live again. He is professional, very sincere and calm with helping tenants resolve issues. I feel comfortable and safe living here for the first time in years. The leasing agents are also excellent as well as the amazing maintenance team. Thank you for making me feel like I can call this place home again!

Had an issue caused by outside circumstances unrelated to the staff at lookout pointe, Andria and Emily were both extremely understanding in resolving the problems for the move in caused by the aforementioned unrelated circumstances. The staff here are responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, very kind.

I've had a great experience living here! The property is well-maintained, and the entire staff is incredibly helpful and professional. A special shout-out to the manager, Andria — she's truly amazing! Always approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her dedication makes a big difference and really sets this place apart. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex so far! The leasing office team - Andrea and Emily - are seriously an awesome duo! Andrea went above and beyond to help me get into my apartment a few months back, and I’ll always be grateful for how supportive and kind she was through the whole process. Emily recently joined the team, and she has been doing an amazing job!!! They’re both friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. It makes a big difference knowing the office is run by people who actually want to help you out 💚🙌🏼🌞

The building was built in the 70s and i dont think its ever been looked at since, my oven the entire time i lived there was straight out of the 70's and had a lot of issues with heating too much and cooking unevenly. Despite my frustrations I did enjoy living here and will miss it. The view to look over the city lights at night was beautiful and i loved getting up and going out to be right next to the mountains and watching the sunrise. I liked that I didnt have to drive to get to several hiking spots cause they were right next door. the leasing office ladies were always fun to chat with and were understanding whenever I needed to submit a complaint or inquiry. Its sad how expensive the housing market has gotten because I simply could not afford to continue living here but I already miss it.

Very nice and clean place to live. The Office staff are very nice and will help with any concerns that you have. Maintenance is on top of the orders that you up in and most everyone is very nice at the apartment.

Great place to live. Love my view from my balcony. Close to hiking and downtown Provo. Very affordable for the view and location. Maintenance is quick and responsive. The office staff are very friendly and personable. Andria and Keisha make a great team. Andria is one of the best managers that I have come across. She is friendly and she does a great job keeping the property clean and orderly. She is always smiling and laughing and makes you feel welcome. This is the place to be if your looking for a great apartment,with views and an amazing staff

Andria is the best landlord I’ve ever had I’ve been living here a few years and the staff before that gave me a lot of trouble. She always has these fun events that she plans for the apartments and she’s always on top of everything,she keeps the pool and apartments clean ,you can tell she really loves her job(: the apartments are absolutely beautiful and having an amazing landlord makes living her so much more comfortable I can sleep at night knowing any problems I do have will be resolved thank you so much Andria<3 proud tenant on your side for sure 🥰

This apartment is ran very well, the staff is out of this world. Don’t get me wrong it sucks living here in Utah but Andria, Keisha, Kyle and Jedd help make my living experience amazing.

In advance id like to say: The staff was super nice. Andrea is a 5 star property manager. She was absolutely amazing and helped me with everything i needed, and she really did care about people's situation and gave great advice as far as renting and staying safe financially in today's world. I'm extremely grateful to have a friend like her while I lived there. For the sake of a honest review though: Pros: Nice facility Nice staff Yard work was taken care of often. They were also quick with maintainance requests and that is a huge plus. The maintainance crew was amazing about keeping the facility working and clean. Some of the cons tho, The place didn't feel the most secure. I had my car broken into a few times, thankfully nothing major There were people walking around a lot at night often high, which isn't necessarily bad but it was kind of intimidating. I was lucky and never ran into any issues but I'm not one to say there never was any. My biggest concern is if you need to leave the apartment for any given reason before your lease is up. It's extremely expensive. So plan accordingly.

They’re very nice when you come into the office. It didn’t used to be that way. They are very attentive to any questions I have. Makes me feel very comfortable to live here, which I have many times in the past. They make it interesting to decorate and to be with others while decorating. They’re very friendly. I like helping out the office however I can.

The apartment's location is very beautiful especially if you enjoy hiking or being in nature. Winter can be a trek however, with how steep the hills are but if you plan accordingly, it's not a complete nightmare. The current staff here are also very kind and understanding in regards to tenant concerns but tend to be understaffed for the amount of maintenance services needed. Overall, the apartments are nice for what you pay for and it's a good place to start for first time apartment renters.

I have lived in apartments most of my life and i have never had a management team as kind and understanding as lookout pointe. Andria and her team are very open and look out for their tenants. They communicate when things are wrong and are quick to work on situations when they arise. I highly recommend applying here as you will probably never find a management team that supports you and other tenants.

I've lived here for going on 3 years. It's Amazing beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Management is amazing. I've never had a problem getting anything fixed. My repairs are done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. They're are friendly and caring. I love the friendly atmosphere with my neighbors. They're truly pet friendly with amenities for the animals all over the property. It's amazing!!! But don't get me wrong. If you don't follow the rules in the lease. You will be held accountable. If you don't clean up after your pet you will be held accountable. But this is what keeps it a peaceful place to live for everybody. Which I appreciate greatly.Thank you

I love our new management crew. They treat you like a human instead of just a tenant. It’s refreshing.

The office staff is amazing and work really hard at what they do. My only downside is the way utilities work and that you pay 50 for cable even if you don’t use it.

She is the most sweetest and charismatic person I know here she’s been running the office and makes living here at lookout pointe fun, I absolutely love that she finds fun things to do on doors during holidays like Halloween. I appreciate you for working with me and I highly appreciate your patience it truly shows you care about your tenants and you do your absolute best at satisfying the guest.

Lived here for 5 years and counting great management great view great place to live

I love our new team management. They do a great job compared to the past management team. They have improved the property and the office setting feels inviting. They are very personable and make you feel like home and they care about the residents. They work hard to make this property clean and organized. The management team is helpful and they care The maintenance team is prompt and friendly. I love living here and love the area

If you want to live up and away from everything, this is a great location. That said, you definitely pay for the privacy. The apartment imposes almost $250 a month in fees and utilities on top of an already high rent. The units themselves are small and don't get much light. And the laundry room is in the bottom corner of the building. The management company is no nonsense and does not tolerate any variances. And the air conditioning cannot be controlled by the individual units. It is controlled by exterior temperature. When I complained that my unit was too cold in the summer, I was told to turn my heater on.

Honestly, one of the best places I’ve ever lived. I feel safe. I feel comfortable. I can have my cat. The ground are amazing. A pool that is taken care of better than any other one I can go to??? Communicative management. Friendly neighbors. Just all around good vibes, honestly. I feel lucky to live here, in my cute little studio. Also; the quails are so cute!

Management was amazing and very helpful. The apartment was roomy. The view was absolutely amazing! It really was just a nice place to call home.

Recently moved in and have been loving everything so far! Management is super helpful and quick to address any of our concerns. The view is incredible and definitely cannot be beat as well as the awesome amenities like the pool and dog park! Would 100% recommend this apartment complex!

I really love all the new Renovations that is taking place. I renewed my lease for another year because at first I was not sure if this is the place I wanted to be but now I am in love with this place. Management is very helpful and is kind.

Management here is amazing. Regi sees the tenants as human and treats us as such. I've never had an apartment manager that went so far and above. My five stars goes to them. We also really enjoy the pool that's here, and can vouch that it gets cleaned every morning. It is the best value for what you're paying. Is it brand new or come equipped with all the fancy stuff in those newer apartments? No, but it's sufficient, especially for those who are struggling to find a place within their budget that also accepts pets. I think the property manager makes a lot of effort to ensure that the complex doesn't stink like animal. They take care of you, simple and to the point.

I came to this place two months ago and I am loving the place. I enjoy the spectacular view everyday. The people at the office are very kind and helpful. Maintenance is on point. I moved in for 6 months because I was scared at first but now I am thinking of extending my lease. Keep up the good work guys!!

Roomy apartments with unbeatable views! Right next to the Y trail head and the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. Lookout Pointe is one of the few places the allows pets. They have the best management, always kind and caring.

Very detailed in directions and the process of the move in. Also appreciate how personable they are and friendly. Coming from someone who works in the service industry, I appreciate them connecting and being understanding. Thanks guys! Only thing that I had a problem with is the HVAC. They use swamp coolers which seemed to never keep my apartment as cool as I would like.

I myself have been there for just over a year and as it was the first time I moved out of the family house, it could not have been a more perfect place for me to the cost of the apartment that was within my budget. I had one of the few apartments that didn't have a balcony but it never bothered me aside from half the window was covered by a bush; due to the fact that I was on level with the garden/walk way. My apartment had also newly installed wood flooring to the previously carpeted units that they were changing from. I had multiple changes of neighbors and all were friendly to me. The apartments were sound insulated enough that I didn't need to worry about playing video games long into the night without bothering any neighbors. Aside from the occasional unending barking dog that lasted through the night/early morning. I had a very good and excellent time here at Lookout Pointe. The staff at the office were nice and when I submitted a window fix to install a fly screen, they were professional and submitted everything on paper to keep for records. There is a downside of living on the side of a mountain which is during winter storms, there's a higher chance of sliding down the roads, which can be slightly concerning depending on the car you own. Overall I enjoyed my time at Lookout Pointe very much and I would highly recommend it to other people.

Unfortunately, the the management is amiable and responsive, the swamp cooler shares with three apartment units. This allows sound, smells etc. to cross contaminate. However the view is amazing!

The prices are a little on the higher end, but you're definitely getting your money's worth. You won't find a better place location-wise in Provo, you're out of the valley a bit and have privacy and you feel safer but you're also close enough to stores that it's not a hassle to go anywhere. The pet policy is great and they're super pet friendly. The covered parking is really nice and the maintenance guys do a fantastic job upkeeping everything. All of the staff, especially the people in the office are incredible, honestly super super sweet and understanding.

Wonderfull place with the nicest staff you will ever meet appartments are beautifull along with the view of the mountains and the valley beside them, wonderfull place if your looking!!!

I have lived here since April 2017. There have been several changes in management during that time, but I have to say that Regi is a caring and compassionate person. She truly cares about the property and more importantly for the residents. I know that she has a lot on her shoulders keeping everything organized, but is very kind and fair. It will be sad to leave (necessary due to medical reasons), but I will remember my time here fondly.

The community is amazing, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the apartment is very nice. I love it!
