Circa LA Apartments

Circa has this amazing restaurant on the ground floor that serves amazing food. They also have a live band that plays music in the evening and their staff are super amazing

Received a wonderful welcome by Caleb in the leasing office! Really enjoyed the tour. Caleb was very knowledgeable and helpful.

THIS BUILDING IS TRASH WHO EVER IS THE MANAGER TO THIS BUILDING NEEDS TO HE FIRED Immediately , he/ she fails to secure the building resulting in multiple car breaks in & apartment break ins , building required key fob to get into parking garage elevators and unit lobby’s yet none of the scans work everything is unlocked and open again poor management , packages are constantly being stolen by front desk or other tenants management fails to take any action, teenagers are constantly breaking into pool area and taggin on stair case again dude to failure to fix these issues,we pay big bigs to be surrounded by homeless on the outside and inside, because there are homeless constantly on the lobby floors, stair cases & parading garages which makes it very unsafe as a woman, to come out to my car and find a homeless shooting up crack next to my car, they have no surveillance of parking garages and it is mixed with public parking, guests cars will be broken into along with your own car as a residents go down to front desk to yell at front desk but it’s the management team they should be yelling at, about the way they run their program they have no structure, front desk looks a mess the chair is falling apart they don’t even leave any info for leasing or anything when visitors want a card they don’t even have a card to give out. I blame this on management , it’s very dirty place as well they need better housekeeping floors are always dirty dog and human urine on lobby fls this is unacceptable when people are paying to live luxury this is not luxury at all only thing luxury will be the inside of ur apartment other than that don’t be fooled you are better moving to Korea town, apartments are better maintained and less homeless going into ur apartments .

I have lived in Circa for over a year now and previously left a one star review due to on going construction noise. Since I left my review the construction noise has been reduced to being almost completely unnoticeable. The management team has done a really great job over the past year making sure that every inch of this expansive building looks and feels like a luxury living experience. There are always multiple security guards on duty as well as 24 hour front desk receptionists. I have never seen any of the front desks left unattended in the year that I have lived here. The amenities are the best in all of downtown (I have toured almost every building here) and there is a very dedicated and hard working cleaning/maintenance staff that makes sure that things stay as clean and functional as possible. Even after leaving a negative review I was never treated poorly by the management team, and I can confidently say that this 5 star review is well deserved. 10/10!

I've been living at Circa for a year now and the staff have been nothing but lovely. Josephine in particular has always been super professional, helpful and patient to me and all residents I have seen her interact with. Something that is even more important to me is that she cares and consistently goes the extra mile to find solutions to issues bringing great energy and a smile. She will be truly missed, and any property that she goes to will be lucky to have her.

Best place to live in DTLA, with breathtaking views of the city that are really hard to come by! The staff is great and very accommodating. The people there like Josephine, Manny, all the concierge personnel, the leasing office people, etc. all make for a good team that tries their best to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

Love this Building and the Staff. Josephine always welcomed me with a warm spirit. Helped with anything i needed.

Really beautiful place to live, been here for 3 years and have been in three different units experiencing different views. The leasing staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their industry and have self awareness of the residents. Kevin, Manni and Josephine have been the kindest most helpful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Their willingness to serve us is 5 stars!

I have been here since 2021 and have had a wonderful experience meeting new neighbors from across the globe. India from accounting management is an awesome individual as she is always accommodating, always happy and always full of positive light. --Pam

I've been living at circa for about 2 years...still really loving here. Switched from east tower to west and I'm loving it even more. The units are thoughtfully made, the views are amazing, the building is well maintained, the people are solid, I've made friends with lots of the residents, the building events are sophisticated and well curated and any problems I've had in my unit have been addressed quickly. I have my favs for sure...Martin, Jose, Josephine and Micheal always get it done for me but anytime they're not here, the other folks are friendly and efficient too. Feel really fortunate with this team, they make sure the resident experience is a good one, if you've lived in a building with bad management, you know how important this is.

Love living in these apartments from the people to the view. Luke Banham has been an awesome Property manager to work with. 1000% recommend for anyone considering to move in.

Lived at Circa LA for 3 years before making my move to Austin. I was in LA for a total of 5 years, the other two years being at 1000 Grand (just up the street at the shell on Grand). Circa has been by far my favorite living experience in my adult life. I lived in the East tower for the full 3 years at Circa, in unit C on the 31st floor. Loved it. The gym is exceptional. The pool is exceptional. The entire 8th floor amenity deck is exceptional. In addition, you also notice that the appliances and finishes at Circa at above and beyond that of the standard apartment complex. You will notice this when you leave. Also the front desk staff (in the East tower) helped me out on a number of occasions when I was out of town and needed a package moved/hidden until I returned. If I moved back to LA, Circa would be my first stop to check rates and if competitive I would sign. Great place.

Circa is absolutely beautiful! This building offers amazing customer service and spectacular views of all of DTLA! The staff is AMAZING and the Managers Luke and Kevin are some of the best managers I've had to deal with. Highly recommend Circa if you're looking for an A+ living experience.
