Carrington Square Apartments

The maintenance guy Rey came quickly on a Saturday night to get our water heater working again. Very cool. The pool/amenities are AMAZING at this place. This is honestly the reason we chose it. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the hot tubs get closed a lot. But when the are open, they are my happy place :) we have been living here for 3 years and plan to stay. Very happy.

Rey, Pablo, and Gus are the best maintenance guys I’ve ever come across. They work fast, very professional and pleasant!!

Yo, if you’re a student-ice skater looking for a spot that actually fits a training schedule, Carrington Square is it. I’ve been here for about a year now while finishing up my first year of college, and it’s been a total win for my routine. Being 19 and balancing classes with professional training is a lot, so having the Utah Olympic Oval basically in my backyard is a huge flex. I can get to my sessions at the Oval in no time, which is clutch when I’m trying to squeeze in extra ice time or dryland training. The on-site setup is actually legit, too. Most "apartment gyms" are mid, but the one here is actually well-maintained and great for when I need to hit a lift between classes. The pool is super clean—perfect for active recovery days—and having laundry right here means I’m not hauling my training gear all over town. Also, shoutout to Rosa Balderas in the leasing office. I just renewed my lease, and I was lowkey stressed about the paperwork, but she made it super easy and straightforward. No hassle, no drama. The vibe here feels safe and low-stress, which is exactly what I need to stay focused on my goals. If you're an athlete needing a home base near the Oval, I highly recommend this place. It’s professional, convenient, and makes the daily grind a lot smoother.

I just want to give a shout out to the maintenance team here. We have people who overflow the garbages and don’t care. Which in all honesty sucks. Every morning they have to go and pick up garbage and put it where it belongs because no one wants to do it. I also want to thank the front desk for being so patient with us as a family. They have always been able to answer most of my questions and helped when needed. So Thank you Carrington Square!

The apartment wasnt cleaned out before. When I brought this up they apologized and hopefully in the future will be better in their training when doing walk throughs and cleaning before move in. This is a returned community for me. I lived here 10 years ago and they have upgraded in many things even management and it makes it worth it.

I like it here and the maintenance are fast at fixing any issue there kind and very professional

Since day one applying and getting everything into place was very easy , Bryan helped me with a tour and any questions I had . He did an amazing job . Been living here for about 4 months now have no complaints whatsoever, very clean .

security is tight but fair apartments are clean and the staff is friendly and straightforward everything about carrington is great we love the beautiful look of the homes and apartments here happy to call this place our home

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Carrington Square Apartments! The entire team is top-notch. Charles, the maintenance tech, is always so friendly, professional, and quick to respond anytime I’ve needed help. Ben, the maintenance manager, keeps everything running smoothly and makes sure any issues are taken care of promptly and thoroughly. And Janine, the leasing manager, has been amazing since day one — always helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. It’s clear that the staff here genuinely cares about the residents, and it makes living here a true pleasure. Highly recommend Carrington Square!

I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a centrally located home. It is very well maintained and there has been continued modernization through out. The property manager Janine goes up and beyond for residence, personally seeing to any issues big or small to make sure you're taken care of. One of the biggest things that stands out to me are their maintenance staff. Two of the maintenance in particular are Charles and Bennett, rain or shine, day or night they are available to take care of the residents. You regularly see the property manager and maintenance techs walking around, they will stop what they are doing even when they are busy to greet you, they take the initiative to make their residence a priority and constantly find ways to make home feel more like a retreat from the stresses of everyday life. 10/10 I guarantee you won't find a more dedicated staff.

I am going on my 3rd year of living here, and just love it. I’m so pleased with the manager Janine and her team. Last March I was displaced because my apartment was affected by a fire that happened during new construction. Rosa and Janine went out of their way to find another apartment in the complex for me to move into, ensuring I didn't have to endure any additional stress. It was a stressful time in my life, but the mgt team made it easy to transition. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly by Charles, Rey, and Bennet. The entire maintenance team is incredible. The staff is so friendly. The new construction is great, the mailroom, pool and fitness room are beautiful. The new pool is nearly finished, and just like the bigger pool, it will leave one feeling like you’re at a resort.The grounds are kept clean by the maintenance team who work very hard picking up after residents who don’t follow the rules.The mgt staff plan activities for residents. Last summer they brought in a petting zoo for the kids to enjoy, they have movie nights on the lawn complete with popcorn, and over Christmas they had a light display by the pool with photo opportunity with Santa. They gave us little potted plants at spring on a first come first serve basis. It’s just a great place to live and call home.

Been living here for almost 2 years now and there isn’t anywhere else I would want to call home. The office staff is very helpful and attentive to any concerns you may have. Janine (the property manager) is super helpful with any concerns that you may have. The maintenance crew is absolutely phenomenal, they all go out of their way to say hi to you whenever you pass by them even if they’re busy. The new dog park is awesome and has plenty of room to let your dog run free and have lots of fun. The new pool area that is supposed to open summer of 25 (not open yet at time of post) the work that has been done is amazing, has a very modern look to it I can’t wait to see it once it’s completed. Overall if you’re looking to find a new place to call home this will be it.

Update: I chose to renew my lease here. Janine, the property manager, is super nice, considerate and helpful. She's on top of it! The maintenance guys, again, are always super nice, prompt, and helpful as well. They all pay attention to the community and what's going on. The property is well kept. The pool is great, and consistently taken care of! Maintenance has been great! They're super kind, responsive, and informative. Ray is always smiling and happy, and goes the extra mile! Thanks!

Love that they are always on top of our requests we put in.

I’ve lived here about 7 months now, and from the very beginning, they’ve all been nothing but super helpful, nice, and understanding. Granted, me and my boyfriend don’t have many issues but the couple times we needed maintenance, they were incredibly fast with coming to assess the issue. People do complain about the trash, and I understand it’s a bit of an eye sore once Saturday/Sunday roll around, but it’s a team effort to help keep the complex looking nice, a team effort from residents (as well as management of course, but they are also residents). Overall, it’s a quiet complex, there have been cops and issues I’ve heard about the following day, but no matter where you live, there will occasionally be an issue. While I am not looking forward to resigning the lease (it sounds stressful, is all😂), I’m sure it’ll be an easy-ish process. It’s a nice complex and, I mean, as long as you just follow the few rules (smoking, trash, etc.), you’ll have no issue here. It was also very nice at move in, because the guy helping us (I think Bryan, but I do not quite remember), was helping me, my boyfriend, and mom look for issues around the apartment as well to write down, and that was a good sign in my book. My mom also said that with all the apartment management companies she’s come in contact with, this seems like one of the better ones. (P.S, my grandma even approved😌) You should for sure consider moving into a complex that is grandma approved. Carrington Square = Grandma Approved✅

Had my garbage disposal break . It wax fixed and the repair man was great !
