Lived here a month and it been great. The move in process was so accommodating especially with Daniel’s help. With Embold changing management and whatnot there was a few things changing including pricing but they kept the original price we saw and showed us around multiple apartments a few times to choose which one my husband and I wanted. It was always friendly encounters as we moved in and needed to do paperwork. The apartment we moved in wasn’t perfectly clean and had normal wear and tear but has been very comfortable after a basic cleaning before moving in so that’s why the 4 star but if I could rate management separately it would be 5 for them with how well Daniel helped me and my husband with everything.

This place is incredible! I have seriously toured so many apartments in the area!! Wasatch is the best Managment group to rent from and my experience working with Ashley, Daniel, and Makayla has been so easy and amazing! The apartments are beautiful! They have the most thoughtful plans! Not to mention the amazing access and location. Best place to live in Utah County!!

Decent quality all around. Large amenities. For their larger Units, they are charging ~$1.65/sqft/month base rent before ~$150 internet, smart home, and service fees. (Relevant at time of posting) Parking is unassigned unless paid. They have covered parking at $35/month. And private garaged parking (not attached to unit) at $175/month. Management changed in the last month, so older reviews aren't referring to new management. They vocalized that some floor plans online are likely incorrect and not as shown. I am rating this place as touring potential applicant. I have not lived here. I give it 8/10 after touring.

Daniel was fantastic in getting my wife and I moved in. He seems to really enjoy his job and cares about the experience. We really appreciate him and his efforts to make the process easy.

Embold is well-run, clean, all of the property management is prompt and kind. Gym and pool are nice, we love our actual unit, and complementary Christmas Jimmy John’s was awesome.

Simply, incredible! Everything from the management team, to the amenities, to the unit itself has been an immaculate experience. We recently purchased our first home and moved out but that was literally the only thing that could have gotten us to leave this amazing apartment. My wife and I have both been in different apartment complexes, across many states, over the past 10+ years and Embold was hands down the most pleasant experience we ever had, including the move-out process and any end-of-lease paperwork and financial details.

The management at Embold is top notch! The maintenance manager Gary is super impressive and is always on top of things! Great place to live!

Took a tour with Robert and he was definitely on his A game. Very transparent, thorough with all the information given and gave detailed instructions on how to apply. I’ve toured many properties but his tour stuck out the most because of his knowledge and personality. I know he is not the manager for the property but I wish he was because I absolutely loved him. The property was beyond gorgeous!!!

I recently toured at Embold and LOVED it!! Their amenities are amazing and it’s such a beautiful property! The manager and assistant, Vanessa and Allie, were SO nice and so so helpful. They answered my millions of questions without hesitation and they seriously made the stress of apartment hunting go away! I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve toured a bunch of places and ran into so many unhelpful and rude people so having people in the office who care makes such a huge difference!

I’ve had an amazing experience living here for over a year! Vanessa and Allie, in particular, have been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my time at Embold. Whether I needed assistance submitting a service request (which is so convenient with the new online system), had questions about charges or policies, or even when I needed a garage, they were always there to guide me. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the residents stand out. They consistently go above and beyond to find solutions and make life easier for everyone here. The community itself is fantastic—clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I never had any issues with pests, and the neighbors I met in Building C were so friendly and welcoming. Plus, the rental prices here are much more reasonable compared to nearby apartments or houses. If it weren’t for my husband’s new job taking us out of state, I would have happily renewed my lease! A special shoutout to Vanessa and Allie—your hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed. You’ve made such a positive impact, and I hope your kindness and commitment are rewarded. Thank you for making my time here so enjoyable and for creating such a wonderful community. Embold has been an exceptional place to call home!

I’ve lived here for over a year now and it has been wonderful. Specifically, Vanessa and Allie have been extremely helpful and supportive in any and all things. From helping me request service for something being fixed (so easy now with the new system to submit a service ticket), to answering questions about charges, or explaining policies and even helping me when I needed to break my lease and file all the necessary paperwork. Vanessa and Allie have been nothing short of professional, engaging, kind, respectful, caring, and helpful. You can tell how much they care about the residents here. They are always finding solutions to best help the residents here. I will always be grateful for Vanessa and Allie, especially this past year! It was one of the hardest and working with them always made my day brighter and everything easier during my time at Embold. The pricing was fair and MUCH less than renting a house in this area! And if you compare Embold to surrounding properties their rental pricing is so lower than other apartments! The apartments are clean and so well kept. I swear I never saw a bug once while living here! The residents I met in my building were always kind and friendly. (I lived in Bldg C). I would have stayed another year, but my husband’s job is taking us out of state. Thank you Embold! You made 2024 comfortable and such a wonderful community to live in! Vanessa and Allie deserve a raise and promotion for all their hard work and dedication to the residents of this community. It can sometimes be a thankless task but they show up with bright, authentic smiles and a genuine heart to serve us all each day. Thank you ladies! You are wonderful!

I recently toured Embold and I was thoroughly impressed! The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Allie, who guided me through the tour, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making me feel right at home. I’m excited to call this place my new home once my current lease is up!

Moving to Embold has been one of the best decisions made. We are truly enjoying our time here. The amenities and location is fantastic; near shopping, grocery and entertainment. Our move in was so smooth thanks to Vanessa. She was very helpful and kind. Also you can tell that the Embold team works together to give us resident a beautiful, entertaining and clean property.

I moved in a week or so ago, so my time at Embold is obviously minimal, but I can speak on the application and move in process and what it was like working with management for that….which I give nothing less than 5 stars for! It was excellent, and I have zero complaints or things I can think of that could have gone smoother. Allie in particular deserves a shout out. She was my contact and who was there for all three of my separate visits to check out different units, and never once made my indecision feel like a nuisance. The build quality used in the units and how clean they have kept them has been impressive. As for the amenities, they honestly don’t get much more legit than what you’ll find here for the price point. Highly recommended thus far.

We absolutely loved living at Embold Apartments! The community is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, with amenities that made it feel like home. The team in the leasing office is truly exceptional — Vanessa and Allie are incredible! They were always friendly, attentive, and super helpful anytime we needed something. Their commitment to residents really made a difference. The only downside is that Lehi city utilities are crazy expensive, but that’s out of the complex’s control. Despite that, our experience was positive, and we’d recommend Embold to anyone looking for a great place to live in Lehi!

This is a very beautiful property the staff in the office are amazing. I want to give the Maintenance Supervisor Gary Dewberry a special thanks for being very friendly and kind i loved how he was very knowledgeable and for greeting me with a smile. I would definitely recommend renting at this property.

This is a great property, by far nicer than any I’ve been to so far! Friendly office staff, quick and efficient maintenance team, as well as a variety of high end amenities! Highly recommend this property to anyone on the fence!

I’m so happy I chose Embold! I was moving to the area from across the country and without ever visiting before. Based on the positive reviews I decided to inquire about the rentals here. From my first interaction with the property manager Jessica, I knew this was going to be a great place to live. Now that I’m here, I can say how grateful I am to have gotten the chance to rent here! To start, the property is beautiful and updated. The property managers along with the maintenance team are prompt, professional, and very friendly and welcoming! The amenities are awesome from the gym, to the pool area, to the golf simulator. It is very clean and any issues we have that require extra assistance are troubleshooted quickly with kindness by the staff! Parking is great, elevators work well, and having the smart home features already installed make living here secure and comfortable! I highly recommend Embold :)

We love Embold!! The apartments are incredibly nice, well laid out and with so many fun and functional features! The community manager Vanessa and the assistant community manager Jessica are both so kind and helpful, they made moving in a breeze! And this place really is a community! Neighbors are friendly, and the common areas like the clubhouse, pool and gym are fabulous!

Embold has broken my streak of only staying in apartments for 12 months. After one year of staying at Embold, I renewed my lease for the first time anywhere. Naomi, Jessica, and Vanessa are some of the best, most personable property managers you will have- and the maintenance crew is just like them. In fact, I saw each and every single one of them picking up trash around the property, showing they all work as one team to make Embold a clean and welcoming place. I found myself walking in the leasing office every now and then spending hours chatting with them, being offered help on anything, feeling comfortable and at home. The amenities are the best I've seen. MANY properties boast about the amenities, but to see the time and detail put into the pool, gyms, golf sim, clubhouse, all of it. For the price you pay, the amenities scream luxury where other apartments would "cheap out" and still charge the same. The controlled access at every apartment entrance might not be necessary where I have always felt safe in this area, but that goes to show they really put every dollar into making this place feel classy and that your money is going to your benefit. I will be missing the cabanas and open year-round pool; those are just a few things you don't get anywhere else. The list goes on and on for Embold, but to sum it all up, if you want to live somewhere where you'll want to renew, and where you feel AT HOME, Embold is the place for you!

I’ve been living in this apartment for a couple weeks now and I must say that I’m really impressed with how modern and clean it is. The apartment is well-maintained and the management team is always quick to respond to any issues that arise. The location is also great, with easy access to public plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live

I have absolutely loved living at Embold. It’s so modern, clean, and has a TON of awesome amenities that make it so worth it to live here! The maintenance workers are also EXTREMELY on top of it! The first day I moved in, there was something wrong with my shower, and within 30 min they had come and fixed it. Definitely recommend!

Naomi and Jessica are honestly the best apartment managers. They were very patient and understanding during my hectic first week. The apartments are very nice. Not having any roaches in an apartment for the first time was a plus lol. The apartment amenities include: gym with free weight squat rack, club house with golf simulator, and a puppy spa room to wash dogs. The puppy spa room has saved me a lot of money. I bring my dog in there every time after a messy hike. The blow dryer is similar to the ones at the groomers and does the job well.

Really love the apartment! Everything works great and so far the office staff has been very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone; except those with pets. My only recommendation for this place is to get a dog park or expand the grass areas. I didn't get to tour before moving in and didn't realize how limited it is in places to walk a dog. The grass areas are small and overused by the few animals here. There are some empty lots here and I'd love to see the complex turn them into a dog park or something. That would give this place a 6/5 rating. The only reason I'd move out next year is to live somewhere more dog friendly. Overall really like it here, no complaints.

Staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The community is nice to live in accommodations and the freeway is close by and the road noise is quiet although it can be windy at times. moving trucks do park in front of my garage to consistently which is kind of frustrating but it hasn’t taken away from the living aspect I’ve experienced.

Been living here for 6 months. Recently had something that needed to be fixed in the apartment, called the office and they sent the maintenance guys Gary and Guenaro over in 20 minutes. They were awesome. Professional, kind, and friendly. Makes living here super easy and stress free

Embold apartments is great! The amenities they offer feel like you’re at a 5 star resort ! The apartments have a luxurious feel to them , nice white walls with an amazing kitchen ! I have been living here for 5 months , the staff has been great with responding to issues I have had . Quick with maintenance too!

Overall great experience moving in here. Staff is very friendly and helpful (Vanessa especially). The elevators and hallways were elevated making the whole move so easy. Also the amenities here are great!

We love our home here at Embold! Staff and management are so wonderful. They truly go above and beyond to keep this place running and help residents in any way that they can. We especially love the pet spa for our big pup:)

Embold has been an absolutely wonderful apartment complex to live in these past several months. Management is extremely responsive, and they keep up with the amenities and run a tidy operation. It’s been wonderful.

The tour was incredible. Nahomi was the best at explaining everything in detail and showed us all the great amenities including the GOLF SIMULATOR. Would recommend to this place to anyone looking for a new place to live

This has been the best place to live at, the amenities are amazing and are well maintained. The office staff are very responsive and personable to all our inquiries.

I just moved in to Embold a few weeks ago and so far the experience here has been like no other! The office staff is super helpful and communicative! Both Naomi and Jessica have had to balance opening up a brand new complex, residents moving in, construction of the other buildings going on, but you would never know because they do it with ease! Move in was seamless! They provided all the info you needed upfront and answered all the questions I had! The apartment interior itself is BEAUTIFUL and sells itself! Almost every apartment in the complex has some kind of Mountain View as the location is surrounded by mountains! The gym and club house are both top tier! The gym has a lot of brand new upgraded equipment and the club house is spacious and gorgeous! Currently, there is still construction going on as only one building is built and open so far, but what’s great is that you don’t hear the construction at all! You only hear noise when you open a window or balcony door! Otherwise it’s silent! That says a lot for the sound-proofing here!! All in all, this is a brand new complex that has already set the bar high and has created a standard of care for its residents and living that other complexes haven’t come close to!

The Embold apartments are a great place to live. It has been easy to work with the employees and they are always available to help whenever we experience a concern. The floor plan is nice and open, and all the appliances are new. Our favorite part is the gym. It is always kept clean and nice. We love living here!

I think we visited about 10 other apartment complexes/townhomes that you could rent in Utah county, but this is by far the best one in Utah county. It was designed with the residents, best interest, and not the builders. best interest. Everything is built so high quality, there’s so many windows, the amenities are unmatched, the stuff is amazing, and it feels so safe compared to the other apartments that we visited. The security is amazing, and as I said before the amenities are just the best. The floor plans are so open, and they utilize every inch of space so well! While it’s by the freeway, you can’t hear anything with the windows closed, if you open, then you can a little bit, but it definitely gives off more city vibes. It’s close to absolutely everything and he’s so conveniently located! I honestly can’t find any flaws in living here whatsoever. We’re so excited to renew our lease when it’s time ❤️

I love my new apartment at Embold. The move-in process was easy. Nahomi and Jessica, in the main office, have been quick to answer any questions I've had. My apartment is gorgeous! For a one-bedroom, it is spacious. The giant windows help to make it light and bright inside. I've been impressed with how soundproof it is. I hear steps above me and in the hallway occasionally, but I don't hear any other sounds from neighbors. I love the privacy! I also love that the doors into the building are locked at all times. Residents have easy access, but visitors must be "buzzed in." I like the security that offers. The apartment is also very pet friendly, which my dog and I enjoy! I feel like my dog is treated like a resident as much as I am. There are grassy areas to walk her, and there are even doggie stations in the front and back of the building, which makes it easy to clean up after her. We love our home at Embold!

My experience moving in at embold was great. The apartments are super nice, the process of moving things in on higher floors aren’t as bad as I thought it’d be elevator is pretty spacious. One concern I had was if people would be able to hear in the halls but once things have been moved in it absorbs a good amount of the sound. The club house and gym are probably my favorite of the whole complex. lots of room pretty much have what you need in the gym. Club house is definitely a great place for celebrations and for work space! But also Nahomi and Jessica have been super communicative and clear on how systems & processes work. Glad to have them in the office!

So far my experience at Embold has been excellent. I normally don't write reviews until I get the full picture, but I have been astonished by the complex as a whole. 1) The fort is being held securely by wonderful people. Jessica has been amazing from the beginning. Not only are they quick to respond, they are very personable and made the entire process much easier. Definitely one of the best I've come across! Embold made a great decision hiring them. I haven't seen Naomi much, but from my quick exposure one time, they seemed friendly. 2) The location! It is literally right off the freeway and you don't really hear any of the traffic. 3) The building is beautiful and the smart home features definitely are a plus. The units have great floorplans are super spacious. The soundproofing seem to be excellent as well since I don't really hear anything accept maybe occasional noises from the hallway and from up above, and even then, it's not even loud. The water heater on the other hand can be and is probably my least favorite thing about the place so far. 4) The parking so far isn't overwhelming and it seems like there is a possibility that it won't get too crowded. The garages that you can rent for extra are spacious and have room to spare for storage. 5) Lockers for delivery. 6) Pet friendly. I haven't really been to the workout room yet except for a quick glance during the tour, but it seems like it is well kept and stocked well. It sure is bigger than the last one at my prior complex that I lived in. The bbq area isn't open yet, but from what I can tell, it'll be great. There is also one dedicated bbq place per building. My last complex had 2 shared amongst everyone next to the community pool. At the time of this writing, the community pool is still being worked on, but I'm sure it'll turn out amazing like the rest of the complex. Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Embold. Huge shoutout to the people that run it! 🥳🙌🏽🙌🏽 I'll eventually update this as things come into place.

Jessica and the entire team at Embold made the move in process flawless for me. I really enjoy the amenities at the complex so far, and the other tenants are very friendly. It is a safe place to call home. I would recommend it to anyone looking in the area. There are so many great spots to eat and go out nearby, too!

This property is beautiful, the floor plans are well laid out and comfortable, the buildings and apartments are modern and tech forward, the views are beautiful and the staff is super friendly! Nahomi, she was super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She choose multiple apartments that she thought I would love and I did! I be highly recommend! This is a must see! 🙂

The employees at Embold are very helpful when it comes to finding a great place to live. They are very good at providing videos of the apartment complex and they are great at answering any questions you may have! So excited to move in! :)

We moved in last week and we couldn’t be happier with our decision, the apartments don’t feel like apartments they feel like a home, everything is new from the appliances to the paint to the blinds, the natural lighting in the home you can’t beat. Jessica and Naomi are amazing and so helpful through the process and we’re so happy to call Embold home

Great apartments Staff is very helpful in answering questions. The move was very smooth. When I asked to get an upgrade to a garage it was handled and I was given options promptly!

I moved in at the start of this year and everything has been awesome! All the staff has been great to work with, the appartments have had everything I needed, and the amenities are great.
