I’ve lived here for 10 years and absolutely love it. I highly recommend it — it’s a welcoming and professional community.

I've been living in these apartments for 3 years, and I love it here because I'm close to all of Utah's commerce. It's a quiet place. The management is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are cozy, have great views, and are in excellent condition. What I like most about living here is the covered parking, which is the best in winter. I give this place 20 out of 10 stars. I love living here. Thanks.

I LOVE living here! Everything is nice. It's in the hustle and bustle of downtown, but a super quaint, safe feeling area that Wasatch Management has created. Everyone (staff & residents) are very helpful/friendly Edited again after living here for a while! I still love living here! Management seems to be taking an approach to engage with the community more which is always appreciated, and the communication has improved from what it was when I moved in (which was already WAY better than any previous apartment I've rented). And the leasing office agents are always helpful and there during normal business hours. I appreciate getting to live in a maintained community with a proactive and informative management team. I contacted Shineyra Perez and she replied to each email and scheduled a tour with me. Very kind and answered all of my questions. This is a gorgeous property and well maintained. That means all of the staff are dependable and work hard!

Overall not a bad experience. Ann was awesome when it came to the moving out process. She's kind, empathetic, patient, fair, and knowledgeable about how everything works and she doesnt hesitate to look into something for you, and make it right. It's rare to find somone with a good moral and ethical balance especially in property management. The apartments weren't bad, pretty quite depending on who lives above you. I only saw 2 cockroaches in 5 years, and they're always happy to spray if there's a problem. The apartments have good bit of space for what you're getting, especially downtown in a city. I'm already missing the temperature controlled garage, since it's been 106 degrees here. It's a pretty good band for your buck. Also, Flex rent saved me so many times. The location can't be beast, but prepare for homeless people wandering around outside, but this is city living so it's expected. Overall Wasatch properties in general are pretty great! Ann and Lorena definitely make the property so much better though, a good property begins and ends with who's working in the office--- No one wants to live at a property even if it's amazing if the property managers are lazy and incompetent---- I hope Ann gets a raise and stays for a long time, she keeps that place together and makes it a comfortable place to live. I AM SO EXCITED TO LIVE HERE! These apartments are absolutely gorgeous and affordable, the staff was so welcoming and helpful throughout the application process, and when they had issues with the paperwork, they addressed it quickly, and I was able to move in in no time at all! A dream come true! 🩵💙 this has been my favorite place to live. I had a small issue with my oven after months of living here, and maintenance came to the rescue and solved the issue, no problem :) Thanks Dylan, Ben, and all the wonderful Staff here!

I love the apartment because it is in the middle of the city and the management are great. It is quiet most of the time and accessible to schools, markets, offices e.t.c.

My fiancé & I have lived here since 2019 & are just now relocating. We are SO sad to leave this complex. The management is AMAZING, Lorena has taken such wonderful care of us, the apartments are beautiful & very well taken care of. Would recommend these apartments to all!

I lived here for 2 years and it was wonderful I am trying to move back and see if there are any availability but no one ever answers and I've also emailed how can I get ahold of someone the website says 24/7 but I've been calling for the past month and nothing it was like this when I lived there too always had to go to the office to talk to someone

It was extremely hard getting hold of you the monthly pamphlet you put out that’s got the wrong number on it. I went to the office and the door was locked and I was out of hot water and heat for three days so I flipped all the switches on my circuit breaker and nothing fixed it and then I did it again and went out to buy some chicken noodle soup because I was sick and I came back and so I assumed the maintenance guy had come and fixed it although there was no note or anything that said he was in here and I was only gone for 15 minutes then 30 minutes later he showed up I was trying to get into my hot water heater room on the patio and he couldn’t do it and since I said everything’s working already, he said fine let’s just leave it at that but left a part on the floor outside Anyways it’s working but yeah I’m not sure how to rate that I think it was worse because I got food poisoning and all I wanted to do was take a hot shower and I could not

Friendly, very helpful and very understanding with my situation.

This building is very well kept and the front office is quiet and pleasant. The staff was very kind and all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The tour of the facility was thorough and informative (unfortunately I didn't get to see a unit because they were all occupied, but they had some very nice photos online of the units). While applying for a new apartment is not usually a quick process, they handled it timely but without skipping over any details or questions I had. Very pleased with my experience

Just moved in and I love love love this place ( and the community). Carol was so helpful in helping me move-in and have everything settled, she’s amazing. Lorena also helped with maintenance to fix the minor damages that had been overlooked as well. The building is clean, quiet neighbors and people are friendly So far so great. 10/10

600 Lofts is simply THE BEST place to live in SLC in terms of value added living. I give it the highest 5-star ratings in terms of LOCATION (how can you beat being downtown adjacent to the Grand America Hotel), the best, most caring management, Incredible layouts that make living enjoyable and ALL space useable, Full unit amenities including W&D, F/A heat and AC that makes life extra comfy, and a staff that is 5-star rated. I love living at 600 Lofts!!
