Parc at Day Dairy Apartments & Townhomes

I have been here over 2 1/2 years and every interaction with the leasing office has been met with staff that work to resolve an issue. From little to big , Ali, Emilee, Gabby and Monica …address you by name, bring a smile, share time and bring a personal touch that you just can’t teach or learn, because it’s just who they are. It’s what makes The Parc at Day Dairy a home! If you are on the fence between here and another place, take it from a resident, pick this place for your family! Clean, maintained, quick to get back, quick to resolve, understanding and knowledgeable and over the top kindness! 5 star!

Monica is a huge asset for Parc at Day Dairy! I’m impressed by how quickly and organized she was with setting up a tour. She’s got a great attitude and you can tell that she enjoys doing her job. She made me feel very welcome when we did our tour and that’s honestly such a good feeling considering the fact that you will live at a place where the staff is attentive and caring! We recently moved into Parc at Day Dairy and have had a great experience so far. Emili made the entire move in process easy and stress free. She was helpful, responsive, and made us feel welcomed from day one. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift it was such a nice touch! Thank you, Emili, for going above and beyond and making our move such a positive experience.

I spoke with Monica and she was amazing. So sweet and explained every single question I had. She’s awesome and my husband and I will be moving in soon thanks to her!

Since it won't let me do more than one review: There was a several years old one about Lalo and Ali being awesome, but it disappeared :( Gabbi was so super helpful when our pilot light was out over the weekend and I called the issue in rather than creating a proper maintenance request. She was also hwlpful when there was a mix-up about my clubhouse reservation. She has such an unassuming and genuine demeanor and I love interacting with her. Mark helped turn what could've been an unsettling situation into a win. Our pilot light was not working so we called in and he came out immediately. Because of reasons, or normal walkway to the water heater was temporarily not navigable, so he was an awesome sport and agreed to enter from the outside porch, which isn't easy! He found that we had a gas leak! 😮 He quickly informed me and fixed the leak. After he tested the resolution, he made sure our pilot light was working so we could have hot water. He is awesome! Emily was AWESOME helping us get the information and opportunity to move in without issue. She uses easy to understand explanations and does not finalize the process with the revelation of hidden fees and surprise costs, which I have experienced staff doing before in apartment leasing. She is totally upfront which I hugely appreciate.

HUGE shoutout to the management team, specifically EMILI! Emili not only is amazing at her job, but she genuinely cares about us, and this community. Because of her, I have loved living here, and I know she’s someone we can all count on when we need it. I have never loved living somewhere as much as I have at Day Dairy, and have had the BEST experience renting here. I have felt safe, happy, and have the best neighbors. THANK YOU again Emili, and the management team for giving us the best living experience. I’d recommend anyone moving to Draper to rent here.

I toured a few weeks ago with Monica, and she was absolutely great! She actually followed up with me after a tour I had done at another property she was working at, and convinced me to come give The Parc at Day Dairy a shot and I’m really glad she did. Although I ultimately decided not to rent since the location was a bit farther south than I was hoping for, I truly loved the property. It’s beautiful, and the team there really stood out to me. During the tour, two maintenance staff members drove by, smiled, and waved, which said a lot about the kind of environment they’ve created. You can tell they genuinely care. I travel frequently for work, so being closer to the airport ended up being the better fit for me. Otherwise, I honestly would have rented a townhome there not just because of the property itself, but because of the welcoming and kind team. I made my final decision this weekend, but I couldn’t stop thinking about the wonderful tour Monica gave me, so I wanted to leave a review.

What a Beautiful place to live Monica was so helpful in showing us around and filling out our paperwork.

Monica at Parc at Day Dairy has been amazing! From the first time I toured, she was so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. She answered all my questions, stayed on top of everything, and made the whole leasing process super smooth. Honestly, she’s a huge reason I decided to rent here! She made me feel confident that everything would be taken care of, and she really followed through on that. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and wants people to have a great experience living here. If you’re looking at Parc at Day Dairy, definitely work with Monica because she’s the best!

Feb. 5, 2026 - 3:00p Thank you Parc at Day Dairy maintenance. The mixing valve in my water heater broke. I called Emily in the office and immediately Lalo was at my door and had the Water heater fixed within 30 minutes. Lalo is so skilled and professional at not only the maintenance problems he repairs, but with his personal, professional, and kind manner relating to residents. I so appreciated both of their assistance. And I must also please thank Gabby and Ali in the PARC office.I spoke with both of them and they are always so helpful as well. Thanks to all of you. DC

Monica gave us such an amazing tour! She is so knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable I would definitely recommend touring with her she is such a gem! :)

Ali is the kind of apartment manager you hope to have. She is personable, professional and makes you feel like you're apart of a community. The Parc At Day Dairy has problems (with cleanliness), but Ali, Gabby and the maintenance team work hard to make things right.

We had to find a place unexpectedly after our last place fell through Monica was super helpful and super kind enough to not only show us multiple different units within our price range but also was fast and efficient with answering all the questions, comments, and concerns. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to rent. Oh I almost forgot I also lost my wallet during the showing process of the units and MONICA was so amazing enough to take a second look into the units and found my wallet. Again super grateful for the people that work there especially Monica again thank you all for great communication

Everything went very well, other than I had to have my Home door keys remade 3 time & my mail key remade once.

My whole experience so far has been tremendously positive and all due to being welcomed by Gabbi. She is a delight to meet. The whole move in process was stress free and supportive. I love it here !

I absolutely loved living here and very pleased with the leasing office and maintenance team. They are all very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is fast and gets things fixed quickly. The amenities are great and there are so many fast food chains and shops within walking distance. It is a great place to live.

I have been at Day Dairy for almost six months now and it has been the BEST complex I’ve ever lived at. Gabby is phenomenal and was so helpful and kind when I first moved in. The team does such a great job at making it feel like a community here. The team is efficient, and has always been there when I need it. Lastly I want to give a shoutout to the whole team, Eve, Gabby, Ali, and Jason are extraordinary and will go out of their way to make you feel at home! My entire experience with the ladies in the leasing office was nothing short of amazing. Gabby took all the time in the world to answer my questions, work with me on the application process while I was out of the country, she made sure everything was ready for my move in date even while out of the office herself. The leasing team thought of everything and made sure I was well prepared for my move in date and that my new home was spotless and ready. It has been such a positive experience and I’m loving living here. The office is responsive and so friendly. The amenities for the complex are super nice and well maintained. I love my home here and see myself staying a very long time.

Since day one I have been treated so well at Parc at Day Dairy. Any maintenance requests I have had have been done in less than 24 hours. Thanks so much for making this such a nice place to live!

Where do I start? We have had such a good experience living here. We lived here for 2 years in 2 different units and both were so nice and comfortable. Jason and the rest of the team were always friendly and any time we needed maintenance or help with something, they were always quick and efficient. This area has been so safe and comfortable for us the last two years and we’re really sad to leave. But I’d definitely recommend living here. Five stars for this place!

I LOVE it here! I've only been here a month, but it's the best apartment experience I've had BY FAR! I moved from Lehi Tech apartments (0 out of 5 stars, BTW) & started looking here. From the initial introduction email to any & every follow up interaction I've had with literally EVERYone here I can honestly say I'm thoroughly impressed. Polite and prompt office staff, really fast and thorough maintenance team, and management that follows up on even the smallest things. It's a beautiful property, run by some of the best people I've ever worked with! They're a great team & I can't say enough about how happy I am that I moved here! Thank you all!

Our move couldn’t have gone more smoothly! The team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially since we were relocating from out of state. They were upfront and transparent about every step, which gave us peace of mind. When we arrived, the townhome was spotless and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

We toured with Gabby today and were pleased at how knowledgeable she is about the community, amenities, entertainment options and schools for my daughter. She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about how great it would be to live here. The online reviews are great and the community is very clean with restaurants and shopping so close by.

I have lived here for three years and management has always been great to work with. They are willing to work with you and are understanding, when times get rough. Their maintenance crew always get whatever needs fixed, in a timely manner.

I’m a new resident and the townhome we moved into was absolutely gorgeous! the only negative thing is when we came to pick up the keys, the office people wanted more than what they asked for until the manager resolved the issue and was able to move in. The washer is out of balance so it shakes aggressively and the fridge light is out. The community is nice and quiet. The parking isn’t bad compared to my old resident. Its nice because everything is closer and the view of the mountains is beautiful too.

I originally picked this place based on the location... it seemed to have everything I could ever need right close by, while also being just one minute from the freeway. But what sealed it for me was when I started talking to the leasing office staff. They were so helpful and accommodating of my schedule and made it really easy to get through the application process and into my new place. Five stars would definitely recommend!

Very nice community! Very clean, the dog walking area is awesome, and they provide bags! The property is well kept, the staff is amazing! There is even a play ground for the kids as well! They have two gyms to use, a golf simulator. You name it! Ali the property manger is a people pleaser of all sorts! She makes sure if you have an issues they are solved! Very quickly at your convenience, no complaints at all! Would ten out of ten recommend! I love my home, it’s so nice and I like the lay out, everything is nice and new makes it’s a good place to rent, Thanks so much for an amazing place to live thanks to the staff at day dairy for being awesome!

We moved in a couple months ago and we have had a great experience from day one. The move in process went smoothly and we are loving our place. It’s pet friendly which was a huge bonus for me, they make it just as nice for the dogs as they do for the people. The staff are all very friendly and have been helpful any time we had a question or needed anything. The units are very nice as well. If you are thinking of moving to the community, what are you waiting for?

My family member lives here, and I visit her often! I only have good things to say about these apartments. The whole staff is soo nice and welcoming, I swear the maintenance team works round the clock to keep this place spotless!! Everything always looks nice and clean. If you are looking to move I highly recommend these apartments/townhomes.
