Had some confusion with my deposit due to the old management company, but the two ladies in the leasing office today were very nice and cared to help me understand it.

Wonderful experience! Property is beautiful, well taken care of. The manager and staff are friendly and approachable. You can tell they love their jobs and the company. 👏

This is my second time living here, and I think I came back because this place truly makes me feel at home. The community is very peaceful, and the staff is very helpful. My friends and family thought it was an excellent place, and the amenities are fabulous. We have everything here.

My brother and I just filled out our application and applied today!! Not only are the apartments so cute and nice but so are the front office girls! We worked with Skyler and Maycie and they were both so much fun!!

They helped us out in a tough spot, and I appreciate the Management finding an honest employee that does their job. Thank you Ashley, we really appreciate you.

It's a beautiful property that's located right off of the highway. It's super close to Harmon's. It has a beautiful pool deck and this is first property I have actually seen corn hole games installed near the pool deck. The club house is super cool, Skyler and Ashley will help you find an apartment that matches your life style and needs from a 1 bedroom all the way to a 3 bedroom. The maintenance team here will fix any issues that happen as well. The entire property is top notch.

I recently toured Anthology and had such a great experience. Ashley, Mayci, and Skylar were all incredibly welcoming and made the visit feel personal and genuine from the start. I looked at both a studio and a one-bedroom, and both were so cute—plus the views were amazing and the location near the pool was a huge bonus. What really stood out to me was the team. I had visited several other communities, and this was the only place where the manager, Skylar, took the time to come personally greet me. It made a big impression. They also had a continental breakfast out for residents, which created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. I even got to meet a few residents, and everyone seemed happy to be there. Overall, the experience felt elevated and authentic. I could truly see myself living here!

My husband and I recently moved in and I cannot say enough good things about our experience so far. Spencer was so kind and accommodating. Service has been exceptional. The apartment is fantastic! Very clean, and spacious. We are really happy about our choice to move here!

I have lived here for about 3 years now, and the only reason I have stayed is because of the staff. Madison is so accommodating and understanding of all of my needs! Super convenient to get anywhere from here as well. Having the FrontRunner a mile down the road is a huge plus!

Spencer was amazing very knowledgeable personable and kind!!! if you ever looking for an apartment over here don't hesitate to look for Spencer. Madison is the main manager she was phenomenal and took care of everything we needed we appreciate you!!!!!

Loved my stay here, great service. It was my first renting time here and in an apartment. The place was great, no complaints at all, expect when it comes to sound. I heard yelling from my neighbors but they were gone before I knew it. Then dog barking and cars driving with loud music was another at times I were sleeping. Like 4am or midnight or something in between. I loved the place and cost as well when I rented here at the time and the convince for me. Expect I heard my upstairs neighbors rolling something on the floor or something and it was gawd early in the morning and it happened at an hour that was too early but also late enough that I wouldn’t be able to go back to sleep before my alarm would go off and sometimes it happened several times throughout the day. My guess is a rumba or something. I am not sure. Nonetheless great place but just know you could have rude neighbors down stairs that hit their ceiling while you’re cooking lunch or dinner for being too loud pounding meat or dough and/or if you have things to hang up. Because even when you think you’re quiet- they can still hear you. We tried being quiet as we can, even put foam underneath any soundy devices. So. If it weren’t for the neighbors and hearing everything upstairs, side and down. I would give it a 5.

I am very happy here at Anthology in Draper. I love the management staff. Madison, Taylor and Carly. They always have great activities every month and fundraisers for everyone to participate in. I also love the pool and my cute little apartment. My apartment is quiet and I have good neighbors. The location is great, just 5 minutes from work. I would recommend Anthology to anyone.

I’m giving a 5 star is because I’m thankful of some of the staffs like Maddison at the office, she has been really helpful to us and assist us on solving a lot of problems, regarding that I’m taking over this very apartment unit I can’t say that I have fully experienced this apartment complex but one thing for sure is that it is indeed a very quiet apartment and safe too. But when some comments talke abt parking space that’s quite true, and tho I enjoyed the WIFI speed I didn’t expect to have to hook up for the internet since I only like to use my phones data.

I've been living here at Anthology for only a month but it has been one of my best experiences yet!! the crew here is very polite and timely with responses and problem-solving. They've welcomed us here with open arms. Huge thanks to Carly for making my experience fantastic. Very nice gym. fantastic pool and spa. One of the freshest new apartments I've lived in. Thanks for letting me move in!!!

I moved in June/25 and I had looked at many places. I narrowed it down to here and reveal. It literally came down to the leasing agent at reveal brushing me off and Maddie the leasing professional at anthology being very attentive and caring, answering all my questions about every little thing. Ive been here about 4 months now and i get a lot of help from carlie in leasing as well. Shes a gem. The walls? Amazing ive never heard my neighbors once. My next door neighbor always asks me if hes being too loud as he plays an instrument. Ive never heard it. Its my fave thing about this place. Someone before said the walls were thin and im not sure if they lived in the hall way or what but my experience is greatly different. Community is very quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves. Most people have pet etiquette. There are a few officers that live here if that makes you feel safe. They are cool tho. Pool is a feature! Super nice and relaxing, never super packed. Hot tub is HOT which is perfect for me. As mentioned there are some maintenance issues with the building but thats to be expected, in my experience thry handle things promptly. I do feel they enter the units pretty often but they give ample notification. They have super fun parties and a lot of them have food and adult drinks. No cost. But you can donate. The gym is nice. No one is ever there. Parking sucks so get a carport. The wait list for a garage sucks. This is not a walkable part of town unless the only place you go is maverick. No matter where you live there will be issues. But if you want peaceful, quiet, friendly and interactive id choose here. I would 100% renew my lease here

We have greatly appreciated the prompt attention of the office and maintenance teams as we have moved in this month. Carley was our leasing agent and was amazing to guide us through the leasing process and answer all my random questions along the way. There were just a few minor issues in the apartment that were fixed within 30 minutes a few days after moving in. They also quickly installed a new washer the next week when it was shown ours was unusable. The consideration of management has been incredible and we've been very impressed with the fast reply time. The lack of parking is a definite challenge to this location, but the kindness and prompt action of maintenance in our experience has made Anthology stand out in comparison to other complexes we've lived at previously.

I had a great experience living at this apartment complex! Madison and Carley from the leasing team were fantastic, friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything I needed. The amenities were consistently clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how welcoming and kind the community was. It truly felt like home. I highly recommend it!

First off, I've lived here 6 years this November and I love it! The reason being is pretty much everything, from the lovely ladies in management and the gentleman of the maintenance team. They are always on point and very attentive to any and every request that is brought to their attention. It is a great and clean place to live, It is also very dog friendly, which everyone loves!👍 If I could rate it higher I would. 10/10✨

I’ve lived here for about 1 year and a half and the entire experience has been wonderful. The management staff has been great, shout out to Madison, Carly and Taylor, and always helpful! I know some people state they’ve had bad experiences here, and I can’t speak on anyone else’s experiences here but my wife and I have loved it here. We’ve met some INCREDIBLE friends at the events hosted by the complex which has made living here such a treat and so much fun. Thank you for everything you all do!

Carley Johnson has made everything work smoothly for me and she is an absolute gem! She is prompt in her responses, very professional and kind and I appreciate her tremendously! I love the layout of the apartments and the balconies are very large, which is so nice to have. The only feedback is related to the faux grass for pets to use. The developer placed these tiny patches directly in front of the entrances and there is a strong scent of urine when you walk in. Not to mention the visual from the few dog owners who think cleaning up after their pet is beneath their lofty station in life lol Greystar should either replace with real grass or move the pet stations away from the building. Pretty typical for most apartments, it seems, and the numerous positives Anthology had in its favor far outweigh the lack of foresight on the developer's side of things.

This place has truly been a home for us. We have lived In a 3 bedroom with 3 kids and 2 adults. We also did a transfer after a year to a 2 bedroom apartment they had for us when we couldn’t get into a place in Florida yet. We have Older kids. We love the community here. The office and apartment complex really thrive in there monthly get together they throw. Soda bars, pumpkin painting, egg painting, pool party etc . We have been here for almost 2 years and we would not be moving if the weather in Utah was warmer year round. They clean up the place pretty nicely, there are some areas where people take there dog and not all the way to the grass (big fine for that) but that stuff smells if people do that, not the complex fault. They do a excellent job on enforcing cleanliness which I love. We lived by the pool and on the weekends it can get really loud but we have moved further away and it’s pretty quiet all the time. Although we have always been on the very end of the building so I think that helps big time on noise. All of the office ladies are just gems they really make this complex shine with good vibes. The gym I wish had more bikes with a back seat. Wonderful place to live, parking sucks though not gonna lie :)

I've called Anthology home for the last 3 years and that time is sadly coming to an end because of changes in my personal life. I have truly, truly enjoyed living here! No place is perfect but as far as hassle-free comfortable living, this place is great. Pros: In apartment units - spacious floor plans, huge primary bathroom and walk in closet, Vivint security system, fast internet, in-unit washer and dryer, and very quick maintenance team. One of the best features: THICK walls. I have never ever heard voices through the walls in 3 years being here. I know I have upstairs neighbors but I haven't heard a single noise from them in months. You might think I'm just lucky with neighbors, but I've seen the unit next to me switch people 5 times, and one was someone with loud dogs and the only time I heard them was in the hallway. For the property, amazing pool and hot tub area with grills and fire pits, clean and adequate gym, dog turf areas, a beautiful club house with free coffee and a pool table, and an easy to use Amazon locker. I also appreciate that they keep the pool open as long as it's warm - usually it's open until the end of October! And the hot tub is open year round. Management has been holding regular community events like wine, nacho, and game nights, which is pretty above and beyond in my opinion. They're also extremely friendly and professional every time I've talked with them. As for the area, it's right by the freeway and near the Draper frontrunner station, and there are some lovely walking trails just down the road. Maverik is a 5 min walk away. Cons: Cleanliness in the hallways and stairwells has been an issue because of dogs but management has made an effort to send out emails and clean things up faster. The area has had a lot of police activity, and we've seen police patrolling the parking lot many times at night. There have been some car break-ins and other potential criminal activity that has seemed to get worse over time, but it's not like I ever feel unsafe living here. This isn't the complex's fault, of course, but something to be aware of. During one year, the pool was out for maintenance almost the whole summer with no updates from management on when it would be fixed. That was disappointing, but they've gotten much better at fixing pool/hot tub issues quickly and communicating with residents better. One thing that bothered me: each unit has a recycling bin, which I thought was super cool at first, but the valet picks up trash and recycling and throws ALL of it into one trash container in the parking lot, and there's only one truck that picks it all up. There's no way stuff is actually getting recycled - it's all going to the same landfill. The illusion of recycling bothered me, and I gave up on separating things out after the first year here. Misc notes: I never got a parking spot or garage while living here - parking on the street was never an issue in the sense of spaces available (across the street is a huge empty stretch of road) but we did see a few cars on the street get broken into over the course of living here. I never worried too much about my car but I didn't keep anything valuable in there either. The only other downside is your car will probably get buried in snow during the winter. There are a lot of dogs in the community, and the office is really friendly towards them. Just be aware that you'll see a ton of them. Hoping for a smooth move out next month and will update if anything significant happens but overall, I've loved it here and I would recommend it to anyone!

The community manager Taylor was extremely nice and helpful in showing me everything the apartment had to offer as well as the various amenities that accompanied being a resident at the anthology.

The team at Anthology is amazing, especially considering that they have to deal with tenants that do not understand the lease agreement they are signing. Kudos to the team for always working to promptly fix any issues, for being kind, and for being knowledgeable!

Anthology is a great community to stay. It’s been over a year now where I stayed. I truly appreciate the management here. They are always welcoming and keep engage the community with new events and activities. Always.

I have not yet been out there to physically put eyes on the place, but the customer service , email, and information I received was top notch. As soon as my invisible money floating around in space is found, I will be paying a visit!

I'm moving after a year lease. There are a lot of great things about this complex. The facilities(pool, gym, Amazon hub) are all great. The internet is amazing, trash services are convenient, and the apartments are nice. This really could've been an easy 5 stars if they were more enforcing of their policies and rules. Dog poop is a problem, but some neighbors are just horrible. My new neighbor of the last few months has been LOUD. Playing music at all hours of the day and night extremely loudly and it's so awful. You can hear through the walls from the opposite side of the apartment even. I've brought this to management multiple times and I've received a pretty lack luster effort to solve the issue. Lots of great things, but those get overshadowed by awful neighbors quite easily.

Anthology is a peaceful community and offers a good mix of both younger and older folk. Tenants seem to follow the set curfew for the pool area and I have had no complaints of noise living right above all the action. Leasing and office staff have been lovely to work with and it’s very affordable for those that work and or want to live in this area.

After getting kicked out for not wanting to be in the kitchen at the same time as children, these guys helped me get a place in no time. Thank you so much.

Great place! Built in 2019, everything inside the apartment is brand new and modern. The unit comes with a security system, wifi included, and great mountain views depending on where your apartment faces. Very affordable for what it is. The community grounds are well taken care of. Everything from the gym to the hot tub and everything in between is very clean. Neighbors are respectful, most of which come off as respectable working professionals. Extremely close to freeway on ramps, so it's really easy to get anywhere in the valley pretty quickly. Also, the staff is helpful and very nice.

I love the staff at Anthology. The office staff is helpful and friendly.Maintenance staff is good about fixing and completing work orders in a timely manner. The office staff always follows up to ensure there isn't any outstanding issues with the work that was done. The office staff also puts together fun events for us residents. We also have food trucks often (so fun)! The apartment amenities and fixtures are quality.

The leasing office and maintenance staff is always so nice and professional, they def are on top of everything. The property is clean and beautiful. The amenities are amazing as well, I love the apartments as is I will definitely be staying! 🫶🏼

Great place to live. right off of bangerter and I15. for the most part pretty clean place, sometimes some residents decide to not pick up after their dogs, but management does a great job of getting on top of that. Rent is a little pricey but I guess that's just all of Utah. Apt itself is nice and updated.

The management here is awesome I had a package delivered to the wrong Apartment they found it for me & got it to me. They do a lot for the residents food trucks appreciation days. Great place.

Lived here for about 6 months now and really like it. The apartments are super nice, modern, and spacious. I love the common areas. The pool area is so nice and the residents/staff all take care of it. Same with the pool table area and gym. The staff is very nice, every interaction I’ve had with them has been very pleasant. They recently held a Halloween trick or treating thing by the pool which was super fun. They definitely work hard to make this place a great apartment building. Maintenance has also been quick in my experience

I moved into Anthology the end of July. The Management Team has been absolutely amazing to work with when I've had anything negative happen. (The only negative thing I haven't been able to work out is my vehicle being being towed when there's NO SIGNS, and that is really with Legacy Towing. Anthology absolutely tried helping me!) It's really sad to see these 1 and 2 star Reviews, when the issues I see around the Property and in these reviews are, for the most part, directly caused by the Residents. If you don't clean up after your own dog when it's outside and there are PLENTY of Dog Areas with specific bags and waste bins, that's on a Resident, not Anthology. When there are cigarette butts smashed into sprinklers in the lawn and dog areas, that's on a Resident. If there's ads from the mailbox strewn all over the mailbox hallway, hmmmmm. Pretty sure the management didn't do that. I'm pretty sure the managmemt team isn't walking around vomiting in hallways and spilling food, either. From what I have seen, Maintenance has cleaned up problem areas in a very timely manner. It seems that both Quinn and Miranda walk the Property frequently, and the entire Management Team seems to be well aquainted with the Residents. They brought in a Food Truck last month, and they had the sugary syrup cleaned up in the hallways within 48 hours. They send out reminder emails WEEKLY about Anthology being a smoke free property, and to pickup your own animals waste, yet people are smoking less than 25 feet from the building, and there's dog feces left by other dog owners that I see daily. If people want to complain and leave horrible reviews, I would probably make sure they live here and are reporting these things to Maintenance or Management.

I have lived at Anthology almost since it opened it is a peaceful community with great amenities the one downfall is the lack of parking I have covered parking but when visitors come they have a hard time finding parking. Other than that it's great staff is amazing to work with too! A huge plus

I have been renting here since the end of February 2022. I have been very pleased with the experience so far. The amenities are beautiful (I use the gym almost every day!) and the pool area is spacious and fun for my kids. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me and I'm really enjoying living here so far!

Proud to make this my new home, Can't wait! All the accomandations and such were great and Amber was awesome giving me a tour of the place!

I've lived at Anthology for almost a year now and have renewed my lease. The apartments are really beautiful. I love my kitchen, the bathroom, and of course my closet! Anthology is super pet friendly and offers options for everyone. I really appreciate them being so flexible with me and the issues that have came up! Love these guys!

Anthology has exceeded all of our expectations! The floors plans are spacious and the Vivint home security is amazing. The team in the Leasing office is attentive and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend to complex to anyone looking in the Draper area!

I could not recommended this apartment complex more if i tried. From the amazing amities, to the grounds always being kept so clean, to being incredibly pet friendly to the helpful staff, it has been a great experience to say the least. This is my first time back in an apartment complex in a decade due to some life circumstances and have been very pleasantly surprised with just how great it as been. Top scale from top to bottom.

This place is a great place to live. I love the peace and calmness this place gives me. It’s surrounded with great places to work and great food places. The stuff working in their office is great and so nice. I came back from a long trip and I lost my keys and the batteries to my door were dead so I called the emergency maintenance and they sent someone to come open the door for me. Living here is great and their security system makes you feel more safe.

My wife and I moved here in Anthology. Great deal compared to all other apartments. Other apartments would force us to include TV and Cable which we don’t want. This apartment only require WiFi and speeds are 1 GBps for download and upload. My floor plan is one bedroom. Layout is modern with brand new appliances and we got a huge bathroom. At beginning, staff was nice and responsive. Eventually, it seems like there is some drama in the staff recently as they would not respond back to our recent issues promptly. I hope staff get sorted out soon, for this reason I have to rate it four stars at current time.

I've had a great experience here at Anthology. The manager Cody Denter is super nice and probably the best landlord I have ever had, which is hard to come by. I've had to extend several times and Cody is easy to work with so it has been super easy. The apartment is high quality, quiet with good neighbors, and great amenities. I was blessed to find this place!

I recommend Anthology at Vista Station apartments very much! Kristine in the office was kind and extremely helpful during our move in process! I love the big sliding window. There is lots of natural light in the apartment which I love. The kitchen cabinets are beautiful light color and are soft closing. The community and neighbors are very warm and kind. Great location close to anything you need less than 10 minutes away. Overall a great place to live!

I recently toured these apartments and was amazed. I fell in love with the with big windows, lots of natural light, and beautiful kitchens. Not to mention the amenities and the amazing staff. They were so kind and helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

We relocated to Utah from the east coast and did not have time to come visit apartments or tour them. We relied on websites and narrowed down our search to the Draper area. We went with Anthology at vista station for various reasons the main one is the central location and the new construction. There are lots of new construction options right now in this area but for the layout, and amenities it’s hard to beat what you get for the money here. When we arrived we immediately knew from the exterior alone that we made a good choice. Once we met with the assistant manager, got our keys and headed to our building we once again knew we made the right choice. Once we got into the apartment we were blown away at the attention to detail and the overall quality of the apartment. All the appliances are top of the line and the finishes (counter tops, flooring, fixtures ect.) Are not the usual apartment grade. The carpet in the bedroom is very high quality and a beautiful shade of gray! While there are some restrictions because of Covid (which is a good thing) the pool and amenities are amazing! The oversized one car garage is a steal for extra monthly cost. The only downfall of this property is no dog park but there are plenty of green spaces on the property with pet waste areas and a nice dog park is nearby. Overall we couldn’t of asked for a better apartment and we are thankful to the entire team at anthology! Thank you!!!

I had the opportunity to live here for 6 months, and loved it. 🏡 The convenience of being close to work so I could run home and check on my puppy was perfect. These apartments have big windows for lots of natural light and great amenities. Cody and Nataley with management were always super quick to reply to any questions, and Dennis with maintenance was the best. They made me feel welcome and always took great care of us.
