The Orchard Townhomes

We have lived at The Orchard for a month and have nothing but great things to say about it. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, clean, and in a perfect location. The staff has been so helpful in getting us settled in. We love living here!

We were so excited to check out this place because of all the great reviews. The location is so convenient with great amenities close by, and the property is in great shape. Nate, the property manager, is truly the best - so responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. I can’t recommend this property enough!

There are not enough words to explain how truly grateful and thankful I am for Orchard and for Nate. Orchard has been home to me since the very beginning, almost three years ago, and I plan on it being home for a long time. Nate has been nothing but amazing, communicative, welcoming, and truly makes this community feel special. A big shoutout to Mike with maintenance as well. He is always quick to help, respectful, and so helpful whenever anything is needed. I’m so grateful for the care they both put into making Orchard such a great place to live.

The Orchard has been a great place to live. Everyone who works here is great to work with, The units are very quiet, we never hear our neighbors, The grounds are kept up, and the location is great.

If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and family friendly environment- this is it! Maintenance does a superior job with getting their work orders done in a timely manner. Both Managers (current) Nate and (previous) Amanda- has both been very helpful, so kind, loving and supportive!! Greystar does a phenomenal job at selecting high quality candidates to take care, and keep their properties running smoothly. There’s a lot of complaints about price in some reviews I see, but you’re paying for the best management system that you can TRUST and rely on, a safe, and clean environment your loved ones can feel comfortable in & every penny is worth it!! I would love to stay here forever, so please let me know if you guys ever offer options to purchase in the future!!

Had a great experience with the move in prosses. Nate was very communicative and made the whole process smooth and easy. This is a very nice place to live, peaceful and quiet, with easy access to everything you need.

Our dog, Niko, has felt noticeably more at ease and comfortable here. That sense of peace and security is something we deeply appreciate. Nate, the community manager, truly goes above and beyond—his kindness, dedication, responsiveness, and care for residents really stand out. Mike in maintenance is equally amazing—he’s always thorough, and reliable, making sure everything is taken care of with attention and a smile. We are genuinely grateful to be part of this community and would highly recommend The Orchard Townhomes to anyone looking for a peaceful, supportive place to live.

We have been living at Orchard for about 9 months and absolutely love it here. The townhomes are equipped with modern fittings, have open living space, and the bedrooms are of decent size. The property is kept clean and tidy. Any maintenance request is taken care of within 1 business day. Nate, the property manager, is very nice and polite. They sometimes organize Halloween party which is also nice. We are moving out as we are buying our own home. Otherwise, we would have renewed our lease here. One suggestion to the management is the carpets are not of good quality and you may want to consider replacing with a better quality product.

The Orchard is clean, friendly, and quiet. The location is convenient to shopping, dining, and I-15.

Management is great and quick to respond. Maintenance has always been on top of finishing repairs timely and easy to work with

We have been residents here since mid-August. We can’t say enough positive things about living here. Madison (the property manager) has gone above and beyond to help with any concerns. She truly cares about the community and it shows. This place really feels like home instead of a rental.

I can’t say enough about how nice it is here. Madison is absolutely amazing! She really helps with anything you need and answering any questions you might have. The lighting in the community is very bright at night so I feel extremely safe walking my dogs.. The people are also very friendly.. I have read some of the other reviews and disagree with them. Our experience has been great from the beginning our townhouse is very nice it doesn’t feel like a rental to us it feels more like a home. I really can’t think of 1 negative thing to say. I highly recommend living here!

The management team has been attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring our transition into the townhome was seamless. We moved from Texas to Sandy without ever visiting or knowing the area. Madison was amazing and helped us along every step of the way. The townhome is beautiful and the area is wonderful. Great experience all around!

The tour with Madison was great! She was super helpful, friendly and took our needs into account while searching for the perfect townhome! Even still being under construction you can tell this will be a top notch community with very nice townhomes and amenities in a great area.
