Liberty SKY

Toured several high-end apartments before settling on Liberty SKY. Leasing staff (shout out to Lily and Lorena) were great: well informed, accommodating and actually followed through. Location is superb, views are spectacular and management is friendly and responsive. Amenities are considerable and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this for your new home.

This was my first apartment I lived in. I was living in a house before. This place is awesome! Great staff, very helpful. Delivery Packages were always organized and put in lockers. The views are amazing from the top. Clean apartments and very well put together. I for sure will miss this place! was sad to go.

Love living at Liberty Sky. The place is great, but the staff is what really takes it to the next level. Lily went completely out of her way to help me pump up a flat with her own personal pump and literally saved me from having to get towed to the car shop. Super grateful.

When we moved to SLC last fall we looked all over the region for the best spot to land. Considerations for us included location, amenities, staff, and building health and safety, and neighborhood safety. Liberty Sky was the best for all of the above, and put us in the heart of downtown in walking distance to groceries, restaurants, parks and key entertainment venues. Due to my job I have lived all over the country for projects that span 1 or more years. As you might imagine I've had experiences that range from really bad to great. Here's my take - stuff is going to "happen" wherever you are - the thing that makes it ok is how responsive and effective the management and maintenance teams are. I've never found a better team anywhere. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in and we only encountered a few small issues in our first year which Lorena and the maintenance team took care of quickly and efficiently with good communication with us about timing. Special shout outs to Lorena, the building manager, Lily and Eric in the rental office, Jorge, Jose, Elvis, and Hendy on the maintenance and cleaning team. If you are looking for a great spot in the heart of the city with stunning mountain views and fantastic amenities that are well cared for, you will find it at Liberty Sky.

I absolutely love living here! The community is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Any time I have a question or need assistance, they are quick to respond with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Fantastic short term experience. Rented a furnished place for 2 months. Super clean, super comfortable couch, beds and great TV. Rental office manager (Lorena) is the real deal. Super attentive and treats every tenant professionally and with genuine care.

I’ve been living at Liberty Sky Apartments for a little over a year, and it’s been an amazing experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, with breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains from my apartment. The rooftop pool and fitness center are standout amenities that I use regularly. The staff is always friendly and responsive, and the overall atmosphere is modern and luxurious. I highly recommend Liberty Sky for anyone looking for upscale city living in SLC!

Living here at Liberty Sky has been a wonderful experience. Here you are treated like family and truly cared about. If you have any concerns or questions they are dealt with immediately with the upmost respect and professionalism. Every single person on the staff is absolutely amazing (Karla, Aldo, Naomi, Jorge, Andy, Elvis, and Charlie)!! The staff takes pride in the property and the people that reside here. The whole building is cleaned daily and kept pristine. The people are what make this place happen but the amenities are the added bonus. Free coffee and snacks, movie theater, pool/hot tub, high end gym/ cycling room, 360 views of the whole city, and a community that’s worth living in. We toured Liberty Sky this past week with Aldo. He was much friendlier than the agent that I had been emailing with a few times prior to our visit. Sadly, we were unable to lease here due to the lack of availability but the place was gorgeous, clean, and Aldo was SO kind & helpful!

The building is incredibly nice and everything works well. Efrain and Aldo are always very helpful and kind. Charles is a gem and has always made sure the building is secure and comfortable. Views from the rooftop are amazing.

The building, apartments, amenities and personnel is amazing. I personally feel extremely grateful for having had the support of Efrain through my moving process, I had to manage moving from Spain and he made my life super easier. This is a place and service I recommend 200%!

Loved living here. If I didn’t move out of state I wouldn’t have left at all. The building is nice, the staff was great. Management/leasing staff knew my name and unit from the day I moved in, which was easier than I’ve ever had with a loading dock and reserved elevator. The maintenance staff are truly amazing. They’re friendly, kind, and care about the building like it’s their own home. Safe and convenient area for everything you need within walking distance. Also a block from 2 trax lines. Lots of natural light, great views, and the open kitchen/living room makes it feel bigger than it is. Building amenities are great. Many places to hangout on the roof and ground floor. Good resident community too, especially as they have events for residents with friends/family welcomed. It’s not cheap, but well worth the price if you want to love where you live.

Both the move-in and living experience are so incredible. The location and amenities of the property are great. The property manager Efrain is great and was extremely helpful during the application process. He negotiated good deal and ideal move-in date for me. He responded to messages really quickly and effectively . I really recommend having him as your contact for the application.

Efrain and Aldo are the lifeblood of Liberty Sky. They’re personable and responsive. If you need something done, they will work with you to make it a reality. They create and host tenant events that spark relationships throughout the building. 5/5 recommend!

Liberty Sky is an amazing place to call home. Efrain, manager, and his team are top tier professionals. This team is what you would expect to find in upscale homes of the like in Chicago or New York. The residence is immaculate and is a Five Star high rise. It is safe, security - Jordan, is kind approachable and personable. The maintenance team is excellent, responsive and care. Efrain leads the entire team and works until the issues of the day are handled- correctly. He’s texted and fixed issues past midnight which is unheard of. Liberty Sky is trendy, up to date and in a terrific location!! It’s not uncommon to see Efrain work a full day work shift and then respond to a matter late in the night and handle the issue without grief or negativity. I cannot say enough about the management team led by Efrain. He is more than managing a deluxe high rise he also keeps the residences a community of neighbors not a bunch of strangers.

Wow! This place is beyond impressive. I've recently moved into Liberty Sky and my move in experience was fantastic. Aldo, the assistant manager has been truly outstanding in providing accommodations for all my needs. Efrain, also was able to help out with getting the hot tub and pool open on New Years Day. This place has the best views in the city and is in a class of its own. This is was true property management looks like. THANKS TEAM!

Efrain is amazing! The property at Liberty Sky is amazing but even with a nice complex it is the property manager that separates a great place from a horrible place. He knows every tenant personally, and makes it a point to always ask how you are doing. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of property management is handled efficiently and effectively. No matter what day or time Efrain will make it a point to respond quickly. He is consistently responsive, keeping me informed of any developments or concerns in a timely manner. His clear and transparent communication style has fostered a sense of trust and reliability. Efrain's professionalism and commitment to excellence have truly exceeded my expectations. Any time you are signing leases it can get a little stressful and you can start to feel uneasy, but Efrain makes it extremely simple and transparent. He is so good at his job it makes you feel like you are his only client. His proficiency, reliability, and then energy he brings make him an invaluable asset, and I am grateful to have him overseeing the management of Liberty Sky.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The views at the top are what downtown living is all about. I went to the open house for this building and loved it so much I later applied to live here. The staff is amazing and was really great to work with and very responsive. Aldo there at the front desk is great. This property will be a stand out in SLC for years to come.

Liberty Sky is the perfect luxury apartment. It has amazing amenities, starting with office space, fully equipped gym and a rooftop view that is breath taking. Everything is always cleaned and in perfect conditions. The location is also 10/10 …walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and a shopping mall. It’s 10 minutes away from hospitals and big stores like Costco and Target. But what we love the most is the amazing staff, they are always available and willing to help in any way. Efrain, the manager, and Wilmer are the best team. I recommend this place to anyone who want to have the best experience in Salt Lake.

This is by far the best and most well managed apartment building I have lived in. I moved in about 6 weeks ago and my experience has been great. The thing I have been most impressed by is how meticulously kept the building and grounds are. All of the amenities are always in perfect condition. They really pay attention to the little details. An example is that the pool table in the club room is always set up ready for a game. In addition, the grills are always clean and ready to be used. The major amenities like pool and gym are always spotless as well, but these smaller details are what I have noticed really sets apart Liberty Sky. I also want to mention how exceptional the staff have been. Efrain, the leasing manager is awesome. He is super nice and actively works to develop a relationship with the residents. In other buildings I have lived at, once you sign your lease the staff kind of disappear. This is not the case at Liberty Sky. Efrain and his team are constantly checking in to make sure I am all set and everything is going smoothly. In my time here I have had two minor maintenance requests and they have both been addressed within an hour of me mentioning them. In addition to Efrain, the maintenance guys are great. They are always saying hi and on top of everything. Also, the security the building has is top notch. Between security out front, within the building, as well as access codes needed for all doors, elevators, and units, and the garage, it feels very very secure. I could not recommend Liberty Sky enough and have enjoyed all of the amenities it has to offer. It will be very unfortunate when I eventually relocate and have to leave this building.

I lived in liberty sky for one year and Efran and everyone in the office was always very helpful, and out of the very few times I needed something fixed in my unit maintenance was always very quick on fixing any issue, communication was always great, and sometimes they have free food or breakfast catering which is a nice touch, harmons is right across the street which made grocery shopping a breeze, if you like living downtown, this would be the perfect apartments for you, the pool and movie room are really nice too, overall really fun apartments to live in. :)

I could not be happier living anywhere else! The community here is amazing, The staff from management to maintenance is top shelf and readily available to help and always with a smile. Living in the best part of downtown is amazing! City Creek mall is steps away, the trax is two blocks and harmons is half a block. I can come and go anytime feeling secure with the 24 hour security and the secure building access. I haven’t even mentioned the amenities… come see it for yourself 🙌

The best building in downtown. If u looking for diversity, it is the place. Lovely people, amazing views and on top of everything very supportive staff. Efrain, Ethan, Cheryl and everyone from the support team are super amazing. If I ever have any troubles, the problem is fixed the very same day. Cleanliness, standard and every amenity is maintained daily and up-to the mark. Cheers to the team’s hard work! Extending my lease for another 1 year happily 😊 They call it pricey but better things do come with a cost.

I recent moved from CO and was looking to move into Salt Lakes best high rise apartment building. I found it here. I made a phone call got everything setup very quickly. Once I made the move I was greeted with a smile by incredible management. They made everything quick and easy and modern! Now everyday I walk around the building and all I see are smiles and thumbs up. Everyone has been fantastic! The rooftop access is magnificent with a gym, club house, theater outdoor jacuzzi and pool. Wow! It’s the place to be! Thank you!!

THE BEST place to live in Salt Lake City Downtown. Excellent management staff members (Shout out to Efrain). Well designed building and facilities. Super secured space. Beautiful views. Just a block away from city creek, Harmons and Trax station. The management shares lots of information about events activities around town that is very helpful.

I submitted my application at five different places and the first person to reach out to me the very next day was Efraim. I came in to see the place and he was an amazing host. Made me feel right at home and super comfortable with the building. He takes pride in the building and you really feel like you are in a high class environment. Now the building: Only high rise in salt lake. The rooftop amenities are amazing. I got a north facing unit with a view of the whole valley. Waking up every day I feel blessed and it worth the extra money to get a great place like this. Covered parking, the mail drop for packages, the fiber internet; these are all amazing add ons. This place was easy to move into and it’s been a joy living here. 10/10 recommend.

Firstly, the positives: This is a very nice, new and ideally located new apartment high rise with outstanding amenities. I have a studio on one of the lower floors and for the most part I do like it. As indicated in earlier reviews, the management are very proactive and helpful as well. I love that City Creek, Harmons Grocery & Capital Grille are all within one block! I also love grilling steaks on the top floor. The fitness center deserves special mention - it is very well equipped with outstanding views of the city & mountains. Now the negatives: First of all, be ready to pay MUCH more than what they quote for rent. This was mentioned in earlier reviews as well, and it is the truth. *My rent is $1744/mo, but by the time the so-called “community fee”, parking stall fee, renters’ insurance, internet package & utilities are all added in I am looking at more like $2100! For a studio on a lower floor! *Additionally, they charged me a $200 “lease initiation fee” when I first moved in last month, and that is nothing short of an overt RIP-OFF. *The refrigerator does not come with a water filter, even though the filter light on the door might suggest otherwise. *FYI, there are no storage compartments available at Liberty Sky either; you’ll have to take your excess stuff off-site. *Water pressure from the shower leaves a lot to be desired. So there you have it. You should now be able to make an informed choice.

Going on four months as a resident here and let me tell you. Management/Staff, 10/10. Efrain and Ethan are amazing and exceptionally fast to solve any problem that comes up. Facility cleanliness, 10/10. Always up to par and smells good. Community, 10/10. Met so many amazing neighbors in the common areas. Overall a beautiful atmosphere to be a part of.

This is a beautiful, modern building with great amenities! The office staff go out of their way to help make all of the residents feel welcome and cared for. They are responsive, helpful, and actively looking for opportunities to enrich the resident living experience. Love this place!

I had my application in at another downtown apartment but wanted something with views. I was so happy I decided to start a new search. I found Liberty Sky and fell in love the minute I saw the space. The floor to ceiling windows took my breath away. The design throughout the building with the common areas, pool, deck and gym are so impressive. I love the convenience of the dry cleaning service. In addition, the security system that they have with entering the building, elevators etc. has been a bonus and given me peace of mind as a single tenant. Efrain was exceptional and great with communicating throughout the application process. I appreciate the steps and the procedures they have in place to ensure quality tenants. He has been patient and understanding with me through my move in; always handling any questions personally. It doesn’t go unnoticed that he remembers my name when he runs into me, pretty impressive considering the amount of people he comes into contact with. Most luxurious high rise apartment in Salt Lake. Spectacular Views! Amazing Team of people!

Liberty Sky and the staff are exceptional. We moved here from Chicago a month ago and had previously lived in two brand new luxury buildings there. We searched SLC for awhile looking for something similar and it was not easy. Then we found Liberty Sky and I am SO thankful we did. The amazing floor to ceiling windows, views, and amenities are what drew us in, but the staff and community are whats proving we have made the right decision. Every issue we have had has been very promptly taken care of. Appreciate all the hard work they are doing to make this an awesome place to live!

I was one of the first to move in, so I've been around for the "breaking in" period. It's a brand new building, and not like anything else in the valley so I was expecting a few wrinkles along the way. What I wasn't expecting was just how amazing the staff has been in addressing everything! Efrian and his crew have been nothing short of amazing. Even with all the interest in the building, new tenants constantly moving in, and dealing with everthing else, the service feels personal. Efrian has made every interaction including addresssing any concerns, and questions, feel like his priority. The building is beautiful, with fantastic amenities, not to mention the views- incredible! There is virtually no sound trransfer beween apartments, and I love the diverse and friendly mix of neighbors.
