This place is amazing, me and my husband just moved here and the view, the community, people, neighbors are so nice and sweet, the management actually cares and listens to you. The biggest bonus when you move in is view. The views you get here is amazing

Living here has been an amazing experience. It’s a quiet, clean, and very welcoming place, where you really feel safe and at peace. I love the atmosphere, how organized everything is, and how well taken care of the whole area feels. On top of that, the location is excellent, with everything I need close by, which makes life much more convenient. The community is respectful and friendly, which really makes you feel at home. This is a nice place to live, they keep it nice and beautiful all year around. I wish they can do some updates on the appliances but they make sure everything works and function properly. The maintenance guys are five stars, they have always been there for any emergencies no matter if it’s in the middle of the night. The manager is a great person, love her patience with me and her understanding when I need help. The office staff very nice.

My husband and I love living here! We've made so many friends here, which is so nice because we are very social people. It's very quiet and peaceful. The kids actually play outside, it's lovely to see. There are multiple playgrounds and open grassy areas. I love walking above the complex. There's dirt trails to explore with a beautiful view. There's also a lot of biking trails right by us!! I also really love the location. It's the perfect place between UT county and SLC county- making the commute either way very easy. Management truly cares and takes a lot of pride in their work. Maintenance is wonderful as well. They are very thorough and even fixed things that we forgot to add to the list.

Nice quiet neighborhood, maintenance is quick to get to repairs, management is easy to work with and they’re always doing fun activities and events. Great community.

My husband and I have lived here almost a year- we originally signed a 6 month contract due to not knowing where we would need to be in life. We resigned from there and will again! Liberty hill is so quiet, beautiful, and clean. I have been extremely impressed by their hospitality. Our townhome is perfect for us and if we could buy it and have it forever we would! Could not recommend living here more.

We lived here years ago and moved out just after they got new management. We came back and we are so glad we did. Our pup LOVES the maintenance guys. So that alone should tell you how great they are. If you want details: Neighborhood full of kids and kind people. The management and maintenance teams have been really great. There are normal wear and tear issues that just happen at all rentals. But they have always been responsive and quick. We had an incident where we lost some keys and 10 minutes later they were at our door replacing the locks. We had a previous renter trying to still use the address to pick up packages (sus.) and I let the office know. They immediately stopped it and we never had issues again. Our water heater broke and flooded at midnight. We called the emergency and the guy walked us through how to temporary fix it because carpet cleaners and a new water heater obviously would not be able to come in the middle of the night. But they were all there that morning first thing INCLUDING the new water heater. Their resident appreciation week isn’t cheap Walmart cookies heated up in the microwave. They have been BOUJIE. Free Thirst drinks, fancy variety donuts from a donut shop, etc. My point is realistically there are issues like anywhere. But this management team is always doing their very best and you see it. We are really grateful for them because now-a-days it is hard to find rentals from a management team that cares.

I love living here. They solve everything for me super fast and the rent seems good to me. They are comfortable, a little old but comfortable and the best thing is that it really is what I pay for the beautiful view. The condominium is tidy and clean. I recommend it.

I have really enjoyed my stay while here at Liberty Hill. The front office has been very accommodating with any requests that I have had. They have a gift wrapping station at Christmas for the presents and supply all of the materials. Jeremy is by far the best technician that I have ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. He always has a long term solution for the problem and goes above and beyond at being courteous and friendly.

I have lived here for more than nine years, and I have could not be happier. Despite the fact that staffs rotate at all apartment complexes often, I have always found the staff to be very helpful with any issue that I may have. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond. Great location.

Lily was great ! Such a cute condo perfect to have a peaceful life and beautiful environment. Lily gave us clear information and make us fall in love with the place , however the location is kinda far from our schools ans jobs.

the management has been very friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance people come right away to fix the problem or order you new appliances. we have looked all over for places to live and this was by far the best priced place and you have your own garage, driveway, patio etc… you don’t hear anything through the walls as well so i definitely recommend if your looking for more of a “mini” house than living in an apartment on the 3rd floor

My unit at Liberty Hill is very cozy, I love living here and because of that I renewed my contract for one more year. I also love to be close to the mountains and the nice view of the entire complex.The staff at the office is friendly and helpful. I've used the maintenance service a few times, they have fixed things fast and professionally. My new neighbors are respectful and considerate, specially during quiet hours. I'm grateful for this place I call home! ✨

I live in the Liberty Hill townhouse in Draper. The house is in very good condition, and if something breaks, the service comes and fixes or replaces it right away. The staff is very friendly. The location is good for work and schools for children. The price is reasonable. As a consumer, I am very satisfied.

The office staff at Liberty Hill are the best ! When you need a repair, Jeremy & his staff are quick to reply & do an excellent job. All of the ladies in the front office always greet you with a smile & positive attitude. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. They always make you feel welcome. This is such a great community. The staff is always super helpful and very friendly. I'm always impressed during the seasons of how well maintained the grounds and flower beds are taken care of.. It's also very quiet and the people I have met are super nice... Great Place !!

Be specific when meeting with them. I got refered to the other Liberty Hill Apartments. The price is great, the tour was great, the facilities are great. The aparments are from the 90's but worth the price. Warning when you meet with them please make sure you tell them to double check the prices. If you meet with them and say I will be moving in two months out, double check the move in date and the numbers before you leave. They changed the amount on me once they finally realized (after the fourth time I said it) that I was moving in two months. Overall minus the miscommunication in writing/speech it is a fantastic place. Quiet, off the high way, good for the price (if you are okay with outdated things), and worth the weight in gold for what they offer. Just warning, triple check things before you leave otherwise they may change things up on you.

Since my divorce 16 years ago, I have lived in several apartment communites. I know property management companies...and their are sharks out there. Cowboy Properties has been my favorite and the only trusted agency to rent from. Liberty Hill is unbelievable. Here I am living my DREAM. This community is run by management experts, who listen and attend to your requests. Maintainence Teams who answer your requests with same day or next day service! That is unheard of these days. Security for me is a must and Liberty Hill has 24 hour security personell and you never feel at risk on any level. On Halloween, I experienced something I have not seen in 20 years....Tons of Trick or Treaters with thier parents walking around...it was beautiful. Here, there is no on street parking...so your kids are safe and you are safe in your walks and jogs. The amenites are unbelievable...beautiful and appropreated with all you could want. Modern appliences, beautiful baths....HUGE bedrooms and we all have a garage and patio or deck. The views are phenomenal as well! It is so quiet, you can hear yourself breathe. Its been a long time, that I have had this kind of peace and didn't hear my next door neighbors or community noises...NOT Here. It is quiet at night and in the daytime. The security and peace you feel can't be bought anywhere...and Liberty Hill is far from a typical rental community. It is a neighborhood...with beautiful townhomes....residents who are more than tenants. Our pool, hottub, gym and community room is fantastic!! The grounds look like DisneyWorld...indeed this whole place looks like a movie set and I am not kidding. Lora, Cassie, Lily and Mollie are a wonderful and friendly team, Jeremy and J.D. are on top of all maintainence..and don't worry, when you call, they actually answer the phone! What ever your needs or concerns are will be attended too promptly and with a smile. This will be my only and final home....I will never move. Liberty Hill has everything I could ever want! And if you have kids...the schools here are the best, both public and private. So if you are looking for a Home...a place to call your own and more than an apartments, I reccomend you call for a tour. You will love it, I assure you!

We have lived here for over two years now, and let me tell you, the extra drive time is more than worth living in such a beautiful and peaceful community. Even the one bedroom townhomes come with an attached garage and a driveway that fits another vehicle. The three bedrooms fit 3 cars. I don't understand why others have such an issue unless they own multiple cars. The office staff always gives sufficient notice when projects are happening, and every Manager here has been kind a helpful. Yes, they do need to be updated, however they are still very clean and beautiful. You can't beat the price and the location. I love driving into the property every night. You won't regret it.

LIBERTY HILL is a great place to live. Management has always been so amazing! They are always willing to get things done right away. Maintenance is great! If I have ever needed anything fixed or looked into, they are very prompt and willing to go above and beyond! I really enjoy living here! The office is always offering community involvement such as making Valentine's Day cards, wrapping presents, leaving treats on our doors. Thank you Liberty Hill for making me feel "AT HOME".

I wanted take a moment to thank Gloria and all the other great staff members Liberty Hill Apartments, Draper, UT. They work hard to make sure Liberty Hill is a Community and not just a rental property.

I recently moved in. Had a couple minor issues. Gloria was awesome and quick to help me the same day. It is a nice place and so far I would recommend it.

Beautiful location. Very professional office staff. I will be renewing for another year while our home is being built.

My wife and I lived at Liberty Hill for a year and we loved it. Pros and cons are below, skip to the end if you want the short version. Pros: - You get your own private townhome. The 2 bed 2.5 bath we rented was two floors and it was fantastic having our own space. We also lucked out and got an end unit so there was an extra window in our living room which was nice. - Each townhome comes with a one car garage and a one car driveway so if you can keep both clear it's easy to find parking (more on that below) - The leasing staff were AMAZING to work with. Gloria and Desirre were both extremely helpful while we were there and during the move-out process as well. - Spacious master bedroom. The master bedroom is big if you get any of the 2 bed 2 both models. The bathroom is also connected so that is very nice as well. - The closets are very big. Obviously they aren't walk-in closets but they do take up the entire length of one wall of your bedroom so you should have plenty of space to hang up your clothes and store any shoes. - Maintenance was extremely attentive to any work orders that we put in. It almost always was attended to the same day and if not, it was taken care of the day after. - The community is extremely friendly, if you have kids and you're looking for a place where they can make friends, this community is definitely the place for you. - Great place to live location wise as it is very close to the freeway, it's nice not to have to drive 10-15 minutes away from the freeway just to get home. Cons: - The apartments are getting a bit dated. I know they replace the carpet about every 7 years or so, but the appliances are starting to get old and the cabinets are definitely worn down. As far as I know, no units have been renovated so they're definitely due for an update. - The layouts can be a bit weird. Look over the floor plans and definitely look on apartments.com for the virtual 3D tour so that you know what to expect ahead of time. - Amenities: * The pool is dirty when it is open (we cleaned it ourselves a few times) They open it from Memorial Day to Labor Day every year. The hot tub is open "year-round" (it's closed a lot for maintenance) but it is very small. You'll feel uncomfortable with more than 3 people there. It is also not very hot and the jets are broken. * The gym is SMALL. I mean really small. Don't plan on being able to use it as a replacement for your gym membership. There's two treadmills one bike machine (which was broken for the entire year we were there) and one multi-purpose machine that only one person can use. The room itself is very small. - PARKING CAN BE A NIGHTMARE. If you come home after 4:00 PM expect to park far away from you apartment unless you keep your driveway or garage clear for yourself. Everybody uses their garage for storage (which in the rules and regulations it states that you can't) so often the two-car families will take up one spot in their driveway and one of the spots for open parking. My advice: DON'T USE YOUR GARAGE FOR STORAGE AND PARK IN IT. - UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN PLAYING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. This became more of an issue for us towards the end of our lease. During the summer months many children will play together outside. That's awesome and we have no problem with that. Our problem with this came from the many many MANY times that we had to SLAM on our brakes because a group of children or a single child would dart either in front of us or behind us (often on their bikes) as we were backing up out of our driveway. It is VERY annoying. We are both extremely cautious drivers and we always look out for the children because we know they are there but the lack of parental supervision for most of the kids that played outside was unbelievable. All in all, we loved it and would recommend it! The cons are all bearable with everything you get to have. We moved simply because they raised rent and we felt like we would be overpaying if we stayed.

We lived here for 2 years and 4 months. With all things settled now after moving out, I'd like to leave a detailed review for both management and for any prospective renters. CONS: - The units are starting to get a bit old and worn down with all the turnover. Maintenance does a solid job keeping up with things, but they don't ever really get ahead. - Speaking of maintenance, I think they only have two people employed for the whole community. So it's tough to get someone to your unit, especially for something small. Don't get me wrong, the maintenance workers are stellar and super nice, but I think they're spread a bit too thin with all the work they have to cover for the whole community. - In the summer, the pool opens at 10 a.m. We would get there at or shortly after 10 a.m., but the pool gate would be locked, the pool cover still on, and the pool still dirty. Definitely a first-world problem, but it was a little frustrating being ready to enjoy a morning at the pool and it wasn't open. - In the winter, plowing is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, and other times it's impossible to get out of the community. - Our unit's AC/heating system was super loud. We got used to it, but it was kind of annoying sometimes. - Our unit smelled like dogs when we moved in. They said they cleaned the carpet, but maybe they should have just replaced it. - Speaking of dogs, for being a pet-free community, there sure are a lot of dogs around. Which is fine, but at this point, maybe Liberty Hill should just openly accept pets with like additional fees or something? - Rent is a little higher than other places, but maybe that's due to the fact that these are literally townhomes with a personal driveway and attached garage. - Appliances are getting old and are pretty cheap. - Conservice was kind of a pain, but I just kind of looked at it like an HOA payment since so much of it went to community fees like garbage collection and water for the sprinklers. PROS: - The management and leasing office staff are great, and I truly felt like they were doing all they could to create the best living experience they could. They were all so good to work with as we left our lease early, and I could tell they were doing all they could to find someone to take our unit so we could get out of our lease. I want to specifically call out Trina for being so kind, helpful, and sympathetic to our situation. Thanks, Trina! - They do an amazing job with the landscaping. The grounds always look perfectly manicured and well kept, with beautiful flowers all through spring, summer, and fall. The trees throughout are beautiful, especially in the fall, and it's such a nice place to live. - The location is amazing. It's close to I-15 and Bangerter, a Maverik, a Harmons, plenty of food both in Draper and Lehi, and more. Soon it'll be right across from the new Pluralsight campus they're building, and it's right behind the HealthEquity campus. Beyond that, it's tucked away from everything so it's quiet and isolated, which is nice. Plus, depending on the unit, you can get a pretty good view of the Salt Lake Valley. - Because the units are townhomes, it really doesn't feel like apartment living. Like I said above, you get a one-car attached garage and a driveway, in addition to a nice patio on the back. So it feels really homey. - Our unit's central AC and heat always worked great and we never had any problems in that regard. Kept us comfortable no matter the season. - The walls are insulated really well so we never heard our neighbors. - When open and ready, the pool is really great and usually very warm. - We loved the playgrounds and open areas. - Like I said above, the maintenance staff is so great. They do an amazing job and were always so friendly. All in all, Liberty Hill is a great place to live. We're grateful for all their great service and for giving us a place to call home for so long. The pros far outweigh the cons, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks, Liberty Hill!

My husband and I lived here right after we moved down from college in Idaho. This place was such a blessing! The location is fantastic for the price, the management was always stellar, and the maintenance guy was always right on top of everything. We really loved living here and are actually trying to move back here. We had to move after 8 months to AZ for school but we are fighting to come back here. The amenities that they offer are the best: the pool, the garage. The only negative thing I would say about liberty hill is that the floor layouts are suuuper weird and don't make sense and old (need to be updated), and during the winter the plowing here is terrible. We would think the roads were terrible because we couldn't even get out of Liberty hill, but then once we left our neighborhood, the roads were all plowed around town. Just those two things could be improved, but other than that, we loved it here :)

The jets in the hot-tub dont work and it isn’t warm enough. My AC constantly breaks in the Summer. The Townhomes are unnatractive, cheap, outdated, and things are constantly breaking. Due to these issues, the rent here is significantly more that it should be, based on what other townhome and apartment complexes in the area charge for rent. It’s worth $1,000, but I pay over $1,200. That being said, the staff are AMAZING! The maintenance guy is a rockstar and the ladies in the office are so much friendlier and more helpful than anyone you’ll meet at any other complex. If it weren’t for them, this would be a one-star review and I would have moved out already, but they make it worth it to live here. Great people.👍

I have lived here for 6 months and I absolutely love it! The management is incredible. Very friendly, curteous, and respectful of their tenants. I don’t ever dread going to the leasing office, I actually enjoy going because they are so kind and cheerful. I highly recommend this community. The view is spectacular and I have never had an issue. Keep up the great work staff!

I have lived at Liberty Hill since October of 2016 and I love it here. The staff is amazing and so friendly. I am in the process of moving out and someone is taking over my lease and they staff has been amazing about helping me and what I can do to make the move easier. Water Sewer and garbage are priced great. I paid way more at my last place and it was 400 square feet smaller. I highly recommend Liberty Hill. Love the location it is away from people quiet neighborhood.

Overall not bad. You can't usually hear your neighbors, and everyone is friendly. I've never had a bad experience with management The kitchen is too small in the single bedroom model, and the maintenance staff don't seem to be the best. Also not a location that is very friendly to people without cars.
