This place has been awesome so far. The whole complex is super clean — hallways, common areas, even the parking lot always look well taken care of. The office staff have been really nice and friendly, which makes dealing with any questions or issues super easy. What I really like is how upfront they’ve been about parking. No guessing games or hidden rules; everything was explained clearly from the start, so I know exactly where I can park and how guest parking works. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience living here. Clean, straightforward, and stress-free.

The tour was amazing the apartment and place was admirable the assistance I received was beyond appreciated and very respectful the agent was so kind answered all of my questions help me with my paperwork it was a very easy process she made it simple because of her it was simple thank you

I just walked in and they immediately took me on a tour showing me the apt and amenities. North Temple Flats had everything I was looking for. I loved seeing a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was impressive with beautiful appliances and countertops. We walked outside and saw their swimming pool surrounded by lots of lounge chairs. They also have a fitness center. I am currently on their waiting list. I hope they call me soon.

My Mom lives here and she loves it since the new management took over last year. This place is always spotless, no litter anywhere. Some people have complained about parking, but hey they tell you before you move in it’s only one parking space per unit. If people would understand downtown property is expensive and the public transportation can’t be beat. There is a Trax platform within 50ft. If you wanna live downtown, only have one car or don’t have a car. Very quiet never hear any noise or parties. Everyone seems to be very respectful of each other. I wish the place that I lived at was like this place. Especially the management! Israel Is fair and way chill.

This a great place I love it here. They have helped a lot treated me a lot better than my last apartment it was a terrible experience & those apartments weren't as nice as this place. I plan on living here a long time

Every place has its problems, if you want to live in total peace and quiet, you dont live Apartments, but the current management here works hard to make things right. I have lived here since this place opened. You have to be realistic. Exchange pleasantries with your neighbors, but keep to yourselves and you will be fine.

The staff were very helpful throughout the whole process of moving in. When I got to my apartment, the whole unit was spotless and everything was in perfect working order. Out of all the places I've lived, this is by far the best. Thank you, North Temple Flats!

I’m writing this review to share my experience as a new resident at The North Temple Flats, to be honest I was anxious because this is my first time being on a lease, but to my surprise it has been a very good experience the leasing office manager Israel has made the moving experience very smooth! He is always is nice and explains everything so I can understand without having any confusion he’s also very good at being flexible with our schedules and making sure things get done so the moving In process has been as non stressful as possible! So thank you Israel I appreciate your patience!

Great management!!!!

I recently supported two new friends who are brand new the the US to find an apartment and move into the complex, and I can’t say how happy and grateful I am for the great team at the leasing office. The leasing team were all very friendly, and extremely supportive. They communicated very well with me via phone, email and in-person. Thank you so much, NTF team for all your efforts!!

Honestly, the new management team is doing the best that they can to try to make the improvements that their owner wants. It takes a little time to do this. I am seeing things change to do so. Have been here awhile now, does seem to be getting better with more time. I think the location near the airport is also a big plus for anyone who works there or in the nearby Rose Park area.

The guys are the best! I recommend to anyone :)

I’ve been here for almost 3yrs an it’s been a great stay. I feel secure an safe. I love the pool an weight room it keeps me wanting to stay. I appreciate tha staff Anna and Israel an Tim keep up tha good work

Friendly staff, Great location close to the airport close to downtown shopping. The grounds are pretty much look nice I’ve had no problems in my apartment so no maintenance needed so overall for me I give it five stars

No lie I've had some pretty big hiccups due to the previous management and with the new management and office employees we were able to get past it and with a lot of patience on their end were able to make my stay a well worth it one, especially because I like living here and get along well with the office crew... also I ain't never been to a spot where they throw a pool party, even though there's no open bar it's still dope of them to go out their way to do it. A side note them and the maintenance crew got the grounds on lock.

Excelente atención

Empecé a vivir hace poco acá, la atención de administración es buena, pero lamentablemente le falta mantenimiento a las áreas de transitar o corredores, un poco sucio. Del resto los aptos y áreas comunes, son bonitos. I started living here recently, the administration attention is good, but unfortunately there is a lack of maintenance in the transit areas or corridors, a little dirty. Of the rest, the apartments and common areas are beautiful.

Very easy move-in. Management has been professional and timely with their responses. We did have a slight issue with the dishwasher, but maintenance was also very quick to respond and help us resolve the problem. Only about a month into the lease, but based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend to anyone considering.

McKenna is absolutely wonderful! She was so very helpful and helped our move in to be perfect for us! She always has been so kind and nice to us! It is a great feeling knowing she is here if we ever need anything in the future! Thank you McKenna 😀❤️

i love these apartments!! the management is so helpful & so full of life! something thats as simple as paperwork turns into so many laughs!! theyre so understanding & accommodating & not to mention the apartments themselves are so so cute & perfect for me & my daughter!

It’s honestly a good place to live the staff will take care of you

With the new Management in place, North Temple Flats has improved greatly. The new staff greatly improved the atmosphere of this space and are making an enjoyable place to live.

New management took over and they’ve been nothing but accommodating. Everything I’ve asked them they’ve helped me with immediately. Recently after the elevator stopped working, it was fixed by end of business day then two days ago I woke up to my power being off due to a transformer that had been replaced days earlier. I called them, and within an hours my power was restored. Mine was the only unit whose power was tripped and it wasn’t from my breaker box within the unit, everyone was very concerned and fixed it immediately with constant communication.

I toured this property yesterday and was very impressed with the office staff; Lucy was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment complex, thanks to Jared and Alessia. Jared was incredibly efficient in helping me create my lease, and he made the process fast and hassle-free. Alessia went above and beyond to assist us with our move, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Their dedication and outstanding service made our transition to this complex a breeze! Highly recommend working with them!

I have been living here for more than two years already. Alessia Ellis has been an awesome manager. She is always kind and willing to help with any issues that I’ve ever encountered. We were moving from one unit to another, and she made this entire experience very easy. The new unit where we moved in was in a very good condition with granite countertops and a small balcony. I’ve had only a few maintenance issues during the time I have been living here and all of them got fixed. Gabe is very proactive and helpful technician. I really appreciate you guys! Thank you for all that you have done for us!

Have been a resident from the time they opened their doors. Have had good service and prompt maintenance, was informed from the beginning one parking per unit. Have always found parking anytime day or night. Have spent most of our summers in the pool with grandchild. Had a dog poop problem but that issue is currently being addressed. Thru the years we have had many different managers, have all respect for them and their jobs. Maintenance staff has been exceptional… Cat

If you’re looking for a safe and friendly environment with wonderful staff that are respectful, maintenance actually taking their residents concerns and issues into consideration.Then this is the perfect place for you, the areas are always clean, club house has a spacious and cozy area with music where it feels comfortable enough to not want to leave. 100% excellent customer service and satisfaction guaranteed. Parking feels and is safe for not only myself but my neighbors with locked gates especially with the homeless running around, it feels really wonderful knowing that North Temple Flats is my safe space. I highly recommend people to come in and meet the staff, apply and feel at home.

The new staff is working diligently to make NTF a nice place to call home. Security, clean property, and being available to the residents is top priority. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, especially the ladies in the office. The maintenance staff is courteous and gets the job done in a timely manner.

My name is Cathy Satele and this will be my 3rd yr living at North Temple Flats. Every time I needed help whether with my apt or personal,the office had always took time to help me. Kelsey and now Lacey will bring a new spirit into North Temple Flats. I also wanted to acknowledge the maintenance dept not only for the work,but also being respectful. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I love my community my managers and my neighbors everybody's great here. The only thing to improve is the security especially established on North Temple St. I think the gate is open far too long and for no apparent security.

Great apartments! Very reasonable pricing (as of November of 2021). Can't recommend enough. (2023 update) I'm still living here and it has been really good! The prices have not moved very much and the office staff as well as maintenance team have been exceptional! I still would recommend living here.

So I give a 4 because there can be improvements here but I've lived in a few apartments so far & this is my most favorite bcuz of the open layout. The patio could be bigger its quite small for a man my size. The minimal rug installation is my most favorite thing tied is the amount of cabinet space. Nothing comes perfect, things can only be improved upon & added too. Management is solid people. Very happy with them.

I went with my 18 year old son to tour this apartment complex to see if it would be a good fit for his first apartment. The manager Alessia was very pleasant to work with. She showed us the pool, the grounds, the gym etc. We were impressed with the pricing and the amenities that were offered. It is super close to the SLC Airport and TRAX. I feel very good with the decision to lease here.
