Ali is the reason I’m still here today. I love her.

I have been living here for one year with no intention of moving. I have lived at many different properties in different States and never had a better property management team. The pictures that I have added show EXACTLY what I moved into. The house cleaning team does a wonderful job taking care of the property with no ugly odors like other properties have. If maintenance is needed, they are scheduled according to my request and do not enter unless I have authorized it. Another pleasant point is the respect that I have been given by management and residents as a Service Missionary. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, I invite you. If you have no respect for the place that you live, this is not the place for you. The only thing bad thing that I have found is that Yelp reports terraces and we don't have any.

Spark Apartments on North Temple in Salt Lake is greaß is great! Their management team works hard for their tenants and so does their security team at Rockwell Security Patrol, LLC. The apartments at Spark are set up amazingly!

Hola soy dayana guada inquilina de spark aparment y estoy super feliz de vivir aqui en esta propiedad las personas de la oficina incluyendo a la manager son muy agradables personas y se preocupan por la comunidad cuando hise mi aplicación para vivir aqui todos fueron muy amables y me ayudaron muchicimo con mi aplicación tanto conmigo cómo con mi hermana estan al pendiente de la propiedad y hacen un muy buen trabajo me encanta vivir aqui nada malo que opinar la verdad.

Me encanta el lugar las personas de la oficina incluyendo a la manager y sus asistentes son muy lindas personas y preocupadas por la comunidad estoy feliz de vivir aqui no tengo nada malo que decir cuándo hise la aplicación me ayudaron muchicimo y siempre fueron atentos tanto conmigo cómo con mi hermana soy dayana guada inquilina hase apenas 2 meces y me siento muy agusto de vivir aqui en spark aparment

The management is great, they are friendly, kind, caring, responded fast, tried to solve problems as fast as they can. The apartment itself is clean!

I Have Been Living Here Since April And I Am So Happy Being Here And The Best Part Is The Fact That Their Brand Spankin New Which Meant I Was The First Person To Live In My Cute Lil Apartment And To Use Appliances For The First Time Brand New... It's Awesome And I've Made It A Point To Take Care Of My Apartment Keeping It Looking New And Nice And I Appreciate All The Help I Have Received Since Living Here ManageMent Is Always Very Nice And Responsive And Always Makes Sure I'm Good!! I Am So Lucky I Had The Opportunity To Become A Resident!!❤️

Thank you to Angelia and the other staff for helping me with my application and for keeping me updated throughout the process of getting moved in. Angelia has been especially helpful—her patience and consistent communication really eased a lot of my stress and uncertainty about the move-in date. She went above and beyond, and that made all the difference. The communication overall has been a positive experience and has helped me feel a bit safer, especially given the area.

I think that the managers and the property is beautiful and I think that they care about their residents and care about the property cause of they didn't they would not ask the residents every month in the monthly notice that's left on our doors to help keep the property as nice as possible. Plus they have helped me with the situations I've had personally every time and has made it a point to let me know about my phone not working or then not being able to get a hold of me and also has changed the locks on my doors twice now and has been very professional when it comes to me letting them know about my identity theft and has been very patient with my issues at hand and has helped me with all my needs that are necessary for me to live in my apartment and I'm so thankful that they have given me the chance to rent my very first apartment and if I made more money or had more money I would be paying way more than just the project based housing, but either way I'm thankful that they have let me move in to one of their one bedroom apartments and allows me to pay my rent and allows me to have my Emotional Support Animal(s) live with me in my apartment. Thank you Laura and Ashley and I believe her name is Nichole. If I'm wrong I apologize but thanks to all of the people who had a hand in creating a beautiful home for me and the others even if they do complain they should be thankful to have a fully furnished apartment with washer and dryer and all the necessities that we need to live. Thanks again.
