The DeWitt

The Dewitt is a beautifully designed apartment complex. Staff are super friendly and a pleasure to work with. The view from the top floor with the fire tables and outdoor kitchen is amazing. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved living here with my puppy! The DeWitt team was always so kind to us, and if any problem arose they made sure to fix it as soon as possible. They have a nice dog area behind the building which made it so easy for my puppy to get socialized quickly. The community itself was amazing: so many well-trained and socialized dogs, the majority of people who live here were also so kind to my puppy which I was so happy about. The rent itself was very nice for the location and the floor plan that I have chosen. Even a studio apartment was very spacious. Overall, I enjoyed each day of living here!

Like the layout of the studios and how spacious they are. Abbigail at the leasing office is super helpful!

건물도 깔끔하고 룸 상태도 좋고~ 가전제품들도 맘에 들고~ 무엇보다 오피스 관리자분들이 너무 친절하고 커뮤니케이션도 빠르게 잘 해주시네요!! 아들이 기숙사를 나오면서 집을 구하는데 여러모로 친절하게 도움도 주고 안내도 잘해줘서 잘 구한것 같네요!! 무엇보다 위치가 짱이에요~ 트램도 가깝고 길 건너면 스미스와 트레이더조가 있고~ 한블럭 걸어가면 버스타고 학교 가기도 좋구요~!! 앞으로 드윗에서 지내는 동안 좋은 일만 가득하길~!

Can’t beat the small community feel of the property, or the staff. Katie has been helpful since we first came to view the property and Terry has been incredible, taking care of all of our maintenance needs promptly and with a smile! Such a kind staff - feels like a family!

I moved in a little over a month ago. The building is kept extremely clean and the staff couldn’t be any more attentive, kind and all around fantastic! I’m always greeted with a warm smile, hello, and “how’s everything going?” The maintenance staff is awesome as well. Terry and Sebastian both amazing! As a new construction building, any small issues are taken care of extremely quickly! Terry is amazing. Responded to my maintenance request immediately. Was thorough and kind. He made sure everything was all set before leaving. If you’re going to rent in SLC, this is the place to be.

I moved in to an apartment at The Dewitt in July and it’s been great. The staff is very responsive with any issues and the building is secure and great.

We have lived at The DeWitt for about 7 months now, and we absolutely love it here! The apartments are super clean, safe, and secure. The management team is amazing — always friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance — from grocery stores to the Red Line and bus stops. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend The DeWitt to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have lived at the Dewitt for about 8 months now. This is the first apartment building I’ve lived in. This living community is fantastic! The hallway always smells nice, it is secure and safe, and the staff always gets to your needs as soon as possible! It is near Trolley Square and many supermarkets. The rooftop is my favorite amenity!

I’m so glad I found the DeWitt in my search for an apartment. First and foremost, the staff has been incredible. They walked me through the entire process and were able to get me moved into my unit in about 10 days! They have been the most professional staff I’ve ever worked with when renting apartments. All My questions were answered promptly. They were the only complex I looked at where they seemed genuinely interested in having me as a tenant. I’m also in very pleased with the one bedroom unit I chose. Great floor plan, all new stainless steel appliances and a stacked washer and dryer set-up. If you work remotely, they have great options that provide workspace areas in the units. As for the neighborhood, it’s quiet, walkable and has all the stores you need like Smith’s, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. And there are so many cool spots to explore for food and beverages. The units are also competitively priced and brand new and the building is located 1/2 block away from the Red Traxx line. I’m extremely happy with my decision.

We have lived at The Dewitt for about 2 months now, and so far we like it here. The apartments are brand new and very clean, the parking garage is incredibly secure, and the staff are amazing. Maintenance is quick to respond, and Katie and Sammy are welcoming and very helpful. It's a little on the pricier-side, but so far worth it.

Staff is super. Both Sammy and Katie strive for excellence and is always a pleasure to speak to. It’s a great moment of my day when I encounter them.

I really like these apartments! Staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a really futuristic parking system that makes you feel like James Bond and their gym is nicer than the one I pay for! 10 out of 10 would recommend it.
