    Sky Harbor has an impressive staff! From up front getting set up and welcomed home, to partying and giveaways to our city backed security team to our maintenance crews! The maintenance team does amazing work! From keeping the grounds, grass, trees, flowers, shrubs looking great. To someone out by the east shed cutting doors or something on the table saw. To fixing blinds, clearing snow to keeping our community clean! I love living in this apartment complex!!!

    Been living here a few months and enjoying it so far. Rooms are on the smaller side but are a good value with all the amenities + they have community events from time to time. Staff have been really good to work with and are very responsive if you ever have issues come up. It's rare to find apartment living these days where you aren't being taken advantaged of, but Sky Harbor has honestly been great

    The apartments are pretty much like any other, but I really like the lofts. The best thing about this apartment community is the leasing office. The staff are super helpful and the best leasing office staff I've ever had the pleasure of renting from. The maintenance team is also very on point.

    i recently moved in and so far the quality of the apartment has been very good, the maintenance team is responsive and they are always on top of things, everyone in the leasing office is super kind and friendly, utilities and extra cost are all pretty cheap and i haven’t been surprised by any hidden fees, definitely the place to go for apartment living

    I find Sky Harbor to be one of, if not the nicest apartment complex in Salt Lake City. The staff are kind and very approachable as well as willing to work with any issues I've had. The landscaping is so beautiful, and I'm so grateful that I don't step in dog poop as there are numerous pet disposal bins that are always fully stocked with bags for us forgetful pet owners. IN addition, the rent is very affordable, and moving in didn't break me financially! I want to highly recommend Sky Harbor.. You won't regret a single day of living here !!

    My partner and I have lived at Sky Harbor for three years and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. It has felt like an extended stay at a resort, especially in the summers with the pool. We had the top floor, two bed apartment which had great vaulted ceilings that made the space feel so much bigger. The girls at the front office and the maintenance staff were incredible! Super kind, responsive, and helpful with everything. Within the complex, the amenities were always clean and orderly, and I can’t say enough about the lawn care. The summers were well spent by the pool and the winters in the hot tub. The trax that could take you downtown or to the airport was conveniently right outside. Very bitter sweet leaving and I would recommend this place to anyone.

    My husband and I just moved in to one of their adorable lofts, we already love the community and all the amenities! Sky harbor is very people and pet friendly! Lots of community events and pet pick up stations. So far our only complaint is not enough tenants pick up their dogs waste even though there are so many pet stations... Oh! And if you're a pokemon go player you are gonna be so pumped at all the pokemon gyms and pokestops within reach!

    I love living here, I thought the airport was going to be noisy but it's not. The apartment complexes are clean and quiet, I love the fact that there's an outdoor and an indoor jacuzzi.     The complex and amenities are really nice. The staff is great, the maintenance is always done quickly. The only knock is the apartments are a little on the small side and they tend to get really hot or cold depending on the season. Overall a good experience so far.

    AmenitiesFees & rent

    The amenities of this apartment complex are wonderful, numerous, and will keep you going. There is a a basketball court! The management , the outstanding ladies at the front desk, exceptional. I will miss them. One thing, the apartment I rented is outdated and absolutely not worth the expensive rent.

    Amenities

    I've lived here for 2 years now and love it! Its beautiful here I love all the trees, the garden, the sauna, the pool, hottub an the gym! There's a laundry room at the club house so easy to do your laundry. All the employees here have been so friendly, kind and helpful I truly appreciate them. I just love how I feel at home when I drive into the apartments! They always are doing fun things like having food trucks come and doing fun raffles and drawings! You can tell that they truly care about their resident's! If I could I would give them 10 stars!! 🌟 Thanks sky harbor for giving me a home for the last 2 years!!

    Sky harbor apartments has been nothing but kind, caring, and helpful. Me and my fiancé have lived here a little over a month, and with this being our first apartment. They have made sure to answer any and all questions while doing their absolute best to make the community feel like home

    Maintenance

    I am a resident here and so far i love this apartment. The maintenance is amazing they come right away. The club house is so beautiful and when we need to communicate with front office they reply right away. If i could I would rate these apartments a 10🥰

    Management is AMAZING. They will often get things fixed same day and are very helpful with any questions. The apartments themselves are very cozy and clean and well managed. We have had issues with laundry getting stolen or the on-site washer/dryers being frequently broken. The community itself is very quite but given the apartment complex is on the more “sketchy side of town” there will be some homeless people that can be loud/crazy and they are scoping for bikes to be stolen if they are not in your apartment.
