Altitude on Fifth Apartments

Thank you for getting my issue resolved while I was away!

I have lived here for a few years. Maintenance is very quick and everyone in the office is very helpful!

I’ve lived here 10 years and I’m very pleased with the entire staff . They are cheerful , attentive , helpful And caring ! !

Dani was amazing! She made me feel at ease and took the time to calm my anxiety- for a new apartment. She is definitely an asset to the office. A woman of her word and very attentive to my needs! She made this stressful event go smooth without feeling harassed or neglected. I appreciate all of her hard work and how willing she was to take on any obstacle thrown her way?! Thanks so much for everything you have provided to my family!

The leasing agent we met with, Andrea L. was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the details of the property, units, and pricing! Altitude on Fifth is an excellent location that I will 100% be renting from in the coming months. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had touring and the opportunities for connecting within the Salt Lake City community there!

I recently visited Altitude on Fifth to tour the apartments, and I was honestly blown away. Application process was smooth and easy. Move in went so much better than expected and the people in front office were very helpful!

Surprised at the reviews in regards to the management office and staff. They have been nothing but kind, respectful, and helpful during my time as a tenant. Kiara specifically has been a great point of contact from the time I toured a unit to now and has been awesome at getting any questions or concerns I have handled. The common areas of the building are clean and quiet. Main frustrating thing is the elevators. In my time here, they have only had one working. Otherwise, no complaints. Price is extremely fair based on the location/quality of the unit.

I don’t know much about Altitude on Fifth, but i do know that they are very friendly and accommodating. I am moving from out of state and their willingness to do a video tour of the apartment was so gracious. I haven’t found another complex yet that was willing to do that. Thank you guys for that!

Kiara helped me on my tour. She was super kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. Lowkey if it was only down to the treatment and customer care, I won’t have walked out with keys to my new spot already. If this is how all folks operate at altitude on 5th, I feel anyone is in good hands.

I find that I can’t leave more than one review for the same place so I am starting over and rating several things. We’ve lived here 18.5 years now, through different management companies and different office staff. Overall we e been very pleased. Joe, John, Dillon, all the maintenance and yard care and office staff have been good to us. Recommend it for sure.

Giving this 4 starts simply based on my encounter with the staff and management. Every time i call and have a problem the staff is on top of things. Samantha the assistant manager, amazing to work with. Definitely happy the property figured out that management problem because management before the was a nightmare!

Nice environment and well organized. Our requests were done in a prompt matter! Special thanks to the girls in the office, always very pleasant and nice, and to the maintenance crew, specially to Dillon, very helpful and efficient.

I have lived here for two years so far going into My third and I can honestly say I love it. The location is perfect. You have everything close to you. Concert venues (three different ones) , theres a little like groccery store within a 3 minute walking distance. Not much to do at the gateway lol im assuming covid closed a lot of the stores down but theres still restaurats there that are worth exploring. Theres events at the gateway too seems like often. All you gotta do is walk right down to it. The apartments are quiet for the most part. We have a gym, mail room and lockers for big packages. Elevators. Underground parking so youre not covered in snow. Management is always in the office. Update 2025. I have moved out instead of going into My fourth year of residence here. Towards the end of my lease I was being tormented by a neighbor and sent numerous videos, numerous messages of proof and towards the end it was pushed aside and i felt ignored. I would think being there years and never having issues over the person who just moved in and instantly chose to be a nuissance, I would have more support. I loved everything else though. Just upset moving out was the main way i could get my peace back. I feel for whoever moves into My unit and has to deal with the same person. Hoping that they take harrasment seriously next time not just for whoever moves in to my unit, but in general.

This place is wonderful! The staff here are cooperative, considerate, and consistent. They really care about me as a person. My daily life here is enriched by substantial amenities provided to all tenants. And with the perfectly centralized location I have many transportation options to anywhere. Altitude lifts me up to a more fulfilled life!

I am interested in the apartment so far, and I have contacted through email and phone. While the phone number shows an error when calling, I have not heard response from the online request or email. I just want to learn about our floor plan for units, etc. Is there any other way I can contact effectively?

Moved in on a Saturday staff and maintenance went over and Beyond! Has exceeded my expectations by far!

Jeslet Sotelo did an excellent job showing us around the building and giving us tours on the floor plans we were interested in. Very well kept building in a great area!

Jeslet in the leasing office is quite literally an angel. She was so helpful and was there for every single one of our questions. She truly made this process so easy .

People are nice here. The ladies in the office are cool and they are a lot of help.

Friendly staff, clean with good amenities. The resource center is great and the fitness center is fabulous.
