Haxton Apartments

I had a great experience living at the Haxton. Management is wonderful, and Jason is always so helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond. I’ve been so happy with everything!

I recently moved into Haxton, and have loved it so far! Sheyla and Max have been very helpful getting everything set up. The units are well-maintained, prices are transparent, and management is responsive. Great location as well.

The Haxton is in an ideal location near downtown and the University. The apartments are well laid out with extra storage and laundry available in the unit. I have not had many issues but when I do the staff responds quickly via the easy Web interface. The Haxton will be a good experience for you if you are new to Utah or looking to move closer to downtown.

Enjoyed living at the Haxton and would recommend. Eric was amazing to work with, always responsive and communicative, even after move out answered questions promptly and that was greatly appreciated. Jason is fantastic and keeps the place looking immaculate. Loved the covered porch space, especially the hummingbird visitors to our feeder in the spring/summer.

Absolutely love living here. Eric, the property manager, is an absolute gem. He responds quickly, and always has the answer to my question. I really appreciate the communication too. He plans great events and is always friendly and kind. Can’t say enough great things!

Eric H. has been a great manager and communicator while I have been living in Haxton for more than 2 years now. He was willing to find the best solution possible when extending leases. Also, since Eric was working for the apartment, he increased the rate of communication between the tenant and the managing office, which solved problems very quickly whenever they happened whatever small they are.

Loved living here, it was so great and such a nice apartment building. Jason had been very welcoming and always had a great attitude and was willing to help out!

My fiancé and I recently moved to the area and were looking for an apartment. We came across Haxton and really liked the modern look of the building and how well maintained the property is. We scheduled a tour with Eric, who was very helpful answering all of our questions. We ended up signing a lease and once again, Eric was great to work with. He was quick to answer all of our questions and has made the lease signing and move-in process happen smoothly.

Eric @ Haxton apts is fantastic! Friendly, professional, and punctual. He communicates clearly and quickly which was extremely important to make the signing and utility hook up processes easy. He was patient with answering questions. The property itself is well maintained and feels safe. The small gym is clean and has all the basics for a good workout. Excited to live at Haxton.

I’ve loved living at Haxton so far, the area is beautiful and feels safe, the apartment is nice and new, we’ve struggled with our internet a little bit but Eric the property manager has always helped SO much with getting us support and fixing any issues we have.

I lived at the Haxton for 4 years and can say I had a great experience. What was most appealing was its great location, being so close to downtown, the avenues, the university of Utah and 9th and 9th. The staff were all very helpful, especially Jason who always provided amazing customer service. He was very reliable and would go out of his way to resolve any maintenance problems to ensure that we felt comfortable and safe in our apartment.

Cannot say much about the property as we have yet to move in, but Eric has been the best(!!!) to work with. Signed a lease in under 24 hours, helped us every step of the way and made the process seamless. Just moving to Salt Lake City, I noticed this is a VERY hard thing to find with any property management company. I need Eric to get the praise he deserves, anybody would be lucky to work with him :)

Lived here for a while and had a great stay no complaints! Erik helped me anytime I needed help he’s a good guy anytime I needed help with anything. Neat place, everything was kept tidy :))) I would recommend

The property is very well kept and has great amenities. The staff were very kind and the property manager Eric was very helpful at answering questions. Overall a great experience!

Had a great tour of multiple floorplans. Erik was nice. Contract is very clear on your responsibilities as a renter, and what you owe. Would recommend. Moving in soon

Haxton is a great place to live! The building is located on a quiet, tree-lined block, the units and the grounds are well-maintained and all requests are addressed promptly. The management office is located right across the street and everyone there is friendly and welcoming. Apartment layout is spacious but also cute and very home-like. Can't imagine a better place to live in the city!

Great place to live: Safe neighborhood, close to grocery stores/downtown, allows pets, well maintained, and excellent management. Jason, the maintenance personnel was responsive and reliable.

Haxton Apts is in such a great location if you want to be close to the city, night life, and some of the best slc restaurants. Eric H. the manager was super helpful on our tour where he showed me their gym, park and outside pool which is such a hot spot in the summer. Highly recommend this one to live at!!

I have really appreciated the staff's quick response and care while being a tenant. Jason in particular has been so on top of it when it comes to maintenance. He is always friendly and takes the time to connect while keeping the grounds and surrounding space impeccable.

This apartment complex is super clean, quiet, and in a great location! All the staff is lovely especially Jason! He is so personable and will always be there ASAP if you have a problem with something. He takes great care of these apartments and is just all around a great guy.

Haxton is a great place to live! I lived here for over two years and genuinely enjoyed my experience. The apartments have tall ceilings, are very clean, QUIET and have high end features! Parking and easy street access is very convenient. The maintenance guy, Jason, is wonderful and always around and willing to help! The property manager, Paige, is great and always willing to help & work with me. If you want a place close to downtown, but tucked into a quiet neighborhood this is it!!

Overall a great place to live. The apartments have good layouts and the high ceilings are nice. Being dog friendly is obviously a huge bonus. Love the large kitchen. The biggest downside in my book is that there is nowhere convenient to wash things like dogs, bikes, etc. A wash station would bump this place up to 5 stars!

I really enjoyed my 3 years at The Haxton. I was one of the first people to move into the new building, and only left because we moved into a home. The apartments are spacious, have lots of storage options, and are well designed. Management is good, although the management company of the building changed several times during my time there. I was able to hear my neighbors through the walls more than I'd like, but that's apartment life for you. The highlight of my time here was Jason, the maintenance manager over the property. He was hard working, extremely kind, and jumped at the opportunity to help out anyone. He made a point to say hello almost daily, and was clearly friends with most of the other residence in the building. In fact, he even helped me jumpstart my car when I had a dead battery and gifted me a new pair of jumper cables. That man is a gem, and reason alone to consider moving in. Overall nice building, good management, unbelievable location, fantastic maintenance (thanks Jason!) and solid amenities. If you are looking for a new spot, The Haxton should be high on your list.

I have lived at Haxton for a year now and absolutely love my one bedroom apartment. The apartment is well built with high ceilings, nice fixtures, lots of light. It is the only apartment I have lived in that I never hear my neighbors talking/walking around above me. The French doors to my walk out patio couldn't be better. The residents and management are very friendly. Highly recommend.

These apartments seem like such a great place to live! I came in for a tour and Cait helped me out. She was very kind and informative about the property! Strongly recommend getting a tour from Cait if you're looking to live here!

I've lived here for 6 months and I have loved it! Superb location- so close to downtown and to the U. Very helpful management and great amenities! Would recommend!

Love loving here! Neighbors are wonderful, office staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, and our apartment is amazing! We love the amenities - dog run, playground, gym AND pool! The location is unbeatable. There's always open parking by us. Very quiet, we barely hear neighbors except for doors shutting. Highly recommend living here!
