    I loved living here, especially waking up to the sound of the church bells. The maintenance team was very kind, and the historical property is amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend living near the west door, as there’s a lot of foot traffic that can be noisy.

    Maintenance

    I’ve only lived here for a couple months so far, but I’m already so happy with my decision to move here! The building and apartments are so cute and charming, even though it has an old feel (which I love) it looks so new and well taken care of. The staff and maintenance are also super nice and helpful, and the location is AMAZING. I’ve lived in different places downtown and this is by far my favorite yet.

    So far so good! Such an incredible building and location. I have only been moved in for a few weeks but I am loving it. TJ was an excellent help and worked with me over the course of a few months to help find the perfect apartment for me! Property management staff has been super great and always ready to help!

    So far, so good! We moved in a short time ago and the process was made super simple and easy by TJ who addressed our concerns in a timely and professional manner. The building itself is old, so it has its quirks, but it's incredibly charming and just what we were looking for.

    Maintenance

    I recently moved in & my refrigerator went out. Devon & Rosa w management, & Joey & Kona w maintenance took care of me in just a couple hours - replaced the unit entirely. It was awesome!

    They are older apartments but Lotus keeps the building very clean and it is very quiet. Each time I have gone to the leasing company with maintenance requests, they have been very helpful and punctual. Definitely enjoying living here so far!

    I LOVE Barbara Worth Apartments! The building alone is rustic and vintage and just screams class! The location is to kill for and the price for that location is literally to kill for! Not only that, but the management team is the steal here. All to often apartment staffs are rude, and impatient, and unwilling to work with us tenants. But at Barbara Worth they have a different approach! They are sincere and understanding and so willing to work with the people who live here. I bleed Barbara Worth Apartments!
