Eagle Gate Apartments

Wanted to view property last minute. The leasing department was extremely accommodating and informative.

I have lived at Eagle Gate for the past 2 months. I had a couple of minor things that weren’t working properly and their maintenance dept. had them fixed within 24 hrs. Thanks to Thomas for his quick response time! He’s the best!

The community and its amenities are truly spectacular! We had the opportunity to use the building's Social Room, and we had a wonderful experience. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Logan, the community manager, and Maxwell, his assistant manager, for their outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Eagle Gate Apartments offers downtown living that feels clean, modern, and comfortable. The building looks well kept, and the apartments appear bright and open. The location makes it easy to walk to dining, shopping, and City Creek Center, yet it still feels quiet once you’re home. It’s a great balance of city convenience and everyday comfort.

I loved my property tour with Maxwell! Before our tour, he made sure to get a good feel of what I wanted to tour over the phone and he showed us 4 different units that fit what we wanted to see. I loved the apartment building and the amenities at Eagle Gates... they have the best gym we've toured yet!

We have just finished applying for a place at this community and could not be more pleased with the process. From the moment we first toured the property (no appointment - just walk-in), the staff were very accommodating and patient with our barrage of questions at every turn. We were impressed that this community doesn't nickle and dime for add-ons like on-site storage cages. Even reservations for the social room are available at no charge, which is a big plus for us when family and friends come to visit. The property is very well maintained and has a homey yet modern vibe. After the initial tour, we ran into a few hiccups with the online application portal, and the staff were super helpful in working through the issues with us. Compared to a nearby community we looked at recently, Eagle Gate's communication is stellar and really made us feel welcome. Thank you!

I have relatives that live at Eagles Gate and I visit them semi-regularly. The apartments themselves are very nice. The gym, pool, ballroom, games room, and financial services area are all beautiful, well maintained, and luxurious. The location, adjacent to temple square and the Salt Lake downtown area is unrivaled. The reason that for the lost star is that the management recently changed. The previous management was considerate of its residents needs and kept rent at a reasonable level. The new management has hiked rent rates quickly and regularly and forced many of its aged residents, many over 80 years old, to switch apartments so their apartments could be renovated even though they were still in great condition. Moving is stressful, and moving at 80+ is more stressful. It was not a cool thing to do.

I spoke with the regional manager about this property and he walked me through the various options, amenities, and features. I was genuinely impressed—not only by his professionalism, but also by how great the property is for the price. A few of my colleagues are starting work downtown soon, and I’ve already recommended this place to all of them.

Toured Eagle Gate Apartments with Maxwell. What a great tour guide! He answered all of our questions as we saw two apartment options (3 bed and 2 bed). The property is very nice and anyone would be lucky to live here! The apartments felt roomy with great natural light. My favorite part was the patio. It was landscaped very nicely, and the rest of the amenities were welcoming and well-taken care of. Thank you Maxwell for the tour and the great cup of coffee!

My property tour with Maxwell Chamberlain was fantastic! He was incredibly accommodating, and it was clear he genuinely cares about his residents, whom he addressed by name. We saw two lovely apartments (a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom) and explored the community's impressive amenities, including the social area, gym, courtyard, pool, and even a dog cleaning station! It's a great community in a very walkable area. A special thanks to Logan for covering a move-in so Maxwell could provide such an excellent tour. Overall, it was a great experience!

The apartment amenities are beautiful. We visited this property many times and the leasing staff Logan and Maxwell are amazing.

The staff is amazing! I had put in a work order, Thomas and Eddie responded very quickly! They were very professional, Ive seen them here and there around the property making sure everything looks good and works properly. It is such a relief knowing staff does their job and does it well!

I've heard wonderful things about Eagle Gate Apartments from my friends who live there, and I'm eager to consider living there myself when the timing is right. They rave about how great Hudson, Ian, and Eddie are, praising their exceptional service and commitment to the residents. The prime location of Eagle Gate Apartments is another appealing aspect. It's conveniently close to downtown, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The community appears vibrant and welcoming, with the staff going out of their way to support residents and create a comfortable living environment. Although my friends have mentioned there can be minor disruptions from construction and apartment upgrades, these seem to be outweighed by the advantages of living in a modern, well-kept space. Overall, I'm looking forward to potentially experiencing life at Eagle Gate Apartments myself in the future. I've only heard positive things from my friends and can't wait to be a part of this fantastic community!

Amazing building with great amenities and location. Building management were super professional, friendly and prompt to respond to any inquiries, particularly Hudson, Ian and Eddie. The building is quiet, updated and facilities are well maintained and extremely clean.

My wife and I have lived here for just over one year. We love the building and support staff. We recently had a maintenance issue occur on a Saturday evening. I called the 24-hour emergency response line, someone immediately picked up the phone and was shortly at my unit. The maintenance tech, Jullian, quickly diagnosed the issue and contained the problem. The following Monday, the leasing office, Ian and Hudson, promptly were in touch with me, updated me as to the status of the situation, and put plans in motion to finish all repairs. Within a week - all was fixed as good as new! Eddie, the bldg maintenance lead, regularly followed up with me to check the status and progress of repair. The painter, Patrick, is a master tradesman and the drywall/sheetrock and painting repair was first class. The level of service and attention to detail here at Eagle Gate Apts is very high.

This is a great place to live in downtown SLC. Amenities are newly updated. Grocery stores, shopping and cultural events are within walking distance. Interactions with Ian, Community Manager, are always pleasant and helpful. Ian is a person who truly cares about the Eagle Gate community and gets things done. Hudson, Leasing Professional, is great at getting good answers to residents' questions.

Eagle Gate is a 5 star apartment with great amenities and fantastic location, I was incredibly impressed with how well it is maintained by Ian and Hudson.

The manager of leasing was a great support as I was trying to set up my account to pay online. He showed me the app, Rent Cafe, which will be amazing as well! Thanks Hudson, you are super with customer service! Hope everyone gets to know you soon!

I'm thrilled with my experience at Eagle Gate Apartments. The modern design, attentive staff (Ian and Hudson), and convenient location exceeded my expectations. From the stylish interiors to the well-maintained grounds, it's a top-notch living choice. Looking to transfer from Utah for my job. Will apply when they have more apartments available. I recently can to this property from out of state. It’s beautiful. It have a newly renovated amenities and apartments. The office staff (Hogan& Ian) were very helpful. They explained all fees and apartment availability. Unfortunately they only had a 3 bed apartment when I toured and I’m looking for a 1 bed. I’d move here if I had the chance.

Best living experience for all residents. 5-star rating with no doubt. Hudson is the best community manager we have worked with and made the whole leasing process efficient and clear.

The location and amenities are great! Hudson and Ian in the leasing office are very attentive, respectful and timely. The Maintenance team is very good with any issues we have had. The only issue I have is that there isn’t a lot of community if you aren’t Mormon like me. There isn’t any events nor networking to build community with other non-Mormons. I have notice several Mormon specific events in the building and don’t want to attend those.

This is the best place I’ve ever lived! It’s a wonderful location with terrific amenities plus the management team (Ian and Hudson) are very responsive and professional.

I took a tour today. The guys in the office were super chill and helpful. I really like this property. It’s clean and updated. I have a tough decision to make between this property and another closer to campus.

Stopped by this amazing property to take a tour. I recently moved into the SLC area and am looking for a place close to downtown. Working and living downtown is important to me and this place is ideal. It is also close to public transportation to and from the SLC airport. I found the leasing office to be professional and helpful. They were upfront with me about their current month-to-month leases in some of their units. Since I am looking for more of a long-term lease I didn't end up leasing. I'll keep this location in mind for the future.

I recently came to Eagle Gate Apartments to take a tour and look at some available units! While i didn't end up leasing we found that the Units are amazing! The amenities are fully updated and beautiful and the on-site team was Top Notch! The team was extremely pleasant to work with and knew what they were talking about! The units are reasonably priced for the downtown area and close to everything you need! If the opportunity to move in here came up again and it worked with my situation, I would definitely move in.

Ian, Hudson, and Eddie are fantastic. Manager fix the blame. Leaders fix the problem. These gentlemen are true leaders and are making Eagle Gate Apartments a better place every day.

Recently came to this property for a tour. I found the property to be very well-maintained with amazing amenities. The leasing office is professional and very helpful. The building is super close to downtown SLC and near light rail (4 blocks to the south). If my employment contract comes though I will definitely apply to live here. Prices seem fair for what you are getting in return.

I really LOVED my time at these apartments. It is SOOO close to everything happening in downtown Salt Lake City. I love how I can walk to almost any place in the city from these apartments. The people in the office are great and willing to go the extra mile to help. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.

Wonderful location in SLC. Recently went on a tour of the property. Upscale amenities for tenants. Possible transfer to SLC in a couple months and I wanted to check out rental apartments in the area. This was the best one I saw. Great leasing office - helpful and kind. Definitely an option when I move to SLC.

Great apartment community right near Temple Square. All of the amenities you could need and fantastic customer service.

Love it here! From everyone in the management office to my neighbors, this is a great place! You have everything you can ask for from a great gym to a beautiful social room.

You might get this place confused with the Grand America... APARTMENT - Location, Location, Location. It's tough to beat living right in the heart of downtown SLC. City Creek, Harmons, Abravanel Hall, Utah State Capitol, are all within walking distance. The view is spectacular (see photos). Multi-million dollar renovations just wrapped up throughout the entire building and the results are exceptional. I would describe my apartment as tasteful and functional, from the modern kitchen to the spa-like bathroom to the large balcony. MANAGEMENT - Both building managers are friendly, relatable, and attentive professionals. They have been thoughtful and accommodating to mine and others concerns. The maintenance staff are exceptional. Work requests are completed timely and to a high standard. AMENITIES - By far one of the most attractive amenity packages I've discovered in downtown SLC. I bring friends and my huge family over often to utilize and enjoy; The Game Room (filled with a pool table, shuffle board, TVs all over), The Social Room (a luxury banquet hall with a baby grand piano, classy furnishings, and a full professional kitchen), The Courtyard (3 massive firepits, 2 high end grills, and modern patio furniture), The Pool (vibe is high end country club), The Gym (a huge space with new equipment), The Spin/Yoga Room (nuff said), and The Business Center (decked out with two video capable conference rooms and a free printer). GUEST SUITE - Oh wait, did I forget to mention the fully furnished apartment you can rent out (at a very good rate) that sleeps 4 adults and has access to all the amenities AND it's own underground parking stall? This has completely changed the way I think about having guests over. Now when friends or family come into town they can stay with you, without actually staying with you. OVERALL - Eagle Gate Apartments have been a great place to live. Many fond memories here. Just keep reminding yourself that it's not the Grand America, because it's easy to get the two confused.

We absolutely loved living here. So many things were done so well- the spacious underground parking, dedicated visitor parking (in downtown!), a huge gym, good lighting in the apartments, etc. Management was so accommodating and were great at communicating. Many other apartments we’ve lived at the management has been more “sharky,” like the read contract carefully and be prepared for huge fees, but we never felt this at the Eagle Gate. Also, this is an unsolicited review. We absolutely loved living here!
