The units are beautiful and well kept. Usually a fun, monthly event held for all residents. Very cool businesses nearby and trax is directly in front of the building. What truly stands out is the team they have at this location. Manager Lilly is kind, competent, understanding, and always so quick to help. Maintenance crew is immediate with any issues brought to their attention, and work hard to keep the area clean and safe.

Lilly was so helpful and honest! We took a tour with her and she was very thorough and answered all of our questions.

Great location and great management

Lillian is such a sweetheart! She was soo pleasant to work with! Very helpful friendly and to be honest I have no negative feedback to give! She got my husband and I in our new home ! Which I love by the way! Was so helpful !!! Id recommend anyone moving here!! Thank you Lillian!!

Un buen lugar para vivir, estudios buen tamaño, es central a muchos otros lugares, locomoción cerca, supermercado cerca, exelente manager Lili siempre preocupada a escuchar una que otra queja. Manager siempre haciendo eventos para los residentes y es muy bueno. Relacionado a permitir animales veo que muchos se quejan de desecho de los animales, sin embargo eso ya es algo de cada dueño es algo que viene de la crianza de cada uno si desean un lugar limpio fácil tiene que recoger sus desechos de sus mascotas. Relacionado a los vagabundos eso ya es a nivel país y sobre las puertas que no se cierran, bueno que esperamos si al cerrarla les dan un portazo termina quedando habierta. En fin es un buen lugar para vivir, y la manager siempre dispuesta ayudarte.

This apartment has been good to us so far. I've lived here for close to 3 years and any problems that have come up has been resolved right away. The apartment is conveniently near everything you need. I'll give them 5 stars for not dropping the ball on anything. Every other month or so, we also have little events like National Burger day. The neighbors have also been mostly been nice.

Excelente servicio con la recepcionista

I recently relocated from Florida to Utah and moved into Greenprint Apartments a few months ago. When I first arrived, my experience was less than ideal—there were frequent disturbances from loud music late into the night, dogs barking continuously, excessive noise from neighbors, and a significant issue with pet waste around the property. Since Lilly joined as the new manager and leasing agent, the community has improved dramatically. She has been proactive, attentive, and truly dedicated to creating a better living environment. The property is now well-maintained, pet waste is addressed promptly, quiet hours are respected, and the overall atmosphere feels much more comfortable and enjoyable. I rated my experience 4 out of 5 stars, primarily due to the ongoing issue with homelessness in the surrounding area. However, with the police station connected to the building, I feel that resident safety remains a clear priority. Overall, I’m very pleased with the positive changes and appreciate the efforts made to make Greenprint Apartments a welcoming place to live. Shout out to Lilly!!

I worked with Roy and he is sincere, nice and very easy to work with. This was the best experience I have ever had with a property management company by far. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. This is an excellent place to rent! I can't say enough good things about them.

Stacy was so helpful, kind and thoughtful! I am so excited to be moving in.

Very good service

First off all this place is so nice and i am glad to have work with Stacy who is by far one of the best people i have ever worked with. Looking for a new home is extremely stressful and she made the whole process very easy. She was very informative and made me feel like this was where my husband and I needed to be. She explained everything in detail and addressed all my concerns that I may have in regards to moving. Although the apartments being amazing is one of the draws sometimes what's more important is having great staff and they definitely do if you're looking for a great apartment with great rates and great staff this is the place to be

Affordable, nice housing is hard to find in Utah especially downtown Salt Lake City. The manager here was helpful and quick to offer a tour and get us all the information we needed to make our decision easier. Plus they have security!

amazing management super helpful

Moved in 3 months ago and can't complain! Apartments are brand new so everything's nice and clean with new appliances. Alexis was great, she helped me get into my place the next day after applying. Although there is a homeless problem in the area, the security does a good job keeping them clear of the property and also cleans up if needed. At night time they have security along with local police that will sit in the parking lot to make sure our area is safe. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice, clean and affordable apartment.
