⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent property and impeccable service! theYARD is a spectacular, modern, and clean community with top-notch amenities. However, what truly sets it apart is how well the property is managed. Jorge, the Maintenance Manager, does a next-level job. He is highly professional, always attentive to detail, and makes sure everything runs perfectly. It’s rare to find properties so well-maintained and with such a committed team. Highly recommended!

Excelente edificio, pase a conocerlo y el encargado del edificio Jorge, me atendió, me contó un poco del lugar que tenia poco tiempo trabajando pero que el lugar es bueno, excelente, y cuenta con muchas cosas, me recomendó mudarme a ese lugar, y que si la habitación tenia algún problema que el mismo lo arreglaba. Excelente persona. Gracias Jorge.

He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and his attention to detail helps keep the community looking its best. I’ve been working on preparing to move in here and the staff has been so amazing helpful and sweet! The property is gorgeous as well and well maintained. Really look forward to moving in :)

What really sets theYARD apart from other complexes in the area is the management team (Cait and Angel). They have been extremely responsive to everything. We really enjoy our large townhouse, the heated pool and hot tub, onsite gym, dog park as well but the management team is what makes this home. If you are looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend the YARD.

theYARD is gorgeous. Modern interiors, beautiful lighting and the office staff is the best of the best. Cait & Angel in the office go above and beyond. Francisco the maintenance supervisor is quick to complete work orders and is always kind to my cats who are adamant about helping him complete a simple work order. Don’t trust my word, trust them on how comfy and relaxed they are in their new home.

Highly recommend. I’ve enjoyed my townhome. Very clean and spacious. Cait was super helpful with the moving in process, and has stayed very helpful and kind.

The leasing office staff is super friendly and very informative. They answer all your questions without hesitation. Even though I just moved here, I can tell it's going to be a great time.

Just moved in!! Love the amenities, the service and my new home! Everyone on the staff has been super helpful and attentive so far. Can be a bit noisy with the train if you’re not into that but I love seeing it pass by!

The townhomes are beautiful and filled with natural light. The office staff has been wonderful, and I’m excited to see how the complex turns out after construction is complete.

I had such a great tour of this beautiful property! From the moment I arrived, everything was well organized and welcoming. Angel and Cait were both amazing throughout the experience… they shared so much helpful information, answered all my questions, and really took the time to explain the details of the property in a way that was easy to understand. It made the whole tour not only informative but also enjoyable. The property itself is stunning, and their professionalism and friendliness made me feel very comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I left with a clear picture of what the property has to offer.
