I recently moved into my dream luxury apartment at The Worthington, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I had been eyeing this community for quite some time, and now that I'm here, it has exceeded my expectations. Duncan handled our tour, and he was outstanding. My wife and I explained exactly what we were looking for, and he made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The office team—Bianca, Riley, Kendra, and Seth—have all been incredibly welcoming. They consistently check in to make sure we have everything we need and have made us feel right at home. The maintenance team, including Kona, Irfran, and Andrew, have also been fantastic. Whenever something needs attention, they get the job done quickly and professionally. So far, our experience has been excellent. If you're looking for a beautiful luxury apartment in a great location with convenient access to everything you need, I highly recommend taking a tour of The Worthington. You just might end up moving here too!

I have been here almost 1 year. It has has been an amazing experience. It is a perfect location in downtown Salt Lake City. I can walk to dining and entertainment. All the residents are very kind and helpful. The amenities are unbelievable and well maintained. The staff are always available and helpful. Riley the building Manager has developed a great team. He has taken the building to the next level in every way. The staff is quick to respond to my questions and needs. Kendra the Assistant Manager along with Austin, Seth and Bianca are all so Kind and Helpful. The maintenance crew Kona, Irfan and Andrew are always going above and beyond when maintenance is needed. I toured 18 buildings before finding the Worthington. It is head and shoulders above all the other.

I spent the last month touring what felt like every apartment in Salt Lake — Seraph, Liberty Sky, Astra, 4th West, Hardware, Luma, The Charles… on and on. And somehow, I kept coming back to The Worthington. Three separate times. That usually tells you everything you need to know. At some point it stopped being about comparing options and became obvious — this is simply the best. Not just in how it looks, but in how it feels. The building is beautiful, yes. But what really sets it apart is the people, the staff. Bianca went above and beyond — patient, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. Not just a unit, but something that actually aligned with my day-to-day life, my finances, and what I was looking for in this next chapter. That kind of authenticity is rare. Duncan, Riley the entire team took time not just to sell me on living there but to find what was best for me. From the moment you walk in, there’s a sense that this place is run with intention. It feels welcoming, it feels elevated, and most importantly, it feels real. After seeing everything else out there, I chose The Worthington for a reason. I’m genuinely grateful to be starting this next chapter here. If you’re looking in Salt Lake, you can do the tour circuit like I did — but don’t be surprised if you end up right back here.

LOVE this place. Exclusive of the gorgeous views, apartments and amenities the team who works here are fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. We just loved the concierge service. They always have fun tenant activities and again the gym, pool areas are top notch!

The Worthington is a wonderful place. The team, specifically Riley and Duncan, are genuine, kind, and understand exactly what their clients are looking for. The Worthington has a great view, is spacious, and has all the amenities you could want in an apartment complex. 5/5 stars for sure !

I love The Worthington! From the beginning Austin has been a superstar at making sure our move in was taken care of and seamless. The community and amenities are so fantastic, probably the best in Salt Lake! I would absolutely recommend anyone living here.

I moved to Salt Lake City this February, and The Worthington Apartments was the first place I chose—and I’m really glad I did. I’ve been really happy living here. The team is super friendly and easy to work with, and they always get back to you quickly, which I really appreciate. Everything here still feels pretty new, and the place is clean and comfortable overall. My favorite part is the common area on the 12th floor—it looks great, and the mountain view is honestly amazing, especially when it’s snowy.

When I first came in to tour and was immediately met with warm smiles and a familiar face from Bianca, I knew I’d be in good hands here. Bianca previously managed an old property I used to reside in years ago and I’m glad to have crossed paths with her again. Bianca, Kendra, Austen, and the rest of the great staff have been so helpful and communicative from start to finish and continue to go above and beyond. The lobby and main areas are clean, the high traffic areas are kept well including the dog park and hallways. The amenities are amazing and the residents that I’ve met so far have been so kind and friendly. The location cannot be beat and so close to all the bars, dining, nightlife and entertainment that you can imagine. Would highly recommend this place and couldn’t be happier with the level of service I’ve received from the team.

--Updated Review-- Living at The Worthington is still a dream... Beautiful building, great neighbors, and great staff. However I'm moving them down to 4 stars from 5. Some of the things that made The Worthington unique have changed, making it more like any apartment downtown. In particular, the amenities changes and availability have been frustrating. The pool was 24/7 but without consulting residents or prior notice the owners limited the hours. The 5th floor amenity deck was damaged in the wind, and despite promises of reopening in the summer it remains closed with no ETA. And while staff is outgoing and friendly, the 24 hour presence we were promised has not been fulfilled. Some of the value we got for the high rent rates has been lost, making it just another good place to live and not the luxury experience we started with. But that doesn't diminish the beautiful apartment, the great location, the city views, the amenities selection, or the great friendships we've made with neighbors and staff. --Original Review-- Like living at a luxury resort! The list really does go on and on. We're so glad to be here. Shout Outs to Awesome Staff: 💙 Dylnn has been our ally in finding the right unit and making sure all the details are taken care of. Anytime we need anything she takes care of it with a smile. 💚 Kona and Irfan keep the pools and the property in perfect condition. They always wave and say hi. 💜 Riley took the time to get to know us, despite being busy managing the building. He is professional and polite and ensures the whole experience comes together.

This is by far the best apartment building I’ve lived in. We moved in around May and have loved it here. The fun events, thoughtful administration, and clean environment is simply the best. The amenities cannot be beat in SLC. The staff is really what makes such a difference in what makes this building special. They are attentive, responsive, and care a lot about the experience of the residents. I really love living here and can’t wait to re-sign a lease when that time comes.

Living at the Worthington has been a truly wonderful experience! I rented a 2bd 2bth corner apartment on the 29th floor with the views alone making me feel like I’m living in a dream everyday. The amenities are top tier and the 12th floor sky deck is the best place to be at night. I also want to thank all of the leasing office for being so nice and accommodating each and every day. I’ve never walked in the building without being greeting by a smile :). You guys are awesome and thank you!!

Unfortunately new management has taken over and quality has immediately decreased. The smell in the lobby and across the building has changed FOR THE WORST and there are no updates regarding community events. This change occurred WITHOUT WARNING and all resident apps and online payment systems disappeared overnight. The things and people that made this place great were fleeting and clearly new management is prioritizing profit over residential experience. If we stay in a high rise we may look elsewhere soon. 5/19/25 UPDATE: multiple residents agree with my sentiment regarding the new management. There are stories of stolen packages due to lack of 24 hour concierge. There are no events or events are cancelled at the last minute. The previous standing Friday social hour has been stopped. It was scary to return one day to see a large number of police entering the building. 12/17/25 UPDATE: this is long overdue. After a rocky start, I honestly believe the Kairoi team are doing an excellent job balancing the unique needs of a diverse community comprised of working professionals, empty nesters, influencers, and spoiled college students. The people at the front desk know our names and welcome us on sight. Our dog has been well looked after and absolutely loves the treats! Special shout out to Riley (building/community manager) and Austin - the place wouldn't be the same without them.

Been living here for 4 months and my partner and I absolutely love it. We are extremely type A about apartment hunting, so we made a massive spreadsheet of options and ultimately picked the Worthington. No regrets. The vibe is laidback, friendly, and fun. I have loved moving to The Worthington. The place is beautiful with great amenities (that are open 24 hours) and amazing views. The location is ideal for being in the middle of everything. The best part of it has been the wonderful staff who have been so helpful and kind from the tour to the leasing to the move in to the multiple activities each month. I highly recommend The Worthington and think I may live here forever!

Thes Worthington is the best high end apartment in Salt Lake. I've lived here for about a year and I've gone through 1 management change. I've learned that the management is more important than just the building. Riley has brought in a new team that's absolutely makes this a community, not just a place to sleep. Bianca, Austin, Seth, Tabitha, Dillon, and team in the front of the house and the maintenance crew are solid. The view from the 12th in either direction is stunning. Everything up here feels luxurious. The cleaning crew is absolutely amazing. It is always perfect. That's one thing I really value, always clean. I've only had two small maintenance items, But both of them get corrected literally within hours. I do love the interior of the apartment marble tops nice fixtures quality everything. The views are amazing. The building is amazingly secure probably a little overdone for my taste but I don't worry about anything here. I think the amenities and activities that they plan are getting better all the time. Its makes it fun to stay here. Dancing, painting, fitness, wine classes, so many things to do. Most will balk at the price, but if you consider the amenities and the community it is very fair. Considering the new management that's here it's a steal. You live here, you dont just stay.

This building is awesome. It has fantastic views of the mountains and downtown high rises. Pool and hot tub on the top deck are amazing. Front office staff is very welcoming. Very walkable to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops too. Can’t ask for more for an apartment.

The Worthington is such a beautiful property. I visited a friend that lives there and they had a guest suite we could rent. 10/10 better than a hotel room. The staff took great care of us and made us feel at home. If you know someone that lives at this property ask them to rent the guest suite for you.

I checked out all the luxury apartment buildings in downtown SLC(including Astra) and went with The Worthington because it was clearly the best in all the deciding factors. Plus, Austin, Dylynn and entire management staff are very professional, friendly and truly on point. If you’re looking for the best building in town, this is it.

I am moving into the Worthington in about a week and just wanted to shoutout the amazing staff. The process from beginning to end has been nothing but great. The most sincere and accommodating staff I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in any regard. I want to specially mention Austin who helped me and my girlfriend Kaylee every step of the way and was the one to give me the tour and sell me on the worthington. He even offered for us to stay there to do the application after we decided so he could answer any questions we may have. Then, he stayed late past closing to ensure we didn’t have any problems arise! Also want to shoutout Dylynn who has handled all the back end stuff for us moving in and has been extremely nice and responsive. If the rest are cut from the same cloth I can’t wait to meet them!

The staff from the cleaners to maintenance up to management go above and beyond what is expected from a property management. The amenities are unparalleled to its competitors. Thee events which are not required for them to do are almost as if they are hired for private events. Living at the worthington outside what the apartment itself come with are the connections you can within the community. The common areas are clean, the conference rooms are amazing for meetings and the gym almost makes me want to cancel my private membership. Once you live at the worthington you will never settle for less.

Living at the Worthington Residences is an incredible experience. The 12th-floor amenities offer some of the best mountain and city views in Salt Lake. There are a variety of floor plans to fit different budgets, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The resident events are well-organized, fun, and a great way to connect with neighbors. The Worthington truly feels like home for me and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

I've been living at the Worthington for about 2 weeks now, and the experience has truly exceeded my expectations. Not only is the building beautiful, but more than anything I'm truly just blown away by how kind and thoughtful the staff is here. HUGE shoutout to Austin on the leasing staff and Irfan on the maintenance staff. Austin gave me my initial tour of the building. He was so friendly and knowledgable, answering every question I had before I even asked it. Since moving in, he has gone out of his way more than once to make sure my transition was smooth. Irfan has also been incredibly helpful making sure any and all maintenance needs I've had were taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Overall, I am so glad I chose to move in here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking.

It's been a pleasure living in the Worthington. If you're looking into living here, some things to consider: - This is your typical luxury apartment; expect higher than average rents which increase the higher up you live. - Excellent array of amenities that I've never found to be too small or too crowded (though that might change as vacancy decreases). For a standard strength-trainer, the gym has everything you'd need. People love the sauna, hot tub, grills and sundeck. The common spaces are very well-maintained! - More economical than the Astra; price per square foot and amenity fee are lower. Also the "feel" of the Worthington is warmer/less corporate than the Astra. We have balconies, they don't. They have (small) bathtubs, we don't. - Excellent walkable location to downtown, and it's just enough on the fringe that it's not impossible to find a place for your guests to park on the street. There are a few free spots, many 2-hrs-free spots, and a Smith's a 13-min walk away which is where I park our second car :D (also easy to hop on a 3-min electric scooter to get there) - The social energy here is through the roof and revolves a lot around drinking— feels like a dorm. Lots of folks love this and the ones that don't have no challenges opting out. - The management can make or break your residential experience, and Kairoi is stellar. (Do your best to steer clear of anywhere being managed by Greystar.) Riley Ruseler is the director but his staff are alike in that they're attentive, professional, reasonable, great communicators, dashing, and so freaking FRIENDLY. They keep this building gorgeous and safe, and they put a lot of oomf into executing social events and addressing resident concerns. Can't compliment them enough.

The amenities, build quality, and location all speak for themselves, but it’s the staff that truly make this place feel like home. Any issues that come up are handled quickly, with professionalism and warmth. Dylynn, Riley, and Tori deserve special recognition for their responsiveness and genuine care. Their consistent willingness to help has made a lasting impression. I can’t speak more highly of the experience they create here.

Let’s just say: I wouldn’t wish my first few months at The Worthington on anyone. There were times it felt like I was living in a reality show. Some weird spin off of west world. Here’s the short and sweet: The staff is working overtime to correct many of the issues. They were short staffed for a bit but have honestly found some really good people to step in and step up recently and create the experience and community we wanted and deserve at the Worthington. Riley is the real deal. And a good human. Thank you for addressing things in a good way and handling things progressively. We love that.

Riley, Dylynn and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond to help us get into a dream apartment! From answering my 1000 questions to welcoming us with a bottle of bubbly and a handwritten card! They made the experience very positive!

I recently went on a tour with my very picky mother. I wanted to show her the apartment I was going to move into including the area, so she would know I was going to be safe. Katherine was so kind and spoke to my mom about all of the safety features the building has. Then we went on the tour to show her the apartment I was looking at. My mom was floored with the windows and all the views! She loved the kitchen and the living area. She was more blown away by the common areas outside and loved the bbq and lounge areas. Katherine was a great tour guide and made us feel so welcome!

While the architecture of our new apartment building, The Worthington, is impressive, there's something, or shall I say a group of someones that is even more noteworthy. The staff. Marisa, the Worthington's charming front desk matriarch is the very fabric of the place. In fact, she's one of the primary reasons we chose the Worthington over another impressive downtown tower. Marisa pretty much defines the term "a breath of fresh air." She brings a genuine, joyful zest for all things Worthington in each and every conversation she has with us and other residents. Her vibrant ways, quick wit and infectious charm have become the genuine, illuminating energy that swirls around lobby and makes the building feel more like a social club of which you're just really damn happy to be a member of. She approaches planning fun, creative, community events with a zeal and her passion and attention to detail is greatly appreciated by all. During our tour of the Worthington's amenities, different apartment options and configurations, and again throughout our move in, Marisa was on point with her attentiveness and enthusiasm as we set up our new city home. Her love and affection for the dog residents of the Worthington, is alone, worth the price of admission. The entire staff is cut from the same quality cloth as Marisa, making everyone feel their collective warmth, their welcoming nature, their professionalism, and their genuineness. Dylan, Sammie, Mimi, Danielle, Olivia and others are on their game and always willing to help sort anything out or just chat you up. This staff is the "A" team!! The crackerjack maintenance staff is also ready, willing and able to tackle any issue and get things done and done right. If people make the place, this place is the tower that towers above the others.

The building and amenities themselves would be enough to give the Worthington 5 stars and the staff are even better than that. Marissa, Dylynn, Olivia, Sammy have all been super welcoming and helpful while bringing great energy to the lobby for every resident and guest. Thank you guys!

We have lived at the Worthington for about 7 months and we are loving it! Marisa, Dylan, and the rest of the team are friendly, welcoming, and are always willing to answer questions and address concerns in a timely manner. The building is always clean and the amenities are great!

I've lived in a few "Luxury" buildings before, but I gotta say that this is truly luxurious. Not only are the amenities great, but also the staff are probably some of the best I've come across. Special shout out to Marisa and Dylan for always being there for us and showing up with a smile. You might also meet some pretty cool people here too.

I've really enjoyed living at The Worthington and appreciate all the amenities offered. The staff here is incredibly nice and caring—every time I walk by the front desk, they always take the time to ask how my day is, and it’s easy to fall into a friendly conversation. The community events are also a great highlight, largely thanks to Marisa Bone. She truly goes above and beyond to bring residents together, organize fun activities, and create a welcoming atmosphere. She’s always helpful and a pleasure to talk to! One of the most unique things about living here is the community itself. Nearly every resident I meet in the common spaces—whether it’s the hot tub, gym, or sauna—has been incredibly nice, open, and just genuinely cool. It’s rare to find an apartment complex where people are this friendly and connected, and that’s been an unexpected but amazing part of living here. That said, there are some frustrations. The gym is lacking—we were initially promised more equipment, but that never happened. Guest parking is virtually nonexistent, making it difficult to have friends or family over. Additionally, the initial management made a lot of promises that were never delivered, which was disappointing. Rent is extremely expensive, and if it weren’t so high, this place would be pretty much perfect. If guest parking and gym improvements were addressed, it would be hard to beat.

I have lived in different spaces since 2017 - townhomes, homes I built, and one apartment I lived in while building a home, and never an apt downtown even though it was always a dream of mine to live in a high rise downtown. Now I do and I'm loving it. I think I'll enjoy it even more now that the weather is warming up and I'll be able to walk to almost everywhere. The U is only a 10 minute drive which is so convenient and I can easily take the TRAX or UTA on days when I don't feel like driving in. The amenities offered are so lux and people are shocked when I tell them this building has a gym, hot tub, pool, sauna and steam room. Not to mention the free Friday happy hour and events (like the pet adoption night) that take place each month that make it so easy to meet new people, which is difficult to do as an adult and in this economy. The staff (and could never not mention Marisa specifically) are all so welcoming, easy and fun to talk to, and have the best ideas for events while also taking the time to listen to residents and take our ideas and thoughts into consideration.

Living at the Worthington has been an absolute treat. By far they have the best staff both at the front desk, and in maintenance. They make it feel like we are living at a resort, they're responsive, and they're always willing to help. I can't say enough about positive things about living here.

The Worthington is the most beautiful apartment building in the heart of SLC! It has amazing views (see picture), amenities and great staff! Marisa is always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile help. I could not recommend this place more!

I toured what felt like a million apartment complexes in Salt Lake and The Worthington instantly stood out. Very clear and concise communication from staff throughout the whole process. The facilities speak for themselves in terms of being modern, intentional and extremely clean. It feels like you're in an highrise hotel in New York, not an apartment complex in lil ol' Salt Lake City. What really sealed the deal for me was the hospitality from staff, everyone is unbelievably eager to help and has a keen eye for attention to detail. Sincerely, it's very apparent the whole staff as a thorough understanding of hospitality and professionalism. Whether it's taking time to show me the trash shoot on my floor or helping me figure out the garage doors, they have made me feel like I'm the only one who lives in the building even though there's 100+ residents.

From our first tour with Marisa to now living at the Worthington for close to two months, we are loving life here. The amenities are first class - large workout room with Western views, rooftop pool and spa, pet wash room, gorgeous common areas, secure parking, and more. The sense of community the staff such as Marisa creates and the amazing views also add to what makes the Worthington special. We toured several other properties downtown, and nothing compared to the overall experience we had here!

The most notable staff that helped a lot with my decision to move here and making my move as easy and comfortable as possible were Marisa & Connor; however, it wasn’t just these two, but all the staff are very nice and helpful including the handy man. I recommend giving this place a try and joining the great community here at The Worthington.

Moved to The Worthington from Australia so everything was done virtually. The personnel were extremely accommodating to my situation and made this big move rather seamless. On my move-in day, Mimi conducted my tour and displayed a high level of professionalism and was very detailed oriented. Looking forward to my stay ♥️ Edit - Forgot to personally mention Marisa & Olivia for going above and beyond in their correspondence with me from the get go. I had a lot of questions about local gyms, food, environment, culture, and overall livability. My phone conversations with both of them, respectively, played crucial roles and were ultimately the determining factors when making my final decision.

I moved into The Worthington in October with my husband, and we couldn't be happier with the choice! I visited over a dozen different apartments but knew almost instantly this was the place for us! The amenities are the best I have ever seen in an apartment, offering everything I could need for a comfortable/modern lifestyle downtown. The building is always clean and well kept. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. Special shout out to Marisa who always makes myself and everyone feel extremely welcome and taken care of. She always has a wealth of knowledge of the area along with a vibrant and thoughtful energy that puts you are ease! The location is perfect, close to everything you could need while being bustling yet peaceful at the same time. What truly sets this community apart are the fantastic events they host, which make it so easy to connect with neighbors and feel a sense of belonging (extremely important for us since we moved from out of state). I highly recommend it here to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home!

Stunning views and an amazing apartment, we are very happy to live here! Connor & Marisa are amazing, they are so friendly and always such a great help! Connor took time for us until we found the right apartment. The amenities are great, the management is fantastic, likewise the cleaning staff. The location is very good, everything is within walking distance.

The Worthington is absolutely AMAZING! I moved to the country recently and the best decision I’ve made was by moving here! The staff is the best - Dynasty, Marisa, Connor, Dylan - they have all been so welcoming, fun and incredibly helpful for everything! They have social events literally every week which makes it impossible not to have a good time and meet people! And that is not even the best part. The best part is how stunning the building is with the most incredible views! I can spend hours in my apartment looking at the mountains! The gym is great, the hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and common spaces are just perfect and so well maintained! I cannot stop recommending this place nor can I stop talking about it! So so glad I moved in here! And thank you for making it such a great place to stay!

I love living here! The views are unbeatable, and the amenities are fantastic—the fact that they're available 24/7 is such a bonus. What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community they've created. There's always a fun event going on and weekly socials to meet new neighbors. It truly makes for a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The management is wonderful—Marisa and Connor go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Highly recommend!

Super nice place, but what makes it so much better is the staff! I had so many questions and they all were so helpful and amazing! Connor & Murrsy were so sweet and took so much time out of their way to help me. And Dylan & Dynasty gave a super awesome tour of the spaces we were interested in! I came to SLC to tour some buildings, and the experience at Worthington was fantastic! I was pretty awe-struck walking into the lobby, and was greeted by Marisa, and our "golden retriever" energy just clicked together. The tour was amazing, the amenities (I've never even heard of an apartment building having the concept of a serenity studio!) and views were breathtaking, and the property and apartments sure knew how to stand out against the Utah landscape.

AMAZING place to live! It feels like you're at a luxury resort, just check out the 12th floor! I had to work remote for an entire week and worked out of one of the conference rooms on the 12th floor. All my colleagues that saw me on video were stunned by the incredible views. Then when I was done working, it was great grabbing a glass of wine and sitting outside watching the amazing view. The entire staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. Top notch living at incredible rates - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Current tenant and am very happy with the Worthington so far. Coming from the Liberty Sky, I am familiar with downtown SLC penthouse style apartments. Worthington is superior to Liberty Sky and I really loved the Sky. My experience started with Connor and he was extremely helpful, welcoming and detail oriented. Once I chose a place, Dylynn got everything set up and really made the signing process smooth and was very patient with me. Dynasty made sure I got a great deal and finished everything up and he was pleasant to work with. Finally, Wilmer is the GOAT and was the cherry on top for my decision to move here. The apartment itself is so nice and has amazing finishes. Awesome views and the layout feels larger than 750 SQF. 24 hour concierge and amenities is also incredible. 5 Stars, highly recommend. I’ve lived at The Worthington for two months now, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The apartment itself is well-maintained, spacious, and filled with natural light. But what really makes this place special is the amazing staff. From day one, they’ve been incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. Whether it's a maintenance request or just a friendly chat, they are always there with a smile. The community events they organize also create a welcoming atmosphere. We’ve been living at The Worthington for nearly a month, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience in this community and neighborhood. I was initially drawn to the building because of the impressive amenities and the incredible walkability score—something rare for Salt Lake! The sauna, meditation room, and community areas make it tempting to stay in the building all the time, but experiencing the dining, nightlife, and grocery options in the neighborhood has rekindled my love for Salt Lake. Last weekend we grabbed drinks around the corner with some folks we met while working out in the building’s gym. It’s things like that develop the sense of community that people often say is missing in Salt Lake City. Can’t recommend The Worthington more highly!

Just moved in this week from Dallas and everyone on staff from the front desk to maintenance were super helpful and made this big transition so much easier! The views of the mountains are incredible from my apartment and the amenities make you feel like you’re at a luxury resort. Very excited to be starting this new chapter here at The Worthington!

I recently moved into the Worthington and couldn't be happier with my experience so far. I toured at least 15 other apartment buildings around SLC, and the Worthington was by far the nicest I saw. Olivia was excellent- she met me back in May to tour the building, always got back to me quickly over email, and made the leasing process painless. The staff ensured that I had access to the loading dock and freight elevator on the day of my move which was so helpful. The building is incredible. Amazing amenities, great location, and beautiful apartments. I can't say enough about the management and concierge team - they do a great job. I highly recommend checking out the Worthington if you're considering an apartment in Salt Lake.

My visit to the Worthington Apartments was nothing but amazing. Dynasty has been such a great tour guide and answered all of my questions pertaining to the property and the surrounding things in the community. Dynasty knows the ins and outs of the apartments to square footage which is very important for me and trying to pick the perfect home for me and my family, Dynasty has gone above and beyond to meet my needs while giving me this tour and I’m very thankful he is a good guy. After touring over a dozen properties in the area, I canceled every tour I had scheduled after visiting The Worthington. It is, without question, the premier residence in downtown Salt Lake City. If you're in the market for a new home, this place is a must-see. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone on The Worthington team. You have all contributed to making the move-in process the smoothest I have experienced in many years. I am genuinely looking forward to everything they have in store for those fortunate enough to call this place home. Don't just take my word for it. Come see it for yourself. Here are my first impressions: The property is in an ideal location, close to everything you need without feeling overwhelmed by the crowd. It's like having box seats to downtown. Within a ten-minute walk in any direction, you have access to amazing restaurants, nightlife, public transit, grocery stores, shops, the library, festivals, and events—everything you could want. The building itself is gorgeous, exuding luxury. The views are unrivaled, and the 12th-floor community space is spectacular. I could go on. Also, their rates are competitive with other nearby properties that don’t come close to what The Worthington offers. Edit: Just adding more pros about the apartments: Nest thermostats, nice GE appliances, walk-in half wall showers, under cabinet lighting, soft close everything, customizable closet space, floor to ceiling windows, no valet trash stinking up the place, multiple elevators, the gym has a great view, sauna & steam room are nice, tons of patio seating to enjoy the views, and the addition of the Carson/ Butterfly smart home systems are a total game changer.

What a beautiful and immaculate piece of architecture! The Worthington is the tallest building in Utah, and the views are beautiful! Nothing but blue skies, mountains and SLC cityscape, nothing can beat it! I'm looking to move to Utah and inquired about this building, Dynasty and Oliva gave a lot of insight about the property, answering my questions. Letting me know the all the perks of living here. The spa, gym, premium location, rooftop pool, complete rooftop patio area plus more! Providing me with multiple options that fit my needs as an architectural designer. A HUGE shout out to Dynasty and Olivia for their amazing help as my husband and I went through the process of touring and evaluating the finances surrounding a move into this beautiful building! Dynasty, the property manager, has been so helpful with providing plans, building layouts, pricing, videos and promptly answering all of my numerous questions! I love that the property not only has the expected pool and hot tub (both open year round and with amazing south views of the mountains and west views for that evening sun!), but also the sauna *and* steam room for the full “spa” feeling! The buildings appear to have been thoughtfully laid out to capitalize on the incredible views of the mountains, city and capitol. Plus it sounds like they do NOT have trash valet service which I’m excited about because I find the trash valet trend to be disgusting and a waste of money. Tower 2 halls are not long so it’s super convenient to just bring your own trash to the chute and not have to deal with your neighbor’s smelly garbage sitting in the halls…so GREAT CHOICE to management for bucking the trend and keeping trash out of the halls!!

Had the pleasure to tour the property with Olivia. She’s wonderful. The finishes and interior design elements in this property are definitely way above average. Staff has been super helpful and supportive answering questions about the property. Amenities are jaw dropping and well located. The gym comes with a stunning panoramic view of SLC’s skyline and pool/spa area offers a great view of the mountains southeast of the building.
