I’ve had a wonderful experience at The Randi, and I want to give special recognition to Angel and Lashawn for making my move-in and transition here so smooth. Angel was incredible from the very beginning. He was warm, patient, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. He helped me with all the final details after I moved in and made navigating the community feel effortless. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Lashawn has also been amazing. She’s incredibly sweet, upbeat, and genuinely invested in the residents’ experience. She walked me through the entire move-in process with so much care, helped me understand the online system for paying rent, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I also love how present she is at community events—Taco Day on the roof was such a fun example of the positive energy she brings to the building. Both Angel and Lashawn have added so much to the community here. Their support, responsiveness, and warmth make The Randi an even better place to live. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love living at theRANDI. I have lived at many other apartment buildings in SLC and this is by far my favorite. The on-site staff are absolutely amazing, and always so helpful. We also get a free laundry service as an amenity, which is one of m favorite things about living here. Could not recommend this building more!!

I’ve been living here for the past 2 months, and it has truly been an amazing experience. The staff is friendly responsive and always ready to assist with any questions or maintenance needs. I love the urban vibe of my apartment. My neighbors have always been friendly and often have get togethers on the terrace! The location is perfect! There’s a couple bars across the street. Peoples Coffee on the corner is a great place to stop by before my morning walk to work. Harmons is just 3 blocks away and City Creek is another 2. I can proudly say it changed my lifestyle for the best. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and highly recommend it to anyone looking to live downtown!

Front desk and staff are super helpful and kind. There is some noise but that's just part of living in the city. Close walks to almost everything. Units are nice, modern, and clean. Also the roof is great for bungee jumping (which I do all the time here)

Beautiful! I recently moved to the Rhandi from a different state and I couldn’t be more pleased!! The style is so modern and sleek and the staff is incredibly sweet and helpful!

We moved in a couple months ago and are so impressed with the Randi. Not only do we adore the gorgeous views from our apartment, but we've been treated so well by the amazing staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make our lives easy and to make us feel cared for. We hope to be here for a very long time.

I took a tour of this place and first off the greeting from the ladies in that office was refreshing and unexpected I toured with Lashawn and was able to meet Sunny when I finished my tour. Very lively ladies with welcoming smiles. I toured a one bedroom with a space I could make an office and it had the urban view I was seeking. I will tour their other communities to see what my options are. Great experience.

So far, I have no complaints! I have lived here for a little over a month and everything has been great! The management is excellent, they keep it clean, and they worked with me and have been flexible. I definitely recommend living here. I recently toured Randi, and I was so impressed—not just by the beautiful property, but by the incredible experience I had with Sunny, the Property manager. From the moment I arrived, Sunny was welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to show me everything the community has to offer. She took the time to understand what I was looking for in an apartment, asked thoughtful questions, and tailored the tour to focus on the features that mattered most to me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the units, amenities, and lease terms with ease and confidence. Sunny also pointed out thoughtful details, like nearby conveniences and the sense of community the property fosters.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with The Randi in Salt Lake City, UT, for the past few years and I can honestly say that Jaycee is one of the most organized, professional, and supportive property managers that I’ve ever met here. She’s always available to help, no matter the time of day, which really sets her apart. I’ve noticed that Jaycee is incredibly on top of everything happening at the property. New to the area and stumbled across these apartments while searching online. After my tour I can say the pics online told no lies…this place is so nice! Absolutely love the location and how it’s walking distance to the nightlife. I loved the views from the 6th floor and the ladies in the office were really sweet and great to work with! I can’t wait until my lease ends so I can make this apartment complex my new home.

Jeremy the maintenance man is spectacular. Stephanie on the front desk is also so amazing made moving in super easy. everyone here is very kind.

I’ve been scoping this place out for a while now. It is close to everything I young bachelor needs (nightlife, coffee shops, food. Etc.). I finally went in for a tour and Stephanie was the best. Ive been searching Salt Lake City for a space that has class and an upscale feel and it was a pleasure to tour this space as I feel it fits said criteria. The location is spectacular and the rooftop is definitely worth spending evening sunsets in. Stephanie was kind knowledgeable and eager to help me find something that fits my needs and price range, thank you again.

I absolutely love the Randi! The location is perfect and the design is phenomenal! The best part is Jaycee and Stephanie. I am a vendor for this location and have had the opportunity over the last few months to watch them interact with potential clients, other vendors and their community. I love having a place at the Randi. It’s nice to have a place in the heart of downtown. Close from everything. Bunch awesome small businesses around it. Coffee shop, restaurants, bars and barbershop. Also the property managers Steph and Jaycee are so easy to work with.

The Randi exceeds all my expectations. The view from my unit is absolutely stunning. The management team, especially Jaycee, is incredibly attentive and responsive, always ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. Moreover, the abundance of natural lighting throughout the apartment makes it feel warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. Love being located downtown with everything we need in walking distance. But what I love the most is the updated appliances. It feels very modern from the floor to the kitchen. The sky deck is a plus too. Great staff, we moved across the country and they were very helpful making that happen.

Lived at The Randi for more than a year, it is a dream location for anyone who wants to be in the heart of Salt Lake City. Everything downtown is just steps away, and the mountain views from the east-facing units are incredible. The building itself is well-maintained, and the staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Been living here for almost 1 full year now. Living in this apartment has been an outstanding experience, largely thanks to the incredible property manager, Stephanie, her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for residents shine through in everything she does. The current management and other employees maintain the property meticulously, and create a welcoming community atmosphere. It’s rare to find such dedicated management. Just moved in a few weeks ago. The building is very well decorated and furnished. The management team is friendly and helpful. I can't get over how nice the location is. Just a few blocks from lots of great shops and restaurants.

Fantastic Property with Great Potential Yay! TheRANDI is the community I need most! I toured this property about three weeks ago and was immediately drawn to the cozy studio apartments. Although the pricing was a bit out of my budget at the time, the overall experience was truly impressive. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lily, who was incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed about the community. Despite not being able to secure a lease at TheRANDI this time around, I will definitely keep it in mind once my current lease expires. During my visit, I also had the opportunity to meet Seth, the maintenance guy who was diligently tending to the grounds and skillfully painting over some graffiti. It's reassuring to see a dedicated team working to maintain the property. Overall, my experience at TheRANDI was great, and I genuinely hope to become a part of this wonderful community in the future. Thank you for the warm welcome and the valuable information! 🙏🙏🙏

I am in love with this building! Being in property management myself, I’m a tough sell sometimes-but I was lucky enough to get an evening tour from Lilly(the Manager) and can honestly say it has some of the best vibes I’ve seen in a building downtown. The views from each unit I toured and the rooftop area lit up with downtown energy and beautiful lights-Bar X and the hustle and bustle, and the giant Wells Fargo building on the other side beaming-I truly couldn’t get over the location. It’s a smaller building, so don’t go expecting resort style amenities and cry over it when there’s no giant gym-just know that smaller buildings equal=less neighbors, more efficient floor plan spacing, and more intimate sized events. Plus you’re in an A+ location, you’ll find whatever you need a short distance away. The parking garage is great too-I read the reviews that it breaks a lot, but I promise you-I personally have never managed a property in 10 years where the garage DIDNT break in some way, and will guarantee it is human error/carelessness 99% of the time. The deals right now being offered are INSANE-if I wasn’t in my current lease until next summer I would snatch up the one I viewed that is hanging over those beautiful downtown lights and be set. Even if your lease isn’t up until March-8 WEEKS FREE!! Go see Lilly and give this place a look-she is true Salt Lake City charm. She knows downtown like the back of her hand, is super well informed of the property and the area, keeps an amazing maintenance guy Seth, and they work their tails off to keep that place well kept and running as smooth as they can. A total downtown gem!

Nils is a great Leasing Manger. Extremely helpful and goes above any beyond. Move in process was a breeze with his help. The Randi is a great company overall.

Had a couple hiccups moving in but Nils was quick to address those and stay in communication throughout the process. Apartment is quiet never really hear anyone outside of construction. This location has non of the regular amenities. But if you are wanting to live downtown the location is hard to beat. Every major bar, restaurant, or shopping center is within walking distance.

Nils was so great and made me feel welcome before the lease was signed .

The leasing manager, Leonardo, is outstanding! From moving across the nation, Leonardo did everything in his power to accommodate my requests and millions of questions. I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism and quality that Leonardo leads with. It is no wonder why everyone loves theRANDI!!

Leonardo is the leasing manager at this apartment complex and he's honestly such a wonderful person. I've had many strange requests throughout my time staying here--and even before I moved in!--and he's always been willing to bend over backwards to accommodate my requests. He's extremely friendly and all-around someone I know I can go to if I ever have questions or requests. Since the building itself is new, it has some quirks about it that haven't been ironed out (which has nothing to do with the staff here, just inconvenient when they occur). The parking garage elevator isn't functional sometimes and has needed someone to come out to fix it quite a few times since I've been here. When these parking garage elevators are down, any cars within that bay is completely inaccessible until it's fixed which usually takes a few hours. The first time this happened, residents were offered reimbursements for any Lyft rides that needed to be taken due to this inconvenience and I really appreciated the level of care that management had given to the residents. Another building quirk is that a fire alarm went off throughout the building but when I evacuated, some residents were still inside because not all of the apartments had received the alarm. Speaking with other residents, they've also told me that these fire alarms will sometimes go off seemingly without cause. Lastly, more often than not, the trash chutes are inoperable so residents often leave their trash in the trash chute room which gets to be a problem until someone comes in to clear the room. Other than those quirks that I'm sure are getting ironed out, I've loved my time here and the location is hard to beat. The on-site management are all extremely friendly and they're all so helpful.

There have been a few hiccups with the apartment building over the last year, but Leonardo has continually been a huge help in smoothing out concerns as well as just generally being available to handle minor requests for the building. Even when situations are out of his control, he is quick to find help however he can, and always friendly as he does.

I moved into TheRandi in July and have seen the transition of managers. Although TheRandi has been decent for the most part, it wasn’t until I seen drastic changes with Leonardo came in to position. He’s very attentive to matters brought to his attention, as well as things that are not so obvious. He’s very professional, approachable yet personable and has played a key role into making TheRandi what it is today. It’s made mine and my families experience enjoyable living here.

Working with Leo and team was always very easy and straightforward. He greets you with a smile and does whatever he can to support his residents. We wished we could have stayed longer at the property, but each day was a joy. Highly recommend theRandi, and go see Leo anytime to get your questions answered!!

Leonardo at the leasing management of the building is the true ending behind so many improvements that have taken place since moving in around May. His responsiveness, courteousness and professionalism are truly outstanding. A huge asset to the building, and the community for sure.

It really felt like he wanted us to be apart of the community and would do anything to give us the best experience beyond touring.
