West Station Apartments

Update: Ive been in the building for just over 6 years and its been nothing but great. The entire WS team all work hard at continuing to provide great service and it shows. I appreciate everything they do and the flexibility with my cars and the move out date among many other things. Thank you!! -- I've lived here for 4 years now. Ive been in the 2 bedroom with a roommate and the studio. This is a great place to live. The apartments are nicely upkept and furnished. They take care of maintenance within the building in a timely manner. The amenities are nice. Parking and pets have never been an issue. The lot is gated and the building requires a pass but keep mind of the general area and dont leave things out and about. I would recommend to anyone looking to move into a new apartment.

Update on my previous rating: This place is AMAZING! The managers here are super professional and friendly!! They are quick to solve any problems and make sure you are aware of everything!! We are the first Deaf people living here and we would recommend this place to anyone. ESPECIALLY those getting out of parents house for the first time. I'll keep everyone updated as we continue our stay here ☺️

One of the best places I've lived in. They're no luxury apartments, but they're affordable, management is nice, and I've never dealt with noisily loud neighbors.

West Station Apartments is by far the best, (particularly best value) apartment complex I’ve stayed at since I began renting in 2019. Moving from Phoenix, AZ, the staff were extremely accommodating in making sure I received my keys to move in, even after office hours. Very clean, lots of amenities, close proximity to the airport, and a short walk to public transit to reach downtown SLC with ease. Between frequent apartment events, food handouts, pool parties, and everything else listed above, I strongly recommend signing a lease at West Station Apartments!

I’ve lived here for 7 months and the experience has been great. The front office ladies Lisa and cynthea are incredibly helpful And support you 100% in any requests or inquiries you might have. The monthly events are great from summer pool parties to food trucks and even a snow cone machine. My living experience has been great and I’m happy I chose west station apartments

I've lived here for two years now and I'm already looking forward to renewing for a third. Management here is exceptional and I'm grateful that I've had absolutely zero issues since moving in. I just moved here about a month ago but it’s been amazing! Cynthea has been the most easy person to work with and is always willing to help with everything. The rooms are nice sized, the pool, hot tub, and gym are amazing and almost always clean. No complaints here!

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and have had an overall good experience. The management is an huge positive and are quick to address concerns and maintenance requests. I appreciate covered parking for most of the resident parking area. Guest parking been a bit tricky as far as amount available and only having one guest pass. Overall a 4.5/5 so far.

I have been with West Station for 5+ years. The management is always responsive and helpful. The space has been accomodating and the amenities have been useful. Solid thumbs up! 👍

I've lived here for almost nine years! This complex hires excellent office staff and maintenance. This makes all the difference. There is excellent sound protection between the apartments. This is really great if you work from home. The residents are respectful of each other. If you want to find a safe, pet-centric culture, you've found your people. I have no plans to move.

West station is a comfortable place to live, I’ve been here two years. The staff is always warm and inviting, they are also quick to respond to issues. It is Rose Park Glendale area, but it well kept and safe property. I’d be happy to stay here for many more years.

Living here has been amazing since day one. The property management team has been so welcoming, helpful, and kind. We’ve had no issues and it’s been cozy living here. The community is extremely friendly and the property team does so much for the residents, it makes the environment here a lot of fun! 5/5 :)

I moved from California and did everything online but once I got here the first time it was just what I needed, close to freeways and the trax train. I like it and the office ladies are nice and helpful

I’ve been living at West Station Apartments for a while now, and I have to say, it’s one of the best places I’ve ever called home. The management team is outstanding, always going above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and heard. Lisa, the manager, is particularly amazing with her excellent communication skills. She’s super easy to work with, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly. The neighbors here are incredibly friendly, creating a real sense of community. The complex itself is always spotless, including the pool area, which is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Speaking of maintenance, Phil from the maintenance team is fantastic! He handles service requests with impressive speed, often completing them the same day or by the next day.

Great location close to the airport, friendly staff, lots of amenities and safe community. Highly recommend this place! Dog friendly too! Great management team of Cynthia, Lisa and Phil!

I've only lived here for almost a year now , but I don't ever want to leave! Such a beautiful place to live. My apartment floor flooded on Saturday The managers and maintenance were quick to act and made necessary repairs for me since I have a little baby Lisa and the lady leasing office are fantastic and always making sure that we are okay. Maintenance is quick.and all of them are always smiles and joyful. I couldn’t ask for a better place. Thank you guys for always being nice❤️🙏

Great ambience and spacious houses. I was a bit skeptical at first to stay here due to homeless people around the area but they are really awesome in taking care of their residents. Its a clean and well maintained property.I would definitely recommend this place. 🤗🤗

Wonderful apartments with incredible staff! Always greets you with smile and ready to help. Amenities such as gym and pool were the reason we moved into this place 2 years ago. After all this time, we are still very happy with our decision!

My wife and I moved about 6months ago. The staff are really nice and welcoming. The staff literally knows every so it gives the apartment a very homely and family vibe. I would 10000% recommend living here

I have lived here since 2016. Me and my wife have seen people come and go over time. What I can say is the staff has always set a wonderful standard. Maintenance is well kept up on and Bakir is a great guy to chat with if you get a moment to do so. Any issues are addressed quickly and the apartment itself is great. Very pet friendly community and the overhaul of the on site workout center is actually top notch. Pool in the summer, hot tub is typically all year unless there is some work needs done (as you do). Grill for public use etc. Its packed with good things and the elevator for moving in and out is a major bonus I dont think most realize what a blessing it is until you get to use it. Lisa has always been a fair and honest manager, and Mindy is great and friendly! (Jason you were epic as well brother!).

Management makes West Station Apartments a place worth living at. Lisa, Mindy, and Bakir do their best to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. It's impressive what three people can accomplish for an entire community. Management addresses my problems quickly and efficiently. The location is convenient, being in the heart of the city. Trax, the SLC airport, and great Indian food (Star of India) are nearby. The gated parking ensures peace of mind from car break-ins. There are homeless around North Temple, but the keycard entry mitigates unwanted entry. Overall, it is safe and quiet here. The only downside of living here is the limited guest parking options. If you plan on having more than one guest, it requires forethought.

The staff are friendly, the location is convenient with a trax station a 5 minute walk away, the airport a 5 minute drive away, the Jordan river trail a 10 minute walk away, and downtown being less than 10 minutes away. Rent is reasonable compared to other places in the area. And so much covered parking!

My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months. We moved from New Jersey for his job. We had never been to Utah and had never seen the apartment in person before moving in. After calling a ton of places, west station was the one place that answered all of my calls and followed up promptly. I also noticed that the reviews were pretty good. Our second month in, our apartment floor flooded. The managers and maintenance were quick to act and made necessary accommodations for me as I work from home. Lisa and Mindy are fantastic and always making sure that we are okay. Maintenance is quick.and all of them are always smiles and joyful. I couldn’t ask for a better place.

I’ve lived here over 4 years and have had a great experience. The staff communicate really well and are very responsive to the few maintenance issues that come up. The apartments are within walking distance of the TRAX Green Line which makes getting to the airport or downtown Salt Lake easy.

Lived here for a year now and planning to stay for many more. Moved from out of state and this was our first choice and it really shows that we made the right choice to live here. They made moving in a breeze and it feels like home. Lisa, Mindy, and Bakir are super friendly and they made it so easy and comfortable to live here. We feel safe and secure with the gated community, with great amenities, and peaceful community.

I enjoy living here. Management and maintenance are super responsive. It’s maintained well. I have renewed my lease here a couple times. Some of the great things about this location is how close it is to everything in downtown. It’s super pet friendly as well.

The management is top-notch, always approachable and friendly, making sure that any concerns or requests are promptly addressed. The maintenance team is incredibly efficient and keeps the place in great conditions.

We have been living here at West Station for a bit over 2 years (just recently renewed lease for one more year!), and we love it. We moved here from out of state, and the process was so simple. Lisa, Mindy and Bakir do such a great job of maintaining our home in such great condition. We have no issues with any other tenant here either, everyone seems so nice and friendly. We love all the amenities available and how there is so much to do around our community. We look forward to the future here at West Station.

My partner and I have lived here for a couple months and our experience has been great! Maintenance is quick and effective. There is no issue with parking and we feel our vehicles are safe. The community gym is clean! The community is kind and it is a safe place to live. Our management is also the BEST! Lisa is always willing to help and keeps this place comfortable and inviting.

I've lived here for about a year and a half and over all its a nice place to live. The upkeep and cleanliness is great. Management and maintenance are easy to get ahold of and always friendly! Parking isn't the greatest but that is to be expected being downtown slc and management does their best to accommodate.

I have lived here for over a year and I have always been satisfied with not only the management but the fact that they have always been fast to respond to fixing things if I needed. My air conditioning had gone out and I was going to have to take my animals and go stay at a hotel and it was the weekend and I didn’t know I could report it as an emergency and someone told me to just call maintenance and within twenty minutes he was here and brought an air conditioner. I am so grateful to have such an amazing team.

We’ve lived here for over a year and our experience has been positive for the most part. The management is absolutely lovely and are so quick to address concerns and maintenance requests. Resident parking is adequate; it’s definitely appreciated that there are enough spots to accommodate everyone and that the main parking lot is gated. Guest parking, however, has been less than ideal; I will admit that it’s been frustrating to only have very few first-come-first-serve spots and one guest pass to allocate to visitors;. The management and maintenance staff are definitely a big selling point though, so a big thank you to Lisa, Bakir, and Mindy!

My only grievance is regarding the (lack of) guest parking... It is rather inconvenient to only offer one guest pass per apartment given the scarcity of public parking in the surrounding area, but Lisa, Mindy, and Bakir are WONDERFUL!!! They are all so kind and helpful, and have made living here a great experience overall.

I’ve lived here for about 8 months now (just renewed my lease so will be around for awhile longer!) and I’ve loved it! The management and maintenance are the sweetest people ever, they will remember you by name! Maintenance is always so timely and friendly and helpful. Truly they all go above and beyond! The apartments themselves are spacious and clean. I have a dog and it’s perfect to have a pet here.

We have had a great experience here at West Station, the staff are awesome to work with. Lisa (the manager) is professional and personable. Bakir (the maintenance man) is friendly and fast working. The building is safe, all the doors are locked and there are security cameras all around and security patrol. Great pool area for the summer time and well equipped gym. We are happy residents and will be renewing our lease! ALSO **there is NO charge for guest parking but it does require a guest pass** ample resident parking compared to other apartments around the area and in SLC so a big win there too

I have lived here for 2 months now and I absolutely love this place. Mindy in the office is so kind and understanding. The building is always clean thanks to the wonderful maintenance men. There's no bugs, no loud parties, the security is fantastic. I Literally have no complaints. Thank you west station staff!

Truly the best apartment living experience I've ever had. Been here for almost 1 year now and I can honestly say we got so lucky with our decision to be here. Lisa and Mindy run the office and literally make it feel like home. Always saying hello and offering their genuine friendship. Bikur the maintenance man is so helpful too. Fun fact- I even gave birth to my first baby here in these apartments. (planned water birth) . This is a great place to be.

Lived here for two years. Was a great experience. I was, as many were, deeply affected by the COVID pandemic, and Lisa aggressively sought relief funds for me, saving me months in rent and keeping a roof over my head. Mindy is super friendly and always makes you feel like you have a friend there. Bakir does an amazing job maintaining the place, and is always a cool guy to shoot the breeze with. There are many heartless apartment complexes out there, but this is one that truly strives to make you feel like it's a home. One note: do, however, beware of the mandatory fees. In a 1BR, I was paying about an extra third due to all the fees and utilities they collect. Prepare yourself for a little sticker shock and you should be okay.

The Staff at West Station are Very Friendly and Always Very Helpful, when I have a problem or a concern the staff are there for me and my daughter. Plus the maintenance man Bakair is Amazing and helpful if a problem ever arises. I've been here 3 years and it's been amazing

The apartment, management, and maintenance are great! They always respond in a timely manner and talk to you in the halls. The only downside we have is people getting into the apartments that don’t live here, and the gated parking. They are super pet friendly which is hard to find in SLC. Its super close to downtown and we’ve enjoyed our studio apartment!

Some key highlights: - Leasing office is very attentive and helpful; fantastic!! - The area is pretty nice and offers easy access to the highway - Soda fountain and Keurig available in the lobby - Comfortably sized apartments - Super dog friendly - Nice fitness center (a little small, but good for a quick workout!) - Plentiful covered parking - Gated parking - Key fob/code entry to building - Relatively affordable for the area A couple of minor drawbacks: - Residents place dog droppings in a trash can near one of the resident entrances, and on hot days, it can stink up the whole entrance area which is a bit unpleasant - Required trash valet is rather expensive and does not pick up on the weekends

I live here. Management is attentive and maintenance is quick, friendly and gets it done right the first time. My only beef is that neighbors seem to think that their walls don't adjoin to any other dwelling and that the pool hours and "quiet hours" don't apply to them. Also, who on this planet thinks it's a good idea to have a Saint Bernard in an apartment? At least they're on the first floor.

With any business, there are ups and downs. I feel my experiences here at West Station have been great so far. I am truly sad to read about some of the negative experiences people have had here in the past. I can assure you that any and all issues that existed in the past are honestly fixed. The management here is top notch. Very professional, easy to talk to, caring, and responsive. I am an advocate because my opinions can possible influence good tenants to move here. And that’s what an apartment complex is all about, right? The community that resides here. Give it a shot. It will be worth it. Awe. These people are the nicest. Here I am over three years later. Sweetest people. You should live here !

I lived in west station for about 9 months before I had to leave for a deployment but it’s a great place to live. The leasing manager and leasing agent are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They were responded quickly to my concerns the few times I had concerns. They were willing to go above and beyond to make the tenants feel welcome an provide assistance when possible for those in difficult situations. I would definitely recommend staying at West Station for your housing situation.

Amazing place to live! The views on the front and back end are great, from the eastern mountain ridge to the western sunsets. Newer apartment complex with a great workout center, swimming pool and hot tub. Incredibly pet friendly. Excellent maintenance staff and property management that always greats you with a smile and is more than eager to help you with any concerns!

I love the security of the apartment and that is why my wife and I moved here. It is safe here and dont need worry about seeing creepy people walking around the apartment. Pretty designs and super friendly apartment manager!

Been here for year and I must say it been a great experience. The staff has done an amazing job with all the up's and down that could possibly go wrong at an apartment complex. They all have a soda machine in the lobby and a really nice gym.

This place is great my apartment is very spacious.I like the fact that there are a lot of stores close by and if not the train is close by. Management is very friendly and helpful. So so far I’m enjoying my stay here.

Been here approximately 2 years and just renewed my lease. I find it a quality place to live, and generally have had no issues since move in. Management has been quick to assist with issues and the entire staff has been friendly and easy to work with. The location is great, and I’m glad I found it here.

I have been at West Station since September and have honestly loved it here. So much so that I convinced my friend to move in and we'll be transferring to a bigger apartment at the end of this week! Mindy is absolutely fantastic and has been helpful and on top of things through the transfer process as well as when I first moved in. The environment here is wonderful and me and my large dog feel welcomed by the community and all the staff. Mindy, Lisa, Bhakir, and Azul are the backbone of this place and have made a small town kid feel at home and safe in the city. The apartments are nice and up to date too. Things are handled quickly and professionally when they're brought up. The only complaint I would have is that sometimes late at night people are pretty loud in the hallway. But that's not on management as quiet time is at 10!

My partner and I have lived here for a year now, and we have nothing but glowing praise for the management here. If it weren't for us buying a house, we would've stayed another year. When we first came Jason was incredible at making us feel at home, and after he left for new horizons Mindy and Lisa have done the same. They've even ran cute little events at times, such as the building wide trick or treat night and the toy donation during Christmas time. I've felt like the staff here is very much focused on providing a great living experience no matter the circumstances. They're willing to do the little things. I think I have been greeted when I leave for work in the morning by name pretty consecutively since I moved here. Also if you're a dog owner, there is a great dog park nearby that's less than 5 minutes away by car. Maybe a 10 minute walk. Many of the residents here go there, and it's a great way to connect with neighbors.

We've lived here for 3 years now!! The location is perfect! We're minutes from the airport, right between I-15 and I-215 and the I-80! Literally wherever you want to get to, we've got immediate direct access! We're located downtown without being in the mess of downtown! Access to every shoppping center, malls, grocery stores, entertainment, sports areans, the U of U, SLCC, several high school's and elementary's, and minutes from the greatests mountains in the world!! Lisa, Mindy, Bakir and Azul are the kindest, most accommodating and caring management team ever!! They are always quick to address any issues we have along with taking care of our common areas and property to make it beautiful, safe, clean and comfortable!!! We love having the gated community and amenities like the pool, spa and work out room! Oh and the garden space!!! We had super success with our tomatoes this year!!! We've had minimal issues with people and animals that live here, but it comes with community living! We love this place and our management team has been the main reason we've stayed here so long!! ❤WS family!

My family and I have lived here for almost 3 years and there's so many wonderful things that I could say about the staff at West Station Apartments. They are by far the best group of people that I have come across. They always make sure all of our needs are met and they go over and beyond to make sure all is well. West station is a great place to live! My husband and I love it here. Both the management team and maintenance are easy to work with and quick to help. The apartments are all renovated and very nice. The only thing we don’t love is that rent is a little high for the size of the apartments, but with amenities such as concierge trash service, in apartment laundry, and being as close to downtown and public transportation as we are, it’s worth it!

After living here for a year. The apartment is a great place to live. They were very accommodating to our three dogs. The staff is very help. The only problem is some of the people that are there are don’t respect the rules and regulation of the apartment.
