The staff in the leasing office and maintenance are outstanding. A special shoutout to Jace! I was in a difficult situation and could not get home to take care of it. He jumped in and went above and beyond. He saved the day with his kindness and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Fantastic experience at this community! While the elevators have, on occasion, been out of order staff has been very helpful and understanding to mitigate any issues. Community as a whole is beautiful with great amenities to offer! Would definitely recommend it here!

I just wanted to say that this team and staff are extremely professional and helpful in the search process. Tay and Bailey are absolute rockstars and do a phenomenal job presenting the unit as well as walking through options. Couldn’t recommend a better place!

I’ve had a great experience so far with this apartment complex! The leasing staff has been incredibly helpful and patient, always taking the time to answer my (many, many) questions. Didn’t end up living at Elevate, just was too far of a commute for my significant other. However Laura was great and out of all the apartments we toured, she was best guide we had. Other guides felt like all business, no emotion, but not Laura. She treated us like we more than just a number.

Everyone at the office is very friendly and knowledgeable with my move in process. Plan to be here for a while :)

i’ve lived here for three years and love it. the price can hardly be beat for a 2 bedroom in this location, and location is everything. i am super appreciative for our wonderful maintenance staff for their prompt and earnest efforts to fix issues in our apartment. i am also grateful for our wonderful new team of office staff. i feel like a karen sometimes submitting concerns or complaints, but this staff has been amazing at listening to our needs. no the amenities are not perfect, but they are well used and loved (r.i.p. to the donation table — you were my favorite amenity). there was a fire alarm system in the fritz and an elevator was down for 2 years, but they got fixed! what i want in my apartment is to feel safe and heard, and that’s exactly what i get here.

Natalie and the new management are just what this property needed! Excited to see the changes that are in progress get finished! Since they have taken over the hottub has become functional as well as all the elevators on the property. They are also making quality of life improvements like a much needed repainting of the hallways!

The staff are VERY communicative and typically get back to you either very fast or at very reasonable times.

As someone that has lived here for 2 years (2022-2024) I definitely have a lot to say about this building. But quick review is that new management is great! When I first lived here the management was awful. The hot tub was broken for an entire year and the elevators were constantly down. However, there is now new management and they are doing an incredible job. Within a few months of them taking over the hot tub opened up again and the elevators have never been broken. They are also very friendly and respond super quick. As far as the actual unit themselves go (I have an unrennovated one): there's an in-unit washer and dryer which is super nice. I have a cornerstone set up and the deck is in the master bedroom which is very odd. We rarely have issues, but if we do maintence is so quick to fix them which is great. The amenities are nice- I've never actually used the theatre but the gym is great. There is lots of equipment options. Only a few of the machines (one eliptical and one treadmill) don't work. There is never cleaner for the machines and for some reason the bathrooms are always blown up (I don't blame elevate lol). Having a parking garage is very nice and generally I feel pretty safe. This building does valet trash- a blessing and a curse. It's so nice to not have to haul trash down, but when everyone puts their stuff out it really makes the halls smell weird and there is no scent things to cover it. There is also no AC in the halls which is actually horrible in the summer both because of the smell and the discomfort when entering/ leaving the building. If you move in the summer be prepared to sweat... As far as location goes this place is pretty great. It's super close to campus, downtown, the Trax, and grocery stores. There is a fire station nearby so you will hear sirens all night, but you get used to it.

The location is great, the cost is comparable to other apartments in the area, but the best part is the staff. Kelsie was amazing from start to finish. She was always knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

I went in to elevate on fifth without an appointment to get some information on a apartment. I was greeted and got all the information I needed on a future apartment. Wayne, Kelsie, and Hayden are a great team. There was no hesitation to take me on a tour of the property. I think I may have found my future home.

Wayne is absolutely AMAZING! The entire process was so easy and efficient thanks to Wayne’s assistance. He’s super knowledgeable, friendly and took care of all of my needs. The apartment complex is also great, it’s clean, super well located with great amenities. Huge shoutout to the maintenance staff as well, nothing short of wonderful.

The team of Kelsie, Tabytha, and Wayne has been no less than stellar, and it's been such a pleasure working with real professionals who want their building to be a great place to live. For me, the location of Elevate on 5th was already about as good as it gets in downtown Salt Lake, being centrally located to most anything and very close to many many restaurants and stores, with probably the best apartment gym I've ever seen. After meeting and talking with Tabytha, who made me feel so welcome and found almost exactly what I was looking for, I had pretty much already decided. I did look at other places, but it was quickly clear that E5 would be best for me, and it has only gotten better since working with the team on moving in and then living here. The extraordinary care that was shown by Kelsie and her team was very unexpected yet so deeply appreciated - thanks to a timely move-out and their proactive efforts, I wound up moving into a unit that was exactly like what I had requested initially. I've thoroughly enjoyed living here, and look forward to living in this vibrant section of downtown. Thanks Kelsie, Tabytha, and Wayne!

Today I visited Elevate on 5th to look for an apartment. I was very worried about finding an apartment in Salt Lake City. As I went to the leasing office Wayne helped me find a affordable housing here. To be honest, this was like the 4th apartment I viewed and Wayne was helpful enough to help me out through the whole application process. He was super kind and I am very excited to be living at the apartment.

My fiancée and I recently moved into Elevate on 5th and we had the privileged of working with Wayne. He was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Furthermore, he went above and beyond by providing us with useful information that made moving into the apartment seamless!

Although my fiance and I recently signed our lease and are still in the process of moving in and getting settled I have to write a review about the service we received so far. Wayne has helped us since we viewed the apartment and up until this point. He is so professional, clear and helpful. He has made this process stress free and very positive. Thank you Wayne!!!

I am writing this as a review of the experience I’ve had thus far as a future tenant. From the phone call before arriving to submitting applications and everything in between, Wayne has been amazing! Not only did we love the complex and all the amenities Wayne really made us feel at home. The property, amenities, and model apartment are all very nice! -Will update a month after move in!

just moved in here, the apartment so far is really cozy and well equipped with amenities and there's even a workout room nearby ! Wayne was super welcoming and helped me through the application process and found a really nice apartment for me that suited my needs. The kitchen is also especially nice, I love the big sink I got. Just be mindful of the kitchen/living-room area because the sound tends to bleed through the main door when you're in front of it. huge upgrade from my last apartment. cheers.

We have been touring apartments near the U in Salt Lake City and Tabytha stood out as a friendly and informative guide as we toured the complex. These tours can be pretty hit or miss and we got all the info we wanted and Tabytha had more than enough information for us, including a couple pro tips, all in 20 minutes. We may or may not end up at Elevate on 5th but our experience was top notch!

Recently moved into an apartment here and the process was smooth. Leo in the leasing office was helpful and answered all my questions and made sure that the move went well. I look forward to the rest of my stay here.

Timing was not on my side when I decided to lease here, however, Leo went the extra mile to help me and did an amazing job to get me a suitable apartment at elevate on 5th. I wish all the leasing employees were like him.

Leo was great at showing apartments and they are bigger than other apartments in the price range. Really nice places.

I moved in about a month ago now and the place is great. The leasing agent, Leo, is always super helpful and friendly. If I ever have any questions or concerns I feel super comfortable going to him about it. The apartment over all is nice. I was out of state so I only really saw the virtual tour and what you see in it is what you get. I will say it was larger than I thought when I got here which is a plus. The amenities this place has are also nice and well maintained. The area is very close to anything you could need. The gas station, supermarket, and TRAX are all like a block away and there are food places everywhere. I will say if you're afraid of animals I don't know if this is the place for you because I see dogs on the daily which I warmly welcome but I understand not everyone is found of pets. Overall great experience so far and I would definitely recommend this place others.

My family and I moved in a few weeks ago. We were ready for a complicated process but we’re so pleased to find it really simple and straightforward. Leo was so helpful and understanding and was always available to answer questions and to help us. Our apartment is nice and new feeling with lots of natural light. There were a few maintenance pieces that needed taken care of when we moved in so maybe a closer inspection of apartments before they are rented out. The location is unbeatable with so many restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away. We feel safe with the security in place and the underground gated parking.

Moving into Elevate was the easiest process I think I've ever had with an apartment. Leo, who's one of the leasing agents, helped me get everything set up and the leasing process started. He was in contact with me basically everyday and made things very enjoyable. Leo answered every question I had and walked me through the process and was able to give me a virtual tour while I was out of state. Overall the leasing process was a 10/10, Leo was the best leasing agent ever and I don't think I'll ever get that kind of service anywhere else. I've been moved in for almost 2 weeks now and everything is perfect. The common area is nice, the convenience of having parking is amazing and everything is just more than I could've asked for. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment near TRAX or near downtown to definitely consider Elevate on 5th.

I just moved in about a week ago and I love it here!! The apartment was super clean when i moved in and even had brand new carpeting :) the only issue so far is that some of the outside doors don’t always close behind you which means they don’t lock, but I know they are constantly working on fixing these issues! Overall I love living here and would highly recommend it!

Emily and Kelsie have been wonderful. The apartment was clean and in good condition when I moved in. The area is beautiful and the building is secure. If you are looking for an affordable apartment downtown this is where you should go! There's lots of restaurants and stores conveniently located within a 5 minute walking distance as well!

I moved in towards the end of April so I'm relatively new to Elevate on 5th. In my short time at Elevate, I've been impressed with the communication from management/leasing. I've had a few maintenance requests for a couple of small things around the apartment and they've responded promptly and resolved the issues within a short time on all occasions. Any questions I had regarding the move-in process were answered quickly and politely. I love my apartment and the view. The building is typically very quiet and tidy. The valet trash service, while convenient, can lead to some rather interesting aromas in the hallways. That's my only complaint. I much prefer Elevate to my last apartment and would recommend it to others.

transferring apartments was easy and new apartment was clean. new management was very willing to help with all my questions.

We are living here since July and we are very happy to live here. Staff is great and they have been very patient with us with all the paperwork. They are always waiting to solve the few problems that have arisen. :)

Nice sized apartments, staff is nice, and they put on fun events for the residents. The common area has a pool table and table shuffle board. We also have access to a hut tub, theater, and pet cleaning station. If you have any problems the staff in the registration office are always willing to help.

Good rooms matinence is always on time. Management isn't very flexible with fees and your needs.

The front desk staff is great and the maintenance team is friendly and helpful!

I have had a lot of bad experiences renting apartments in Salt Lake City. Despite all of the 1 star reviews, we have had a great experience living here. I also want to mention that I was in no way influenced or paid to write a positive review. The maintenance and management is very responsive, which has been very helpful. I understand the complaint of paying for common area utilities, but I also understand these charges because I enjoy using the gym and having well lit stairwell and hallways. The new property manager is working on making the building more secure, which is great. I enjoy the underground reserved parking, so I do not mind paying extra for it. The only complaint I have is that the hallways can smell pretty bad sometimes and the kitchen in our unit is small.
