    City Creek Landing is an amazing place to live. The location is perfect with restaurants, shopping, and TRAX all within walking distance. The community is clean and well cared for, and the apartments are modern and quiet. The team is friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about residents. Every maintenance request I’ve made has been handled fast and done right. If you want downtown living with a real sense of home, this is the place.

    I recently toured City Creek Landing Apartments and was thoroughly impressed! Although I didn’t sign a lease due to a job relocation, I highly recommend this place. The management team, Amber and Kayden, were fantastic—friendly and informative. I even met a maintenance guy who was super kind. The apartments are modern and spacious. Definitely worth checking out!

    Manager : Very nice, kind, understanding and helpful Maintenance : Knowledgeable never had re-raise any open issue, he fixes everything in the first go Appliances : Spot on no issues at all stayed for more than year ~16 months Parking : Safe never had any theft issue, not even dust accumulating on the cars Residents : Polite, never had to raise any complaints at all Electricity bill : After using apartment and kitchen appliances bill were expected range nothing abnormal observed Pest : Never witnessed any kind of roaches, insects or mold Cleanliness : All common areas are always clean, regular vacuuming in hallways Location: Heart of downtown, Ease of Trax access (right in front of building), Medical store (beneath the building) and shopping mall is a bonus Sound proof : Never heard any construction sound happening near by Rent : Everything is covered in rent except for electricity WiFi : Excellent Packages : Well delivered never had any package stolen Security : Everything is secured never had any homeless person dwelling in the apartment Overall perfect for families. I moved in with a baby they had a dedicated play area for kids to play including slide, variety of toys, etc. Best location for Goldman Sachs employees.

    Living at City Creek Landing has been a wonderful experience. Amber is the best Property Manager that a resident could hope for. She is very kind, responsive to any immediate needs, and always finding new ways to help residents feel cared for. Logan does a wonderful job of attending to issues and the Maintenance Team of Caleb and Thomas are truly the best in the business! They keep this place in great shape and make sure any apartment appliance issues are resolved very quickly! I am so happy with the staff and it is a big reason I stay here.

    Parking

    So far, so good, had a little trouble finding my designated parking area but besides, that were in the move is almost complete. Went to the grocery store and thought that I would have to trudge up the stairs with all the bags but on P2 there was a small shopping cart. That was amazing. It was like a gift out of nowhere to help me move my groceries from my car to my apartment. It’s the little things that matter and Logan at the leasing office has been exceptional.

    Absolutely loved living here. The location is obviously a premium being right in the heart of downtown. Everything was extremely well maintained and cared for. While living here they upgraded the washer/dryer and dishwasher in all of the units. It's nice to see updates continuously made. The property manager, Amber, was a delight. There are always homeless people right outside the south building's doorstep, but they are not disruptive or intrusive. There are virtually zero noise concerns: the retractable roof is extremely quiet when opening/closing. Very uncommonly you'll hear construction going on inside the mall, but only during reasonable hours. Property management frequently communicates with tenants about potential concerns like parking maintenance or downtown events like Pride or street closures. They were doing a ton of renovations when I moved in, but it appeared as though they had completed most of their work. Literally no real cons to mention: I'm confident anyone would love it here.

    City Creek Landing is one of the greatest places to live! The commute to anywhere in the city is perfect considering it's right downtown and close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for any social bug. The property has been updated to a more modern look inside and out. The new amenities on the property are a huge plus with a space for private parties. I definitely recommend living here. Amber is so great to work with and has constantly been our champion through the construction, transients, and staff changes.

    Aside from the location and physical apartment quality, I’d like to point out how great a job the property management team does at City Creek Apartments. Amber and Danica, are incredibly responsive and were able to resolve my issues quickly and with a smile (even though I’m sure I asked a lot of them). The prices and utility inclusions make these apartments a steal given their location. Only drawback would be the in/out of City Creeks parking garage as a resident with a car/parking.
