We had a pretty crazy move in time but Erin and her assistant were great at taking care of us during the time guided us to make sure our move in was smooth and simple it’s been about a month now and things have been great we love the area it’s so peaceful and quite and so close to so many shops and restaurants

The team here has been very pleasant and kind to work with along with the maintenance team, every time I’ve got a work order the head maintenance guy takes care of it super quickly, if I’ve had issues or concerns with neighbors Erin & Erik have been super helpful nothing but great things.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The place was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which made a huge difference. It was also very quiet, even with the convenient central location. Fun weekly treats and TV and relaxation rooms. The apartment is super accessible, with easy parking and close to everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Great value, comfortable, and hassle-free. We’ll be back next year for the winter.

We rented a place here at Regis Square in December. I must say that the entire process has been close to perfect. The facilities are clean, it smells good and the lady in the office is excellent and accommodating. Glad we’re here.

It has been a great experience living here. The move-in process went smoothly. The staff are friendly and responsive. Any maintenance have been taken care of in a timely manner. Regius Square is pet-friendly as well which we have loved.

We love living at Regius Square. The staff are helpfull. If we have a mantenance problem the crew is right on it. The apartment is comfortable and the residents are mindful if others making it a quiet, peaceful place to live.

My wife and I moved in about 2 months ago, and we can’t say enough great things about the staff, apartment, and experience so far. The managers and team here are so kind, genuinely want to help when you need it, and very responsive. The maintenance team is awesome too and super quick/professional. We have lived at a few apartments around the country and Regius is by far the best. Couldn’t recommend Regius enough!

Very helpful and courtesous staff! We found a new apartment that totally meets our needs. Excellent maintenance staff. Regius has numerous features that most places do not have (coffee bar, dog bath area, bicycle area, gymnasium workout area, underground parking, etc.) We are very happy here!

We needed a comfortable place close to Huntsman. We found it in Regius Square! Our unit is spacious and modern. The Regius staff is so helpful and accommodating. The common area is bright and the coffee selection is excellent. We will be coming back here if we need to come back to SLC for an extended period of time!

Regius Square is a great place to live. The local cafes (Publik and 1st Street Cafe) are outstanding, and very close. The SLC airport, U of U and downtown are all easily within reach. What has been the icing on the cake is how lovely the building management team are, and that they work hard to put on events where we can meet our neighbors and create a sense of community here. I'd recommend a move here, for sure.

Regius Square is a gorgeous, new, upscale property, with outstanding amenities. It is in a fantastic location, close to the UofU Hospital and the Avenues. The only thing that really outshines the complex, is the property management staff. Kori and Mikey went above and beyond on every level, and in every step of the process. After driving 7 hours from out of state to make my SLC move, the initial property I intended to rent, fell through. After a brief moment of panic, I showed up at Kori's office (end of day) where she displayed incredible compassion, kindness, and professionalism. Kori and Mikey worked flawlessly together to produce a turnaround time that was nothing short of a miracle. Mikey was patient and attentive to what I was most looking for in the property, and had incredible follow-up throughout the process. Kori and Mikey were both a pure joy to work with. It is such a relief knowing that the property I live in is so well managed. Thank you Kori and Mikey for your exceptional hard work. Truly, the best property managers I have experienced.

I had a tour with Kori the manager, Super sweet woman. The building Is beautiful the apartments are well designed. Lots of space, close to the UofU and the avenues. I highly recommend living here.
