    This has been a lovely experience for the past year. Due to personal reasons, we have had to move away and we am sorry to leave the staff at Palladio Apartments behind. From the beginning, Riley Maher helped with all the paperwork and getting set up on the computer portal. Evelyn Sanchez in reception was always happy to oblige my idiosyncrasies. Lilian Castellan and Marcelo Garcia keep the whole property neat, clean and in working order. We loved having a gym and a hot tub open all year round, and a swimming pool anytime that is not winter. The location is central to downtown Salt Lake City and public transportation is close by and readily available. We met as business contacts, but parted as friends.

    I am not a resident of Palladio, however I regularly get packages delivered here due to having a similar address. As a property manager myself, I have to give kudos to the onsite team for their kind and prompt assistance. I called the office to see if any arrangements could be made to retrieve my packages, and Riley (I believe that is her name!) was incredibly attentive, and made arrangements for me to get my package that was needed. She even took the courtesy to call me today to follow up to make sure I got what I needed. I have to give props where they are deserved. 10/10 customer service! Thank you!

    Evelyn was an outstanding leasing agent to work with. She showed me multiple units, took the time to thoroughly explain the leasing process and pricing, and was always helpful every time I called with questions. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience, and thanks to her, I ended up in a better unit than I originally planned. I really appreciated her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine effort to make sure I found the right place.     Enjoyed our time here - was affordable at move in & increased over time. 2bedroom 2bath is cozy with small closets. Wonderful patio to watch the sunset & planes fly into SLC. View of all fireworks, too! Apartment living is noisy downtown. The walls are thin & end units do get chilly in the winter. Maintenance staff were great - no issues. Mgmt staff changed during our time here. Hallways smelled at times of smoke, trash or dampness. Elevator had issues consistently so you get your steps in - literally. Minor issues with parking garage spot being assigned then given to someone else. Resolved by moving to another building garage space. Issues with noisy upstairs neighbors - parties, music, kids, treadmill. Minor issues with door decor walking off along with packages. Resolved with package concierge lockers. Close to the Gateway & City Creek.

    I came looking to tour these apartments and their guy, I think his name was Marcus. Asian guy with glasses, did a really great job at breaking everything down and simplifying all the costs that I’ll be seeing on a month to month basis. My lease at my other spot isn’t done until August but come then, I’ll definitely be moving in 🤞🏽

    I’ve lived here for two years now and I love it. My apt has all new appliances and new cabinets and flooring one of the reason why I said yes! Prices are decent compared to many other places here in downtown. The staff has always been great. Any attention my apt needed it was resolved that Day or shortly after. They have a tennis court a small dog park and the pool perfect for the summer. I highly recommend Palladio to anyone looking in downtown

    We have been living here for 2 years and we have no complaints. The administrative staff Nataly, Marcus and Riley are very friendly and the maintenance staff Lily and Mr. Maciel are very attentive and help with any repairs in my apartment. It is a safe place and in a very good location.

    I’ve lived here for almost two years, and these are really great apartments at reasonable prices. They have nice amenities like a pool and a tennis court, which is hard to find downtown.     Like with any apartment in the heart of downtown. It has its problems. in the almost 2 years I have lived here I have loved the experience. you are walking distance from everything. maintenance is very kind and super timely. At least since I have been here Management hasn’t been hesitant to help me at all from finding lost packages to understanding life happens sometimes when things go wrong. I really appreciate this building hope to be here another year.

    Management staff very friendly & courteous, maintenance crew quick to respond & friendly as well. Walking distance from everything you need, no car necessary, if you do need to get out of the valley, train is only two blocks. Building materials a bit cheap, but if you intend to live w/gentleness & excellence, all is swell. Whatever is wrong, I truly believe you can turn water in wine, make gold out of any shabbiness if your heart belongs to Christ. Nothing/none of us are perfect, but God is. This place will indeed be what you decide to make it, great team

    Being one of the longest staying residents at the pallido, I have been here going on 14 years; I would not renew my contract for residency each year if I did not think this was an outstanding place to live. It is an extremely great place . Not only do they have clean, affordable and secure apartments, and the staff is kind and courteous.

    I loved the location and we were on the top floor with beautiful vaulted ceilings and it was overall just a beautiful apartment. The apartment was very overpriced compared to what I am use to coming from a small town. 1550 a month for a 2 bedroom but that was okay because it was in downtown salt lake city. That is actually the cheaper end of the cost in this area. We expected the high price and that was fine. Management seemed well and everything seemed great. Maintenance took forever to get to use but i'd say that's fine because the place is so big. Managment made sure when I turned in my keys I was happy and that we had a good experience.     I’ve lived here over a year. Palladio is the perfect downtown apartment complex. Minutes walk away from any restaurant/bar imaginable. Fantastic views of the skyline and mountains. Completely remodeled interiors. The pool/landscaping is great. Office/maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. Thanks for making living in SLC enjoyable.
