I didn't end up signing a lease here due to my personal situation, but Natalie was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire application process. Even when I told her I couldn't move in because of the distance from my school, she was so understanding and even recommended other apartments with better accessibility! If I had a car, I definitely would have stayed here. The appliances were brand new and the apartment itself was spotless!

I’ve lived here for a year, and it’s been a good experience. The manager, Natalie, is great and gets things taken care of. When there have been maintenance issues with the elevator or parking garage lifts, they get resolved quickly. My neighbors are chill. The units are nice and have pretty good views on the upper floors. The internet is very stable when working from home (slow bandwidth for downloads, but oh well). Overall, not much to complain about.

I highly recommend living at theCharli. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL (yes, ALL of them- floor to ceiling windows, finished concrete gas stoves...) - they're beyond reasonable for their pricing, the utilities and amenities are always working, and if something goes wrong it is ALWAYS fixed in a timely manner. I can't tell you how many work orders I have put in where the problem is fixed day of, and when things take longer, the team communicates with you every step of the way. as someone who has lived in apartments for a long time all over the country, hands down I can say this is team cares more about its tenants than any other place I have lived in. It's unreal the amount of support, courtesy, and care they show each and every one of us. I have to shout out Natalie and Justin from the maintenance team here at thecharli. thank you for making me feel at home here, I am so grateful for you all!

I've been here a couple months now and it's been nothing but great. Clean common areas, apartment + appliances are nice, some fun spots in the neighborhood and close to trax + highway access. All of the staff have been very friendly. Overall great spot!

Love living at the Charli, quiet, convenient location, appliances are all brand new and good quality, maintenance and property manager are super responsive and friendly! The building is beautiful and the 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and well laid out with a walkthrough closet from bedroom to bathroom. Great!

Moved here from a a different apartment complex in Salt Lake about 6 months ago and my experience at The Charli has been amazing. Jon the property manager is so responsive and you can tell really does care for everyone that lives here. Never have had such a positive experience with property management until living at The Charli.

I just renewed my lease for another year. I love The Charli. For months before I moved in, I knew it's where I wanted to be. The location and area is great and convenient. Jon, the manager, is amazing and great to work with. The maintenance team always gets my maintenance requests done the next business day. I love the view. If I had a magic wand, I'd add a pool, hot tub, and gym somehow... but everything else that's great about The Charli outweighs the lack of those things. I love it here!

I have lived at the Charli, for almost a year. I have only had to submit one maintenance request, and they immediately responded and fixed the issue. I am a certified building inspector and can attest to the quality of the construction. I rarely hear my neighbors, and everyone is friendly, (but not too friendly :) Managment is awesome, down to earth, present and professional.

The Charli apartments are BEAUTIFUL! the studios are truly breathtaking and such a steal for almost 900sf is about $2k! Truly lovely property with the cutest backstory (used to be a chocolate factory!) and the whole thing really comes together with the manager Jon who is truly wonderful at his job. Heck we wanted to sign for an apartment almost immediately because we liked him so much! The Charli is a diamond in the rough and anyone should snag up the opportunity to live here if they get the chance!

Jon is great! I am a previous tenant and had a package delivered to my old address on accident. I called the management office and Jon was a dream to work with! He tracked down the package and stayed in contact with me. Would be a lovely onsite manager to work with :)

John the property manager was fantastic and very helpful. Couldn’t have done it without him. ☺️😊😇

We absolutely loved TheCHARLI (and Jon)! With its modern design, amazing amenities, kind staff, and cool look and feel of each unit, it truly didn’t feel like a regular apartment building. Although we didn’t end up choosing living here, it came as a close second and we will hopefully get the opportunity to live here sometime in the next few years! Jon specifically made us want to live there - he was simply the best.

The Charli has been such a lovely place to live! The apartments are modern and have a very clean aesthetic, you are walking distance to tons of fun places downtown, the highway access is very close so you can make it to the mountains incredibly fast, and the management here is AMAZING. I would choose this place over and over again!

Quiet. Clean. Prompt manager/maintenance service. Did I mention dog friendly? Even if you're not a pet owner you can appreciate how The Charli maintains the common areas. Adjacent to a neighborhood that's being revitalized, your place will become the meet-up spot for all events! The views from your balcony are Instagram ready!

Jon, the manager, is great to work with. The lofts are really cool looking with nice finishes and appliances. The sound transmission at the common walls with my neighbors was lacking.

Its been mamy years since I lived in an apartment complex but I also knew exactly what I wanted. The Charli checked all the boxes. Smaller complex, industrial vibes, parking garage, and to my surprise, almost no sound transfer between units. Bonus points to Jon the community manager! Made the move super easy and has a great personality. Awesome experience so far!

I’ve been renting at The Charli for 4 months now - their loft layout is amazing! Big open space with exposed ceiling to highlight the candy factory these lofts were originally which is such a cool touch. Parking garage with electric parking options, elevator, rooftop area with fire pits, BBQ, and community events to meet neighbors. Our primary leasing contact, Jon is who I worked with to rent this space - he is awesome, has remembered my name ever since, and is THE BEST to work with if I have any questions. Would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking to move downtown SLC!

The Charli has been amazing for me and my husband, so beautiful, modern, functional, and an awesome location, and we were sad when we decided to leave due to a growing family! The Charli management team has been incredibly helpful through the entire process of our living here. They are always willing to help out with anything we need and have been very responsive with helping us fix anything we need around the apartment. We love living in such a beautiful space with such kind and positive management.

Nice unique apartments in the old candy factory in an up and coming area. Layout was well done, and felt spacious. Limited amenities compared to other places for the price. Jon was amazing and kind, he showed me around and provided a great tour.

I love the monthly activities and community that is established at theCharli. If you're looking to move to downtown SLC, I highly recommend checking out theCharli and speaking with Jon.

Lovely apartments with a generally great location. Lived here for 1.5 years and thought the management team were very reasonable and easy to work with/generally responsive. While this apartment complex lacks slightly in amenities the staff do have monthly events that help you meet neighbors and the finishes are great, not to mention new modern appliances. Jon from the management team has been particularly helpful throughout my tenor and if I ever move back to Utah I’d consider the Charli as a place residence again.

The staff is great and friendly. Rent is a little high but overall, it's great for my senior dog and no complaints after living here for 4 months.
