I really enjoyed my tour with Honorato! The apartments available were just above of what I can afford right now but I'm glad I got to see them. I'm only writing this to say thank you to Honorato. From the bottom of my heart, I was I was having a bad day and his energy was high and so positive that it made me so happy! Even though I might not lease here, I will recommend this place to everyone I know because he deserves that and more. 10/10.

We came in and got treated so nice fair and friendly "Jamel" was such a professional and answered any and all questions and helped us with everything now we're in a beautiful place we love it give that man an award or raise.....

Living at this apartment has honestly been a great experience. The amenities are awesome, the pool and hot tub are easily some of the best around, and the golf simulator is such a fun bonus you don’t usually find at apartments. The property is always kept clean and the atmosphere here feels very social and welcoming. I’ve actually made a lot of good friends living here, which says a lot about the community. One of the biggest reasons my experience has been so positive is the staff, especially Honorato. He has always been incredibly patient, professional, and helpful anytime I’ve needed anything. No matter how busy things are, he takes the time to help residents out and make sure concerns are handled. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people who live here, and that kind of customer service makes a huge difference. It’s rare to find a place with great amenities AND staff that truly make residents feel valued. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable community to live in.

We have been living here for 3 months and have had a very good experience so far. The apartment is usually clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff are extremely helpful. Nato was especially helpful during the lease-signing process. Since we do not have an SSN, we had to pay a larger deposit, but other than that, everything went smoothly and there were no other issues. Overall, we are happy living here and appreciate the support we received.

My boyfriend just moved in here and he wanted me to write a review for him. He wanted to give a big shoutout to Honorato. He is the reason why he chose Encore over all the other properties we toured together. His customer service was outstanding and he shows that he truly cares. Quick and honest responses throughout all the conversations that were had.

I lived at Encore for about 1.5 years. The pool, hot tub, and gym were nice and maintenance issues were resolved quickly. Honorato (leasing manager) was also friendly. I probably would have given the apartment 5 stars if ownership/management wasn’t out to take every dollar they can. A few examples: First, they have not only refused to return my security deposit but have tried to charge me hundreds of dollars in “damages” for a few nail holes, supposed carpet damage from ordinary furniture sitting in my bedroom, and random incorrect charges like 3 months of trash removal and other utilities. I’ve never not gotten 100% of my security deposit back at any apartment I’ve ever lived in. When I emailed them asking about what the charges were, requesting an accounting of utilities paid, and explaining that ordinary wear and tear cannot be charged to the tenant (including the nail holes and carpet - citing law from both the federal government and the Utah Supreme Court), the building gave me a $160 credit with no explanation of what the remaining charges were based on. They have refused to respond to any of my follow up emails or return my security deposit. Another friend who lived there the year prior had similar issues with being charged hundreds of dollars in false damages and not returning her security deposit. Second, the quoted monthly price online does not include ~$150 in mandatory non-utility hidden fees, including building smart system and trash removal. I asked if I could forgo any of these and was told no. Third, near the end of my original 12-month lease, I wanted to renew for 4.5 months to make the timing work with my out-of-state move. With minimal notice (less than required under the lease), they tried to increase the rent by more than 250% so the rent for the 4.5 months would be more than signing a full 12 month lease. After significant back and forth, they agreed to lower the absurd rent increase to a more than 25% increase. Ultimately, while the building itself is nice, the management’s handling of fees, rent increases, and security deposits make it difficult to recommend living here.

Guys! We couldn't end up moving to Encore b/c of logistical/ timing reasons only, but we still wanted to leave a review about our experience leading up to this! We worked with Honorato, who was exceptional! He was in CONSTANT communication every time we reached out to him and he made us feel like Encore is where we want to settle down. To be honest, we shopped around and toured about 15 different apartment complexes and he was one of the ONLY people from all the places, that was EXCELLENT at communicating!! Thank you to Honorato!!

Encore offers everything you could ask for in an apartment complex and more. I have lived here 2 years and just signed another lease because of how much I love it here. Each month, they plan fun events for the residents and it has enabled me to make so many great friends and connections. Whether you like chill out by the pool or practice your golf skills in the simulator, there is something for everybody here. There are a lot of options of places to live in downtown Salt Lake, but none of which provide an experience anything like Encore! Nato in the office is the best and makes sure to keep all of the residents happy.

Honestly got the best service from the start, with nato. He was willing to go out of his way to fit all my expectations and requirements. Also have been loving the gym that comes with it. Overall great place to be in all and all.

Choosing Encore was the best decision! Everyone in the office is so nice especially Nato. He was so helpful and answered any questions we had. The amenities are amazing and the resident events are a lot of fun. Taco night is the best resident event. It’s great to devour tacos and to get to meet your neighbors. I am so looking forward to the next one! My favorite part of Encore is the dog wash station here. Many of the neighbors have dogs/cats so we all have a shared love for pets. I am so happy to have a place here at Encore. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a quiet home!

Cindy & Honorato were real professional, always there to help even in the most difficult times. Highly recommended and grateful for everything they did to make the experience rewarding.

Update: I'm amending this after getting my final account statement. My original deposit was $500. After paying for the final building utilities, $100 pet cleaning (we didn't have a pet), and two line items that say "2 Bedroom" (why were there two? One was $360 and the other was $175), we were charged over $900, which means we need to pay over $400 extra when we move out. If the pet cleaning were removed and ignoring the utilities, the final charges would still be higher than our deposit. None of these charges were ever communicated as part of the move-out process. (Granted, I didn't ask, but I feel like I shouldn't have to ask for this kind of thing.) Kinda a bummer, and worth being aware of. When I tried to contact the office over phone, I was never able to reach them. I have always had a hard time reaching the office over phone, but it wasn't a huge problem when I lived there and could pop down when I needed it. Also, according to the per day amounts on my final account statement, the mandatory building utilities are going to run somewhere around $136 per month, give or take since I don't know if the per day amounts change from month to month. That amount is not included in the rent price. I stand by my original review - it's a great place to live - but these surprises deserve an addendum. Original review: Great management, great maintenance. Most maintenance requests are addressed within a day. Don't sleep on the heated pool, it sounds gimmicky, but it's actually really nice. Cozy apartments. Overall, great place to live.

Got my son an apartment here at Encore while he studies at the University of Utah, and everything went absolutely perfect. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the leasing manager, Nato. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made sure all our questions were answered. It's a great place for students, and we feel confident knowing our son is in a safe, well-managed community. Highly recommend!

I can truly say that I love living at Encore. I feel safe here and the residents here make it also enjoyable. I've made many friends living here! The management team takes care of all the amenities daily and always keep them clean! My favorite part is how close it is to Trader Joe's and the light rail station. I can walk to everything! The views are pretty gnarly too from my place!!

The golf simulator is such a cool bonus! Never thought I’d have something like that where I live. It’s been a great way to unwind after work. Big shoutout to Nato — he’s the best manager, always friendly and ready to help. Great experience living here!

Moved in 3 weeks ago and I LOVE this place! It’s so peaceful & always clean here. Management is AMAZING always on top of answering all our questions in a timely manner. Nato was who first assisted us and made our move in so smooth answering all our questions. Aaron is also so nice and very welcoming when you have questions. And the receptionist is also always answering my questions in a timely manner! The gym gets cleaned like everyday so it’s spotless and fresh in there!

Lived at Encore for little over a year. The only reason I left is because I bought a place, otherwise I would have stayed for longer. Management is great. They are quick to respond and patient with all questions and concerns. They cultivate a great community and actually care about their residents. Can’t say the same for other places I lived at. Apartments are nice and all public spaces are cleaned frequently and kept in great condition. Highly recommend renting here.

We’ve lived at Encore for 4 years now, and overall love it here. There have been very mixed experiences with previous property managements over the years, but cannot speak highly enough of the current team, especially Erin! Work orders are always checked out by the next day, communication is super clear if anything is out of the ordinary, and hosting friends at our place is the best. Would recommend living here to anyone!

Will be moving into the apartment building in the beginning of March. The Encore leasing office has been nothing but fantastic in helping me get set up for move in and answering any questions I may have. Special shoutout to Jasmine as well as she was very responsive and kind to my many requests. Give her a raise!

My roommate and I have lived here for just short of two years and we absolutely love it. It was a little bit of a rocky start with the lack of care from the original leasing office staff, but luckily the ownership group changed to Styl Residential. Ever since Styl took over, things have been on the up and up. The building itself is incredible with some of the nicest apartments I have had the pleasure to live in, but also the amenities and cleanliness of the building. The Styl leasing office staff is incredible and truly has great care for all of their residents. The maintenance team that Styl brought in are not only great at their job, but they are great people. Before Styl took over, the building was not nearly as clean as well as many of the amenities, such as the pool, were always out of order. With the past management company, I didn’t have great things to say about Encore other than our apartment was incredible, but now I have nothing but good things to say about the building as a whole. I would highly recommend Encore as a wonderful place to live in Salt Lake City to anybody who is looking for a great building, incredible staff, solid location, and wonderful amenities.

The entire staff is knowledgeable and works hard to make this feel like home to their residents. It’s perfect for downtown living and so close to everything with many amenities for every personality. I can’t express enough on how thankful I am to this team and my home. Classy, clean, quiet and affordable downtown living.

Very nice apartment complex, the staff is very friendly and if you need maintenance, they fix everything quickly. It's cool they allow you to reserve the room by the pool, which is perfect for a get together.

I had a maintenance issue occur after-hours and over a holiday weekend. I was feeling slightly distressed and reached out to a staff member of the Encore team. She immediately responded and reassured me she would help in anyway possible. Shortly after a maintenance team member arrived at my apartment and worked tirelessly to fix my issue. The amount of attention, care, and support I received made me feel safe and not alone. I am always so grateful for the Encore community and this is one of the many reasons I love living at Encore.

We just have a few months living in Encore, I have no more to say, that great things about management. They are always helpful, with a great attitude and customer service. I'd like to share my experience with maintenance, as you know as a tennar always is a headache, however, Encore maintenance  are always willing to help. They always  respond very quicky, even it is an emergency late night. My husband and I love the amenities, the hot tub and the great BBQ area with a lively view are our favorite. We have been in a couple buildings is downtown and there is no like encore building We love living here!!!

I am not a resident yet. I did come in for a tour and all i can say is all the staff had such a great attitude. After my tour ended i stayed an extra 20 minutes in the office having a great conversation with them. The tour was clean and the hallways where huge. I came to tour to see if this is something i would love to move into in October and they won me over.

Really love staying at this complex - management is very friendly and extremely responsive to maintenance requests and other needs. The amenities are well maintained including a beautiful pool and hot tub available year-round. Location can't be beat in terms of convenience and proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Highly recommend this place. The location is very central and the staff is super friendly and caring especially Nahomi. She always makes sure your requests are completed and goes that extra mile for the residents. If you see her at the leasing office she would be more than happy to assist you with anything.

We’ve had a mostly very positive experience living at Encore for the past 2.5 years. The units are very nice with beautiful fixtures and big windows. We lived on the East side of the building which gave us nice light and a view of the mountains. There is a bit of a street noise on that side but the double pane windows filter most of it out, and it never bothered us. Our only noise complaints were when the people above us had parties with loud music (pre-COVID) and even then, it was pretty muffled. The maintenance team (Andy especially) is also exceptional and so friendly! We did have a couple issues with management giving us conflicting information and being rude and unprofessional during our time there. However they do have high turnover in the office—pretty standard for a big management company—so those people are likely not there anymore. Finally, I will mention that there are a lot of dogs in the building. We have a reactive dog, so this was stressful for us. If you have a dog who doesn’t love other dogs, or if you’re not a dog-lover yourself, it may not be a good fit

I took a tour at Encore with the wonderful Rachel, and I must say it is a beautiful property. They’ve got every amenity that one would need including a very well put together fitness center. I am very pleased!

I've lived in Encore Apartments for 5 months now and the experience has been amazing. The staff (especially Amanda) are incredibly responsive and helpful and the facilities can't be beat. From the 5 star gym/fitness class room to the M-F garbage and recycling service you will not regret moving here!

Breaking a lease and moving is never an easy decision or option. During the move out process, there was a miscommunication made by the previous business manager before Madison was hired. In what could have been a prolonged and drawn out dispute, Madison looked at the situation very openly and helped us through the rest of the process. I could not have been happier with the way she took the high road and worked through it. Definitely someone I would want to work with again.

The layout of the apartments are beautiful, the elevators, hallways, pool etc. are always clean, and it is in an incredible location. I also really like the management, each member of that team is kind and they are very willing to work with you and help you in any way they can. Overall great living experience.

I have never lived at a location with such great amenities! Who needs to go to a golf course when you have a simulator at your home?! The location is second to none, and the wonderful staff sealed the deal on my decision to make Encore my new home!

It is rare that we receive such professional and quick replies to our inquiries for rental verifications. Not with the team at Encore! They were quick to get back to us, and we thank you kindly for supporting our industry. It was nice to feel that others within our industry are looking out for one another as we all should be!

From the central location in downtown and fantastic amenities to the responsive staff, Encore apartments knocks it out of the park. The pool has amazing views and the fitness center is well equipped for any workout. Amanda was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions about the apartment as well as the surrounding areas in downtown.

After touring 15 (yes, fifteen!) other apartment communities while moving to SLC, I saw Encore while driving and decided to pull over and give it a chance. It was love at first sight - I signed a lease shortly thereafter and have been happy with my decision ever since. Here's why; 1 - I was given a tour of the community by Amanda Roberts. At that point in my apartment hunt I thought I had seen it all, but Amanda had a unique approach that was informative, friendly, comforting and extraordinarily helpful. She went WAY above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment with the view and layout that I wanted. Since moving in, she has remained one of the most positive things about living at Encore. I can't speak highly enough about her! 2 - The amenities are clean, updated, and accommodating. Having a heated pool and spa open year-round is absolutely incredible for long, cold Utah winters. The gym is well-equipped and never too busy. The parking garage is well-lit, clean, and spacious - I've never had to search for a spot near the elevator or worry about all the "good" spots being taken. 3 - The apartments are clean, modern, spacious and well-equipped. I absolutely love being able to say "Alexa, goodbye" when I leave in the morning and let her turn off the lights, turn down the A/C, and lock the front door for me without having to lift a finger. The kitchen is very large and has a tremendous amount of cabinet and counter space. The bathtubs are deep and have built-in shelves for toiletries and a headrest/armrests for long baths. The airy balconies are perfect for enjoying the tremendous mountain and city views available at Encore. 4 - The location is excellent, with easy walkability to several grocery and convenience stores, casual and upscale restaurants and bars, the Trolley Square shopping mall, and much more. The Trax station across the street offers unparalleled access to downtown, the airport, Sugar House, and more within minutes. The cross-streets are surprisingly quiet despite being major routes for transportation, and the sidewalks are well-lit and safe for walking at night. If you're considering staying at Encore, trust my recommendation and stop by for a tour. If you're not impressed by the stellar views, spacious and well-appointed apartments, resort-style amenities and top-notch staff, you'll need a lot of luck finding better elsewhere.

My company placed me here in one of the corporate apartments. I had a great experience, it was modern, very clean, and safe. Even though I was only here for a month I almost called this place home I enjoyed it here so much. It's a great location and close to everything downtown. Would definitely recommend this place. The office team was very responsive and kind as well.

I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND ENCORE! My husband and I moved into Encore apartments in SLC last weekend and we absolutely love our apartment. We moved from California and I wasn't even able to see the apartments in person before we moved. I did a lot of research and spoke to many, many apartment complexes before I decided on Encore. Kara answered a million questions and gave my husband a last minute tour while he was in SLC for a meeting, and Brady did several Facetime tours with me and walked all over the complex so I could get a feel for what it would be like. On our move-in day, our leasing agent Brady made the entire process extremely easy and smooth. Jay was also able to get us a storage unit on our apartment floor after we realized we brought too much stuff. Everyone at Encore has gone above and beyond to make this move so easy. Our apartment is gorgeous and my husband and I are obsessed. The entire facility is spotlessly clean and we are very happy with our decision to live at Encore!
