The Revival

I have not moved into The Revival yet, but the application process has been very simple and smooth so far! The staff has been extremely helpful over the phone and has always been quick to return my calls and answer any questions I have. They have made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I am excited to move in!

I have rented from the revival apartments since it opened and I have great appreciation for the staff and how the building is kept safe and nice. All of the community and apartment features function without problems. The staff are easy to get a hold of or talk to. Just this week I had a very minor maintenance request and Robert took care of it because he wanted to make sure all of Clients/renters we’re taking care of. Celina, the property manager, always asks if there’s anything she could do to make life here better.

The staff is amazing,The apartments are so cute, Living in the heart of salt lake is so fun. They have lots of great amenities, And everyone living here is super nice and friendly. Great place to live overall.

Still a new resident but so impressed. Had three smaller maintenance issues that I found after moving in. Very simple process to submit them and they were fixed the same day. Also, the staff here are great! Doing everything needed to make it a great resident experience.

I love living here I’ve lived here from the beginning. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, theirs maintenance that happens with apartments but they’re always great about upkeep and these things are common with buildings as they start to age. The staff is amazing super kind namely Celina and Robert in maintenance, she always waves and smiles when I pass by! Any maintenance requests I’ve had here were handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live and some personality with staff, it’s not like my old apartment where the office were like robots and had no emotion. It’s feels like a family and I plan to renew again!

I’ve been at the Revival for almost a year. The management team is friendly and efficient. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally. I love the fact that it’s not a gigantic apartment complex that feels impersonal and cold. I find this to be a friendly neighborhood with easy-going residents. There is a club next-door. It can be a bit loud in the summer, but I don’t mind. It is something to consider. The amenities are nice, clean and in good condition. The spa had to have some parts replaced, but that’s par for the course with any apartment complex. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

I had an excellent experience moving into The Revival, and a big part of that was thanks to the property manager, Celina. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, patient, and welcoming. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire move-in process, including all costs, so there were no surprises. The tour was detailed and informative, and she made sure all of my questions were answered clearly. Celina truly made the transition into my new home smooth and stress-free.

Celina does a wonderful job onboarding and the entire staff is attentive and helpful. Everything was straightforward, transparent, priced fairly and well done.

I absolutely love this apartment! The space is warm, charming, and feels like home right away. The office staff is amazing—so friendly and helpful. They made the whole process super easy, and the tour was such a great experience. I knew right then it was the one!

My partner and I have been living at The Revival for about 18 months now/about since they opened. The start was a bit rocky with all of the finishing construction and odd onboarding, but the current staff is amazing and really makes it feel like home. Special shoutout to maintenance for being absolutely on top of things the past few months.

I have been in this place for about a year and a half now and it was great in the beginning. The hot tub was to die for, the gym was spacious, and the club room was great for events. Then they changed management at this location and we stopped having the monthly get togethers and the hot tub seems to always be broken and now its heater is out (which is fine in the summer) but it hasnt been cleaned in weeks and is gross. I am not saying dont move here I am just saying I moved here for a vibrant group of people and for some community. I had that then it went away.

Loved living here! Brooke and McCall made it feel like home. I only left for 7o2 to follow one of them… and a pool.

Celina is such an amazing help! Anytime I need anything, she is so quick to help me with my needs! 10 outta 10!

Full disclosure I don’t live here, but recently I’d taken a tour of the Revival, and the staff is so incredibly friendly! The office lady was bubbly kind and personable. The property is beautiful clean and very well maintained. Now the maintenance man! My oh my I think I’ll just have to move in! He’s strikingly handsome and is also very kind and polite. I definitely think that I would love the environment and will definitely be submitting and application! (Man that maintenance guy is hot)

Have been living here for a few months and everything has been wonderful. The leasing agent has been helpful with everything, and Kaleb in maintenance has been great at getting requests filled quickly!

The property has been through some personnel changes over the past year and they have selected great people to fill the roles.

Beautiful apartments in an amazing location in Salt Lake. The front desk, was helpful, responsive and charming.

I had several downtown apartment communities to choose from, but chose Revival. The team is fantastic, location is great, and the apartment was comfortable. Happy with my choice!

Awesome place to live, love the night life something that's new to me especially moving from northern Utah! The management is friendly & welcoming! Lived here for 4 months and it’s been great. Pricing is reasonable, I enjoy atmosphere, amenities, and neighbors. Definitely do not regret.

This place was really awesome, we got a tour from McCall, she was really friendly and answered all of our questions. We have a family of three and have been scouting the area for a place our kid would love but also encompass me and my wife’s lifestyle. We loved this property, it is in our budget and marked all of the boxes for us. Highly recommend taking a tour here. I love this property! I toured with McCall and she is incredible! She's fun yet professional, good sense of humor and knowledgeable. She took me on the best tour I've had in the past 12-15 properties which is saying something because I love Kade at Post District. The girls seem to attract really cool and nice residents and they're smoking hot!! The aesthetic is really cool, classy while being warm and inviting. The clubroom is awesome and has plenty to do in it, the gym has most of what you need, the patio is huge and would make a great hangout spot and there is a hydromassage chair! Not exactly sure what's going on in the lounge but it has potential. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move in!

The Revival is an elegant new property with a fun ambiance. The two leasing women, Brooke and McCall, are very professional but also friendly and caring. They go out of their way to ensure your living experience is top notch and fit to each individual standard. The property is brand new, meaning you will be the first person in the unit. The community is full of fun and friendly people that make being around the area welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!

I recently moved into this new apartment complex and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I first inquired about leasing, Brooke and McCall have been incredibly helpful and attentive. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to their organization and efficiency. Mark, the maintenance guy is a true professional. I had a small leak coming from under the sink when I first moved in. I sent a maintenance request and Mark showed up first thing next morning and took care of it. It just turned out that a pipe just needed a little tightening which Mark was very happy to fix. The amenities in this building are very nice and clean. The gym here is one of the better ones I've had in all the places I've rented from. There's two pelotons, TVs, community speakers, free weights, squat rack, and more! The patio is really pretty at night and the hot tub is huge! One of the things I love most about living here is the sense of community that management is trying to create despite being a new building with an ever-growing population of residents. They regularly host monthly events in the lounge and common areas, providing opportunities for all residents to socialize and have fun together. It's great to see the effort they're putting into making this not just a place to live, but a true community. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live with excellent management and a welcoming atmosphere. It's also brand new so very clean!

Revival Apartments has seriously been an amazing location to live at. With the location being perfectly placed downtown, I’m able to enjoy all of the best features downtown SLC has to offer. Perfect walking distances to all of the best locations, food, etc.. not to mention the amenities that has to offer. Brooke and McCall stand out as exemplary individuals, always eager to extend a helping hand. If you’re looking for that classy, yet modern style place to live, this is the place.

I recently made The Revival Apartments my new home and couldn't be happier with my choice. It feels like I've stumbled into a hidden gem. The amenities are top-notch, but what truly sets The Revival apart, is the sense of community by both residents and staff. McCall and Brooke are absolute stars, and always willing to help. If you're looking for more than just walls and a roof The Revival is where you belong.
