Special shoutout to Kade as well as Kiarra and other members of the leasing team — Kade has been so friendly and diligent from the start to be helpful and answer many questions over many emails. Kiarra gave us a second tour and was patient in our decision for picking a floor-plan. This team is wonderful and the community is beautiful! So excited to move here.

Moving to Salt Lake City from the South was honestly intimidating for me because hospitality and kindness matter so much where I come from… but Post District has genuinely felt like home. The maintenance team here is unbelievable. Gio is literally an angel. Every single time I’ve had an issue… hot water, AC, lockouts (even when it was completely user error on my end 😅) he has shown up within minutes, even after hours, with a smile on his face and never leaves until the issue is fully resolved. Not once has he made me feel judged or like a burden. That kind of patience and care is rare. Jada and Hailey are also absolute sweethearts. They are so bubbly, responsive, welcoming, and kind. The entire staff here carries such a warm, southern-style hospitality mindset that means more to me than they probably realize. Ryan and Kade are always opening doors, offering to help carry boxes, and just genuinely looking out for residents whenever they see an opportunity to help. Michelle truly seems like the heart of the entire property, keeping everything together and making this place feel like a community instead of just an apartment complex. I can honestly say this is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The staff here doesn’t just “do their jobs.” They make people feel cared for, and that’s something really special. 🤍

Been here for nearly 4 years. It’s come a long way in terms of property maintenance, security, and commercial development. Parking is a glaring issue with residents, with commercial business given access to the garages. The leasing team is great. Kade & Ryan are a big reason why we continue to stay!

We had a great experience touring Post District Residences. The property was clean, modern, and had a great atmosphere. The amenities really stood out, and the location feels super convenient. Hailey was awesome to work with — very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour feel relaxed and welcoming. She answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable the entire time.

I was looking for an apartment and made an appointment on a day only ducks could love. Their staff sloshed thru the rain back and forth showing me apartment types for an hour. I found what I was looking for. But the apartment is the least of an amazing complex and community full of top tier amenities. Thanks for the tour and going the extra mile!

Love the post district . Location is perfect . Staff is really nice and helpful . Move in was extremely easy . The amenities are top tier for an apartment complex . Garage always has parking available . Apartments are modern and clean with nice appliances and plenty of space . Also very secure with latch app locks on every door and elevator .

It is an excellent place to live; it boasts a prime location, a fully equipped gym, green spaces, and nearby restaurants, as well as a café right in the lobby. It is an extremely safe place! It also features a beautiful swimming pool. My husband and I have been living here for nearly a year, and we absolutely love it. I would like to thank Kade for always helping us out; he is an excellent person who does his job wonderfully and is always willing to listen to us and answer all our questions. My husband and I don't speak much English, yet Kade is always ready to assist us—even if we need to rely on a translator. A huge shout-out to Kade for making our stay at Post District Residences so much easier and more enjoyable!

Writing a new review to reflect recent updates with management. Lived here for about a year and a half or so. It's not entirely perfect of an experience (I really wish the internet package wasn't mandatory to be paid by all residents so 5G Home Internet options can be used if residents want, but that's common with a lot of SLC places so I won't harp too much on that, more of a wish list item). My overall complaint, under old management, was that communication was scarce, situations reported went silenced and unchecked, creating a uncomfortable living experience. Recently this has taken a much better turn for the better! Since the new management team with Michelle took over earlier this year, you can tell there is a much more sincere effort to communicate with residents, listen to feedback, and handle situations quickly and with the urgency required (each situation is different of course). My wife and I were having some serious issues that needed to be addressed a few months ago. Michelle took the time to listen to our concerns, act quickly to fix the situation, and communicated with us clearly along the way what was going on and what to expect. For us, little things like that, better communication and giving us time to hear our concerns, go a long way with us to build trust with management and feel heard. That's something we can't say under the old team with Tiffany at the helm, so credit where credit is due to Michelle! Other than this, the experience definitely warms on you over time. Having a gym as large as the one on site is a major perk. The office space in the South building is super convenient and great for long work sessions or meetings. Parking is significantly better (at least in my experience), with the recent policy changes limiting guest parking to 3 hours, balancing the needs of guest parking and resident parking. Maintenance gets a good thumbs up as well! With Seth leading maintenance, tickets are closed quickly with good service and friendly staff. Overall it has improved drastically! Management changes have improved the overall experience for the better. Small things like better communication/organization and handling of issues have improved our outlook of the complex as a whole significantly. Making the area feel more like home, and a more enjoyable time!

My fiancé and I have been residents here for 3 years now and we love living here! The staff is friendly and the amenities are amazing. We love our apartment unit and it’s also an amazing location with close proximity to Central 9th area, Granary, the farmers market, downtown, and the freeway.

Michelle has been incredibly helpful throughout my entire moving process. I recently relocated from out of state to Salt Lake City, and moving into the Post District was a seamless experience thanks to her and the leasing team. At the beginning of my move-in, I did encounter a small discrepancy. However, it was addressed immediately with genuine care and consideration. Michelle handled the situation with professionalism and empathy, and the team went above and beyond to make things right, even offering several incentives due to the complication. Now that I’ve been living at the Post District for nearly three months, I can confidently say it is one of the safest, most amenity-filled, and vibrant communities I’ve experienced. The management and leasing team truly make this place special. Michelle, you rock!

The lady (sorry her name escapes me) that gave my wife the tour of the complex was very professional, and listened to our what we would need in an apartment. The Post is a beautiful property and we look forward to leasing an apartment here.

I’m now in my second year living at Post District, and I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible staff who make this community feel like home. First, the building cleaning crew and maintenance team are consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. I’ve had several brief conversations with them over the past year, and they are truly hardworking, genuine people who don’t probably always receive the recognition they deserve. Just the other day, a maintenance technician stopped by to quickly replace the batteries in my door lock. What could have been a routine visit turned into such a pleasant conversation about his family while he worked. It’s those small, human moments that really stand out. I also want to recognize Kade, who has been my leasing agent from the very beginning. This dude is next level. He made my move-in and paperwork process seamless, and since then, he has continued to go above and beyond to ensure my experience at Post District remains positive. It’s clear I’m not the only resident who feels this way and waits to work with Kade. Kade leads with compassion, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset. He also seems to shows up every day with a smile and a genuine desire to resolve concerns thoughtfully and efficiently. I truly cannot speak highly enough about the care and professionalism he brings to his role. Thankful for all he has supported me with while I have lived here. Finally, I want to share a recent experience that really speaks to the level of leadership here. Last Friday evening, just minutes before the leasing office closed, I realized I had locked my phone in my apartment and didn’t have my door code memorized. I went down to the office and knocked, hoping someone might still be there. The new property manager, Michelle, could have easily wrapped up her day and headed home after a long week but she didn’t. She came to the door, listened to my situation, and without hesitation walked me back up to my apartment to help me get inside. That level of care meant the world to me. What made the moment even more meaningful is that years ago, I ran a housing program for unhoused youth and young adults. Michelle just happen to be the property manager at a complex that partnered with our program, supporting those young people in securing stable housing. Many properties were hesitant to participate, but she stepped up. It’s clear her character hasn’t changed. She continues to lead with integrity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping others. The kindness and professionalism of the leadership clearly trickle down to the entire team. Post District is more than just a place to live, it’s a community supported by truly exceptional people. I’m grateful to call it home.

Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here. The gym is one of the best apartment gyms I’ve seen, the year-round heated outdoor pools are a great amenity, and the location has easy access to great bars and restaurants. I also want to acknowledge the team — Christopher, Emma, Kade, and Shane have been professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate my time here and would recommend the community.

we have been living here for the past 6 months and have loved it so far! our leasing agent kade is always super helpful and quick to answer any questions we have. the amenities here are also the nicest we’ve seen downtown. it is also close to a lot of stuff downtown and only a 15 min drive to the university. could not recommend this place more!

Overall our time at the Post District has been pretty awesome! There have been a few irritations along the way but overall I would still recommend living here. Pros: The amenities are expansive and pretty nice. Kade at the front desk is incredible, super helpful and friendly. He definitely deserves a raise and promotion because he has been a constant value during our time here! They have been very responsive to issues and do their best to maintain the building. Cons: Since they have opened more retail space, the parking has been less than ideal. There have been multiple times where we have had no place to park due to retail parking or valet, even though we are paying to have a spot. It seems like they are listening to our concerns and trying to address this issue but it's been frustrating in the interim. They have gone through three different rounds of management in the one year we have been here. The electric car parking has been 60-90% broken during the entire year. We have lived here, which is problematic when you own two electric vehicles.

The leasing office has consistently come to my rescue when I've accidentally locked myself out, and they've organized fantastic events. The amenities are wonderful and impeccably managed, making life here even more enjoyable. Additionally, the maintenance team is always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues I’ve had. I’d definitely love to continue to live here!

I’ve had an excellent experience living here. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and professional—requests are handled quickly and thoroughly, which really makes a difference day to day. I also want to specifically recognize Cade, who is an outstanding leasing agent. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. From the leasing process through move-out, communication has been clear and easy thanks to him. Overall, this has been a very well-run community, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place where management and maintenance truly show up for their residents.

Rented a one bedroom apartment for a year and had a great time living in this complex. The building is quite new, and the staffs are awesome. High speed fiber internet, well-equipped gym, a communal "garden" area with hammocks to get some sunshine, and a gas grill. It also has a few nice restaurants within walking distance if you don't feel like cooking. If this apartment complex has any room for improvement, that would be the parking management and the behaviors of a small portion of its residents. In terms of parking, the residents have to share spots (if they don't have assigned parking) with restaurant customers who are also using the garage. The lack of parking space can get annoying on Friday and Saturday nights. Hopefully, the management team figure out some sort of compromise in the future to prioritize parking for the residents. In terms of the behavior of residents, I'm specifically referring to trash disposal. Some people will leave large trash items in the trash room instead of taking them to the basement dumpster or toss things like potting dirt or silicone caulk down the trash chute without properly sealing the bag. This often caused the trash chute of the entire building to go out of commission and make it hard for the maintenance people to deal with. Perhaps the managment could come up with some guidelines and methods to monitor this type of behavior (intentionally damaging communal property).

I truly love living at Post District—it’s such a welcoming and uplifting community. The on-site restaurants offer a great variety of cuisines and price ranges, which makes it so easy (and fun!) to grab a bite without having to go far. I also really appreciate how secure the building feels. The controlled access, well-lit common areas, and attentive staff all contribute to a strong sense of safety and comfort. It’s a wonderful feeling to come home and know you’re in a place where you can truly relax. I looked at several places before moving here, and I can honestly say I couldn’t have made a better choice. Living at Post District has been such a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful to call it home.

I happily signed a new lease at The Post District and couldn’t be more excited to continue living here. I moved in last October and absolutely loved it—it feels like living in a resort. When I first moved in, maintenance was a bit slow and there were some issues with fire alarms, but since the new maintenance manager came on board, things have been excellent. Service tickets are now handled quickly, often by the next business day. For example, my bathroom sink faucet came loose recently and was fixed the next day. Another time, my door battery needed to be replaced, which was resolved immediately. The leasing office has always provided fantastic service; whenever I’ve had a concern, it was resolved quickly. The amenities are top-notch, and the community keeps growing with more commercial businesses moving in, which makes the neighborhood even more fun. One thing to note is that there are a lot of dogs here. If you’re allergic to dogs, this may not be your place. While most owners do a great job, a few don’t clean up after their pets, and I’d love to see more accountability around that. That said, I also believe it’s on us as residents to step up, report issues, and have conversations when needed—we’re all adults, and this is how we keep the community strong. Overall, I give The Post District five out of five stars. It’s a wonderful place to live, and I’m excited about the new things coming to the community.

*Update* I have lived here for a while now and transferred 3 times as my needs changed, it was the best decision to stay! Emma and Kade have always been good but now the whole staff is great! Tiffany keeps a much closer eye on things and we can see the change. Thanks for always keeping our needs in mind. It’s only getting better! I can’t wait to see what the next phase adds. Love the new restaurants and how much life has been added! This is an high end property, well designed exterior and interior. I’m very pleased with the furniture that are placed in my apartment. The location of Post District apartments is convenient located in downtown and as well close to freeway, which gives me the opportunity to drive quickly at my daily destinations. Staffing members are wonderful people, are always prompt to help and support when needed. I’m very satisfied with Post District apartment and the quality of the residency that they offer. Neighbors in the apartment are friendly and welcoming, it makes me feel like home! Great choice to rent and live in Post District. You have my 5 Stars! Thank you!
