Crescent Apartments

Moved here all the way from Virginia. Saw this place online and thought it was decent. Went to visit in person and it was better than expected. Jess was very open and knowledgeable about the property, shared her preferences about each building including the views of mountains and lighting. This place is a hidden gem, the process is easy, Jess was very helpful and friendly. I’m glad to call this place home!!

Jessica has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She’s been so kind, professional, and incredibly responsive every step of the way. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, and always took the time to show me every layout to make sure I was completely happy with the choice I made.

Jessica was fantastic in accommodating me and being patient with all my questions, as I had a lot. She showed me different variants of the types of apartments to get a feeling of which color/layout I liked best. Very quick and easy tour, and moving in options are very flexible. Buildings are very clean, nice, and have no building issues in the sense of paint issues/other physical issues. Fantastic option for those looking to move soon.

Was looking for a short term rental(6-months) and was unable to find a place that didn’t have insane short term rental fees due, not Crescent Apartments, when I went to go check it out, I was honestly shocked at what you get for the price of rent. Jessica as been insanely helpful during the application process and worked with me until I was approved

While this is a new property, nothing about the application, tour or leasing process seem one bit disorganized. Jessica was more than happy to answer all my questions, provide me with information on all unit types and made me feel at home long before even being approved! I never once felt like burden, and more like a welcomed friend. The modern community layouts provided me with exactly what I need to live but also have layouts for people in all stages of life. If you're considering a new start, Crescent is the PLACE to be!

Tour, application, and approval was all seamless. Jessica is great and communicates through the whole process, making it stress free. Very modern community with a perfect layout. Buildings are sleek with a lot of natural sunlight and space.

Jess has been great to work with, she's super friendly, quick to respond, and answered all of our questions. These townhomes have solid build quality with clean finishes and a layout that feels thoughtfully put together. Overall, it’s been a really good experience so far.

The Crescent Apartments are a fantastic find in Salt Lake City! The apartments are brand new and the quality you get for the price is unbeatable. The entire move-in process has been smooth, and Jessica in management was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting everything set up. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Jessica is probably one of the sweetest people I’ve met. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in. These condos are absolutely beautiful. I have nothing but great things to say about management here and the condos itself! 💕

We’ve had a great experience with Crescent Townhomes so far. Their team has been incredibly helpful in setting up a tour and very accommodating when we needed to reschedule. They took the time to show us the model townhome and clearly explained which units were currently available, which made the process much easier. We are now in the application process, and everything has been very smooth and organized. They’ve been prompt in sending all the necessary paperwork and clear about next steps. Jess has been especially great throughout the process—responsive, kind, and very helpful. We’ve really appreciated the positive experience so far!
