    Lo que mas me gusta es la amabilidad con la que te atienden en la.oficina y la facilidad para arreglar cualquier problema la managuer monica ,wadil y jazmin muy amables y respetuosos como el demás personal. La renta no es como en Otros apartamentos que la suben cada año . Yo pago lo mismo de renta sin mas cargos ni problemas. Los apartamentos muy limpios, áreas limpias. Cualquier problema o duda en la oficina en el mismo momento la resuelven. Te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas y hacen que sea mas fácil y placentera tu estancia aqui. Estoy mas que fascinada. Se vive tranquilo y seguro.

    Proximity apartment homes have been the best place I’ve lived at. I’ve been here for two months already , maintenance has been good about replying back to my requests. My living situation is good, I love my modern home and the quality is has to offer. I thank Wadil for helping us make sure we found our apartment and made sure he answered all of our questions. I can’t wait for the pools to open my kids are exited , everybody here is kind and the staff are amazing and supper sweet. Thanks for your support and love you guys give. Proximity apartment homes are affordable and are very local to grocery stores and the freeway especially. I appreciate your help.

    Starting off in all honesty, I have been living in this apartment complex for 3 years now and from how it was back then, to how it is now, things have definitely improved. I have dealt with 2 other rental companies prior to Proximity/Avenue5 taking over and things have greatly improved. I love the account stability the team holds for the residents, as well as how quick they are to responding to issues. Back then I waited almost 2 months for my dishwasher to be fixed, where now I can submit a request, and they are out same day if possible, or next day. I love where this community is going under the new management. One thing that does keep it from being a 5-Star, is that the pool is not always open during the summer, and the Gym is not available until a later time. Due to work, I don’t get to access the gym, which sucks, but hopefully that’s something that may change in the future.

    I have been getting prepared to move in and the staff and managers have been super friendly and communicative. They have also been super helpful to answer any and all questions I’ve had. I love the way the apartments look and feel, and am excited to move in. The outside areas are super clean and are nice to have as well. The location of the apartments being so close to the freeway and bus stop is very continent.

    I can’t begin to state how awesome the staff at Proximity is. Hannah in the office made the application process a breeze, she’s always a delight, is beyond helpful and always kind. Everyone I’ve come in contact has been fantastic. Amazing move-in concessions, responsive maintenance 🧑‍🔧 people who go above and beyond, (Robert is awesome) convenient amenities—especially for the price—and a beautifully remodeled apartment for the price. We love it here, we love Kate and everyone else we’ve met. Even in hard times like during my surgery they have been wonderful. HIGHLY recommend Proximity for anyone who needs a no-malarkey application process and wants to get the most for their renting dollar.
