We just moved in here yesterday and Allison Hernandez made this process so smooth for us! She’s been nothing but helpful and on top of everything! These apartments are so beautiful and The two bedrooms have their own bathrooms and huge walk-in closets! You can control the temperature and unlock the doors from your phone. You don’t even have to take out your own trash because they have valet trash. The list just goes on! This is by far the nicest apartment complex we’ve ever stayed at and was one of the easiest processes when it came to moving in! I look forward to being a resident here and a long-term one at that! I highly recommend stopping your search and starting your application today here at affinity 56! I promise you won’t regret it. They have an animal spa, two pools one with a lazy river, and a nice park for your kids to play at. The gym has an area for kids so you can workout and bring your kids with you as well.

I really enjoy living here. I have been living here for 1 year with no problems. I did have an issue with my car being hit by the maintenance vehicle but the manager was very helpful in getting it fixed. She was always in contact with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend living here. 5 stars

Allyson supported our experience . We needed an We needed a bigger place. My daughter is almost two. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. It’s fairly quiet . The whole application process was easy . They made sure I could get what I want while it was still fitting in my budget. I’m very pleased with my experience! I’d recommend affinity to anybody!

I want to say many things. First off. I'm grateful for this location. My family loves it here. We love the new management NXT property management. I'm sure the owners are very happy. Next off I want to say how wonderful it is with Karla. She puts you in a great deal of time and effort for her community. Love the staff there too. Very welcoming. Also want to acknowledge maintenance. Now I know and heard a great deal of good and also seen how open and honest and nice that Eric the manager for maintenance is. He has a great smart crew. I'm very proud of this location. Eric takes a lot of time to take care of issues and make it comfortable and nice to live here. He cares for his crew and I hear he communicates very well with them. I love the trails and the open areas. Our neighbors are pretty nice too.

Love living here you can go on a nice walk around our complex, very quiet outside. The apartment unit (2BD 2BA) is very spacious I love the kitchen space and living room in between the 2 rooms. Walk in closets are definitely a plus. The location of our apartment complex is worth it! Just around the corner you have smiths, maverick & now new food places all within walking distance. Going on 2 years with this apartment complex!

Toured with Allyson the other day and she was amazing to work with. She was professional and took the time to show each aspect of the community that I didn’t even know about. I recently went in for a tour and I have to say Allyson was a huge help!! She was super nice and I felt very welcomed . Very nice community as well I can’t wait to continue to work with her and get settled in!

La señorita claudia was the best helping on everything I need it love her.

I mean, let’s be real, nowhere is perfect. Not everyone will always be happy. However, these apartments are very nice, I enjoy the location and love the gym(though I wish we could get all the tvs working again in there) the clubhouse is great and is a nice spot to relax or kill some time with a game of pool. I like that they have two dog parks and enjoy the walking trail along the property.

Had a last minute move in, and Angel R. was great! Made it easy and fast. He was very kind and professional, definitely would recommend talking to him if you’re looking to move!

I had a great walk-in tour at Affinity 56 apartments. Yulissa was incredibly helpful and was able answer all my questions in detail. They have a good amount of various amenities, including a unique lazy river in the pool, as well as amenities for your little ones (fur babies, and actual babies alike). I like some of the smaller interior touches they have like open shelving above the sink and built-ins in the walk-in closets. They're also proactive in improving the community with programs like parking passes and pool wristbands, making it more enjoyable for everyone.

I love this place! Brianna was so awesome in helping me get an apartment and sign a lease. The process was very efficient and simple. The amenities are really nice too.

Office people are great at customer service, maintenance people are always trying to get the request done ASAP, everyone is always happy to help with people’s needs and very professional at what they do, they have always accommodated my needs and it has been a great experience to live in this apartment complex!!

Affinity 56 has been one of the nicest apartments I have lived at, moving out here from Las Vegas without even seeing them I wasn’t sure what it would be like but I’m glad I chose to move my family here! I have lived here for almost three years now and haven’t had and real issues, it’s in a great location great views of the mountains, down the street from Jordan landing which has lots of shops and restaurants and a movie theater! They started a new parking permit system and it seems like there is a little more parking at night then there used to be which is amazing! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to live here !

Lived her for 2 years now and it’s been great the office staff are friendly and attentive to questions or concerns. The property is clean and well kept. Sometimes maintenance requests are slow to respond, but they are thorough and friendly as well.
