We have loved our time here and are so sad to go! We have lived here for close to half a decade and gone from a one bedroom to a three bedroom in that time. They have been nothing but kind and welcoming. They have the best get together and really put a value on making the community enjoyable.

Boulder Canyon is a real home and has real community. Staff is excellent and its like 10min from Jordan Landing. If you're looking to rent as a family or even as a single adult, theres place for you here

Moved here from across the country, during this unconventional process, the team was so helpful and accommodating. The staff here goes beyond the boundaries of their role to provide the best service to the residents.

Absolutely love living here! It’s so peaceful, and cozy. The way they run things is convenient and helps make the place run smoothly. The management is so helpful and on top of things. They really do care about their residences and making this a great place to live!

I decided to apply to Boulder Canyon because my parents have lived there for over eight years. They love living there and maintenance calls are always a priority for Boulder Canyon, My experience with Mirela was fantastic she was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had in a timely manner, she helped me step by step and applying was easy she made it a great experience for my first apartment, the application process was quick and easy I was approved with in 48 hours. Boulder Canyon has been my favorite apartments I have lived in. Management and maintenance are all so kind and efficient. The apartments are in good condition with nice floor plans. The location is excellent. 10/10 recommend

I've lived here for over a year and it's been great — excellent landscaping, a well-equipped gym, plenty of nearby stores, and fast maintenance. I recently ran into a billing issue but the assistant manager Mariela resolved it quickly. I highly recommend speaking with her; she's professional, efficient, and very helpful!

I’m currently on the search for my family and came across this property recommended by a friend and after since having a tour with Mirela I am truly impressed! I had so many questions and she was so patient and attentive to my accommodations. I appreciate her being able to show me different units especially with wanting a unit that has sunlight for my plants. love that there is a gym and play area for the kiddos and it seemed quiet. The pool is a plus and the units were clean. Thank you also for going over the application process as well and giving me some space to see if it feels like home.

My partner and I recently toured this apartment community, and we were so impressed! The assistant manager, Mirela Avdovic, showed us around was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable—truly one of the best leasing professionals we’ve met! The gym was spacious and well-equipped, and all the units we saw were spotless and beautifully maintained. We’re especially excited about the pool area—it looks amazing for relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience that definitely put this place at the top of our list for when our lease is up in March!

I have went there to check out an apartment the assistant manager (mirela) help me and they are really nice people very professional very clean, I loved the gym on it they have on it, definitely looking in to moving in there

Ive been looking around for an apartment for a while. I was shown a 1 bed with a den and a two bedroom. Both were very beautiful and spacious. They also have a really good fitness center with a stair-master. Overall very beautiful property and will definitely be coming back! The staff was very helpful i was given the tour by Emily, she was very helpful and attentive to every question I had and knowledgeable about the property and the amenities! Will definitely be recommending in the future!

I moved here in mid-October this year. The management has been great, especially considering my bad experience with loud neighbors in my previous apartment. They were very accommodating and allowed me to move to a third-floor apartment. Special thanks to Monica. However, my neighbors below me are also quite loud, even after quiet hours. I was able to speak with them, and they were kind enough to stop their music and running around midnight. While they don't speak English, I was able to explain quiet time rules in their language. Unfortunately, they were very loud again on Sunday night, as if they party every night. I suggest sending reminders to all neighbors (in different languages) about quiet hours and what they actually mean. The walls are very thin, and loud talking is just as disruptive as a loud speaker. Otherwise, my experience here has been great so far.

We love living here it's not what we expected on cost but it's a great neighborhood complex apartments to live in clean and friendly.

My family and I lived here for 7 years. Minus the extra electric bill, we thoroughly loved living here. Maintained well and always on top of maintenance issues. Very friendly office staff as well. The only reason we moved is to down size since we are empty nesters now.

Danielle is a wonderful member of the office staff, she really does the most to make sure her tenants needs are met and even offers storage outsourcing to all of Boulders tenants.

I truly appreciate the management staff and maintenance crew. They really take care of you and make moving as smooth as possible. Monica and Sean really care and want you happy in your home.

Frank was one of the maintenance gentlemen. He was awesome. He fixed everything that I needed and he was so gracious. Broca is the most incredible thoughtful attentive leasing agent and love her work ethic.

A really nice place to live! We were very comfortable here and office staff was very professional. Maintenance is always super fast at responding to service requests. Super pet friendly and the West Jordan trail is really close!

I really love the management at this place!!! The rent price is reasonable. The only thing that was a little bit annoying is having to pay for the cable bundle when we didn't have to use it. But other than that the place is great! The location, the friendliness of the people who work here, different fun activities. They really love dogs 🐕 ❤️ in here! I wish they had a local dog park too, but there is a big dog park nearby (about 5min drive). Oh, and the gym in this place is just superior quality. Clean, lots of different equipment, very well-lit with sun, especially in the morning. And also the floors are really good! I can barely hear neighbors, the place I stayed before had very loud footsteps. I was so glad to be on the 1st floor and don't hear the upstairs neighbors. Happy resident here! 🙂

I thought this place was great and I enjoyed my time here. The Leasing office and maintenance respond to issues quickly. If I were to fix one thing it would be the parking. There are not a lot of guest spots on the east side of the property, but I felt that was a minor issue. My apartment was quiet and I never had issues with security.

I have lived here for almost a year now, really nice and peaceful here. I love living here but it’s a bit pricey. After our lease renewal our rent will go up.

We have had nothing but a pleasant experience living here so far - moved in the end of September 2023. The staff is very friendly and responds in a timely manner with answers to questions. Even with the few very minor things that needed to be addressed, maintenance was quick to respond. In addition, the grounds are kept neat and clean, and the apartment itself is lovely. We are so glad that we chose to live here!

I love Brocca and the ladies in the leasing office and what the community has to offer. That is why I chose to move there.

Overall, decent place to live. You’ll run into all the usual issues you do living in a giant complex (noisy pot-smoking neighbors with dogs, pool going out of service every other day, and things in the apartment randomly breaking) But for the most part, the place was quiet and I didn’t have any major issues while living there. Ladies at the office are nice enough. They deal with idiots most the day so I can understand the sass at times. Got my move out report almost 3 weeks after moving out and another 2-4 weeks before my refund comes so don’t plan on seeing it soon after leaving.

******Update***** The unprofessional person I spoke to was not from on-site at Boulder Canyon. They are from the out of state property management company. I was able to speak to Danielle and the issue was resolved the following day. I should have gone directly to them in the 1st place. Thankyou Danielle for your timely response so everything could be resolved quickly. I had no problems when I lived here. This month will be a year since I left after 2 years. I didn't receive my deposit back, but assumed that it just covered damages. Little did I know I would later be hearing from Alendra who I spoke to on multiple occasions. I continued to follow up with her and she was supposed to be sending me a breakdown of charges to verify what i was being charged for, so I could get a payment arrangement set and avoid collections. I spoke to her June 26th and she said she hadn't received it, but would get it sent to me. Today I find out she sent it to collections. I called to ask her what was going on and she said she no longer could talk to me and I would need to work with collections. When asked why she told me she was sending me a breakdown and didnt follow through, she simply said, that was over a week ago and you need to work with collections. I'm very disappointed with how this all happened when I had outstanding payment history with these apartments and prior to today, would have recommended them to anyone.

Broca was amazing, we had been apartment hunting and found a few places that had everything we wanted. It was her customer service that made us choose this complex over the other ones. She was extremely helpful through the entire process of giving us information and the move in. We’ve been here for less than a week but the property has been clean and nice the whole time and every promise has been kept. Overall very happy with our choice, thank you again Broca!

We enjoy our continued stay here and we hope to be here for a long time. The staff and families here are very friendly. We enjoy the other amenities like the exercise room and appreciate having our dog with us.

Me and my boyfriend have lived here for a month so far and we love it! The apartment has been great, neighbors are not to loud and the pool area and gym are fairly nice. Every time I have spoke with management they have been very nice and super friendly! No complaints here!

We have been here for just over 3 months now and the community has remained upkept and very comfortable. The apartment is nicely updated and the community does offer nice amenities. The gym does not have Gold’s Standard equipment, but still has everything one needs to get a great workout in. The office staff is always super welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. Moving here from out of state, we’ve had plenty of talks with Broca about the area, UT, national parks and travel ideas and she’s always giving us great plans and has been incredible. The maintenance guys have always been right over to work on the apartment if something is needed. Frank especially has been super great to work with. Super nice and respectful of our space and all out good dude!

This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helped with every thing! They even had matinence come out and look at our washing machine when it made funny noises. They are always easy to find and talk to. Love living here

They we so fast and friendly with my cousin and I, they helped us with in 5 minutes and had all information need it to apply !! both representatives working there know what they are doing.

I moved here beginning of December, but didn't start living here until a few weeks later and just barely got my stuff from my storage unit delivered here last week, so I waited to submit a review. I've so far had a very positive experience. The office staff are very responsive and available, so that if I have a question or concern, I can call them or stop by during open hours and someone is always there. I've had the most contact with Savannah, and I appreciate that she follows up to make sure any issues are resolved. I had a couple of maintenance requests, and she called back to ask if they were being addressed and if there was anything else she could do. I was impressed by that extra follow-through and haven't seen that in other places. She was also very thorough in going through the leasing application process and what all the fees would be. I was a little annoyed reading the other reviews of people who complain about hidden fees. I see similar complaints written about just about any apartment complex, and at least here, I wonder if people are just not paying attention. At least here, you're given a sheet of paper with every single fee listed on there and she even wrote them down separately and added them together to the rent to let me know how much I'd be paying monthly. So anyone who complains about not knowing about the fees are either just not paying attention or not asking questions or something.... I'm also impressed with the maintenance staff. Upon moving in, I noticed that the top shelf of my lazy susan (the circular shelf where you can put pots and pans, etc) was broken and I asked if it could be fixed. When it couldn't be fixed on their initial visit, I was called by the maintenance manager (sorry, I'm bad with names) who apologized for the delay and explained that they'd have to order the part. It took a while for it to be fixed for that reason, but I was impressed with the follow-up phone calls, which I never experienced in other apartments. They finally just took the part out of a vacant apartment so they could fix my shelf quicker. Great communication and the maintenance staff who came into the apartment were also very friendly and cheerful. I also had a broken toilet flusher and it was fixed within 30 minutes of me mentioning it to the office and this was on a Saturday. On the unit itself, the apartment is kind of far away from everything, but is close to a lot of stores (including a Smiths and gas stations just across the intersection). It's very quiet here and there is a great view of the mountains (at least from my windows). If you're someone like me who cooks a lot, the only feature I don't like as much are the very narrow drawers and cabinets. The drawers are about 7 inches in width, for example, and the cabinets are just wide enough to fit the width of the dinner plates....so organizing my storage has been a bit of a challenge. Every other apartment I've lived in had more cabinet and drawer space than here. However, the counter space is large, and there is a decent sized pantry closet, so I'll make it work somehow. I also don't watch tv, but we're automatically charged for cable/internet, but that seems to be the norm for the newer apartments. Since I wanted a newer place, it is what it is. I still haven't activated the service yet, because I just barely got my furniture and am still moving in, and kind of wish we didn't have to be charged until we actually activated it, but maybe there's no way for the office to keep track of something like that. I haven't checked out the fitness center yet, but it looks large with many different types of machines. I look forward to using it when I am fully moved in (just barely got my furniture). Overall, it's been a good experience so far, and I'd recommend it.

Our experience in this apartment complex has been very gracious from the very beginning. I say this because of Anna, who is the Assistant Manager at the complex. She has been extremely helpful since day one. Boulder Canyon is lucky to have her! I'm positive she goes above and beyond her duties on a daily basis which speaks volumes in the way she represents Boulder Canyons. I'm very grateful for all that she does! Thank You!

I was working with them on a billing dispute and somehow I got sent to collections (which I think may have been a decision made by the parent company out of state somewhat arbitrarily). The Boulder Canyon staff were responsive after I raised the issue and helped me resolve it. While the old staff from a few years ago seemed to be disorganized and unhelpful, the current staff seems a lot more competent and engaged with the customers. I really appreciate the help that the current staff gave me.

Apartments are difficult for me to live in, I haven't had the best experience in the past. This apartment complex is different from my other experiences. This apartment complex has made the last six months easy for me. When there have been issues, someone has always come and fixed them promptly. The office staff, for how busy they are, are receptive and quick to resolve issues. They have worked with me on my lease extending when I needed an extra month, and I am very appreciative and grateful for them helping me out. They are good people. I work in commercial real estate. This is one of the better management companies I've seen. They worked with me when I needed a place to stay fast after finding a carbon monoxide leak and sewer gas leak in my former townhome in South Jordan. They have been very accommodating, and are always very pleasant to me and helpful when I need it. It's difficult to know who to trust when renting. I personally feel that I am in good, caring hands, with this management team. Thank you!

Mi tiempo en Boulder Canyon, ha sido maravilloso, es un gran lugar para vivir, el proceso de aplicación es rápido y sencillo, sobre el servicio en Invierno el personal del condominio limpia rápidamente la nieve, en verano la piscina está abierta y el area de esta muy limpia, en otoño mantienen todo el conjunto muy limpio y ordenado, el gimnasio está muy bien equipado, El personal de la oficina es muy atento y al reportar problemas en el apto lo vienen a reparar muy rápido, tengo cerca varias facilidades muy cerca que puedo ir caminando, supermercado, estación de servicio, barbería, pizzería, varias escuelas y zona comercial a 5mins. 100% recomendado. My time in Boulder Canyon has been wonderful, it's a great place to live, the application process is quick and easy, over the winter, the condo's staff quickly cleans the snow, in summer the pool is open and the it is very clean, in autumn they keep very clean and tidy the area, the gym is very well equipped, the office staff is very attentive and when I report problems in the apt they come to repair very fast, I have several facilities close by I can walk, supermarket, service station, barber shop, pizzeria, several schools and shopping area at 5mins. 100% recommended.

My family has been here for over 2 years. Some things were better the first year, but overall, this is a great place to live! The staff has been very helpful and understanding anytime there is a problem. If I could give half stars, I'd give a solid 4 1/2! We are happy to be part of the community.

The staff at Boulder Canyon are always nice and very helpful! My apartment has all new flooring and appliances, which I love!!! I take advantage of the amazing gym, and the hot tub during the winter months is nice. The area is very nice as well, it's close to Mountain View Highway, and stores. Overall I love love love living here!
