This is a beautiful property and we have loved our time here! Wanted to give a special thanks to Lexi and Sharon the property managers! I needed assistance today and they went above and beyond to help. They were kind and patient and answered all my questions! Would highly recommend this property.

If you get a chance to stay at ICO District Apartments, go for it. They've been awesome to work with. The District Service staff and office administrators are super quick and friendly with any problems. The facilities (like the gym, pool, hot tub, and playground) are always well-maintained. The complex feels really safe and is great for dogs and kids. Seriously, if you're looking for a place, apply. It's definitely a great value for what you pay.

Everyone here has done their best to try and make me feel welcome, at home, and that any issue will be resolved expeditiously! Couldn't ask for a better place to live, thank you to all the maintenance guys as well as the leasing team for always doing everything they can to get things handled properly!

Have lived here 4 years and have had zero issues. The ICO staff is excellent, special mention to the maintenance team who is always so fast in coming into fix something within 24 hours of reporting a problem, friendly and work so hard. Thank you guys! Happy to be here!

Lauren and Sharon have been very helpful. We had some issues with noise which the landlords have helped with. We are super happy we chose these apartments

Everything was great and nice grounds and nice staff was always helpful, and near the end we just had to move to be closer to family and help them out.

Ico is an incredible place to call home. Have never had a maitanace request that didn’t get fixed the same day. The grounds are very well kept. Very dog friendly. Our dog wants to go to the office every walk to see the front office crew!

I’ve lived here for over 5 years and I love it here. It’s clean, safe, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We love the pool and grills in the summer. The pool opens May 1st and closes on Sep 30th so it’s open much longer than most pools. It’s in a great location just a couple minutes away from loads of shops and restaurants. The maintenance staff reply to work orders super quickly.

It’s been nothing but great living here 😃 everyone in the office is extremely personable and kind, and are very attentive with everything. The maintenance crew is also great, never leaving a problem for more than 24 hours without a repair or a plan for one. 😃

Everyone in the complex is friendly, staffing and residents. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and groundskeepers keep the place looking fashionably desirable for upcoming tenants. I am pleased with the location for my commute to work

It’s very rare for me to write a review but my experience here has been so great that I have to. The cleanly kept grounds, the location, and the really nice apartment units make this a special place to call home. I want to give a shoutout to the amazing staff for all that you do. Thank you so much! I also want to give a special shoutout to Lexie. Any issues that I have had she has gone out of her way to take care of, even when she was not obligated to do so. Much appreciated! ICO District is definitely the place to be!

I absolutely love living here!! The amazing office staff the amazing grounds crew the amazing maintenance crew! WOW wow and again WOW! Every staff member always is so courteous and helpful! That is just the start! Add in the resort style swimming pool and hot tub along with the bbq grills and fire pit and the beautifully groomed grounds! Then top it off with large specious apartment units with amazing views of the mountains and state of the art security systems to keep you safe. Add the spacious garages and you might start to get a feel how fabulous ICO District is.

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here almost 3 years! The management and staff are so kind and very quick with repairs! One of them even carry treats for my puppy which makes her day! It is always clean, manicured, and a calm place to live! I am grateful I found this place! It truly feels like I’m staying at a resort!

Our experience at ICO District had been wonderful since 2019, but unfortunately, our satisfaction took a downturn about 6-7 months ago. The issue primarily stems from our upstairs neighbors, whose constant thumping on the ceiling disrupts our peace, day and night. We try to address the situation by leaving a friendly note at their doorstep with some cookies to politely remind them of our shared space. That didn't change anything. Woken up at nights - Resorting to tapping the ceiling with a broom as a signal only seemed to escalate matters, with the stomping from above growing even louder in response. It's disheartening to experience such disturbances, especially considering our initial satisfaction with ICO District. Maybe it's time for us to find a new place. Edit 06/28/2024 - Lexie, the manager, is helping us resolve the matter. Edit 08/18/2024 - Thank you ICO team for restoring our PEACE and QUITE at night times.

I've been here for about a month and I love it so far! I love how close it is to everything, including my job. My cat loves it!! I love it and the amenities. I hope to be here a long time. The office people and grounds people along with security are really nice as well! Maintenance and the office has helped me with any problem I've had. I'd haven't had any problems so far. I'd recommend my family and friends to live here if they were looking for a place!

George, Isaiah and the team really set this place apart and made it feel like home. They are professional, and caring. George is known for carrying dog treats as he works and he quickly became my dog’s favorite person. Thanks for all that you do!

(Updated March 2024) ICO District is a great place to live! I've lived here four years so far. The grounds and hallways are clean and well-maintained, the location is perfect, amenities are good, and I love some of the extra perks – for example, the ability to control my lights and thermostat with an app. When I take a walk I often see the maintenance crew out and about, picking up trash, changing air filters, and helping with various things. I put in a request this morning for some burnt-out lightbulbs and Omen came the same day to replace them. Izaiah and Gordon have also helped me with maintenance requests in the past. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I'm on the second floor and have a great view of the mountains and the Oquirrh Mountain Temple, which is another bonus. I recommend ICO District Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

Anya was welcoming and extremely helpful. She helped us through the while application process and we are extremely pleased with our nice new apt. Awesome experience!!!

We just moved in 3 months ago and love this place. It’s quiet, clean, and love to call this place home. ICO brings the apartment community together which I love. And it’s all ages friendly. Which makes anyone new feel welcomed and comfortable. The attention to details and or concerns is on point. We love they ask for feedback to make things better. And love their communication.

My partner and I have lived here for a couple of years, but we're moving because we're looking for a house. I loved the space we chose, my pup has met many friends, and besides a few good amenities, I'll miss seeing the maintenance men, OJ and Izaiah! They're the sweetest and get the job done fast! The only reason why I gave it 4/5 is that the property could have done better upkeep and management, such as: paying attention to illegal parking or being a bit more timely on repairs of external amenities. I appreciate community activities and thoroughly enjoy dog days at the pool.

So far the managers have been great resolving any issues that arise. And the maintenance crew fixing in a timely manner anything that is needed! Great Job

Fantastic staff and overall experience living here. Very pet-friendly. Our dog loves one of the staff members, George! He can always count on getting a treat every time we run into him.

I moved to ICO District in June 2020 and I am so happy that I did. I picked an apartment sight unseen because I was moving in from out of state in a hurry. The leasing managers helped me know exactly what I was getting, there were no surprises when I got here and the apartment was so clean. There were no issues with paperwork and getting started with the lease, it was all done online due to me being out of state. Vivint smart home package is included in a media package along with your internet and Direct TV (base version). The internet is very fast, I work from home and it has only gone out once or twice for about 3 hours. Very modern apartment in general and the kitchen is gorgeous. This is a very dog friendly community, they have a dog spa where you can bathe your dog which is a fantastic amenity. People are terrible about picking up their dog waste which of course isn't the apartments fault, but the maintenance staff cleans up after these lazy people. Speaking of maintenance, they respond so quickly to requests. I've had some be same day if I submit early enough in the day! During winter the snow and ice removal is great as well. I'm on the top floor and the vaulted ceilings are so great. Overall I love it here and have re-signed a lease for the 3rd time.

I’ve lived here over 8 years and it’s been a very nice community. The staff has been amazing and Maintance crew are always prompt and friendly and it’s kept up nicely.

We lived here for nearly 4 years and we regret moving away. Prompt maintenance, super clean, great location, and nice staff. Would recommend.

Super simple, quick move-in process. The grounds are very well kept, and so are the apartments. Everyone has been so helpful, especially McKay. McKay has overseen our application and move-in process, and has made himself available by text, phone, and email, in order to answer any questions we have via whatever communication medium we prefer. The grounds are surprisingly well kept, thanks to the dedication and hard work of a devoted groundskeeper. The apartment we moved from had a great deal of litter (because humans are gross, sometimes), but ICO is always well kept.

The customer service is awesome at ICO district. They are so fast to respond if you call in with a maintenance need.

We moved to ICO District a few months ago, and we are loving it. The neighbourhood is quiet, the apartment was clean when we moved in and the location is great. The managment is nice and professional, and here for everything that you need. 😊

My husband and I have lived here for a year now and are still residents. The staff from the management team to the maintenance/groundskeeper team are all so friendly and do an amazing job at keeping the property clean and beautiful. Job well done to the ICO District team!

My experience with the Ico District his been nothing short of outstanding. The staff there are extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. Kyndel and Alisa went out their way countless times during my process to ensure that I was satisfied. The community is clean and quiet, while also giving a sense of privacy.

We have moved quite a few times and dealt with plenty of properties and leasing management teams and the team at ICO is the best by far. Most importantly the property is very well maintained and the rooms are new and updated. The maintenance request are typically completed the day the request goes in (which is unheard of based on the previous places we have lived). And the management/leasing team is friendly and always able to help when needed. 10/10 live here and you will not be disappointed.

I was in a rush to find a place, and ICO staff more than accommodated my needs! They have excellent facilities, nice apartments with Vivint Smart Home, and clean areas! It was also a nice bonus getting a deal on the first month of rent! The ICO team absolutely rocked it!!

I’ve lived here for over 20 months and can finally give a honest review. I genuinely like living here. Front office people have always been super nice and helpful to me. A couple questions I had before I moved in were, how’s the internet, and can you hear the cars on bangerter. As far as internet goes, you get around 94 MBPS download, and 87 MBPS upload. You’re not going to download anything super quickly, but it is a steady connection. Since I’ve lived there, I can only remember there being 3 times where the Wi-Fi has been down without warning, pretty good imo. I would say yes you can somewhat sort of hear the cars at night when you’re going to bed, however, it only took me about 2 days to get used to it. The build quality is pretty good. I very rarely ever hear my neighbors, only if they are being obnoxiously loud. All in all, a great place to live in my opinion.

This is my second stay at ICO. The first and only place I applied to when I returned to SLC. Great staff! Friendly and very helpful. Love the amenities such as the pool and gym!

1st I can say gorgeous area, building, and units. 2nd the home advantage program with Ivery homes is ingenious!!!! Office staff is super friendly, informative and straight forward. We have been looking for new apartments for about a month and ICo was in our top5 choices. However I am rating 4 stars because this complex didn’t make our application list. We applied to 3 other complexes we toured. The reason we did not apply to ICO is they require you to pay for their media package on top of rent. (Awesome except we have our own WiFi, and don’t watch tv so we don’t need it) the media package is over 160$ a month and you’re not allowed to cancel, upgrade, or modify the package in anyway. We just couldn’t let our budget throw away 160+$ for something we would never use

Omen & Iziah were miracle workers in fixing our heater. Great maintenance staff. Give them raises! Best feature of the complex by far, amazing maintenance team.

A lovely location that’s close to a large amount of food options, grocery stores and and shopping centers. The staff is friendly and very polite. The rent is a bit higher than other locations but for how well kept the interior is, it’s a fairly competitive price.

The leasing agent did a great job at answering my questions while on the property tour, the property manager was very professional and personable! 2 thumbs up for the entire ICO District team!

The staff were great to work with to make our transition from Texas to Utah a great experience and the apartments are very nice and quiet.

ICO District has been a fantastic place to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful, our work orders were always completed very quickly and professionally, the grounds and facilities are kept up extremely well, and it's been a safe, quiet, pleasant place to live. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quality apartment with great amenities.

I lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this is by far the cleanest and well managed I’ve ever lived in!! They are strict but for a good reason. It’s gorgeous and well maintained. The maintenance crew comes lighting fast if we need something fixed and the office staff has been helpful. We love the dog park and amenities as well!

Great place to live. It’s actually the only apartment that I have renewed my lease. I love talking to Gorge (hopefully I spelled that right) he is probably my favorite employee. And my pups sure loves that he Always has treats for them

We have loved living here for the past 2 years! Everyone in the office is so nice! Izaiah and Gordon are great at literally anything maintenance. They fix any problem within just a few hours of reporting it. I don’t have to worry about anything here. We also love all the fun activities the leasing office puts on. ICO district is a GREAT place to live!

George is so sweet and helpful. It is always nice to wave to him in the mornings. Definitely some of the nicest apartment staff.

We enjoy living at the ICO District Apartments, our apartment has great views and it is nicely kept. The staff are always friendly and doing nice things for the people who are living here, they are genuine and legitimately care about the residents. The staff don't just act that way towards us, we've seen them act the same way towards other residents here at the apartments. For example some of the nice things they have done are Taco night, Bagels breakfast, Shamrock shakes, those are just a few of many things they do for the residents. The maintenance crew are always quick to respond. We love George, he is always friendly and waves and say hello to us and our kids. He always seems to have a treat in hands for our dogs. We would recommend the apartments to anyone.

We love living here! The area is so beautiful and accessible to shopping, food, The District, and so much more! The staff/office are so friendly and helpful and contribute to the pleasant experience of the residents. George is a wonderful example of what makes a place like this great… He is always friendly, and we see him working hard and also going out of his way to help people and make the best of his job and also helping make others experiences here at ICO district! ICO district apartments have so much to offer! My family of 4 fit into our two bedroom amazingly, It feels like a single level home the spacious floor plan of the (canyon) model has exceeded our expectations! The roominess is absolutely spectacular, we moved from an average two bedroom apartment and our new unit at ICO district almost looked empty and we have a lot of items!! So in terms of quality of the units and floor plans ICO district comes highly recommended by my family and myself! I must mention the management, from the showing of the model units, to the whole application process we were never lost on what was going on. Not only is the management professional, they truly care about their tenants and welcome you the safe and amazing ICO district community! I couldn’t thank management enough for making a stressful moving process so much less stressful. This is beyond apartment living, I believe it’s as close as you can get to feeling at home while apartment living! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable apartment w/ fantastic view of mountains. Weight room, hot tub, pool very handy and enjoyable. Apartment easily accessible to businesses, but far enough away from things to be usually relatively quiet. Safe area. Gordon and Izaiah keep all buldings and services running smoothly year around. George, groundskeeper, keeps area looking shiphape throughout the year. Alisa in front office very capable of ensuring all systems go year around.

so i moved out here about 6 months ago for dental school & i would recommend it to anyone! their maintenance is always on top of everything & the staff is always friendly! plus they have monthly treats & even an annual dog pool party!

Gordon and Isaiah (spelling?) are awesome maintenance guys and are always so polite and friendly when they come in to fix our stuff. Alyssa, the manager is super friendly and is always on top of getting back to me whenever I need something. The whole complex staff are pretty great and we’ve never had any problems living here since Summer of 21. Thanks a lot guys!

I've been living in Ico district for closing in on 1 year now. The apartments themselves are beautiful. They're clean and well maintained upon move in. All the appliances work great and the smart home system is a super nice touch. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They make things as easy to understand as possible. Mairon with the office staff has been exceedingly helpful with transferring apartments, helping us with our leases, etc. Gordon with maintenance has been incredible with fixing any issues we have. Anything from letting me back into my apartment when I lock myself out, to solving issues with my smart home and inspecting my apartment in order to approve a transfer. He is not only willing to help with anything and is prompt about it, but he actively seeks out problems to solve. He approached me himself in the office when I needed help and offered to help me out. Props to the whole team! This is definitely the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. 100/10 would reccomend

Beautiful apartment complex with gorgeous views year round (dawn and dusk times are magical to look out of your window). Very conveniently located near a highway, big retail, malls, restaurants and an IMAX megaplex! The complex amenities are all top class. A special shout out to all the office (Mairon, Alisa) and maintenance staff (especially Gordon and Isaiah) - always super prompt with helping you out in any situation. I love living here!

Staff are friendly and efficient. Any issues are addressed promptly. Apartments are clean, modern, and comfortable, and office staff are quick to help with any concerns.

This is the first and only apartment complex I have experienced. It has been a fantastic first experience! The staff are all friendly, respectful, and very responsive. Any maintenance issue we've ever had was resolved within a couple hours max. The admin staff are always trying to create a warm and welcoming living environment for residents. We couldn't be happier or more thankful for ICO District.

The office staff at ICO District are always super kind and accommodating. Any maintenance requests are quickly and efficiently take care of. The apartment is well appointed and the complex has a great homey vibe - from the regular community get togethers to the great pet amenities. Love that it's close to lots of food and shopping.
