Kam was my leasing office tour guide and she was absolutely incredible! She was very kind, polite, patient, and had an amazing upbringing and positive personality and she answered all my questions very efficiently! Just her positive vibes alone made me want to move into that apartment complex, she made me really feel like that apartment was a very special and comforting place to call home!❤️

My review is specifically directed towards the office staff/tour. I do not live here. Lynn in the office was great! I stopped in on my lunch break to look at the apartment complex and get pricing information. She was informative and concise, and was very considerate of my time limitation. She was able to get me everything I was wanting in under 20 minutes without feeling rushed. If this is any indication of how dealing with them as a tenant would be I'm very impressed.

My fiancé and I have lived at Ico Vista Station for just about 2 years now. From the start we have loved the community and our 1 bedroom apartment. Today we upgraded to the 3 bedroom apartment and it is incredible! Holly(who did a great job) helped us with the lease transfer which went seamlessly!

Best apartment I’ve ever had. I lived here for a year and a half and absolutely loved it. In fact I loved it so much—I’m looking forward and hope to come back as soon as I can. The management was great and always responsive. Maintenance was over the top. Amazing! If you put in a work order most of the time they would be knocking at your door within the hour to repair whatever was needed. The apartment I was in was a two bedroom two bath. The living and kitchen area were on the small side, but overall the apartment was well designed with plenty of room for All of my things. I enjoyed the Vivant smart home access and security. I always felt safe living here. Parking garage was nice but unfortunately other people sometimes don’t pick up after themselves, however maintenance always took care of it upon bringing it to attention. It is apartment living, so you should expect there will be sound from neighbors especially if they live above you and have children. The only issue I ever really had was an excessively noisy neighbor above me who moved in the last few months I was there. I do have to give it to management that they did all they could working with the neighbor, but in the end, it is very hard to control how hard people jump or walk or run across the floor. Unfortunately, the situation was really intolerable and this is the main reason I left. That said—I lived there for over a year and had no noise issues from the prior upstairs neighbors. So overall I believe the apartments are well insulated and built. There was rarely any sound from any neighbors beside me and almost always very peaceful and quiet at night. They have fun and tasty food trucks in the summer and fall once a week which is kind of nice If you don’t want to cook one night after work and try something new. They have an Amazon hub locker so your packages are secure. The gym was very nice and community center beautiful. If the community center had been open outside of office hours, I think I would’ve used it more often and enjoyed it more—so it would be great if they would consider installing and using a system where you swipe to gain access. When it came to move out management was very helpful in helping me understand exactly the process and what to expect. There were no surprises in my move out or fees—and they were very easy to work with . This really is a beautiful community And I would live here again!

Our office staffs are really nice and friendly. The maintenance comes so fast to fix our problems. I love this apartment so much!

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a little over a year now and every time I have needed something they have gone above and beyond to help me out. And I will say my requests tend to be on the unconventional and needy side 😭😂 I’m in a one bedroom that has such a wonderful layout with lots of storage and great unobstructed views. I have had very few maintenance requests but every time I do need something they’re there within an hour and able to fix anything and everything I have a question about. There are a huge perks in living here which include having the smart home as well as the Amazon hub that both Amazon UPS and FedEx all have access to use so your packages are always secure. The common hallways are often cleaned and maintained to make sure everyone’s homes remain nice! Management has always gone above and beyond to help me out and make me feel like a welcome member of their community

We love ICO Vista! The staff is incredible. We worked with Lynn in the leasing office and she made our experience so smooth and went above and beyond for us!! The complex is well taken care of, the amenities are high quality, and the maintenance crew is so on top of things. It’s been so different from other complexes we have lived at and we highly recommend this complex!

Moved in to ICO Vista Station Apartments six months ago. Overall, we’ve had a great experience. Great communication and quick response from everyone on the team! There’s a strong sense of community with quarterly events and contests, food trucks every Tuesday, pet of the month, etc. We’ve been happy here :)

Lynn has been so helpful to us, throughout our application process and moving in and after as well. She’s helped us with maintenance requests, mail problems, and even picked up my husband’s backpack when he left it behind! We really appreciate her, she’s an absolute gem.

I have lived at ICO Vista Station for nearly 3 years. I looked at 13 properties and chose IVO VS for the access to the JRT and the stunning view of both mountains and preserve. But I also chose it because of my agent.y agent at the time was Kayla, who went over and above helping me choose my apartment while was 3 states away. Through the years, I’ve seen staff move to other properties or take different life paths. Fortunately, our new staff, especially Deondre, Lynn and head of maintenance Shawn are on top of things. Put in the request, it’s done. Ask for info, it’s given. Offer a concern, I’m listened to. I feel safe here, the pool area is a great place to socialize, the gym is fairly well appointed, and then there is the JRT for running, rucking, cycling, etc. Deer watching is my favorite part of spring. It’s a great place to be.

Moved in this January to a beautifully designed Studio apartment! Thank you to Cera and the whole leasing staff for helping my dog and I find our new home :)

I have been here for a full month now and I absolutely love it here. My last rental had flooded and I was in the middle of a mess when I was touring new places to live in. This place immediately stood out and the leasing agent Lynn was incredibly supportive of me and my pets during that stressful time. She got us in quickly and safely! I was nervous about living in an apartment complex, but this place has been so quiet and peaceful, not to mention it feels very safe. It felt like home from the get-go. I get to live on the top floor with beautiful views of the Wasatch front with my senior dog thanks to elevators! And my dog loves the easy access to the Jordan River parkway. It's seriously the best blend of urban and outdoor access, and the location can't be beat. The convenient trash valet, smart home amenities, dimmable lights, granite counters and large windows make this place feel very luxurious. We love it here!

Wonderful workers and location

Lynn did an amazing job helping me transition from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. She goes above and beyond. D’Andre, Holly and the rest of the staff always step up to help out and the maintenance team is very responsive. The team is seriously good. Nice to see this day and age.

I recently moved into the property and one of the first things I noticed was how clean and fresh everything always is. The hallways are spotless, it always smells good, and even the guest amenities are well taken care of. When I moved into my apartment, it was so nice to walk into a clean, refreshing space that instantly felt welcoming. I actually reached out to the office to ask who was behind keeping everything in such great shape, and they told me it was Claudia. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize her, because even though some people might feel like their hard work goes unnoticed, it definitely doesn’t. I notice it every day, and I really appreciate it!

When searching for my apartment in the Wasatch Front, the choice became clear after touring ICO Vista Station. I had visited several other communities, but this one stood out immediately not just for its amenities, but for its sense of true community. The front office team, especially Holly and Dominic, are the heart of this place. They went above and beyond in every interaction, setting the gold standard for customer service. Dominic patiently toured me through the community multiple times, never rushing my decision and always making me feel welcome. Holly ensured every detail was perfect and truly made the move-in process seamless. Because of them, ICO Vista Station doesn’t just feel like an apartment complex it feels like home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care are what set this community apart from anywhere else I toured.

This is a nice place and the prices are good for the area. If we weren't moving we wouod have stayed. I had no issues here and the staff is friendly. Shout out to Dominic for answering our questions about the move out process and making it easy.

I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough. We moved in sight unseen and have absolutely loved it! The views are beautiful from every unit, the amenities are top-notch, everything is spotless, and it’s incredibly quiet, we’ve never heard a peep from our upstairs or next-door neighbors. It’s super pet-friendly too, which we love. Maintenance is lightning fast—shoutout to Shawn for being so thorough. Dominic and Lynn in the leasing office were amazing and made our move-in smooth and stress-free. Plus, parking is plentiful, which has been a huge bonus. Bonus: I’m forgetting his name but the guy who picks up recycling is SO NICE. The entire staff here has been nothing but great.

I waited about a month before writing this review so I could settle in and really experience the property—and I can confidently say I love it here! From the start, the team made our out-of-state move smooth and stress-free. Lynn was so responsive and helpful during the application process, answering all my questions quickly and kindly. When our move-in plans shifted last minute, Dominic went above and beyond—he stayed late to help us get into our apartment and was super helpful and communicative. Truly a lifesaver! Since moving in, Sean and the maintenance team have been amazing—friendly, quick to respond to requests, and always a pleasure to talk to. The property is clean, quiet, and feels very safe, and everyone I’ve interacted with here has been friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a community that genuinely cares. I'm reviewing as someone who was inquiring about openings at the apartments. They have awesome stuff here as I walked in hoping for a tour. There was a sign saying they were on a tour in would be back. To stuff in the minutes I waited came by and told me they had messaged staff to come help me with a tour. Lynn was who toured me and she was so helpful, informative, and quick to respond even though she had been out working on another task. On another note, this location is gorgeous and the layout and way they sitiated the buildings is perfect. It is backed ip to the Jordan River trail with the indoor common area as well as pool area open and facing that and the Oquirr (?) Mountains. Best layout for apartments I have seen out of many yet.

Ico Vista has been by far the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I moved in to the day I left, everything was consistently top-notch. The entire complex is always clean, smells fresh, and is beautifully maintained — you can tell they really care about the property. The welcome I received when I first arrived was so warm and kind, and that same level of hospitality continued all the way through to my move-out. The management team is amazing — truly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Maintenance was incredibly quick and efficient; any request I made was handled promptly and with care, making life here stress-free and enjoyable. Sadly, due to distance, I will be leaving — otherwise, I would absolutely stay. Ico Vista truly feels like home, and I’ll always be grateful for the time I spent here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to live

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and I can’t say enough great things about it! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the place was. The layout is perfect, with plenty of natural light, modern finishes, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the living area is comfortable and cozy. The location is fantastic—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it super convenient for getting around. The building itself is quiet, well-maintained, and secure. I also appreciated the prompt communication with the leasing office. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be recommending it to others and will happily return next time I’m in the area. A solid 5-star experience!

As a vendor, I love working with the staff at ICO Vista Station! They are very communicative and professional. DeAndre is the best! Beautiful property!

I wanted to give living at this place for a month before writing a review, and I've got to say that I am pleasantly surprised with how good this place constantly is. The apartment unit itself has a great floorplan design that feels more like a home than a standard box apartment, and you can tell that the building materials used throughout the complex are high quality. The gym is great, and you can typically have it all to yourself if you're working out at 10:00pm. Really nice views from the pool/hot tub area, and I've personally got great views from my unit. If you're looking for a place in Draper, I'd say give this place a visit. The front-office people are nice and were helpful in my experience. Price point is pretty much in-line with other apartments in town of the same quality. But what separates this place from the others is that you are right on the Jordan River Trail, in addition to the overall quality throughout the complex and the unit itself.

One of the better places I’ve gotten to live - the location is great, the staff keeps the place very clean and they handle maintenance requests in a timely manner. Only issue is the elevators have issues from time to time, but they fix those quickly too it’s just often enough to make a note.

I just signed a 12 month lease with ICO so I’ll update at the end of lease. But so far such excellent service. Cera worked diligently to go above & beyond to help me find the perfect unit within my budget and was very prompt and quick with responding to me in a timely manner and just a great personality and the interest she even showed to my fur baby mittens also made this an easy choice for me. Onya was so helpful in keeping me updated through the whole application process and so quick and eager to help. Deandre was so welcoming and friendly really helped me in my decision when deciding to go with ICO vista apartments due to the welcoming energy I felt from all the employees. And Colton the maintenance supervisor is so quick to respond to any questions/issues I might have regarding the apartment. Seriously this team has gone above and beyond helping my move in go as smooth as possible and i really appreciate the team work. And as for the apartment everything is working great and very beautiful place to live. 10/10 would recommend.

I moved my daughter from Houston to Utah. I had an apartment lined up and the trip laid out for a month before we started the drive. U-haul packed up and ready to start the 29 hour drive. We originally were going to sign the lease at Parkway Lofts in Orem because of the location being so close to UVU. The pictures online were amazing so I thought it was the perfect place for her. When we got there ready to move in, we took a tour of the apartment and property before signing the lease. Much to our disappointment, the place was a nightmare and completely disgusting. You could see the lack of care from the office staff and I knew my daughter could not live there. Now, we were in panic mode trying to find a new place last minute. Toured a few different properties but ICO Vista Station was where we knew we needed to be. The property and office staff were AMAZING!!! Candace and Ally were SO helpful. They knew that we were in a hurry to move in immediately since we had nowhere else to be, and did everything possible to make that happen. We didn’t finish the application process until almost closing time so they weren’t able to move us in that day (which is understandable). What normally can take 72 hours for the approval process, they worked very hard to help us complete the process and move in the very next day. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for us. They were so friendly and helped us every step of the way. The apartment is beautiful and you can tell they put the care and attention into the property. The smart home package is so nice. You can work the AC, Lights, door camera, and alarm all from your phone as well as the touch screen monitor right by the front door. You can also work the property doors and the garage from the app, which makes it so convenient. Kitchen is spacious and freezer comes with an ice maker. The area is beautiful and clean, and really makes me feel my daughter will be safe here on her own. I know that Candace and Ally will take care of my girl living alone across the country. They really gave me that piece of mind that I needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this property over any others. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. If you are looking for the perfect place to live, this is it!

I first moved here on February 19, 2021 into a two bedroom that I have truly enjoyed over the years. The staff and service provided is on the luxury level by making sure their residences are taken care of. Throughout the year they host various events and activities that bring the community here together and take time to get to know their residents instead of just being “that residence in C400”. At this time, I am transferring to a studio apartment in the other building here. The staff have been very helpful throughout this process as this move is not easy for me. I truly appreciate their compassion to treat me like an important member of this community. One of the many best things I love about this place is the view. You either have the eastern mountains to watch the sun rise or the beautiful western mountains with glorious sunsets. And the Jordan River Trail is steps away from the north parking lot if you want to go for a walk or ride your bike. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a luxury community.

A building can be absolutely fabulous, but it doesn’t matter at all without fantastic people working there. Fortunately, this place has both. Highly recommend.

I wanted to wait a few months after moving in before posting a review as I’ve had some experiences in the past where things go downhill quickly after move in.. I can confidently say, that is NOT the case here. Every single thing about this apartment complex is immaculate. It is incredibly clean, the staff is AMAZING, the residents are friendly and also very clean, the parking garage has very wide parking spaces and that is a plus nobody seems to think about until you have to. They hold resident nights frequently, I haven’t been to one yet but they always seem fun and creative. This place is truly mind blowing when it comes to quality. If you have an issue (my sink came loose) the maintenance are on it within 24 hours (for me it was one hour, AND at the end of the work day, they could have easily left me hanging till the next day but they stopped by at 5pm to fix it.) I have no complaints, which seems unreal. Keep in mind this is still an apartment so you’ll have the normal apartment living things (occasional dog bark or elevator issue) but it’s so rare that it doesn’t affect anything. I hope to stay here until I’m ready to buy. It is also incredibly safe, you have a front door camera and security system. All doors are locked and secure. They have super soundproof walls, if I hear my upstairs neighbor it’s so faint that I almost have to focus on it to even hear it, and even then that is rare. I’ve never heard blasting music or stomping. Thank you Ico! Highly recommend!

One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived at! Not only are staff very kind and understanding, but they are very quick to respond. Communication is excellent along with their facilities team being effective! My only complaints would be the apartments aren’t the biggest, which is fine. The garage parking is excellent, however, the parking outside is “first come, first serve” which is great at first, unless you work late, nearly always forcing you to park out on the street.

The place is every bit as beautiful as seen in the photos. It really is a magnificent place to live. I was denied on my application process.( I kinda figured ) but the place was so nice then I’m not going to give up. I will try again next year and try to clean up some of my credit. I 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to anybody that wants to enjoy where they live. The office girls are amazing, I brought my little girl with me and they were wonderful to her. Even when I got denied, I can totally hear the sincerity in the ladies voice.. Cool place for sure

I have been living at the ICO Vista Station apartments in Draper for 7 months now, and have had the best experience here out of any other apartments I have lived in. There is a strong sense of community here from the staff and residents that makes it feel like a great home. They work hard on events for the residents and I love the updates on Instagram such as 'pet of the month'. Allie has been consistently helpful on anything I need addressed, and maintenance is always prompt. All in all a wonderful place to call home.

Great tour, very spacious rooms compared to some. Love that they have security and a garage option and a waiting list for a garage option if there are none. I hope to be able to rent here in the future.

Had to go back for a 2nd tour to see another apartment type yesterday. Just as great as the first one I saw. Loved both. The staff is so friendly and the conversation with the girls while touring is amazing and make you feel like they want this to be your new home. They take their time showing the apartment. The girl that was with me stood on the balcony talking for a good couple of minutes. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Absolutely love these and I think this will be the apartment I choose! Also there are no other building around so it’s quite. I also follow them on instagram and they are always doing giveaways and community interactions! That’s a huge plus bc it shows that they actually care about their tenants. Will be back in September when my lease is up.

the complex is beautiful a lot of great amenities and the staff is very sweet and accommodating especially the assistant manager Allie!

My brother and I moved into the Ico vista apartments just recently and we love it here! Management is very helpful and friendly and the assistant manager Allie was awesome and very helpful with our move in! These apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. It’s been nothing but a great experience and a great place to live! Another perk is having the Jordan river trail being right by us! It’s a great place to call home and highly recommend living here!
