I love living here at ICO Mayfield! The community as a whole is great. It is welcoming, beautiful and is safe. The office staff are always super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. When a repair is needed they are quick to respond, friendly and thorough. I cannot imagine being happier living anywhere else!

We’ve lived at ICO Mayfield Apartments for two year now, and this is the first place we’ve ever renewed our lease—and for good reason! The staff are so friendly and always make you feel welcome. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and maintenance is incredibly fast and efficient whenever something comes up. We’ve really enjoyed living here and highly recommend living here!

I’ve lived at ICO Mayfield for about 3 months now. The staff are amazing, work orders get fulfilled in a timely manner, the apartments are spacious, and the amenities are great! I’ve loved living here. My only complaint is the amount of large spiders in the stairwells and on the patios. Commercial pest control or routine cobweb removal would be appreciated.

The staff is friendly and helpful, they respond to our maintenence requests quickly, they keep the whole place looking nice. They also host fun activities at least once a month. Also in my experience the place is well-maintained, any sort of issues, like with the pool etc. are addressed as soon as they're made known. I really like that the gym is 24/7, and that the iCafe is accessible after-hours from the side door. And they have a Pet Spaw. I don't have a pet and I don't know what it means, but I bet it's good. 😁

I’ve lived at ICO Mayfield for about 7 months, and it’s truly been a great experience. One of the things that really stands out is the work our groundskeeper does. The property is always clean, well-kept, and taken care of with obvious attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about the community, and it makes a big difference in how welcoming and comfortable the place feels. The management team is also wonderful—always kind, approachable, and willing to listen.

Lovely apartments! Clean, well kept, and my dog loves the dog park. *UPDATE* Since my original review was all about my dog, let me fill you in on some changes to the dog scene here since then! If you are interested in living here because you have a pup, read on. --Management recently removed all the grass from the dog park and replaced it with gravel. It is really disappointing, what dog wouldn't prefer grass to run around on? This feels less sanitary and will hurt their paws. --Poo bags run out and aren't always replaced quickly, which creates some waste problems. There was a couple weeks in the summer where I watched the bin get so full and bags not get refilled for two weeks straight. Granted, many people just suck at picking up after their pets, so that definitely plays a role here. Overall, apartments are still clean and the maintenance crew is *awesome*. Apartments are quiet, well insulated, and peaceful. I love the location too. It has just gotten a lot less dog friendly over the years, which is important to me as my dogs are my babies!

I’m renting this place and the apartments are nice! They have multiple bedroom and bath options. I’ve been renting for about a year now and it’s been fun. They have an outdoor pool with a hot tub and splash park, a playground, gym, cozy leasing office to hang out in, and more. They do food trucks every 2 weeks and give out treats or host parties on holidays! I highly recommend staying here if you like this kind of environment!

Christian is the best! Such a friendly Staff and easy to work with! The apartments are high quality, and it is a friendly, quiet community. Very dog-friendly! This is the best place that my husband and I have lived.

Lived here from 2018-2019. The biggest 5 stars starts with the staff. Everyone was so helpful any time we needed anything. The maintenance team was always ready and helpful. The place was very well kept. Very well built apartments. Great grounds crew for both summer and winter. The pool was amazing! The exercise room was one of the best I've ever seen. Only thing missing was a basketball court! I think if everything else weren't 10 stars, I might take a star off for the fact that the crew taking care of the hot tub regularly had to close it because of unsafe alkaline levels. Overall, had a great experience. They also didn't try to get me to pay for anything needless or anything that was not my fault on move out. Cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely loved it!

The leasing office staff are great! Every person we have worked with is kind, knowledgeable and very transparent. Cristian is phenomenal. He helped us through the whole move-in process and answered all of our questions happily (and we had many)! Drayson has also been helpful. All our maintenance requests are handled professionally and taken care of in an extremely timely manner (Michael, one of the maintenance workers is friendly, profession, and thorough which is a huge deal when someone is coming into your home). We love knowing that we’re in good hands while living here!

ICO has been wonderful! My partner and I moved in last week and the process was so great and smooth. They have such beautiful apartments and rooms. Everyone there is so nice including the neighbors. I moved from Florida to this state and a few days later we found this condo where we found a perfect place for us. The process was quick and convenient. The neighborhood is very good! We are happy to live here!

Recently moved in and Christian was extremely helpful every step of the way, helping us get in as soon as possible and always keeping us updated! The apartments themselves are extremely nice and everyone that works here is super responsive, I’d recommend moving here to anyone!

The salesmen at ICO Mayfield are extremely helpful, showing me several apartments and helping me decide on the best one for me. They are quick to get back to me when I call or Email. They are very kind and professional.

We just moved in and have had a great experience at ICO Mayfield! From the beginning, we worked with Emma who is so nice and helpful and answered all of our questions as we navigated the process of being first-time apartment renters. The property is beautiful and the units have nice, open layouts. So many amenities to make it feel even more like home and the ample parking is a HUGE plus! We're very happy to be living here!

I have been living here little over an year and i love this place. It's clean and quiet. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Lastly, management is amazing, kind, quick to respond and sends timely updates. Community manager Mckayla helped me with the lease and renewal and has been super helpful, kind, informative and she helped resolve some concerns that i had, beyond my expectations. They actually care!

I definitely recommend ICO Mayfield. I've lived here nearly two years and have found management to be attentive and pleasant. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Shout out to Colton! On one occasion I failed miserably at hanging a shelf and left several gaping holes in my wall. I made a maintenance request and the next day the holes were patched and painted over. And the dog park is well maintained. I can't actually think of any criticism of this place.

I just recently moved in to the apartments at ICO Mayfield. It was an uncommonly easy and pleasant process, which alleviated a lot of the anxiety and worry that normally comes with moving. Emma was amazing to work with, and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed quickly. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and care that was provided, as well as the condition and appearance of the apartment itself!

I moved here in august and it has been great ever since! Management is so awesome and will help you with any problem/issue that you have. And they actually respond to you and solve the problem. Can you believe it? Crazy, I know. The views are great. The amenities are great. The community is great. Love it here!

To start off, I just want to say that Emma at the leasing office has been amazing to my wife and I. She always followed up, made sure we had our questions answered, and always made sure that we felt comfortable. While we did not end up leasing at this place, we did want to leave a review and recommend anyone looking for their next home to feel free to look here. That said, whoever is the manager at this place needs to give Emma a nice raise for all that she does.

We have loved living at ICO for the past year and we look forward to continuing our stay here! Every time we request for maintenance it’s dealt with quickly and everything gets taken care of. The office regularly communicates to the community about important notices and has always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have, even before move in!

Been living here for a little over 2 years and have loved our apartment. The staff is always so helpful. The rent has just raised too much to stay when we can rent a townhouse for the same price or less. We definitely will miss the community here.

I just recently moved in and I love it here! McKayla, Emma, and Cristian we’re all amazing and helped me with everything. I had a lot of questions and needed help with things and they were always readily available to answer my questions and help me. The apartments are very nice quality and spacious too!

I have lived at ICO Mayfield for a few years now, and I absolutely love it! I recently moved into a bigger apartment, and there were a few hiccups, but everything was addressed quickly and professionally! The people in the leasing office (Emma and Christian) are always so nice and so helpful. Even if I call and they aren’t available, they call back or text and I always get a reply in a timely manner! The manger, Mckayla, is so nice and helped make sure that everything with my wifi and Vivint security got transferred seamlessly! Like all places, sometimes things break. However, unlike most places, I have never waited longer than 48 hours for ANY maintenance request to be addressed (Colton, the maintenance supervisor, is truly amazing.) Honestly, I think of the people who work here as friends, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. THANK YOU, ICO!!

In these times it is usually difficult to actually find a group of individuals as friendly, helpful and fast respond as the individuals who are currently helping us at our new apartment. Huge shout out to McKayla, Emma, and Darin in the front and being a great intro to the community, and Devin and Ben behind the scenes with all maintenance!

This place is great! We are renting a 2 bedroom on the first floor and it's lovely! Lots of natural light, plenty of indoor lighting, big kitchen and pantry, the list goes on. Emma - the associate that helped us get approved and checked us in - is so kind and quick to respond. She was so helpful during the whole process - even when it took forever to get our employment verified. Now that we've been living here for a few months, she is still super responsive to any questions or concerns we have. We truly feel safe and taken care of here! <3

I have had a fantastic experience so far with ICO. I have lived here for 6 months now and am yet to have a bad experience. If you plan on visiting for a tour I highly recommend speaking with Hili. She was incredibly helpful and informative. Since our initial tour she's continued to be ready to serve any of our needs. The amenities are nice. Since moving in the pool and hot tub have had a few closures for remodeling and cleaning but nothing functional from what I understand. The community is great, especially if you have a dog. We adopted a little puppy when we moved in and all of his best friends are right here in the complex. Even without a dog, ICO strives to always host events that keep the community very tight. The gym is great if you're looking for a workout that will do a good job. If you are a weightlifter it probably won't be your best option, but otherwise it is well equipped to help you stay fit. I'm a runner and the gym has been a lifesaver with all of the crazy smoke out lately. The maintenance crew are absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive and finish their jobs quickly. They will do anything without any fuss. I'm very happy with this service that they provide. If you're looking to move I would definitely recommend giving ICO a look. It's been a great experience thus far and I look forward to staying here with ICO for a long time.

We are coming up on our first year living at ICO Mayfield, and we are LOVING IT. The apartments are clean and spacious. Maintenance is (super!) prompt to any repairs or requests we've submitted. In particular, staff member Caleb takes time out of his lunch break to give treats to ICO doggy tenants, which is both endearing and smart (as it reduces pet anxiety when maintenance come by for repairs). Receptionist staff have been friendly and kind. My only concern is that rent prices are going up (as they are everywhere), so if anyone is interested in renting here... MOVE IN SOON!

Best apartment complex I have ever stayed. The staff in the office is friendly and helpful. You can call and text with them with ease. Maintenance was fantastic any service requests we ever had were fulfilled within one to two days. The Vivnt Smart home security system was super nice to use and they had ethernet ports already run to each room. They always have tons of fun community events going on and everywhere on the property is clean. We never heard any of our neighbors through the walls or had any noise complaints for the two years we lived there. I’m not sure what what more you could ask for in an apartment complex but me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed living here.

ICO has been such an awesome place to live!! My husband and I love the community and how warm/inviting it is! We had the best service with Hili in the office when signing for our lease. We also love the maintenance staff! They are always so quick to come and fix stuff for us at any time of the day. There’s always lots of fun stuff going on in the community and we have been able to make lots of great memories here!! Thank you to the whole ICO team!

It's now home! I just relocated to the area from VA, last week for a change and job opportunity. Due to this I had to do a lot of the paperwork remotely. Emma was amazing during the whole process, and made it a breeze. During the process everything was simple and laid out plainly. They are a extremely pet friendly community an offer a lot of amenities like a dog park, dog spa, pool, hot tub, gym, coffee bar, and more. They do all that and keep it affordable. Views of the Wasatch front surround you, with a especially great view of Mt. Timpanogos. The office staff and maintenance staff alike have been polite, responsive, and attentive. I just feel humble and lucky to take such a leap in this transition but feel so welcome and at home! Thanks!

Where to start!? The overall experience with moving into this community has been amazing, and probably the best experience I’ve had with the multiple rentals I have had. These last few weeks have been a very smooth transition and with the help of everyone in the office, they were able to make each step even easier. A special shout-out to the one from the beginning was Hili, who helped us tour, gave my kids treats, and got our move in paperwork finished through a promotion, and a transitional hiring period. She has rocked 100%

We've lived here for almost 2 years now and absolutely LOVE it! The office staff are super friendly and helpful, the maintenance guys get things fixed REALLY quickly, and we love all the amenities. We have 2 dogs and love that there's a pet spaw where we can bathe them and we love the pet park where we now have a ton of dog friends! Hands down best place to live!

Emma from the leasing office truly is an MVP for making things move as quickly as she did. I am so thankful for this new home. We've lived at ICO for over a year ,It's been an great place to live. The facility is clean, the community is friendly but most importantly the staff is so friendly. They are responsive in a timely manner. Hili is always our go to gal and is always willing to help us with anything we need!

Fantastic rental experience. ICO properties provided me options in all 3 counties whilst at the first property I visited. ICO (managed by Ivory Homes) build with quality in mind. While I haven't rented with them yet, the tour and pre-rental experience has been great! I'll update this after 6 months.

My Family and I have been living here going on about 4 years, and we love it ! It has great amenities, quick response from the maintenance team and the property management team is friendly and helpful - we miss Juan but wish him the best ! And Hili is awesome ! My wife and i had the pleasure of living here at ICO Mayfield for just over a year, and loved every minute of it. It will definitely always hold a place in our hearts. The community was amazing, neighbors were kind and respectful, and both maintenance and the leasing office were responsive and amazing to deal with. If you're looking for a quiet community, with a beautiful mountain view, and even more beautiful apartment this is definitely one to look at. No unexpected fees, move out was easy, leasing office worked with us having to hand in our keys on a day that they were not open, and made sure we left with a smile on our face. Thanks again to the amazing staff at ICO, it's been a wonderful year!

I’ve been living at ICO Mayfield since June. These apartments really have been great and have awesome amenities! The staff is very friendly and the maintenance crews are always quick to fix whatever needs to be done. I have given them a 5/5 stars. Great place to live whether you’re single, or have a small family.

ICO Mayfield has been the greatest company we have ever worked with!! They have the beset management and staff, always willing to help out! It is a beautiful community and beautiful apartment complex. And they have this amazing program that helps you build credit as you pay rent on time! I cant say enough good things about them!! We had an unforeseen event happen and had to leave early and they have been very accommodating and helpful!

I lived at IcoMayfield for longer than a year and I personally loved living here. I would highly recommend these apartments. They are so nice and spacious! The people working here are just so awesome. MJ was especially the best anytime I needed anything. The maintenance guys are also amazing! Anytime I had an issue with anything in the apartment they came right away and got the issue resolved or fixed. Everything is also so close to the apartments, which makes it even better! The people living here are super nice and you feel so safe living at IcoMayfield. They are also pet friendly and you wouldn’t notice it, because the grounds are always kept so clean. I really will miss living here, but if I was to ever want to go anywhere and live I would definitely go back to IcoMayfield.

I just moved out of the ICO Mayfield after living there for 2 years. The apartments are very nice and the club house is awesome. The staff there were always helpful and respectful. Overall this has been one of my favorite places to live.

Great office team, very friendly and professional

We have lived here for almost a year and have had such a wonderful experience! Everyone at the office is so kind, the apartments are so lovely and well-designed, the area is safe, and there are plenty of fun places for my toddler to play. Every time we needed maintenance, the (very kind) maintenance guys came immediately and resolved the issue. We decided to buy a condo closer to work, but when we were still considering renting elsewhere, we only wanted to rent at another ICO complex! It is a great company in general, and this particular location is great! Would highly recommend :)

I moved to the Mayfield from out of state based on Google reviews alone. After living here for several months, I'm very happy with the decision. The location is great. Close to shopping centers but situated outside of dense residential or commercial areas. I live in the newer buildings. The interiors are clean and attractive and the exteriors of the buildings are well-maintained. The same is true of the shared facilities. The staff is also very friendly and responsive. I've had a few questions and am able to get them answered quickly during office hours. I've only had one work request and it was completed same day.

ICO Mayfield is awesome! They made moving across the country site unseen a complete breeze. The apartment was absolutely spotless and so much more than we imagined. Management is easy to get in contact with, friendly and super attentive to any requests we have had. The grounds are kept so well and maintenance is always around making sure the community is in tip top shape. Love it here!

We have only lived here for a couple months, and we really enjoy it! Maintenance is always very kind and quick. And the leasing office staff is always amazing! The only problem we have had is that our assigned carport is super far away from our apartment and we have to pay for it. But other than that it’s been amazing!

Love living here!! The apartment has such an amazing view that brings in a lot of brightness in. The garage is big enough to fit a Ram 2500 with a long bed and there’s plenty of parking. Great amenities includes gym, pool, hot tub, BBQs, fire pit, pet spa, splash pad, and playground. Staff is very responsive and friendly!

Looking for a 3 bedroom and spoke with MJ who was incredibly helpful. The floor plans are decent sized, the area is quiet and they have a dog wash which is awesome and I can see us using a lot. Definitely looking forward to the next 3 bedroom that becomes available.

The staff are willing to go above and beyond. When I couldn’t pick up a Christmas gift, during office hours, they delivered it to my door.

I have lived in many states and have dealt with a lot of property management companies. Mayfield was definitely at the top of my list of favorites. All of the staff were amazing. 2+ years and no major concerns. Maintenance needs handled immediately. Excellent communication. Very clean. Thank you for making this easy to call home.

I've lived here for a little over a month and love the floor plan I'm in (Azelea). The community is quiet and there is ample parking, which was a big question of mine moving in. Christina from the office was fantastic to work with and every time I've needed help with something, her and the other staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone-- especially if you're looking for a one-bedroom like I was.

I have only live here for a couple of weeks, but the staff has been fantastic with assisting me with whatever I need. The environment is kept very clean and they are on the ball about getting request done in a timely fashion! Thank you! Plus my apartment is beautiful with all the storage I need! Smartly done.

We've lived here for 6 months and we love it. The management is super friendly and really helpful. The gentlemen that do maintenance are also incredibly friendly. When Hank came to help me change a couple lightbulbs in our vaulted ceiling, he also offered to clear out the dryer vent preventatively. This is a great example of how proactive they are here in making sure that everything runs smoothly. They are also incredibly family friendly, which I love! The pool and hot tub are great, my kids love the playground, and our absolute favorite is the playroom inside Club Fit (the gym.) It makes it so that I can get to the gym and workout without having to find a babysitter, and my kids love the toys and costumes in there. I am also a huge fan of how this is a smoke free community. I love being able to be outside with my asthmatic kids without ever having to rush them away from the playground to protect them from someone else's second hand smoke. The clubhouse is clean and well designed and decorated. My husband is often able to work from home, and he usually ends up using the business center attached to the clubhouse so that he can have his own quiet space, but still be close enough to come home for lunch, and jump on the treadmill if he needs a short break.

Just moved in and I love this place. My 1 bedroom apartment is large, beautiful, and spacious and having a garage is great especially with winter coming. The community is beautiful and very well maintained. The entire staff has been amazing and helpful.

Absolutely loved living here. The top floor had wonderful vaulted ceilings, location was great, and we loved the amenities. Chelsea, Carrie and Heather were all wonderful as well! It was sad to say goodbye to this great location.

This place is amazing. The management and maintenance teams are super responsive, quick, and friendly. These apartments are a bit more expensive, but much nicer than most and the management is absolutely worth the price difference. I reccomend this complex to anyone who is looking for a new home

Benja is amazing. SO HELPFUL from start to finish. She has made my move across country so seamless. I absolutely love my apartment. The entire staff has been super helpful. Today I got locked out of my apartment and Benja helped me get in even though the office was closed. I’ve only been here for 2 months, but thanks to the kindness of the staff, it already feels like home.

High quality apartments with all necessary appliances , granite countertops, big kitchens and beautiful bathrooms. Best of all they have outstanding maintenance men so that everything is kept beautiful and repairs are fixed promptly. The office staff is very friendly and professional. A great experience!!

This apartment complex is awesome. it seems like they change management a good amount but i haven't had any issues with any of the new management. Everyone always seems very well trained and helpful with issues. There have been a few times where something in our apartment needed fixing or replacing, but the maintenance crew gets it done very quickly. The grounds are always clean and everything. My wife and i have lived here now for 2 and half years and we don't see any reason to move soon. You should forsure come check this place out!

It was a great experience touring these apartments! They have a great modern feel and the amenities are awesome! After touring a couple different apartments, I appreciated how genuine the property managers were. They didn't seem to be hiding anything and they were so great to work with. I'm excited to move in!

My husband & I lived here for two years! We moved across the country and had to find a place to live very quickly. At the beginning of staff was absolutely amazing. It was a big reason we decided this community. But management changed. We just moved out and honestly one of our biggest complaints is that the staff are horrible. The communication is poor and they try to get residents to tattle on each other. We were also very displeased with the dog park. Parents would leave their kids in the dog park by themselves, dogs that were aggressive and had hurt dogs and people were still allowed to play and the upkeep was not well done. Now, we have four stars because the maintenance team is absolutely incredible. They are quick to respond, always so kind and do their job well. The apartments are extremely spacious and very well done. There is a ton of green space around and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The school next store can be a little frustrating. The apartments are spendy - maybe even a little over priced but it’s expensive to live ANYWHERE in Utah. I would recommend living here honestly. I was sad to go.

We have lived here sense the beginning of April and we absolutely love it! Everything is always clean and the staff is amazing (including) our matinence crew. We love our unit and all of the amenities 💕 We have had one service request and they got it done very quickly. I'd recommend it to anyone! All of the community events are great too, very family friendly.

Beautiful! This is such an amazing place to live! The grounds keeper is suck an person and the other employees as well I’ve never lived in a place that actually cares so much about you and your pet I have a Boston Terrier who loves the pet plaza and the play room that’s connected to the gym makes it easy for moms to work out! I love this place even the neighbors are amazing. Way worth the price.

I looked at crazy packed together apartments all over Utah county but when I got to Mayfield it was so peaceful in comparison. Heather has been so helpful working around our needs and finding ways to make it work for us. We're excited to stay at Mayfield for a bit and we know our cat will be, too!

Hands down the best community I've ever seen, I was welcomed in by each staff member the moment I stepped foot in the beautiful clubhouse. They greeted me with a friendly hand shake and offered a beverage. It only got better from that point as I was shown the working and open amenities, gorgeous model units and equally as clean vacant units. To say the least, I left there feeling happier then when I came in and my prediction is that I would receive that customer service throughout my stay. It was quite refreshing at the least. Which is probably why they didn't have many vacants. GO SEE THEM! You won't regret it!

Kandace was super friendly and outgoing. Didn’t pressure anything. Gave her insights of moving in and really was just down to earth. She has great people skills and really cares for any future resident if all of your employees are like her you guys are done well. Really enjoyed my visit!!!

Great apartments and better staff. The staff recently put together an Easter Egg hunt for the complex that greatly exceeded my expectations for what a complex would put together. Instead of lobbing a few measly eggs and candy on a lawn they scheduled a children's egg hunt, adult egg hunt, and a dog egg hunt. The Easter Bunny even made an appearance.

We moved in at the beginning of October and LOVE living here. Amazing staff that takes care of you if you ever need anything and plans amazing events for the community! We never want to leave!

The sales staff were courteous and answered all of my questions. The unit I settled on has an oversized garage and awesome views. The maintenance staff is also very responsive and friendly.

One of the first places my wife and I went to see. Didn’t need to see any other after talking with the them and seeing the units! They were very helpful and easy to work with and had superior amenities and service compared to the surrounding options.

Great community with an awesome staff!

First off it's a great place to live, and they have really helpful staff. I like that there's a peaceful atmosphere and they're always creating events for all residents. Management really cares about you and your needs. I recently had to move into a bigger apartment and was able to make that move within a week. The only bad side is that the gym isn't 24/7, we have a constant fire alarm going off everyday all day long and maintenance sometimes doesn't fix things, instead they insist if there isn't a problem with an issue then just let it be. Overall they're great apartments that are energy effiecient and living here has been great for the most part.

My husband and I have really loved living here and just have to say how impressed we are for how well we've been taken care of on many occasions! Recently our key broke off inside our front door and we were worried it would be a difficult and possibly a cost to fix, but when I put in the work order we were amazed when someone came within 10 minutes (on a weekend night I might add) and got it fixed and had us a new key in no time. Every time we've had a concern or question we've had amazing service and really appreciate that the staff (especially Kandace) have always been extremely friendly and helpful. We both feel very welcome here and have never felt otherwise!

UPDATE This place and the Management never disappoint! My wife has some medical issues and they have been very helpful and accommodating. They really make you feel loved and part of the community here. That is very rare for an apartment complex. UPDATE I love this place! I have lived in an 8000 sq home, a country home, other apartments and condos. This is by far my favorite. The property is modern and beautiful, inside and out. What tops that is the staff. Traci, Heather, Candice and Makell have been extremely helpful and professional. Their staff, and the maintenance guys have all been very friendly and welcoming.

We moved into the Residences at Mayfield at the end of October and LOVE this place! Our apartment feels so much like a home - quiet and private. If I could buy it I would. I appreciate interacting with such a professional office staff and a responsive maintenance crew. Definitely five-stars, definitely worth every penny.

I wish I could have stayed - this was the best leasing experience I've had. Last summer I had to move to Utah for work and Heather & team were super accommodating on short notice. Since I couldn't be there to take a tour, Heather sent pictures and descriptions of various units and made move-in extremely smooth. While I lived there, the staff regularly went out of their way to be helpful; they even offered to drop off packages inside my apartment when I was working late. Prior to Mayfield, the last lease I had was at Park La Brea in LA; if I had to compare those guys with the Mayfield staff, I wouldn't know where to begin.

We recently moved here and I can say this is a fantastic apt to stay. Apt is very spacious specially Living room and kitchen is big enough. But the best thing about this place is the people in management, They are so fantastic and quick in every small and big maintenance service. They work proactive and are very cordial while talking. I have been relocating for years and I can say this is one of the best place.

LOVE it here! The staff are the best part.. SO SO friendly and easy to work with. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL and in the best location, right off the freeway! We take full advantage of the amenities with our child and absolutely love it here!

I don't have anything but good things to talk about this place, we Used to live there for almost 6 months, great neighbors, nice size apartment great design, and great views, quiet family community, great size gym with 24 hr access and good size pool and Jacuzzi, the staff was always there to help, if we needed to fix anything, the maintenance guys would took care of it very quickly, and there was always a follow up email to ask if everything was done in our liking or if we needed anything. Thank you Heather , Meckell and Kandace for creating a nice environment for us to live. Cheers

Love the services, community and management. Mayfield respects your needs and listens to your wants. They work hard to keep the grounds neat and apartments upgraded. I highly recommend living at Mayfield. A bit on the pricey side but well worth it.

Very good. Service was good. People were very nice and helpful. They are professional and do what they can to help fit your needs. The place is pretty solid. It has a nice front lobby/office and the apartments are nice. My experience has been great.

My company, All Pro Security, provided Courtesy Patrols for the Mayfield Apartments. Management was always great to work with, as well as the residents we encountered on our patrols. Our offices are nearby so we are familiar with the area and we recommend it to anyone.

Have lived here for 2 years and both the management and the facilities have been fantastic. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Super close to the mountains and the freeway, and they keep everything fun, functional and immaculate!

Expensive, but it's the best apartment I've ever had. Management was quick to address any issues I had. They even extended their hours during the week so that people with 9-5 jobs could pay rent on time after I brought up the problem.

I am not a resident, but a vendor that has worked with Mayfield since they opened. The staff is great to work with and I know that they do their best to satisfy my needs as a vendor as well as their residents. I have nothing but good to say about them.

I love how big it is. The storage is great. The staff is wonderful. They have a lot of perks like gym with child area, pool, hot tub, and dog park.

Excellent condition of the apartments and social areas, unsurpassed attention from the administrative staff, impeccable and effective response to any maintenance service request; for these reasons, I highly recommend this residential complex.

We love our new apartment so much. The staff has been incredibly friendly to us, especially Lauren. Great amenities, our appliances are all beautiful, the lighting is awesome, the flooring is great! We love our garage which is huge! We also really appreciate the bonfire pit, all of the grills, and the gym facilities is way better than those I have seen at other apartments. I know this is random, but I hate our toilet. I am NOT going to drop my rating from a 5 to a 4 though, because the pros far outweigh that one con.

I've lived here 7 months now and the experience has been great. Site staff are very friendly and the apartments are great! Any time that we have had a problem they have been quick to respond and have been very professional. The gym is nice and the grill and pool make great for parties and barbecue. It has been worth every penny.

When me and my Fiance were looking for apartments we had a hard time finding a place that had an excellent setting and employees. We arrived there and we were close to the closing time of the office and Traci Hulet gladly let us in and gave us a tour. We of course loved the apartments and the way she presented it to us. She sat down with us and really helped us see what we would get if we decided to live there. Later we of course decided that we would live there. Me and my Fiance are extremely picky and Traci worked with us so much to help us out in every way she can. We are still working on finding the perfect place, but I beyond impressed by how professional and kind Traci has been to us. She is honest and sweet and makes you feel at home the second you walk in to those doors. We looked a countless apartments but no one was as impressive and diligent as she was. She is a major reason that me and my Fiance are decided to live there, we know that as long as she is the manager there everything will be taken care of and we have someone looking out for us. Seriously Traci deserves some recognition of some sort for all that she does! :)

I absolutely love living here! My apartment is amazing! I love the fitness center and the pool. My husband and I love to use the outdoor grills. Everyone is so friendly here, especially the staff!

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Tim and Izzy! They took it personally upon themselves to make sure that my little guy had the best 8th birthday. When the splash pad had a minor hiccup they provided water guns and hoses to keep the splashing birthday party alive and then worked like madmen to get everything up and running again. The ladies in the office are always so helpful. Candace and Chelsea listen carefully and do everything within their power to help my little family out. I've lived in many communities that advertise they 'REALLY CARE." Mayfield not only talks the talk but they walk the walk. Thanks Guys!!!!

This complex is absolutely gorgeous. It is so nicely kept, and in a great neighborhood. The manager is very efficient and professional, and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely place to live with great service from a caring management.

Nice place. We have been here for a couple weeks. Management has been great. Our mail keys got misplaced and they have been so good about collecting our mail for us and keeping us updated on getting the keys replaced. I had so many question before signing the lease and moving in. I called them several times and they were always professional and patient and explained everything to me. I also love that you can schedule maintenance online.

Beautiful apartments and community. Just got New management which I thought was odd as I had no issues with them. Pet friendly with dog park! Nice appliances and amenities. Whitley is the manager was able to come to a solid resolution regarding a problem we encountered. Third floors are best with vaulted ceilings. Check them out!
